hey everyone! happy belated
holidays! i hope you all had a
good holiday with friends and
family.

I am planning on a second
christmas special but it's
not going to be on here. It's
going to be on BLIZZARD. my
one shot book.

since overhaul's arc felt pretty
short, I think i'm just going to
speed run through it since I
am struggling to keep tomomi
relevant to the arc with eri and
everything. because this arc
was mostly about eri and her
quirk.

don't forget to comment and
vote. I have been lacking in
comments on my books lately
and that's my fault for not posting
as much as I used to but I would still
like to see you all spam this up.

Happy reading!...

It felt like the LOV all over again. Tomomi was aimlessly running through the darkened hallway as she could hear the voices and attack impacts of different heroes and villains. It was all a jumbled up mess but all she could think about was Eri and how she was possibly doing. If the Hero Commission were here, they must know about her abduction and Eri.

"Boss wants us to take the girls and go!" She suddenly heard one of his lackey's vice ring in her ears just as she was about to turn a corner.

Tomomi quickly hid as she heard them move closer. Taking a deep breath, she remembered what Kurayami told her to do. Focus on her hands. The center, to be exact. "You get the little one and I'll get the teenager."

"Right!" The other guy said before running down the hallway.

Tomomi waited until the guy, who was supposed to get her, came closer to her. As soon as his steps got super close, she jumped out of hiding and blasted him in the chest with her new found powers. The incapacitated man flew a few feet away, his back slamming into a metal wall, creating a small crate.

Steaming dry ice began forming all over his body, encasing him in a ice cocoon completely. Like a solid statue.

"So that's what that does..." Tomomi mumbled, looking at her hands again. So the fire she has doesn't act as regular fire. It was ice but in a flame form. Once she's out of here, she will certainly ask Mr. Aizawa about it.

"There you are." Chisaki's voice made her turn around quickly. She saw him standing just a few feet away from her with that creepy guy from earlier. He was holding Eri in his arms.

"Eri!" Tomomi yelled, about to run to her but was stopped when Chisaki pointed a gun at her. Not at Eri but at Tomomi's head.

"How did I know you were going to get clever with me?" He asked, chuckling slightly. "Make one more sudden move and I'll render you quirkless and brain dead."

Tomomi froze in place as she could not take her eyes off of Eri, who was looking at her with a pleading and scared look in her bright red eyes. She wanted to run to the older girl but she couldn't because that would mean Miss Tomomi would get hurt because of her. And she already didn't want anything happening to her.

But Tomomi didn't care what happened to her. As long as Eri was okay.

"Now, I know I'll have to lock you in a padded room, this time." Chisaki said, walking towards her. "I can see why Shigaraki had trouble with you...you're too smart for a lot of people."

"But she's weak when it comes to Eri." His assistant, the creep, laughed out, noticing how Eri was practically shaking. "This will be an interesting experiment."

"Indeed, it will be." Chisaki said before he was about to grab her but was stopped when they heard another pair of footsteps. Which was coming from behind Tomomi.

She turned to see Mirio, the third year student from her school, suddenly stop to a halt once he noticed the people in the hallway. "Mirio?" She said in shock as Chisaki quickly circled an arm around her neck, holding her hostage. "Ngh!" She groaned at the tight hold she was in.

"You shouldn't have been able to get here this quickly." Chisaki said to Mirio, wondering how he was able to get to them this fast. Especially since this entire place was covered in guards and armed men.

Mirio's eyes flickered from him to Tomomi and then to Eri.

"I took a shortcut." He said stoically. "I'm here to rescue both girls."

Chisaki scoffed a bit. "Now that you know the situation, you're putting on your mask, huh?" He asked rhetorically. "Mr. Student. Back then, you were pretending to not see, weren't you? This little girl doesn't want you to rescue her. To her, you're not a hero."

Tomomi felt anger in her veins as she could see the slight waver in Mirio's usually hopeful face. His words were really making an impact on him and she can only guess that he felt responsible for this entire situation.

"And there is no way I'm letting you walk away with my cash guinea pig." He continued, indicating that he was talking about Tomomi. "She is way too valuable to just let walk away...Do you really think you can save the both of them, hero?"

