I don't own Kingdom Hearts or Frozen. They belong to Disney and Square Enix. Hey, everyone, back with the final chapter! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate this time of year. Sorry it took me so long but I've been dealing with some real life stuff, and it's been putting me down. But now I'm back right before the new year with the ending to this tale. I won't keep you guys and gals waiting any longer... just going to reply to the reviews and then we'll dive on into the conclusion to this story...
Spiral-Voltron-Zero0Q1: Here you go! The last chapter! Enjoy!
the mysterious Mr.E: Glad you enjoyed it and been loving season 2. Excited for season 3 now!
KingdomWarrior125: Hans found that one out the hard way. He should be grateful that he lasted that long. If Sora had all of his powers, he'd be toast. XD
VaderSkywalker: Glad you liked it. Did not think about that comparison but yeah, I see it now. Good thing he wasn't Xehanort or Maleficent. Doubt it would have worked on them.
The Keeper of Worlds: Hope you love this last conclusion then!
B127Michael: Well, it took till the end of the 2023 but here we are! Enjoy!
ENDDRAGON369: Yeah, sadly they're not in this story or world. But my other story Dark Legacy will feature them in the next chapter. Soon as I get to finishing it.
Guest: I'm currently not taking on story requests. Sorry.
tmp1114: You'll see how much the trolls know in the chapter.
SORARULES23: Glad you like it up to this point and I get that you've been busy. No rush. Can't say the same for our readers but I'm a patientman. Just pitch in when you can. Hope you like the conclusion.
Ryustin: Or none of the above. Don't believe me. Read this chapter. I never said that Xigbar did it on Xehanort's behalf. ;)
And with that out of the way, please don't enjoy the conclusion to Frozen: The Lost Son...
With Summer back, the other Dignitaries were able to return to their respective Kingdoms. However, they did not leave until apologizing to Elsa, welcoming her son's return, and thanking the family for saving the world from Prince Hans... well, most of them were able to.
The Duke had a mild heart attack when he found out Burni could control fire when he protected him from the Heartless while Sora battled Hans. He would make it but he would have to come to terms with that he's not as young as he used to be. Elsa saw it as a more reasonable punishment rather than making his Kingdom suffer from losing a trading partner. She simply requested sending someone a bit more understanding regarding people with powers from now on. Now that she knew her son had magic, she did not wish for people to call him a monster like she was.
The people of Arendelle seemed to forgive Elsa, now knowing that the Eternal Winter was not intentional and Anna's ex-fiancé was really responsible for the Heartless. It also helped when people saw the Queen fight alongside her son to stop the Prince of the Southern Isles.
Speaking of her son, word caught fast of his return and what he's accomplished since returning. In many eyes of the people, the Prince was a real hero unlike Hans, who not only ended a long war between Arendelle and Northuldra and restored peace, protected his mother so no one would endure the endless winter, and defeated Hans and his monsters with a strange yet magic sword that would have destroyed them all. So, people were thrilled about his return, even the Council...
...until they found out that the Queen was more than angry at them. To find out they not only abandoned her son when they actually had a chance to find him, also pushed the Coronation in hopes she would find a new husband and start another political marriage, but now, since hearing of her son's return, planned to do the same thing with him. She fired them all on the spot before letters could be sent out.
A celebration for summer's return, as well as the return of the long-lost prince, was in order. However, there were more than a few details they needed to sort out first. Now in the living quarters, Sora sat on the couch with his mother by his side. Anna and Kristoff, no longer dressed in winter clothes, sat in chairs they pulled up to be a part of the conversation. Olaf sat crisscross on the floor next to Sora.
Elsa asked Mattias, which she now promoted to General, to allow them some privacy for a family catch-up. She allowed Kristoff inside because, unlike the last guy her sister was interested in, he hadn't tried to kill herself or her son, and he seemed to care for Anna to go through all of their family drama. But as precaution turned to Sora, who was in his words a good judge of character, for his imput before allowing this. All Sora did was stare at him for a few moments, before turning back to her, "He's cool."
It's good enough for her... but if she's anything like a blessing for a marriage too soon, it was out the door he goes. She wasn't going to go through all that again.
Put the thoughts aside, Anna did reveal something she and Sora managed to figure out, "Our mother was Northuldra?" Anna smiled and nodded, "Then she was the one who saved Father that night."
"I thought so too," Anna smiled, "To think, we actually had family over there all this time."
"Not as crazy as what we saw today," She sighed as she turned to her son. After a moment of silence, "How long have you had your powers?"
"I don't know... I kinda lost track of time," Sora admitted, "Two years ago... perhaps... it was the same night of the storm... when the Heartless..."
"...attack your islands," Elsa nodded slowly recalling what he already told her. Okay, so he wasn't born with them. She would have known if he had them. Grandpaddie could have told her that the day her son was born. So, was he cursed? Or was simply delayed until... puberty...?
Okay, she never thought she had this conversation. She wished her son to have a regal childhood... in Arendelle... with his family. Anna cleared her throat, "So, your mother has ice powers and you have... key... powers? Which I didn't know was a thing..."
"Didn't you say the same thing about your sister's ice magic?" Kristoff glanced to her.
"Well, yeah, but ice makes more sense than keys," His Aunt blinked gesturing to Sora, "No offense. You were awesome out there."
"None taken and thanks," Her nephew nodded, "And it's called the Keyblade."
"Keyblade?" Olaf nodded, "So it's a key and a sword? So do you slay monsters or lock them away?"
Sora stared at him for a moment, "Uh... I'm not sure how to answer that."
"Okay, here's a real question," Elsa stated, "Who taught you how to control your powers?"
"Actually, I was mostly self-taught," Sora admitted surprising everyone in the room, "I did have a few mentors when traveled around like Merlin, Phil, Shang, Master Yen Sid... but I've had to teach myself."
Elsa blinked in shock as Anna spoke up, "Wait... back up there for a minute... did you say Merlin? As in the wizard from the legend of King Arthur?"
"The very same," Sora confirmed, "He's a bit of a time traveler, and he helped me and my friends a lot on many occasions."
"Wow," Anna blinked, "Just... wow. And I thought the fact trolls are real would be the shocking moment of my life."
"Huh, not the craziest thing I heard of," Sora slowly nodded, "I mean I've met other spirits, mermaids..."
"Wait, what?" His Aunt blinked as he continued counting it down.
"...fairies, mermaids, pirates, the undead, monsters, Santa Claus..."
"Santa's real too?!" Anna exclaimed in shock, "Okay, I need to write an apology letter after this..."
"Who's Santa?" Olaf wondered.
"...dragons, witches, Greek gods but I don't think I ever met a troll before," Sora finished as he shrugged.
"Technically, you have," Elsa confessed, "One helped the doctors the day you were born..."
"Wait, you knew trolls existed, and they helped you deliver Sora?" Anna blinked in disbelief before realizing, "Wait, guess you needed one just in case he was like..."
"...me," She confirmed, "They also helped you when I struck you the last time."
"Huh?" The Princess of Arendelle blinked in shock, "I've been struck by your powers before?! When?!"
"When we were kids," Elsa revealed, "Just before I shut you out, it was the reason you had the white streak in your hair. You weren't born with it, that was me. The trolls were able to help you then but as a result..."
"...I didn't remember you had powers," She slowly realized as Kristoff blinked in disbelief, "And that was the reason you shut me out the first time."
"Wait, so that was you," Kristoff gasped, "I saw you getting help when I was a kid but I didn't know that was you."
"You were there?!" Elsa blinked in shock at Kristoff.
"Oh, yeah," Anna nodded, "He and Sven were raised by trolls."
"That would explain why he needed to be in Arendelle the day your son was born," The ice man gestured to Elsa before whispering to himself, "How did I not realize that sooner...?"
"What a small world we live in," Olaf chuckled.
Elsa blinked before shaking her head, "Okay, we losing the main topic of discussion..." She turned to Sora, "Why did the Heartless come to your islands? Just what exactly have you been doing since you received your powers?"
Sora sighed as he admitted, "I have to confess, I haven't been entirely honest with you..." Elsa leaned in as he continued, "But what I'm about to tell you has been a well kept secret kept away from society. If it was revealed to the public, it could lead to disastrous consequences."
"Sora... please... we're your family..." Elsa reassured him, until Kristoff cleared his throat, "...and a friend who was apparently raised by trolls with his reindeer..." She continued, "You can tell us anything."
"Yeah, don't shut us out," His Aunt nodded in agreement, "Let us help you."
After a moment of silence, Sora sighed, "I suppose I should start with the history of the world and the history of the Keyblade." Elsa and Anna glanced at each other as he began, "Long ago, the worlds were once one, protected under the light of Kingdom Hearts."
