Nina, Tingler, and Snow Miser were separated and put in their own individual cells. Snow paced around, while Tingler sat, voicing his worries out loud. Nina was silent.

"Who does that King Moonracer think he is, locking us up for no reason?" Snow said, angrily. "I should give him a piece of my mind, that no-good...Hey, are you two okay?"

"I don't understand what is going on," Tingler stated. "We were the guests of honor. Why would they punish us?"

"I knew I had a bad feeling about this. We should have never come," stated Snow Miser.

Nina sat in the cell with her knees to her chest, thinking. Finally, she spoke. "Something isn't right. This must be a misunderstanding. King Moonracer mentioned our plan, but I don't have any idea what he's talking about."

"Let's just get off this island and away from them," Snow growled. "The most important thing is getting out of here."

"I don't want anyone to get hurt," stated Nina. "There has to be another way around this."

As they sat, thinking about their next steps, Tingler sighed. "I know this isn't the best time, but there's something I want to say."

Snow's expression softened, and he said, "Go ahead."

"Yeah. What's on your mind?" Nina asked.

"I want to tell you both how much I love and care about you," Tingler told them. "In this short time that I've known you, I've been filled with joy unlike any I've ever experienced before. Thank you both for giving me a place in your lives."

"Oh, Tingler, we love you, too," Nina said, touched. "You're a great friend, lover, and companion."

"Yeah, sugarplum," Snow agreed, "we're inseparable now, like peas in a pod. We're happy you're with us...Well, I'm not happy we're here, in particular."

"What do you suppose they will do to us?" Tingler asked, nervously.

"They won't be able to try anything," Snow insisted. "I'll freeze them all if I have to; nobody is going to hurt my partners."

"I hope it doesn't get to that point," Nina said, frowning. "If we could only talk to King Moonracer, I'm sure we could get this straightened out."

They heard footsteps approaching and stopped talking. Rudolph and Hermey appeared, looking worried. "Nina, Snow Miser, Tingler, what's going on?"

"We could ask you the same thing," Snow scoffed. "We have no idea why your king had us locked up!"

"He said something about you three wanting to destroy the island," Rudolph said, dismayed, "but that can't be true, is it?"

"Why would we want to destroy the island?" Tingler asked, confused.

"We don't know, but he's planning on keeping you all here until someone comes and 'takes care of you'," said Hermey.

Rudolph quickly tampered with the cell doors. When asked what he was doing, he answered, "We don't have much time. Someone's coming, and we don't want to stick around and find out who it is. I know you're not planning on hurting any of us, and I can't just let my friends be locked up for no reason."

With some help, the five were able to get the doors open. "This way!" Rudolph stated. "This path leads outside the castle."

They ran until they ended up outside. "Get off the island before anyone finds out you're gone," Rudolph stated, frantically.

"Halt!" King Moonracer's booming voiced shouted above them. Everyone looked up, and their eyes widened when they saw who was with him.