"That's why I'm here." Mirio stated, gaining back his confidence just a bit. He promised Midoriya that he would do everything he could to save both Eri and Tomomi. And he was determined to get that little girl away from Chisaki.

He made that mistake before and he won't make it again. He wasn't going to let her down again.

"I'm not getting through to you so let me make this simpler." Chisaki spoke again. His voice getting darker. "I'm telling you to die."

Suddenly, Chisaki roughly grabbed Tomomi by her hair and began tugging her with them down the opposite side of the hall.

Yelping in pain, Tomomi's hand swiftly grabbed his wrist, trying to pry his hand out of her hair. The more she tugged, the more her veins began to glow ice blue through her skin. And when she was getting more frustrated, the palms of her hands burst into blue fire.

"Damnit!" Chisaki yelled out, instinctively letting her go. He examined his wrist and saw scalding hot dry eyes forming around where her hands were. "Leave the girl, she'll die with him."

He harshly shoved Tomomi towards the ground but was caught by Mirio before she could fall. "Let's go." He said, taking Eri away from them.

"ERI!" Tomomi quickly stood up and tried to run towards them but was stopped when Mirio suddenly lost all sense of balance and coordination. "Mirio!" She yelled, quickly holding him up. "Are you okay? What happened?"

"I-I don't know." He stuttered out, feeling dizzy. "My sense of equilibrium..."

Tomomi was going to say something else but was stopped by a scary and nasally voice. "Are you sloshed?" it asked, appearing above them. He was wearing a vulture skull mask and he was drinking an alcoholic drink upside down.

But she noticed something about him. First, he was drunk and second, his quirk only activates when they are near him. Third, she felt frostbites grow on her hands, which meant-

"Tomomi!" Mirio yelled, quickly grabbing her just as a gun shot could be heard.

He circled his arms around Tomomi as she quickly wrapped her arms around his shoulder. He threw the both of them to the side, barely escaping from a bullet that would have hit her in her back.

There was a man in all black, wearing a black mask and hat, holding a gun at them just below the drunk guy. His name was Nemoto and his quirk was called Confession. He could get anyone to tell him their true feeling and darkest secrets.

"What are your quirks?" He asked, activating his quirk on them.

"Permeation." Mirio immediately answered without hesitation. Which he didn't mean to do.

"S-Sub-Zero." Tomomi stuttered out, also not meaning to tell him. But his quirk made them talk. What am I doing?! I can't tell him that! She thought.

"I was wondering where you sprung up from." Nemoto sighed out. "That's why you could get through Mimic and the others. And that's why this girl is so valuable."

"You misshed?" Sakaki, the guy on the ceiling, slurred out drunkenly. "What're you? drunk?"

"I see," Mirio said, carefully placing Tomomi down. "You forced us to talk, huh? But you're not the type to stand in the front lines."

"Meaning he's just as disposable as the others." Tomomi added, glaring at him.

"I am extra-ordinary, little girl." He spat at her venomously. She could tell they struck a nerve in him. "Hence, I am different from the other dispensable pawns. In the Hassai Group, I'm the only one who's been allowed to get close to the young boss' ambition."

He shot two more rounds at them but Tomomi stomped her bare feet and created an ice shield, stopping the bullets from going through the thick layer of ice.

"How can he call it ambition when he's using his own daughter?!" Mirio yelled at him.

"Eri will never be his daughter." Tomomi said angrily as her hair began to float upwards and her eyes began to glow bright ice blue. "And I can promise you this, he will never be able to hurt her again as soon as I get my hands on him."

Nemoto smirked. This girl really cared a lot for Eri. Chisaki was right. It was like she was Eri's mother. Maybe that's why he also wanted to keep her so much. Tomomi and Eri were like two sides of the same coin. She was as disposable but expendable as Eri.

"Oh, in order for things to proceed smoothly, emotions are unnecessary." He explained. "I'm sure that's something you can understand well."

Nemoto activated his quirk again on them, wanting to get into their mind. "Now, when you first encountered Eri, you let her go because of that, right?"

"That's right." Mirio answered like a lifeless robot. Tomomi noticed he wasn't using his quirk on her.

"Mirio!" She yelled, trying to get him out of the trance. Also, he began to sway left to right slowly and he looked like he was about to pass out. "Mirio! Wake up!"