"Kingdom Hearts?" Anna whispered as Elsa recalled that's what Xehanort wanted. Sora had mentioned it earlier.
"Everyone loved the light, but they started to get greedy. They wanted the light for themselves and darkness was born in their hearts," He continued, "A Great War caused Kingdom Hearts to vanish and the world was consumed by the darkness. However, small fragments of light survived, in the hearts of children and rebuilt the world we know today, that's why the worlds are still scattered."
"Nice story," Anna nodded.
"It's not just a story. It's history," Sora revealed, "One that I lived through... This world like many others believes the world they are standing on is Earth, when in truth, it is merely a small fraction of what it once was."
"Seriously," Anna gasped.
"Unbelievable, I know," The lost Prince nodded, "And yet you see them every night, shining down upon us."
"Huh... so the sky really is awake," Anna blinked in realization.
"It was our dream to explore these worlds," Sora explained, "Riku, Kairi, and I built a raft in hopes we can reach them."
"A raft?" Kristoff raised an eyebrow in disbelief, "Didn't you say they were the stars we see at night? How do you think you reach these worlds on a raft?"
"Cut them some slack," Anna smiled, "They were young."
"It was two years ago," Elsa pointed out.
"Still young," Her sister shrugged, "He was just starting as a teen and had big dreams. Wasn't that all of us at one point?"
"Okay, what happened afterward?" Elsa glanced at him, "Did the Heartless attack then?"
"Yes," Sora confirmed with a nod, "I tried fighting them off with the Keyblade but I only had a small grasp at what I could do, so they destroyed the island."
"Destroyed?!" Everyone gasped before Olaf wondered, "What does destroy mean?"
"How did you escape?!" Elsa blinked in shock, "Is that would have happened to Arendelle..."
"...if we failed it would share the same fate," Sora confirmed, "I ended up where most survivors end up when they lose their world to the Heartless. Traverse Town."
"Never heard of it," Anna admitted.
"It was another world, the very first one I came upon since wielding the Keyblade," The lost Prince explained, "It was there I met Leon, who explained what the Keyblade was and what I was up against."
"He knew what your powers were," Elsa blinked in shock.
"He knew the weapon I wielded was," Sora explained, "As you saw today, the Keyblade is no ordinary weapon. Neither is it the only one of its kind. They are ancient weapons the many men and women before me wielded even before the ancient war. Their original purpose to conquer the light but the surviving descendants of the war rather use them to defend the light instead."
He summoned the Keyblade to his hand, "Since then, the Keyblade has chosen its master, and I was the first one chosen in ten years. As an addition to unlocking or locking anything in existence, it also has the capability to destroy the Heartless and free the hearts they consume. It's the only thing they fear..."
"That's why you didn't use it until you knew the Heartless showed up," Elsa realized, "They know the threat you pose to them."
"I thought by not using my powers would keep the Heartless from discovering this world," Sora admitted, "Unfortunately, Hans's own darkness drew them to this world."
"Well, he can't anymore right?" Anna smiled, "You stopped him."
"Yes, Hans has been stopped, but as long as darkness remains in people's hearts," The teenager revealed, "The Heartless will continue to thrive and they will be back."
"Oh... great..." Anna frowned at that.
"So, was Leon able to hook you up with a Keyblade instructor?" His mother wondered, "Who taught you to control your abilities?"
"Like I said I was self-taught, and there's a reason I never had a Master teach me," Sora explained, "The only other Keyblade Wielder that was available was off dealing the Heartless threat, everyone else was either dead or missing in action."
"Dead?!" Anna gasped in shock.
"It's why the survivors needed me," The teenager explained, "I was the only one who could stop the threat of the Heartless. However, I also wanted to find my friends. I believe they managed to escape the islands as well. Thankfully, I didn't go on the journey alone..."
"Oh, good," Elsa sighed in relief, "Who went with you? Trained warriors?"
"Knights in shining armor?" Anna beamed.
"The fellowship of the Key!" Olaf leaped for joy as everyone glanced at the snowman, who giggled, "This is fun!"
"Actually, the only of the Keyblade Wielder around was also a King on his world," Sora revealed, shocking everyone, "He left his best friends a note with instructions to find me, so his magician, Donald Duck, and the Captain of his Knights, Goofy, could help me on my journey at the same time, we'd go to find the King."
"Wait, that would mean the three of you against would be an army of Heartless?" Kristoff realized, "To save the countless surviving worlds, that could potentially be a never-ending war."
"I never said it was an easy journey," Sora explained, "But the three of us made the perfect team and we saved countless lives while uncovering the one responsible for all of this."
"The man who took you from me..." Elsa realized Sora mentioned he had control over the Heartless, "Xehanort."
"Yes, at the time, I thought he was some madman who was obsessed with the Heartless and used villains from other worlds to do his bidding," Her son admitted before frowning, "But the truth was so much darker than I imagined."
"Who was he?" Anna wondered.
"Well, long ago, he grew up on the very same islands that I did," Sora explained, "He wished to leave his island and seek out what was beyond the islands... ironically, he was our inspiration for leaving the islands ourselves. As it turned out, Xehanort was a descendant of Keyblade Masters before him, and would eventually become one himself."
"Wait, so he's like you," Elsa blinked in shock, "But with actual training?"
"Yep." Sora nodded.
"It's no wonder he was able to take you from me so easily," She whispered, "He was a well-trained master of his powers..."
"Elsa... you never mentioned this guy had powers..." Anna turned to her sister in shock, "Why didn't you..."
"...if I did, that would have led to the question of how I knew he had powers," She sighed, "And if the truth got out about me, I wasn't sure what people would think of Sora."
"Just why did Xehanort take you?" Kristoff wondered, "Was it because your mother had powers..."
"He might have been interested in me, but above all else, he wished to claim Kingdom Hearts as his own," Sora explained, "From what I've heard, even from a young age he was obsessed with the tale, so he abandoned his duties as a Keyblade Master and became a seeker. He believed if he recreated the events of the legend, he would be able to find a claim Kingdom Hearts as his own."
"How did you end up meeting him," Elsa wondered, "From what it sounds like, you never really interacted with him after he stole you away and placed you on the islands."
"Well, before I went on my journey, the world where Leon came from, Radiant Garden, was under the rule of its head scientist, Ansem the Wise. One day, he found a stranger with white hair lying unconscious here in the square, with no memory other than his own name, 'Xehanort.'"
Everyone leaned in to listen to what Sora said next, "Ansem took the stranger in, but that was a mistake. Xehanort betrayed his master, stole his research, and along with his fellow apprentices, separated his heart from his body."
"Separate his heart from his-" Elsa repeated before her eyes widened, "Wait, are you saying he willing became a Heartless?!"
Sora nodded in confirmation, Anna turned to him, "Why would he do that?"
"It's complicated, but I'll get to that soon enough," He then explained, "The Heartless continued his Master's research, the one he was forbidden to continue, using his Master's own name. He would then come to possess Riku for a time."
"He possessed your friend?!" His Aunt, mother, and Kristoff exclaimed.
"What? I don't get it?" Olaf blinked in confusion, "How does Xehanort own a person."
"He took over his body, this was how I first met Xehanort," Sora clarified, "But when he introduced himself as Ansem, I thought he was Radiant Garden's turned evil. Either way, I wanted to save my friend and stop him from calming Kingdom Hearts. To accomplish this, he kidnapped the seven Princesses of Heart from their world."
"Seven Princesses of Heart?" Anna tilted her head.
"Unlike most people, who all have some darkness in their hearts," He began to explain, "There are seven women with hearts devoid of that darkness. Hearts of pure light. Gathered together, they can be used to reveal a Keyhole that would lead one to the Door to Darkness."
"Who were they?" Elsa wondered, curious if it was anyone they knew.
"Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Alice, Jasmine, Belle..." Sora counted them off before sighing, "...and Kairi."
"Wait," Both sisters blinked in shock, "Kairi's a Princess?"
"Yes," Sora confirmed, "Xehanort's Heartless used Maleficent, another enemy of mine, to gather the Princesses for him. Used Riku's desires to gain a new body for his own. I wanted to save my friends so I fought him."
Elsa leaned in concerned as he stated, "With the help of Donald and Goofy we managed to defeat him and sealed away the Door to Darkness with the help of Riku and the King, but in the end, we were separated. Kairi was sent back home to the islands, which was restored when we sealed away the door, King Mickey and Riku were trapped in the Realm of Darkness, while the rest of us ended up on an unknown world where we tried to find our missing friends so we could all go home."
"But it wasn't over was it," Elsa realized. When Sora finally returned, he came alone. Well, he came with Burni but he was actually from this world, unlike this Donald and this Goofy.