"And then you probably guessed what our plan was and regretted it." Nemoto said, ignoring her. "Rescue Eri and Tomomi? You just wanted to use the both of them as a cover to make yourself feel better, right?"

"Mirio, don't listen to him!" Tomomi yelled, standing in front of him. "You are a hero. You are a kind person. Don't let him dictate how you see yourself!"

It was as if Mirio couldn't hear her as he fought from telling him anything that was going on in his mind. He was not going to give a villain the satisfaction of tearing him down. Not when Eri needed him. Not when Tomomi was depending on him to get her out.

He's growing weak... Tomomi thought worriedly. The longer he resist, the weaker his mind is...Think, Tomomi...

"I live for the young boss' ambition!" Nemoto exclaimed proudly as he looked to see Chisaki and his assistant walking away with Eri. "He needs me! I must follow him! We'll walk together! We'll share the joy when it's realized! Now!"

"Now!" Sakaki yelled with him as he pulled out knives. He began throwing them at the two.

"Die, nuisances!" Nemoto yelled as the sharp objects hurdled towards the two.

Thinking fast, Tomomi placed her hand on Mirio's shoulder and turned the both of them into a pile of snow, dodging the knives.

"Huh?" Sakaki slurred out when he noticed he missed. "Where the-"

SMACK!

Tomomi appeared out of nowhere and kicked him so hard on the side of his head, he flew through the wall completely. Her turning them into snow woke Mirio up completely, which helped them get close enough to the two villains.

Mirio phased through walls at top speed, taking out the other Hassai member with his ultimate moves.

"That's right...I am weak..." He began to say. "I knew that I was being made to carry a burden of some repulsive karma. I spoke and acted cruelly in front of that girl and I have underestimated another...Even so, rather than seeing us hurt, she chose to return to that hell!..."

Tomomi paused a little, listening to him. That's why he was so hellbent on rescuing Eri. They've met before. She probably stopped Overhaul from killing him. And that's how she met Eri.

"Mr. Chisaki got mad at me." Eri confessed, fiddling with a strand of her hair. "He doesn't like me having friends...But I can't have them, anyways."

"Why is that?" Tomomi asked gently. Not wanting to push her but also curious as to why she was thinking that way.

"Because he will hurt them."

"Tomomi is a kind girl with a warm heart." Mirio added. "I could see the way Eri looked at her...And how much she cares for her...That's why I chased after her and that's why I'm here for the both of them!"

"H-How can you still move?" Sakaki slurred out, still in pain from that hard kick to the head.

"Even if you have discovered a truth to yourself, you still didn't know..." Nemoto added.

Mirio quickly grabbed Tomomi and hoisted her on his back, making her circle his arms around his neck. He was going to do something crazy. So she held onto him tightly.

"Snow Angel, you got my back?" He asked her.

Tomomi sweatdropped. He really gave her a new nickname at a time like this? But she wasn't going to let that distract her from saving Eri. "Let's save Eri."

He activated his quirk, making the two of them sink into the floor, blindsiding them. Mirio and Tomomi reappeared right behind them as she hopped off of his back. "I'll take care of them! You catch up to Eri! I'll catch up!"

He didn't have to tell her twice as she bolted in the direction they took the little girl. Tomomi could hear Mirio defeating the two Hassai members as she began to use her quirk to cover the entire hallway with ice. Trapping them in her own personal ice cave.

Meanwhile, Chisaki and his assistant, Kurono, stopped their walking to find that the entire hallway was covered in ice like an arctic hell. "What the-" Chisaki began to mumbled but was cut off.

"CHISAKI!" Tomomi's angry and vicious voice tore through their ears.

It was enough to distract him as Mirio appeared right behind him from the floor. But Chisaki was quicker as he dodged his punch at the last second. But he was completely blindsided when Tomomi's ice covered fist collided with his face, sending him a few feet away.

She bounced from the icy walls and flipped over Kurono's body, blasting him in the back of his head with her below zero degrees blue fire, makig him let go of Eri.

Tomomi landed on her feet and quickly caught Eri in her arms. Eri quickly hugged Tomomi around her neck as the teen girl fell on one knee, hugging the girl close to her.

"M-Miss Tomomi, you-" Eri stuttered out but was shushed by Tomomi.

"I told you, I will never let anything happen to you." She whispered to her calmly, holding her closer to her. "Nothing and no one will ever hurt you again."

"How filthy," Chisaki interrupted the sweet moment as his face broke out in hives. "Come back, Eri...How many times do I have to tell you? You break people. That's how you were born."

Eri untangled herself from Tomomi's neck and looked down at her hands. He was right. That's all she was good for. Hurting and destroying people and things. Tomomi was hurt and Mr. Mirio went through all of this trouble because of her. But worse of all, Tomomi was growing weak because of her.

"Tomomi...you shouldn't-"

"You don't have to listen to him." She cut her off, already knowing what she was going to say.

But Chisaki wouldn't let up with his manipulative ways. "Haven't I told you? I have to get my hands dirty because of your selfishness. Each and every action you take, kills people...Now look at her, Tomomi is useless and weak because of you, Eri."

Eri's eyes widened as her body shook. Tears began to swell in her eyes as she looked at Tomomi. It was all her fault. She was in trouble because of her.

"Eri, I'm going to tell you something I don't always tell others." Tomomi said, gaining her attention. "I was just like you...When I was growing up, all anyone would ever tell me was that I will always be second best and that I will never be good enough for anything..."

Eri listened as her eyes were filled with tears.

"Which is why I will fight until I die to keep you safe, Eri." Tomomi said sternly, her veins started glowing as the tips of her hair began to ignite in blue fire. "And no one will ever harm you again!"

Tomomi's eyes were completely ice blue, her hair floated upwards and the ice around them grew colder as snow began to pick up in a blizzard.

"It will be a cold day in hell before I let someone like you damage this little girl ever again!"

oh shit! It's getting real!
Tomomi is going full mama

Just a little future arc
spoiler ( also for the aftermath
of the Liberal War ), Kurayami
will be training Tomomi on
controlling her newfound
power level ( which you all
can guess, she's basically the
goddess of ice and snow weather
at this point ) But she's still
human with weaknesses and
you all will be seeing that as time
goes on.

She may have powers of a god but
that also comes with a greater amount
of weaknesses and flaws. She's still
a flawed human.

happy reading, my loves!

It was like the entire building could feel her wrath. The air vents and walls of the building slowly began to become her personal icy hell and everyone inside the place could feel it. The cold chills went down everyone's spine as the air around them became visible with every breath they took.

"Man, it feels like a blizzard in here." Sir Nighteye commented. "Is this another one of Chisaki's tricks?"

"No." Aizawa immediately said, already recognizing who was behind the icy terrain they were in. "This isn't him doing this. This weather feels different. Almost rage filled."

Midoriya widened his eyes as soon as he said that. Ice this powerful could only come from one person he knew. "Tomo-neechan." He mumbled, gathering their attention. "Tomomi is doing this!"

"I think she's making the building structure weaker on purpose." Fatgum pointed out, after aciddentally punching the wall near him through. It created a small hole where his fists were.

Everyone noticed that the walls were slowly covered in intricate frostbite swirls as cold smoke blew their way.

"You didn't tell us that Miss Todoroki was this smart, Eraser." Rock Lock complimented.

"It's as I said before." Aizawa stated nonchalantly. "Tomomi is an expert at battle strategy."

Suddenly, the students of Class 1-A were reminded about what Bakugou said during the Sports Festival. And Midoriya was reminded about all of the things he learned from her.

"One thing I learned from Frostbite is that anything she does has a purpose," Bakugou said. "She learns by reading people's reactions, their words and how they react to things."

That also must mean she read her surroundings. Midoriya theorized, While in captivity, she must have somehow studied everything that went on around her and that must mean that she has met Eri...This type of ice is emotionally charged...The only other time she was this emotional was back at the camps when Kota was nearly killed by a villain...

"I think I know where she is." Midoriya said quickly before running off, with everyone following him closely. "If my thoughts are correct, this is emotionally charged! Meaning, wherever Tomomi is, Eri is also there!"

"Which also means Chisaki is there, as well." Aizawa added. He and Nighteye decided to break from the group and follow Midoriya.

Don't worry, Kacchan and Todoroki-kun! I'll get her back in one piece! Midoriya thought determinedly.