"No, after that things got fuzzy, I remember waking up in this weird giant egg thing," Sora admitted, "All we know of what happened with a note in Jiminy's journal."
"Who's Jiminy?" Elsa wondered.
"Oh, he's the royal chronicler," Sora's eyes light up as he realizes he forgot to mention him, "He has written journals of all my journeys so far."
"Oh, I see," She nodded, thinking she could get a few more details of the full story of her son's adventures from those journals. For now she would settle for her son's point of view, "And what did the note say?"
"Thank Naminé," He answered.
"Naminé? Who's Naminé?" Anna blinked in confusion.
"At the time, we didn't know," Sora answered, "But later on, we learned she has the power to enter, control, and create memories. A group of rogue members of the Organization forced her to rewrite my memories so they would have control over me, but she turned against them and helped us stop them. She even helped restore my memories back to the way before entering their fortress."
"Oh, guess we owe her then," Anna smiled at this Naminé.
"Wait, Organization," Elsa recalled Sora mentioning them before, "We're they..."
"Yep," Sora nodded, "They were members of Organization XIII which led me to my next confrontation with Xehanort."
"But... I thought you said you already defeated Xehanort's Heartless," Anna admitted.
"I did," He confirmed, "But his Nobody, Xemnas, led the Organization."
"Nobody?" Kristoff blinked in confusion.
"Whenever a Heartless is created, a Nobody is as well," The formerly lost but found Prince explained, "A Nobody is what remains when someone heart is taken, their body and soul. The stronger their will, the more human they look. The Organization controlled the Nobodies, as they were the strongest of the Nobodies."
"But they missing their hearts," Elsa realized.
"Yep, while most contained their memories when they were human, they lacked the emotions they once did," Sora frowned, "Xemnas used their desperation to regain their own hearts but gathering hearts from slain Heartless, to create their own Kingdom Hearts."
"Because they believed that's what it would take to get their own hearts back," The Queen of Arendelle whispered, "No matter who got hurt in the process..."
Sora grimly nodded, "We met up with the King's old mentor, Master Yen Sid, a retired Keyblade Master, who informed us of the situation."
"What I don't get, is how would they accomplish this?" Anna turned to her nephew in confusion, "You said only a Keyblade could free the hearts the Heartless consumed."
"Yeah, well, it didn't hurt they actually had a couple Keyblade Wielders in their members," Sora revealed shocking those in the room, "While Naminè was restoring my memories, the Organization recruited them. Roxas and Xion."
"Who were they?" Elsa wondered.
"It's... complicated as they were apart of me," He revealed, as others nervously looked at him, "To start... Roxas... was my Nobody."
"Your... Nobody?" Elsa whispered in shock, "Wait... when did you become a..."
"Back on my first journey, I told you Ansem, Xehanort's Heartless, possessed Riku," He admitted, "What I didn't say is that when my islands fell, Kairi's heart entered mine for safety... leaving her body in a coma. While in control of Riku, he used the Princesses' hearts to create his own Keyblade. One that could unlock someone's heart, after defeating him, I took Ansem's weapon and did the only thing I knew how to place Kairi's heart back in her own body..."
"What? What did you?" Olaf leaned in eagerly.
Anna's eyes widened in horror, "You used to that Keyblade to free Kairi's heart... and lose your own to the Heartless..."
Elsa gasped in horror as Sora nodded. He died... he legitimately killed himself to save Kairi! Kristoff leaned in concern, "So, if you became a Heartless... how are you here now..."
"While most Heartless lose their memories of who they were before they lost their heart, I fought to keep mine," He revealed, "Kairi managed to recognize me... even as Heartless... and used her powers to bring me back. She saved me."
Olaf beamed as he realized, "You both preformed an act of true love!" Sora face instantly turned red as he chuckled, "And you said you still have a lot to learn about love..."
"It... it's not like that... I... mean..." Sora tried to deny getting a smug looks from Anna and Kristoff.
Elsa eased up, thank God above, okay... she had yet to meet this Kairi, but if her son wished to pursue a relationship with her, then she would give them her blessing. In fact, when she met Kairi, she would pull her into a hug... and she hadn't been much of a hugger since the accident. She then cleared her throat, "So, even then, it resulted in... this Roxas's... birth?"
"Pretty much, but unlike his other Nobodies, he had none of my memories," Sora eased up shaking off the blush, "As for Xion, she was meant to be a replica of me."
"A... replica...?" Anna whispered.
"What's that?" Kristoff wondered, "What is a replica?"
"Replicas are artificial copies of people," Sora revealed, "Give one a heart and they can become as real as people. Xion was an experiment by one of the members that was vanquished in Castle Oblivion, Vexen. When Naminè was forced to take my memories apart, many of those memories he gathered and placed in the replica... and he planned Xion to look like me... but the memories placed within her... were some of my most precious memories... so instead of becoming a boy, the replica became a girl..."
"Wait, most precious memories..." Anna slowly started smirking again, "They wouldn't by any chance say... I don't know... all the times you hung out with Kairi..."
Sora froze for a moment, his face turning red again, before finally responding, "No."
"You hesitated!" Olaf pointed out.
"No, I didn't!" Sora continued to blush, "I don't know what he's talking about."
Elsa merely shook her head in amusement. Guess his feelings for Kairi, if he was trying to hide them, was quite such secret considering he blushes whenever her very name is mentioned. It was sweet actually. She smiled, "Moving on... because of their connection to you... it gave them access to a Keyblade... is that right?"
Sora nodded his head as he continued, "What the Organization wasn't counting on, was a friendship not only to each other, but to another member within their ranks. Axel. They hung out with each other practically everyday, collecting hearts, sharing ice cream, and talking about their day. Eventually, the other members decided they only wanted one Key barriers in their Organization so they made every attempt to try to turn their Keyblade's against eachother. Axel tried to stop it but in the end, they got what they wished... Roxas was forced to strike Xion down, and when the memories of Kairi were returned to me, all memories of her were erased from everyone that knew her."
"Dang..." Anna whispered in shock and horror.
"How awful," Elsa whispered in agreement.
"Roxas struggled to keep the memory of her alive, but it was enough for him to turn on the Organization," Sora revealed, "Meanwhile, Ansem, the real one, was working with Naminè and Riku to help restore my memory. At the time his thoughts were clouded with revenge, and believed I was his best bet at destroying the remaining members. When news came to him of Roxas's leave, he sent Riku after him. He wanted to make things right to me and the worlds when he was working with the enemy, so he left without a word."
"So, he and King Mickey did manage to find their way out of the Realm of Darkness," Elsa realized, "Glad they both made it out unscathed."
"Well, I wouldn't say that, despite Ansem, Xehanort's Heartless, gone, he still troubled with him in his heart," Sora revealed, "Even as he and Roxas fought each other, when it became apparent he would lose the fight, he thought he made the tough call, and embraced the same darkness Xehanort did, taking the appearance of his Heartless in order to capture Roxas..."
Everyone stared in horror as Kristoff sighed, "That poor kid..."
"Even with both Roxas and Xion inside me, to restore my memories and strength," The Prince placed a hand over his own heart, "Riku felt like couldn't face me, he never wanted to find out how far he fell to save me..."
"...so he shut you out," Anna whispered as Elsa had to admit, Riku did go further on the deep end than her. She was glad her son took up his Aunt's trait to not give up on his friend.
"So, what happened after," His mother wondered.
"After that, I continued to search for him and the King with Donald and Goofy at my side as we fought against the Organization, who through both Heartless and Nobodies at us in order to collect even more hearts," Sora revealed, "We eventually found the King and revealed Xemnas to us, but kept what happened to Riku because he promised him that he would never tell me what happened. At the same time, Axel kidnapped Kairi, in hopes she would be the key to getting his friends back, but she managed to get away from him... only to be captured by the Organization."
"What is it with bad guys holding the ones we love hostage in attempt to lure us to do their bidding?" Anna whispered aloud.
Elsa shushed her before turning back to Sora, "Were you able to rescue her?"
"Yes, thanks to no small part to Axel, who risked his life to help us," Sora revealed, "However, it was Riku that managed to save her... he tried to hide away but Kairi convinced him to stay with us, despite everything that happened to him. Together, we managed to take down Xemnas, the Organization, and freed the hearts from his Kingdom Hearts. The real Ansem was willing to lay down his life to buy us more time. We finally went home and thought it was all over..."
"It wasn't over, was it," Elsa frowned at that, she had a feeling her son would have never had come home otherwise.
"No," He shook his head, "Naminè was apart of Kairi just like Roxas was apart of me..."
"Oh, I get it," Olaf beamed, "When Kairi lost her heart... Naminè was created because she was her Nobody..."
Sora blinked in shock, "Actually... that's pretty much it... yeah..."
"So, you and Kairi have a Nobody?" Anna blinked in shock.
"At the time, they said they were okay being in our hearts," Sora admitted, "But Kairi and I... didn't feel that was right... they deserved to have their own lives... Xion too... even though we never heard of her... not long after we learned they weren't that were in trouble. When we were young, three Keyblade Wielders were missing in action stopping Xehanort's original plan to stop Kingdom Hearts, and we were their best chance at saving them."
"Really?" His mother turned her head in concern, "Who are they?"
"Ventus, Terra, and Aqua," He answered, "Master Yen Sid had the King summon myself and Riku back to his tower so we could discuss our next move... and prepare for Xehanort's next."
"Okay, you already defeated both his Heartless, Ansem, and his Nobody, Xemnas," Kristoff realized, "How was he able to return this time?"
"We didn't know it at the time, but by destroying someone's Heartless and Nobody, nothing stops their hearts and bodies from rejoining together becoming who they were before turning," Sora explained, "Usually, it's a good thing for any victims who were consumed by the darkness but by vanquishing both Ansem and Xemnas..."
"...you unintentionally brought back the real Xehanort." His mother realized, "More dangerous than before..."
"Unfortunately, you are correct, if Xehanort truly forgot his memory or not, it didn't matter anymore as he would have his one final grand scheme which he believed was foolproof." Sora nodded as he continued, "Master Yen Sid thought it was best to confront him if we were true Keyblade Masters and a power we needed to unlock if we were going to save the others. The Power of Waking."
"Power of Waking," Olaf hummed in thought before gasping, "Are the three missing a Keyblade Wielders are in a deep slumber and can only be woke up using this new power?!"
"It's... a bit more complicated than that," He admitted before shaking his head, "So, in order for us to gain this power and become masters, we took on a Mark of Mastery Exam."
"An exam?" Kristoff blinked in shock, "This Yen Sid guy... he thought the best way for you to get this power by doing a written exam."
"Not quite," Sora revealed, "In order for us to get this power, we had to dive into the sleeping worlds and unlock seven Keyholes and free the worlds that we still trapped during my first journey... unfortunately, Xehanort knew what we were planning and high jacked the test. It was there we learned of his ultimate plan to claim Kingdom Hearts for his own..."
"Wait, how did he know that you and Riku were taking this exam to begin with?" Elsa asked in concern.
"By travel through time," Sora explained confusing everyone, "Unlike Merlin, there are rules for the rest of us when it comes to time travel. First, you must separate your heart from your body. Then, there must be a version of you waiting at the destination. Upon arrival, you can only move forward as per the laws of time. And you cannot rewrite the events that are destined to happen."
"What does that have to do with..." Anna started before her eyes widened in realization, "Oh! Oh! Now I get it. It's why he became a Heartless in the first place... and he once lived on the islands."
"That's right," Sora nodded, "Ansem, Xehanort's Heartless, went to the past to give his younger self instructions. Since then, he stayed on the islands and stayed out of sight until the day we finally finished building the raft, with his goal on possessing Riku... but here's the thing. During our test, in order to get to the sleeping worlds, Master Yen Sid sent us to the past just before the islands fell and Ansem witnessed everything and again informed himself of those events taking place."
"He had that kind of foresight!" Elsa gasped in horror.
"Yes, so during the test, we had encounters with Xehanort's past self as he revealed his goals to us," Sora continued, "He had been traveling through the flow of time in order find thirteen vessels for his future self."
"Vessels?" Anna titled her head.
"I also learned another truth, I saw Roxas's memories back when he was in the Organization with his friends," The Prince revealed, "I felt what Roxas felt and... they laughed together, got mad, and they grieved."
"Hold on. Wouldn't one need a heart to cry?" Kristoff's eyes widened in shock.
"Bingo," Sora nodded, "Apparently, a heart is never lost for good. The body will try to replace it the first chance it gets. So, when Axel, Roxas, and Xion started hanging out together..."
"They received hearts of their own..." Elsa's eyes widened in shock, "Did Xemnas... Xehanort know this?"
"Oh, he knew alright," Sora's eyes narrowed in anger, "From the very moment, he and the others became Nobodies."
"Then if it was only temporary, why lie to them?!" Anna exclaimed, "Tell them that they didn't have heart?!"
"Xehanort's and Xemnas's formed the Organization for one reason, gather up a bunch of empty husks, hook them up to Kingdom Hearts, then fill them all with the exact same heart and mind," Sora answered, "They were going turn all the members into Xehanort."
Everyone in the room feel silent, Elsa blinked in horror, "Turn them into... Xehanort..."
"Oh my-," Anna gasped in horror, "But... how could anyone...?"
His mother looked up to him, "Did he try to do it to you?"
After a long moment of silence, he nodded, "Yes."
Anna stared in horror, Kristoff jaw dropped to the ground, Olaf only looked confused... Elsa was expressionless before telling everyone, "Excuse me... I need a moment..."
She stood up and left the room without a word...
She eventually made her way to the ballroom, and made sure no one was in there. Once she was certain, she let out an angry scream coating the entire room with ice. It was bad enough that she took her child away from her but after hearing everything he done so far... what he planned to do her son! If he were still alive, he could forget about going to a cell... she would have had his execution date set! She was never into public executions... but for Xehanort. She would have made an exception!
She fell to her knees before sobbing. Her son had to go through all of this horror on his own. He never should have had to go through any of that. She should have never left him for a moment. Maybe, she would be no match for him, but she could at least held him off and got her son to safety. Even if he still gotten taken, she shouldn't locked herself back in her tower while the rest of the world searched for him. She should have led the search from the front. Perhaps with her own powers, she could have found a way to Sora's world. The Destiny Islands. Maybe if she had she could have at least been there for him. Tried to spare him from all this suffering and near death experiences. All of the war.
Xehanort wasn't the only one to put blame here. She was just as guilty. Wiping her tears, she knew she had to stop with this fear and guilt. She had him back and now she could make amends. First, she had to listen to the rest of his story. If there's even a chance Xehanort survived his final encounter with her son, she had to make sure. He wouldn't let him tear her family apart again.
Once she took some deep breaths, she dismissed the snow and returned to the living quarters, where her family... and Kristoff were waiting for her. Anna was comforting Sora the best she could, when she returned. She gave her sister a nod before allowing her to sit beside her. She apologized, "I'm sorry. Please continue. How did you escape?"
"Actually, I didn't." Sora admitted, "Riku, the King, Donald, Goofy, and Axel all managed to figure out what happened and came to my rescue."
"Axel?" Anna blinked in shock, "He survived."
"Xehanort wasn't the only one we restored to human," Anna's nephew revealed, "Most of the members within the original Organization had been restored and figured out Xehanort's true intentions. Despite being unaware, many wished to atone for their participation in Xehanort's goals. It didn't hurt the fact that Axel, well, his real name is Lea, wanted to get his own friends back too. Which actually made him worthy of a Keyblade of his own."
"Cool," The Princess nodded.
Elsa was relieved as well. Sora had such good friends if they were all gathered to come to his moment of need. She then wondered, "So, what about the exam? Did you have to retake it or...?"
"Well, despite Xehanort's trap, we each managed to unlock the seven keyholes and complete the exam," Sora admitted, "But when I was in a deep slumber, Riku used to power of waking to wake me up and discovered that Ansem the Wise had placed his data and research inside of me when he helped Naminè restore my memory. He believed it would help turn the tide against Xehanort and help atone for his actions as well. In Master Yen Sid's eyes, that made Riku a Keyblade Master."
"So, he passed the exam," Kristoff nodded, "What about you?"
"Hey, there's always next time," Sora shrugged, "I was just happy that Riku passed, he's come a long way since."
Well that didn't seem fair. It wasn't Sora's fault that he didn't pass. Sure, Riku did more than what he was supposed to do but the Snow Queen didn't see why Sora couldn't pass. Her thoughts stopped, "Anyways, I knew due to Xehanort's interference, I had to figure out how to gain the power of waking to help the missing Keyblade Wielders, as well as Roxas, Naminè, and Xion. So, I went with Donald and Goofy on another adventure."
"One question, you never explained why Xehanort wanted thirteen versions of himself," Kristoff pointed out, "Or his final scheme."
"I'm getting to that," Sora reassured the ice man, "Xehanort had put together what dragged the original world into darkness along with Kingdom Hearts was connected to another legend. The Keyblade War."
"Keyblade War?" Elsa raised an eyebrow.
"Yes, a war were countless Keyblade Wielders fought against each other to claim Kingdom Hearts for their own," The Prince revealed, "And the way to unlock Kingdom Hearts was to retrieve its counterpart: the χ-blade."