Tomomi carefully sat Eri down as her veins glowed brighter and brighter. Her hair tips burst into the icy flames she had in her hands and her eyes were completely ice blue. The snowflakes rapidly circled around her as she stood up, glaring at Chisaki and Kurono with the ferocity that rivaled a polar bear. Or even a rage filled dire wolf.

Kurono sent giant spikes her way, breaking through her ice cave but within a blink of an eye, she disappeared into the raging snow. Only to reappear behind him and blast him in the back of his head, sending him a few feet away from Chisaki. His entire front part of his body slammed into the ice that coated the walls around him.

It was enough to hurt him severely but not enough to render him unconcious. She didn't notice that he had Nemoto's gun with him.

Once her back was turned towards him, he weakly pulled out the gun and pointed it at her. But before he could pull the trigger, Mirio appeared in front of him and kicked the gun out of his hands and in the air. He caught it and took the clip out, tossing it away.

Chisaki quickly activated his quirk and placed his hands on the ground, sending spikes her way but Tomomi rapidly dodged them, punching through some of them as she was rushing over to get closer to him. But it was like he was purposely trying to keep his distance from her.

I've never seen power this charged like this before... Chisaki though as he watched her mow through the spikes he was sending her way. Kurayami was the only other person I've seen with this type of power level...could it be that-

His thoughts were interrupted by Tomomi's fist colliding with his face. She punched him so hard, his mask was left with a very very long and deep crack.

Eri's eyes widened as she watched her fight Chisaki. She was doing this for her...Mirio and Tomomi were going through all of this for her...

Her heart began to beat heavy as she remembered what Tomomi said to her. "Eri...I promise you...I will get you out and you will never ever have to see him again."

"T-T-Tomomi..." Eri whispered as she stared at the ice wielder in front of her in awe. "...B-Big sister..."

"Master!" Nemoto yelled, gaining their attention. Which confused both Mirio and Tomomi. He was supposed to be out cold.

"What-" Mirio mumbled but was cut off after he saw Chisaki throwing a rectangle case. Which contained that quirk erasing serum.

But this time, it wasn't a prototype. It was the final product. Meaning Tomomi's blood was in those bullets. Which was mixed with Eri's DNA. So that was bad news for the both of them.

Nemoto quickly loaded up his spare gun with the bullet and aimed it at Tomomi. But he remembered something about her.

If I shoot her, she wouldn't care what happens to her. He thought before a plan sprung up in his head. He looked at Eri, who was now wrapped in Mirio's ripped cape. With a sadistic smile, he began aiming at Eri's head. I will finally put an end to the goddess of ice, herself!

Tomomi gasped loudly as she watched Nemoto aim his gun at the little girl. He's going to shoot her! She thought frantically. This was his plan!

Tomomi quickly ran to the girl and shielded her in her arms with her back facing the gun. She didn't care if she was the one who was shot. She would do anything to make sure Eri had a life outside of this nightmare. One better than the one she had growing up.

Eri instinctively covered herself in Tomomi's arms as the trigger was pulled. But she noticed that the bullet didn't touch her. After a few seconds of realization, Tomomi opened her eyes to see Mirio standing in front of her, shielding her and Eri away from the gunfire. His hands was on top of her and Eri's heads and he was smiling at them.

She looked at him in pure shock as she slowly noticed the blood that seeped through his torso. She was completely stunned to see that he had taken the bullet from them.

"Mirio..." Tomomi whispered as she felt tears build up in her glowing eyes. "W-Wh-"

"You made a promise to protect Eri..." He said weakly, struggling to stay still as the drug was beginning to run it's course. "And...I promised to get the both of you out of here...Because that's what heroes do...they protect those in need..."

Eri felt like crying as she watched Mirio's veins turn scarlet red from the drug as he fell completely on his knees. The drug erased his quirk right before their eyes, leaving him down for the count.

"The diseased." Chisaki said, standing up straighter. "Have been given quirks...And that let's them dream."

As he spoke, Tomomi stayed silent, staring at Mirio with tears running down her eyes. She felt an incredible amount of guilt. It felt like this was her fault. She should have thought quicker and then maybe, she would have stopped Nemoto from shooting anyone.

"Thinking you can actually become something is an illness of the mind." He continued, letting out a dark chuckle. "It's funny! With the power of that little girl and Miss Todoroki, both of whom you've come to save,...everything you've work to cultivate...Has now gone to waste!"