"Keyblade?" Anna blinked in shock, "But don't they already have one?"
"It's not like the one I carry, or my friends for that matter it's..." The teenage boy shook his head, "Hard to explain..." He then wondered, "Could I have something to write with?"
"Sure," His mother nodded as she went to the draw beside her and pulled out a piece of paper, and then pulled out some ink and a quill. Handing it over to her son, "Here."
"Thanks," He nodded as he then drew something on the paper before showing it to the others, "Here. This is χ."
"Sora... that's an X." Anna pointed out.
"No, it's a Greek letter," Elsa corrected confusing her sister, she sighed, "You clearly didn't study other languages..." She then explained, "This letter... it's 'kye.'"
"That is also an acceptable pronunciation," Her son answered, "The Keyblade's that were forged afterwards are all based that χ-blade. When the war concluded the weapon was shattered in twenty pieces. Seven of light and thirteen of darkness."
"Okay, so what does that have to do with anything?" Anna nodded.
"Wait, Organization Thirteen..." Elsa slowly began to put together, "Seven Princesses..." Her eyes widened, "Thirteen darknesses and seven lights."
"Yep, both schemes I already foiled were supposed to combine to reforge the χ-blade. He also tried reforging the weapon by have a clash of hero of pure light against a villain of pure darkness which Aqua, Terra, and Ventus foiled. Xehanort's final attempt required that he gathered the real Organization XIII while we gathered seven Guardians of Light to clash against each other..."
"So, wait, isn't the best way to stop him is not to fight at all?" Kristoff wondered.
"We came to the same conclusion but Xehanort had a backup plan for that too," The Prince pointed out.
"Oh, the Princesses," Anna's eyes widened.
"It was either we gathered our own Guardians with a slim chance we could catch Xehanort off guard during the new Keyblade War," Sora sighed, "Or the Organization would start targeting the Princesses instead with zero chance of stopping him at all. We didn't like playing into his hands but it was better than the alternative."
"So, Kairi would be in danger again," Elsa frowned in concern.
"Actually, near the end of my last journey, and our final stand against the original Organization XIII, Kairi was able to get a Keyblade of her own," Her son admitted shocking the others, "She would be in danger regardless, but she chose to fight alongside us as a Guardian. I didn't like the idea of her rushing off into battle after everything but I was assured she would have enough training before the war started."
"Yeah, I know how you feel, kid," Kristoff glanced to Anna before coughing, "Er, I mean, your Highness."
"Just call me, Sora," He reassured him, "I'm not used to the idea of being a legitimate Prince."
"So, let's see, if Kairi became a Guardian," Sora's mother thought aloud before counting, "That would be you, her, and Riku. Plus the King and Axel. That's five... unless you count Donald and Goofy... you'd be two short."
"All the more reason to find the three missing Keyblade Wielders," Sora nodded, "...and figure out to learn the Power of Waking. Fortunately, we had a few advantages... Xehanort was a member short and the Princesses' passed on their power..."
"Passed on?" Elsa blinked.
"Well, there comes a time when a Princess of Heart carries out her duties as a Princess of pure heart so she has to pass on the light to a worthy successor," He explained, "With the exception of Kairi, the other Princesses passed on their power to the New Seven Hearts, so both sides were in the dark of who they were."
"So, that bought you more time to figure things out," The Queen of Arendelle smiled, "That's good."
"Yeah, we traveled around helping wherever we could in hopes it would trigger something," Sora nodded, "Along the way, we were notified of a few things, one regarding Ansem's data, and the other regarding the missing Keyblade Wielders..."
"What did you discover," Anna wondered.
"Ienzo, a former member of the Organization, studied the data the Ansem placed in me and discovered that I had at least three other hearts inside of my own."
"Three?!" Everyone in the room gasped.
"Wow! That means you and care for others three times more than everyone else!" Olaf beamed, "My big brother is so cool!"
Elsa glanced to Olaf in confusion at that comment before back to Anna, who shrugged, "It's a long story..."
Shaking off the fact that their childhood snowman declared her son as his brother, she turned back to the latter, "Okay, so three other hearts than your own... okay, one must be Roxas's and the other Xion's..."
"That's right," Sora nodded.
"Then... who's the third?" His mother wondered, "Kairi had been in your heart but that one had already been returned to her, and from what you said Namine's was inside her's..."
"It took us a bit but on one of the worlds, we ran into one of the new members of the real Organization named Vanitas," Elsa's only son revealed before stating, "Who claimed to be my brother..."
Stunned again, everyone turned to Elsa as her sister wondered, "Elsa... you didn't try to hide another pregnancy on me?"
"What? No! I only ever had Sora..." The Queen shook her head, before quickly glancing at Olaf, "In the way God intended for it to be."
"My connection to Vanitas is complicated, and I don't recall it happening, but when I was a boy, I formed a special bond with Ventus, who joined with my heart."
"What?!" Everyone gasped in shock.
"So, one of the missing Keyblade Wielders been living in your heart most of your life?!" Anna gasped.
"Before I was born, my heart connected to his when Xehanort removed the dark part of his heart from his own. I shared some of my own heart allowing him to heal," Sora explained, "Years later, he would confront the dark half of his heart to the death as Xehanort's first attempt to reforge the χ-blade. They ended up striking each other down, and Ven's heart came to mine so he could heal while his body remained in a coma."
"I... I never knew..." Elsa whispered. Even in the womb, her son wanted to help others. Grand Pabbie never mentioned anything like that happening... then again, she never asked. She wasn't sure how they would even know for sure.
"After losing Vanitas, he knew where Ven's heart was after all this time, but we still needed to know where his body was hidden away." Her son continued, "Riku and the King figured out what happened to him and the others. After confronting Xehanort, Aqua took Ven's body to a safe place so he could heal. Then she tracked Terra down to Radiant Garden where they got into a big fight, which resulted in Terra nearly falling into the Realm of Darkness..."
"Realm of Darkness," Kristoff asked.
"The home of all the Heartless..." Sora clarified to everyone.
"Oh, so basically hell," His eyes widened in relation.
"Not quite, hell is definitely worse," The teenager stated, "But not that far of a difference..." He then continued, "Anyways, Aqua dived in after him and sacrificed herself to get him back to the realm of light..."
"So, what you're saying is, Aqua was trapped in the realm of darkness all this time?" Anna gasped in horror, "That's horrible!"
"At least she was able to rescue her friend," Elsa sighed.
"Yes, she did," Sora nodded, "But the place they fought, the place she got him out... was the same place Ansem the Wise found Xehanort..." That really confused the group, "Let me explain, I already mentioned the real Xehanort was an old man, but both his Heartless and Nobody were both young... the reason why they weren't old men, is that Xehanort was in someone else's body when the separation happened..."
"Oh my..." His mother gasped in realization, "...so you're saying... before you confronted his Heartless, before he possessed Riku, he had been possessing Terra this whole time."
"Yep. And he was unwillingly made a member of the real Organization," The Prince nodded, "Leaving Aqua the key to find Ventus... that's what King Mickey and Riku were planning to go into the Realm of Darkness and pull Aqua out..."
"Okay, did they have a mentor? A teacher?" Anna wondered which Sora confirmed with a nod, "They did? Then why didn't he help."
"I'm sure their master, Eraqus, would have been more than willing to help..." Sora stated before finishing grimly, "...if Xehanort hadn't already mercilessly struck him down."
"Oh... oh..." His Aunt frowned, "That... stinks..."
"Were Riku and King Mickey successfully of reaching her?" The Snow Queen asked.
"They found her but she wasn't herself, Xehanort did something to her while trapped in that dark realm," The Keyblade Wielder revealed, "When we lost contact, I found her Master's Keyblade that had washed ashore on the Destiny Island, and I was able to use it to reach them and knock some sense back into her. Once back in the Realm of Light, she seemed to back to her old self."
"Okay, that's good," Elsa smiled, "Was she able to show you where she hid Ventus's body?"
"Yes, and by then I figured out how to use the Power of Waking, so I was able to return his heart." He nodded.
"Okay, so you have your seven Guardians," Kristoff nodded, "That should keep the Organization off the Princesses back."
"Then it was all in the matter of stopping Xehanort, I take it you were successful," The Queen assumed.
"Yes, but we would have lost if it hadn't been for several things," Sora admitted, "Our first attempt wasn't successful, but Kairi held me together so I could use the power of waking to turn back time and restart the fight, Naminè called out to Terra's will to give us some back up, and we had some guys on the inside..."
"Guys on the inside?" Olaf tapped his snow chin in thought, "What were they doing inside this whole time?"
"Spies! You guys had guys undercover within the Organization!" Anna beamed.