Chisaki tried to use his quirk again but suddenly, Kurono was thrown at him, causing his line of vision to be blocked. He quickly pushed him out of the way but was faced with a shocking scene. Mirio was suddenly in front of him, delivering him a low and hard punch.

"I'm still Lemillion!" He groaned out.

Tomomi watched in awe as Chisaki activated his quirk, causing his gloves to fall into pieces. He tried to touch Mirio but the third year student dodged it and giving him a hard uppercut to the face.

He should have lost his quirk! Nemoto thought in disbelief. He should have the shackles of not being able to save Eri and the ice goddess!...What the hell is he?!

As the two kept fighting, Mirio seemed like he was gaining the upper hand as Chisaki was struggling. But when he aimed his quirk right at Eri and Tomomi, the ice wielder quickly threw her hand up, creating a small ice shield to block it.

"Stay here." She whispered to Eri, wrapping the cape around her even more.

Eri watched as she stood up and disappeared into the raging snow. She wondered what she was about to do.

Mirio was good at keeping up the fight but because of the bullet wound and the fact that Chisaki's attacks were beginning to damage his body even more by cutting up his limbs and torso, he was going to pass out anytime soon. And that's why Tomomi needed to act now.

Chisaki continued to target Eri as Mirio kept blocking the hits, taking in more damage to his body. But suddenly, blue fire burst all around them, turning his spike into crumbling dry ice. Completely disintegrating them and stopping them from hurting Eri.

He widened his eyes as Tomomi stood in front of Mirio's weakened form. Her hair was in her face, her hands were surrounded by that blue ice fire, here menacing eyes glowed in the darkness that her hair was creating around her face. She looked absolutely terrifying. It struck actual fear into their hearts.

"RRGGAAAHHHHHHH!" She yelled, punching the floor beneath them.

The ice fire in her hands rapidly began to disintegrate the spikes he created and in it's place, her own ice spikes began to travel towards him in top speed, prompting him to quickly shield himself.

Tomomi didn't led up there. She took the opportunity to jump on the same ice spike she created to get close to her target. She was out for blood, at this point and nothing was going to stop her from putting an end to Chisaki and his whole plan.

But suddenly, the wall to their left broke down as she was about to attack him. Once the damage was cleared, Midoriya emerged from the huge crate he created with Aizawa and Sir Nighteye behind him.

Without even having time to register the scene in front of him, Midoriya quickly rushed over to Chisaki and delivered a hard punch to his arm, sending him flying. Aizawa quickly rendered the other villains useless by taking away their quirks.

"Mr. Aizawa? Midoriya-chan?" Tomomi blinked, calming down as the flames disappeared. But with the adrenaline disappearing, her body began to feel some of the aftermath of her using that much power.

Tomomi fell from her place on top of the ice spike in a weakened state but was caught by Aizawa before she could hit the ground.

"I got you, munchkin." He whispered as he felt her body began to rapidly grow colder by the second. "You're okay now."

Tomomi hyperventilated as she began to feel ice growing on her skin. She felt extremely cold. Like, dangerously cold. Her body was still getting used to the level she just went and it was like her body temperature was becoming adapted to the new degrees she was able to live through.

She used ice colder than what her body was used to and her body temperature wasn't nearly as low as the ice around them. So she needed time to adjust to it.

"E-Eri...M-Mirio..."She huffed out, slowly turning her head to Mirio and the scared little girl behind him. "He...He needs..."

"It's okay," He soothingly told her, trying to get her to calm down so that her heart rate didn't skyrocket. "They'll be okay because of you."

Usually that would satisfy her but Tomomi shook her head as she slowly and shakily rose up. "No...No no no..." She mumbled under her breath. "It's not over yet..."

"Tomomi, what are yo-" Nighteye, after making sure Mirio was okay, began to ask but was interrupted when said girl suddenly stood up, shocking everyone around them.

"Tomo-neechan, you're too weak to-" Midoriya tried to reason with him but she ignored him as her body, now adapting to the new power level she had, began to shed the ice that grew around her skin.

"It's not over yet." She said viciously, glaring at Chisaki as if she was hunting down prey. "DON'T RUN FROM ME, CHISAKI!"