"It turns out Xehanort wasn't as good as convincing hearts as he thought he was," Sora smirked, "Since we knew they were using replicas as hosts for the hearts they brought to the present the moment they were defeated... our guys worked with Ansem the Wise, who managed to survive our last encounter with Organization to get some Replicas for the hearts of Roxas, Xion, and Naminè..."
"So, everyone could have their own lives and participate in the final battle," Elsa smiled, "And Xehanort never saw it coming. Then you were able to stop him then and there?"
"Not quite," Her son sighed, "The good news is that we freed those under his influence and most were grateful for it. Bad news, for every we defeated, Xehanort got closer to his goal, when he saw we were getting more Guardians than we started off with, he took Kairi as a hostage..." Everyone turned to Sora in concern, "...and when only he remained in order to get us to attack him..." Sora paused for a brief moment before sighing, "He struck her down right in front of me."
Everyone gasped in horror, what kind of monster was this monster who possesses people and murders the ones they love in order to get what he wanted? His mother placed a hand on Sora's shoulder, "Sora... I am so sorry... if you need a moment..."
"No, I'll be fine. I need to finish this..." He reassured her, "When we attacked him, the χ-blade was forged and he used it to try to unlock the secrets of Kingdom Hearts. We regrouped and found a weakness we were able to exploit. Xehanort has the ability to transcend time and space. He was a portal which meant we could use that to trap him. While everyone else kept Kingdom Hearts at bay, I went inside the portal with Donald and Goofy to stop Xehanort once and for all..."
"Were you successful?" Kristoff wondered.
"We were," Sora admitted, "Despite all of his knowledge, he never thought he'd lose to me and friends when he was that close to his goal."
"Why'd he go through all of this? Why steal you away! Why hurt you and those around you?!" To destroy the universe?!" Elsa stared at him.
"Xehanort wanted to start over." He answered shocking everyone, "He told us, 'the World will be returned to whence it started. The World began in darkness. And from that darkness came light. From the light came the people and the people had hearts. Evil burgeoned in those hearts, begetting more darkness. And the darkness spread across the World like a plague. The light, the symbol of the World's hope, was devoured by shadow. Leaving nothing but ruin. An utter failure. But, the first light... the light of Kingdom Hearts... it can give us a new start. An empty World, pure and bright...'"
"But that wasn't his decision to make." The Snow Queen shook her head.
"That's what I told him," He nodded in agreement, "So he asked me whose was it? He then told me that the World needed someone to stand up and lead. Someone strong, to stop the weak from polluting the World in endless darkness. Someone to dictate their destiny." He shook his head, "Even if he was right, Xehanort wasn't that person. A real leader knows destiny is beyond his control... and accepts that."
Elsa smiled in agreement, he might not have had the proper tutorage to be a king... but he did have enough experience to know the responsibilities of a leader. She was proud of him for that...
"So what happened then?" Anna wondered, "How you come back here after all this time?"
"The rest of my friends joined us as soon as the war was over. Terra then revealed Earqus heart, who remained in him after Xehanort killed him. He managed to convince him to hand over the χ-blade to me. Not long after giving a proper goodbye to his former pupils, he and Xehanort finally moved on to the afterlife. And with my friends help, we sealed away Kingdom Hearts and saved the worlds once again. But before I confronted Xehanort, Xion informed me that Kairi was still alive and despite the King's warnings of abusing its power, I used the Power of Waking one last time... to save her."
"Did you save her?" Olaf wondered.
"Yes, but not without paying a cost," Sora revealed, "By doing this, I would lose many of the abilities that I had gained on this journey including the Power of Waking... and I was banished from the Realm of Light."
"What?!" Everyone gasped.
"I knew the price and I didn't care. All that matters that my friends are safe and home," The Prince declared, "And it's not forever, I made a promise I would return. For a while, I was trapped within the Final World..."
"The final world?" Elsa muttered quietly to herself.
"...the final resting spots for hearts before moving on to the afterlife. One's with strong wills and dreams the stop them from moving on..." Sora revealed, "I've visited it many times in my dreams but this time... leaving it wouldn't be so easy."
"So, how'd you get out?" Kristoff wondered, "I mean, it's obvious you did."
Sora's family turned to him curious of the answer themselves. He then stated, "I was alone for countless hours until I ran into a man... by the name of Yozora... I learned of him from a friend... from a video game..."
"Oh, a video game! Cool, cool, very cool!" Anna forced a laugh before turning to her sister with a serious look, "What's a video game?"
"How should I know?" Elsa shrugged, "It's... obviously a game... of some kind."
"It's is, it's hard to explain but it's a game within a story setting... that you can interact as the main character... the hero of that game was Yozora," Sora explained. Still puzzled, they decided to take the Prince's word for it and allowed him to continue, "When I tried speaking to him, after introducing myself, he aimed his weapon at him. Said he was sent to save me... then he tried to kill me..."
Everyone stared at him dumbfounded as his Aunt stated, "Wait, what?" She then repeated, "So, he wanted to save you... then what the heck was with the weapon?! Why try to kill you?! How does this make any sense?!"
Elsa was equally puzzled. If he truly wanted to save her son, then why try to kill him? Clearly his sanity was only so-so.
"I have no idea, but I managed to survive the encounter," Sora revealed, "So I wondered around the Final World on my own for a bit longer when the miracle happened. I found a portal within the Final World. I didn't know where it led but it was my only chance at escape, so I used the Keyblade to enter the portal, where I came upon a forest in this world..."
"...and that's how you came upon Northuldra, and the rest is history," His mother realized as everything started to fit together.
Sora nodded as Kristoff rubbed the back of his head, "Gee, that is quite a story. Couldn't you just given us the short version?"
"That was the short version," Sora revealed. "If I had told you the long version, we'd be here for weeks!"
"Okay then," His eyes widened in shock.
"So, you lost a some of your power coming here?" Anna tilted her head, "You seemed to be doing alright kicking Hans behind... and there was a thing with the thousands of Keyblade's you threw at him."
"Okay, those weren't mine, that was the light of the past. Keyblade Wielders that came and gone before me," The Prince admitted, "They helped me once during the war, I was actually shocked they did so again all the way out here."
"Wow, so even beyond the grave they were willing to help," His Aunt smiled, "That's actually pretty cool!"
"Sora. Please don't take this the wrong way but a lot of this is a lot to take in. I don't suppose you have any of the Journals on you as a sort of proof this all happened." Elsa spoke to her son. She wanted to believe her son, but it's been years and after Hans... she just had to be sure.
"Actually," Sora smiled as he pulled out the strange device, "I actually have the current one on here."
"What's that?" Anna wondered.
"I saw him use it earlier, he used it as a spyglass," The Queen of Arendelle revealed to her sister, "...but you said it can works as a form of communication... I'm not entirely sure how that works to be quite honest..."
"It is a GummiPhone," Her son revealed, "It was an invention of Chip's and Dale's that allows us to communicate with each other even on other worlds..."He briefly frowned, "...but that part hasn't exactly worked since coming here." Brighting up again, he continued, "But Jiminy finished the third journal and downloaded all to our phone's so we'd be caught up on current events... well... prior to the aftermath of the war. And I took lots of pictures of myself and friends while exploring."
"Oh, it's a camera too!" Anna smiled as Sora handed the phone to his mother, "That's so cool!"
"And it actually does help confirm your story..." Elsa smiled before pondering, "Now where...?"
"The journal is there," Sora pointed to what she was looking for, "And the photos and just over there. Just push it with your finger and it should come up."
"Thank you," She nodded before pressing down the device as she examined the journal. While the device was alien to her, she quickly managed to figure out how to use it and the language was English so it was easy enough to read.
After several minutes of skim reading, everything Sora mentioned during his third journey, seemed to check out. After asking her son how to back out, so she could check out the photos as well, she went right to it...
...and sure enough, Sora had some pretty strange-looking friends. He wasn't kidding that Donald was a giant duck and Goofy was a dog... and for some reason, some of his friends were living toys and monsters. Heck, those photos of Sora and his group of friends look like toys and monsters... Guess this was to protect the secret there were other worlds outside their own. and why were there some dressed like pirates... hanging with pirates? Guess, someone with authority was using the Heartless and the pirates were fighting against them. She'd read the whole journal later to be certain. Elsa turned to the others, "Well, the photos don't lie and everything Sora mentioned checks out with the journal and then some." She gave her son a sad smile, "Sorry, I doubted your story... but after what happened with Hans..."
"No, no... totally get it," He didn't look offended at all.
"Okay, now that's settled," Anna nodded with satisfaction before leaping from her seat, "Come on! Let me see Kairi! What does she look like?! I wanna see!"
"Uh, I don't think that's really nes-" Sora's face slightly turned red.
"Oh, I think I have one of her," Elsa smiled as she slid her finger on the device to reveal a young girl with short red hair. She had a beautiful smile, "Oh, she's pretty."
"Uh-"
"Let me see!" Anna took the phone from her sister and took a look at the photo as she smiled pleasantly, "Aw, she looks like a total sweetheart!"
Kristoff gave the boy a sympathetic pat on his shoulder, "Yeah, she's not going to let this go anytime soon. Just be glad it's her and not my family."
"I gotta see more of you two together! There's gotta be more of the two of you together! Now how does this...?" Anna gave the GummiPhone a light tap before brightening up, "Oh, here we go!" She then glanced at the next photo, "Wow! That girl has some crazy long hair!"
"Oh, that's Rapunzel," Sora brightened up as he ran up to his Aunt's side, "She's one of the new Seven Hearts. We rescued her with the help of a former con who turned around his life by meeting this girl."
"Now that sounds like a great story," His Aunt smiled before sliding a page, "Woah! What is that?!"
"Uh, that's Baymax, he's a robot, that's a doctor and a part of a superhero team," Sora revealed, "There's actually two of him now."
"Oooooooh..." Anna stared with awe before sliding the GummiPhone again wondering, "And is that a cute little girl hanging out with friendly-looking monsters?"
"Okay, this I've got to see!" Kristoff went to join them. As the three examined the photos Elsa backed away, while everyone was interested in the places he'd been to and the friends he'd made along the way, she focused on another aspect... all the pain and suffering... the wars he'd been in... the monsters he fought. That was something no one's child should have gone through... be it a stranger's, one of her people's... or her own...
Guilt-driven, she left the room, not even stopping even overhearing that Aqua had natural blue hair. Her sister, was the first one, to notice leaving the room...
Long ago, lying in his crib, the one-month-old baby grabbed his mother's finger as she sang softly, "Where the North Wind~ Meets the sea~ There's a river~ Full of memory~"
Elsa smiled down at her precious boy while she sang her mother's lullaby to him, "Sleep, my darling, safe and sound~ For in this river~ All is found~"
"In her waters~ Deep and true~ Lie the answers~ And a path for you~" She continued to stroke her child's hair as her sister watched from the background smiling, "Dive down deep into her sound~ But not too far~ Or you'll be drowned~"
"Yes, she will sing to those who'll hear~ And in her song~ All magic flows~" Sora yawned as his eyes began to shut, "But can you brave what you most fear~ Can you face what the river knows~"
"Where the North wind~ Meets the sea~ There's a mother full of memory~" With that the baby drifted off into slumber as his mother finished the song, "Come, my darling, homeward-bound~ When all is lost~ Then all is found~"
With her son asleep, she kissed his forehead...
Present day, Elsa sat alongside the very same crib, empty. Tears fell down her face, and she felt guilty that her son had to go through all of that war alone. If only she had gone after him, perhaps he wouldn't have faced Xehanort alone! Maybe she could have taken some of the pain away! She should have never let Xehanort let his wicked evil hands on her child in the first place! If only her council... her former council... keep her away from her child. None of this would ever happen...
Just then, there was a light knock on the door as her sister peeked in, with a bright smiled, "Hey!"
"Hey..." She replied weakly.
"I thought you'd be in here. How are you holding up?" Anna smiled, "With the fact that Sora has been going around using his powers for good..."
"Not to well," Elsa admitted, "Look. I happy for the fact that he never had only issues controlling his abilities. And the fact he's done nothing but good with them." She then looked down, "But to be caught in a war that never should have taken place... he never should have been in there in first place..."
"Okay, yes... I agree with you there," Anna full on agreed with her, "The fact that Sora had to fight actual wars when he hasn't even turned eighteen sucks! I don't normally swear but I won't sugar coat it! It sucks! You're right! Sora never should have been there! Xehanort dragged him into it! But you heard his story, if he hadn't, trillions would have died, or become mindless Heartless and Nobodies, or worse. Ever since getting his powers, he made sure Xehanort didn't get what he wanted and saved so many lives doing so! Heck, he probably saved Arendelle from being caught in the middle of it and didn't even know it!" She smiled, "This is a perfect example of how God can turn even the worse moments in life into something amazing!"
"But I should have been there for him!" She declared, "I should have protected him! I shouldn't let fear hold me back from finding him!"
"And I should have gone out there too. I'm his Godmother after all," His Aunt stated, "But it's now it's in the past. Sora is back. He's alright. And he turned out amazing!" She then brightened up, "And look on the bright side, you potentially have more sons and a daughter through Roxas, and Xion!" Maybe Ventus... probably Vanitas."
"Downside, Sora became a Heartless in order for two of them to be born," Elsa pointed out, "And one of them is evil."
"True, but you did always wanted to give Sora siblings, and now he has some," Anna smiled brightly, "And you didn't have to go through the joy of childbirth for any of them!"
"I'd rather go through that pain again, than Sora going through any of that," Elsa stated before looking down, "He deserves far better than that for a mother."
"Okay, so maybe you're not the greatest mother," Her sister gave her a comforting pat, "But the fact is he's alive, he's home, and you have a second chance to be a mother again."
"After everything he went through, would he even give me the time of day?" The Snow Queen wondered.
"Maybe you should try asking him yourself?" A new voice spoke up from behind the royal sisters.
They turned to see that Sora standing just outside the baby room, Anna smiled as she gave her a light pat, "I'll give you two some time to catch up."
"Anna... you've waited so long behind a shut door..." Elsa turned to her in shock.
"And I can wait a few minutes longer," She gave her an encouraging smile, "I'm your sister..." She then gestured to Sora, "But he's your son... I'm pretty sure he takes priority, we'll have time to catch up later."
"I don't deserve you," Elsa forced a laugh.
"I know," She smiled before turning to leave. She gave Sora a light hug, "Good luck in there."
"Thanks," He nodded as his Aunt released him. He slowly entered the room, as he looked all around him, "So... this was my room?"
"It was," His mother confirmed, "Other than a bit of dusting up, it remained untouched until you returned to us..." She then glanced to the crib, "Then again... maybe that wasn't such a good idea..."
"Yeah... I don't think I'll fit in the crib anymore," He admitted as he glanced to the baby's bed.
"If you decide to stay, I'll make sure this room is more fit for someone your age," Elsa lightly giggled before frowning again as her son sat down beside her, "Sora... you never should have been involved in that war... I should have never left you on your own... maybe if I had, Xehanort never would've had his hands on you and you'd never go through any of that conflict and risked possession and death."
"It's not your fault for what happened," Sora reassured her, "Xehanort was a devious tactician. Even if you were there, you'd be no match for him and he wouldn't have given until he got what he wanted."
"I should have tried! I should gone out there looking for you!" She cried out with guilt.
"Consider Xehanort took me to another world, even if the Council did give up on me, no one on this world would ever be able to find me. Not without a Keyblade anyway." He continued, "If everyone knew there was life beyond this world, it would cause world wide panic."
"Fear would be our enemy," Elsa whispered, "It's been mine since before you were even born." Sora nodded in agreement, "Even if what you said was true, that shouldn't have stopped me from trying to find you." She turned to her son with tears in her eyes, "I've been a terrible mother. For that and everything you've been through... I am so sorry."
Sora sighed as he admitted, "You know, I haven't been the best son either... that night... the storm that happened. I was so worried what would become of the raft, I ran off without letting my foster mother know that I even left. She was making supper, and didn't even know I even left the house. I never got a chance to apologize when the Heartless destroyed the islands or afterward when the islands were restored. She and my father were the unlucky few that were never restored to the islands..." He then smiled at her, "Maybe... this is a second chance for the both of us."
Wiping her tears, she smiled back, "Perhaps... you are right..."
He then looked down, "I still don't know the first thing about being a King though..."
"Yeah, it was wrong of me to throw all that responsibility on you," His mother agreed, "With the Eternal Winter gone, and I finally have control over my own powers, I should be able to remain as Queen of Arendelle... at least until you are ready."
Rubbing the back of his head, she frowned, "But you prefer to be with your friends..."
"No offense, but they've been the closest thing I had to an actual family since starting this journey," He admitted pulling out Kairi's good luck charm, "And there's someone I would like to be with again... even if it's just for one more day..."
Elsa thought to herself for a moment, before telling him, "If they brought you so much love... if she means that much to you..." She looked to him with determination in her eyes, "Then I will do everything within my power to find a way back to the Destiny Islands so you can travel back and forth between your home and your friends... to Kairi."
"You mean it?" Sora turned to her in shock.