She took off running towards him. Without warning and without sparing another second. Her arms were surrounded by her ice fire as the tips of her hair reignited into the sapphire flames. An appearance that shocked the heroes completely.

"Oh my god..." Nighteye mumbled as his eyes widened at her. "This is her power?"

"Tomo..." Midoriya was stunned. He knew that Tomomi was strong in her own right. Possibly the strongest ice quirk user he knew but to see the extent of her power was mind blowing. This is why Chisaki wanted her blood. This is why the League of Villains kept her...

Tomomi wasn't just a ice wielder...She is ice!

And she is everything it embodies.

Meanwhile, Kurono used his quirk to stop Aizawa from erasing their quirks. He trapped Aizawa with his quirk and took him somewhere else, leaving Midoriya, Nighteye and Tomomi the only abled bodies to fight off Chisaki.

Chisaki sent spikes their way, which didn't really do anything seeing as Tomomi only blasted them with her ice fire as her Midoriya rushed over to him.

"Like I'd let my plans be ruined by people like this!" Chisaki yelled with a vengeance. "Right, Nemoto?! You don't want that, do you?! I won't let things end here for me..."

Tomomi and Midoriya frowned in confusion as to what he was doing. But to their horror and shock, Chisaki used his quirk to catapult Nemoto's unconscious body into the air, making him land in front of the young yakuza.

"You would die for my sake, would you?!" He continued to yell psychotically.

Chisaki placed his left hand on his face while his right found it's way onto Nemoto. He then activated his quirk again, effecting himself and Nemoto as their bodies began to fall apart. But instead of being completely down, their bodies merged into something monstrous. Something grotesque and evil.

Tomomi widened her eyes as he emerged with for arms and darkened and disgusting skin. He looked like a monster. Straight out of a nightmare. But what made her feel sick was that Nemoto was, after all, just a pawn to Chisaki. She knew she shouldn't feel bad for him but...Nemoto has shown how much he cared for Chisaki and how much he believed in him. Only for him to be used like trash by the very same person he admired.

Even villains can be betrayed.

"I've acknowledged with dignity that you are stronger than me, Lemillion..." Chisaki spoke in a deeper voice. "And I've acknowledge that you are nothing near the level of an average hero, Miss Todoroki...You are, indeed, way more than the average pro hero...But in the end, it'll all come down to nothing."

he destroyed his own comrade...for power... Tomomi thought solemnly. He truly is a sociopath.

"That was the worst feeling..." Chisaki said, looking over his new form. "But this feels much better than how I felt before."

Damnit! I got to take stock of the situation! Midoriya thought, looking around himself frantically. Tomo-neechan is the only one able to back me up, Nighteye is protecting Eri and Togata...I can't see where Aizawa is...

"I'm obsessed with cleanliness, so when someone touches me, it makes my blood boil. " Chisaki explained. "It's the first time it's gotten to this point...All thanks to Lemillion and Miss Todoroki...What a sad life you had, Lemillion...If you hadn't got involved with Eri and Tomomi...with me...You wouldn't have lost your quirk forever!"

Tomomi closed her eyes as guilt began to creep back into her heart. Midoriya and Nighteye looked at Mirio with shock. He lost his quirk saving the two girls?! There was no way!

"If you hadn't gotten involved, you could have kept your dream alive." He continued his ruthless tyrant. "Now Tomomi will have to live with the guilt forever and you will never be able to reach your dreams. How does it feel, Tomomi?"

She jumped as soon as he turned his attention to her.

"You're the reason he can't achieve his dreams. Your useless love for Eri caused Mirio to lose his quirk and now, you're going to die with the rest."

Midoriya looked at Tomomi with saddened eyes. He was really gaslighting her into believing that all of this was her fault. And even though he knew she was tougher than that, he could see her walls crumbling a little as tears began to fall from her eyes.

Her fists were shaking and her eyes were hidden under her hair. The air around them grew colder as the sky above them suddenly became cloudy. Though none of them noticed since they were still inside the building.

Chisaki rushed over to Nighteye, who was still holding both Eri and Mirio. Before he could attack them, Tomomi created an ice wall to block the attack. But Chisaki raised his hand and dissembled the diamond wall with ease.

"He can still use his quirk with someone else hand?!" Mirio mumbled in shock.

Nighteye quickly created a high density seal and threw it at Chisaki, causing the mutated villain to stumble a few feet back. Night eye stood in front of him, blocking him from the for kids.

"Tomomi, Midoriya!" He yelled. "Get Lemillion and Eri out of here!"

"But Nighteye-" Tomomi yelled after him. But he wasn't having any of it.

"Taking care of them is your top priority!" He yelled back. "GO!"

As much as she wanted to help him, she couldn't disobey his orders. So she quickly rushed over to the four kids. Tomomi quickly picked up Eri in her arms as Midoriya helped hold up Mirio.

Eri hugged Tomomi with all of the strength in her tiny body. She let her tears hit the older girl's hospital gown as her body shook.

"I'm so sorry, Tomomi..." She sobbed out, hugging her tightly.

Tomomi, having her own tears fall from her eyes, just hugged the young girl closer to her. "I'm sorry, too, Eri...I'm so sorry.'"

( Author here...I'm bawling my eyes out as we get closer to Nighteye's death...I had to take a break here because I hate doing scenes like this. Continue on )

"Can you move?" Midoriya asked, helping Mirio up.

"Yeah...No problem..." He groaned out, holding his torso. "I ended up making you sad...didn't I?"

Tomomi sat Eri down and tearfully walked over to Mirio. The guilt for all of this and what Chisaki said took a massive hit to her heart. All she could think about was how Mirio lost his quirk forever. And somehow, she felt at fault for it.

"I'm so sorry." She sniffled out, placing her hand on the side of his face. "If I hadn't let my anger get the better of me, I could've-"

"Hey." Mirio interrupted her, warmed by her compassion and care for others. It really warmed his heart to know she cared this much for him. Even if they barely knew each other. "I told you this is what heroes do...we take up for each other. And I wouldn't have it any other way."

"We should put some distance between us." Midoriya said, looking over to the fight that was happening.

Eri walked over to Mirio slowly. She wanted to fix something, for once. Not destroy it. So she tried to do that by seeing if she could reverse the drug effect. But a she placed a hand on his torso, she looked at the blood that spilled and she panicked.

She ripped her hand away from him and began crying. "That's enough...I-I'm sorry..." She sobbed out.

"Eri, it's-" Tomomi turned to her but her eye caught something that broke her heart completely. And this did not go unnoticed by the others.

Chisaki stabbed Nighteye through his arm and body with his spikes. Blood spilled over the sharp tips as he began coughing up blood.

"NIGHTEYE/SIR!" Tomomi and Mirio yelled in horror.

But as Nighteye felt pain spread through his body, he saw someone's future. It was his and he saw himself die. But he also saw someone else's future. He saw Chisaki's future. And it ended the same way his did...In death. But it was by someone else's hand. The figure wore all black and it looked like he was taking his soul out of his body.

He didn't see the person's face but the look on Chisaki's face was enough to tell him he feared this man a great deal.

Suddenly, an ice cocoon surrounded Nighteye, protecting him completely. Which angered Chisaki.

Mirio and Midoriya noticed that Tomomi was nowhere near them. When they looked forward, she was standing right in front of Chisaki. The tips of her hair ignited in ice blue fire as her veins glowed brighter than ever.

"Give it up!" Chisaki yelled at her furiously. "It'll end up like I said before...you'll all die!"

Tomomi glared at him through her glowing eyes as the building began to shake and crumble. Outside, snow fell around the building, leaving the rest of the sky still blue and sunny. Tomomi slowly rose up her hands and the snow from the inside and outside began to pick up in a violent hailstorm.

The snowflakes turned solid and sharp as she destroying the building above them, completely taking off the top part of the building. Exposing them to the blizzard that was happening to them in their area.

Midoriya, Eri and Mirio couldn't help look around them in complete shock and awe. Chisaki was right about one thing. Tomomi was more than the average pro-hero. Even more average than the regular human with a quirk. She wasn't an ice wielder.

Tomomi is ice.

I'm planning on speed running
through this arc because, again,
this focused mainly on Eri. But I
do plan on changing the final fight.

I want Tomomi to be the one who
Eri looks up to and is the reason she
smiles soon.

Also Eri and Tomomi team up?
You know with the power level
she's at now, her body has not
adapted to it yet and she's gonna
need someone to continuously
heal her...just saying...