"All I want for you is all the happiness in the world," His mother smiled, "If this is it, then I will find a way back to them... to her..." She smiled, "Just no more dangerous stuff."
"To quote another good friend of mine," Sora smiled, "'People will always do crazy things... when they're in love..." He then blushed, "Er... I mean... that's not say that... Kairi and I are... I mean... we're just..."
Elsa full heartedly laugh, before clearing her throat, "Better not let your Aunt hear your friend's quote." She smiled, "Okay, here's what we're going to do. On top of getting you caught up on your education and preparing you to be King, we'll find a way back to your friends with the help of some trusted friends..." Sora blinked in shock, as she clarified, "I know some people that might be able to help. The people of Northuldra could know something too. We'll find back to your friends and welcome them to Arendelle, and hopefully the next crisis on these worlds won't happen in your lifetime..."
"Seems unlikely but I suppose we can always hope," Sora shrugged.
"What do you mean?" His mother wondered.
"Well, it's Maleficent and Pete," he admitted, "Last I've seen them, they were looking for a black box that contains hope. But since it came from Pete, it probably doesn't exist. Even the Organization couldn't find by the time of the war." He then shrugged, "But rather be safe than sorry..."
The Queen of Arendelle blinked for a moment before slowly nodding, "Okay... did not think this is how my week would turn out..." After taking a deep breath, "Okay, we'll keep an eye out for this witch and her lackey, and if it exists... this black box as well, while trying to find a way back to your islands."
"How do plan to do without exposing to everyone they are other worlds?" Her son wondered, "I get an ear full of yelling from Donald whenever I almost spill the beans. We have the World Order for a reason."
"That's why only our most trusted friends and allies will be allowed to know the truth," His mother proceeded to explain, "As far as everyone else knows, we're just trying to find out which Kingdom King Mickey is from and are looking for a new trading partner. Should we just happen to stumble into any familiar faces along the way... well, it just works out for everyone."
She then placed a hand on his shoulder, "It won't all be work and searching though, we are going to have plenty of time to catch up and with the gates open... we'll have plenty of fun too..."
Sora smiled back as they naturally began to hug each other...
Later that day, they explained to those trapped within the Enchanted Forest the life Sora had the past few years. Of course, like his family and Kristoff before them, they were stunned at all he'd be through before returning to their world. It was quickly understood why the World Order was so important, and considering Sora was the one who restored peace between Arendelle and Northuldra, and freed them from the mist... they agreed to help him reunite with the friends he made along the way.
Yeleena and her people returned to their land to find whatever they could about the other worlds from their own archives. Mattias led the search in Arendelle's own library. While the rest of them, traveled with Kristoff back to the trolls, with his brand-new sled. Anna sat by Kristoff in the front while Sora sat alongside his mother and Olaf in the back. The ice man smiled as he tried his new sled, "Wow..."
"I wanted to surprise you with this," Anna smiled, "But we need to know why Sora can't use GummiPhone thingy to contact his friends..."
"No, this is fine, this is great!" Kristoff laughed before pointing out, "There's even a cup holder in here!"
"Then I hope you use it very seriously, because as of today," Elsa declared with her Queen voice, "I am making you the Official Arendelle Ice Master and Deliverer."
As she declared this, Sven proudly shook his medal. Kristoff glanced at her, "What? That's not a thing."
"Oh, sure it is." Anna nodded nonchalantly.
Sora whispered to his mother, "Is it a thing? 'Cause it's the first time I'm hearing of such a position. And I've been to a lot of strange places."
Elsa slushed him as her sister smiled, "Do you like it?"
"Like it? I love it! I could kiss you!" Kristoff beamed with happiness. Elsa and Sora awkwardly glanced at each other, as Olaf giggled with an excited glee. Kristoff instantly blushed, "I could. I mean, I'd like to. I'd... May I? We me... I mean, may we? Wait, what?"
Sora's Aunt scooted up a bit closer to Kristoff as she gave him a small peck on the cheek, "We may."
They both leaned in to kiss each other, Elsa cleared her throat getting their attention, "I hate to break up the moment here, but could you at least hold off on it until you're alone? I'd rather you not scar my son more than Xehanort already has..." She then muttered to herself, "...or me for that matter."
"I've seen people kiss before Mom," Sora rolled his eyes playfully, before slowly realizing, "But I guess it's different if it's coming from family than friends..."
"Sorry..." They both apologized before Anna wondered, "Hey... I never really asked... but I feel like I should... are you okay?"
"I'm fine. I'm better now," Elsa reassured her sister, "Better than I have been in years."
"No," Anna shook her head, before nodding, "Well... I am glad that you're better but... I was talking to your son..." She looked to him in concern, "Are you okay? What Xehanort did to you... the wars you've been in... are you... alright?"
Elsa then slowly turned to her son, now completely concerned for him. After their big talk, she never once asked him if he was alright. Well, she did ask him after they dealt with the Duke's Guard, but that didn't compare to everything he experienced before coming her. Sora nodded, "I'm fine."
"Sora... it's okay... you've been through a lot," His mother reassured him, "Even the most experienced soldiers need help dealing with everything. What Xehanort did for you to finally return here... it's okay for you to not be okay..."
Sora sighed as he slowly nodded, "Look... maybe Xehanort did break me during the war... when I thought I lost everyone. Kairi kept me together and I was able to undo the damage he did... then I nearly lost her because of him."
Olaf then turned to Sora, "But... you saved her..."
Elsa glanced at her childhood snowman shushing him, "Let him finish..."
"I hate the things Xehanort did... what he did to me and my friends..." Sora's eyes narrowed before sighing, "...but I can't hate him either. Whatever drove him to become the villain... he did so with the intention of the greater good... of course, the ends don't justify the means and he still had to be stopped... I can't help but wonder what he had gone through in life... if it was all him leaning himself towards the man I fought... or did he experience something worse than what he put me through..."
Kristoff glanced back to the boy, as everyone looked at Sora with sympathy. Elsa made a mental note to hire a psychologist for her son later. It might be good for him to talk to someone about all this. It wouldn't be easy as he couldn't tell the doctor everything... but it might be good for him to talk to a professional if he was to heal. For now, she placed a comforting hand on Sora, "Whatever happens next... we'll be here for you... my son..."
Just then, Sven began to slow down as Kristoff cleared his throat, "We're here."
Everyone hopped off the sleigh, Anna turned to her sister, "I still can't believe our family knew trolls existed all this time."
"I can't believe trolls raised your boyfriend," Elsa retorted.
"Eh, after meeting Genie, everything else seems normal in comparison," Sora lightly laughed as he hopped off the sleigh with Olaf.
Both sisters turned to the Keyblade Wielder in shock, "Wait... GENIES EXIST TOO?!"
Just then, the rocks beside them began to roll around them. Sora stared in awe as one rolled right past him, "Wow!"
The rocks unfolded to reveal themselves to be trolls, as one cheered, "KRISTOFF'S BACK! WITH THE GIRL!"
All the trolls cheered as Olaf cheered too, "Yes! Kristoff's back with the girl!" Before whispering to Sora, "You know, we thought he was crazy before knowing they were trolls... and that his name was Sven."
"Alright then..." Sora nodded slowly, as his mother joined them.
"Wow, guess he's got quite the name for himself," Elsa couldn't help but notice.
"Let me look at you!" One trolled grabbed Anna by the face as she stood on top of several trolls, "Oh, your hairs back to its natural color! The kiss must have worked!"
All the trolls cheered, as one declared, "Now, you two can be troll-fully married!"
"Wait, what?!" Elsa blinked in shock.
"Yeah," Sora nodded, "Even I didn't see that one coming!"
"Actually, that's not why we're here," Kristoff spoke up, "We have another problem that involves another member of her family." He then gestured to Sora, "This kid... her nephew..."
All the trolls turned to Sora, who awkwardly waved, "Hello..."
"...and I'm his mother," Elsa spoke up before anyone got the wrong idea, "I'm Anna's sister and..."
Many of the trolls immediately shook their hands, "Oh! The future in-laws!"
"Welcome to the family!"
"Why is your hair spiky?!"
"Well, actually, I've been here before," Elsa spoke up, "You helped Anna once and helped me... delivered Sora... and we really need to see Grand Paddie! You see he's can use a key... sword...?"
"Keyblade!" Sora corrected making everyone grow silent as they turned to him. He blinked for a moment, "Was it something I said?"
Just then, another rocked rolled to him, revealing himself to be Grand Paddie, "There is strange magic here..."
"Grand Paddie... this is Sora..." Kristoff gestured to the boy, "The lost Prince of Arendelle... he returned to help stop the Eternal Winter, and the monsters, with a something called a Keyblade..."
"Can it be?" Grand Paddie muttered to himself before gesturing to the boy, "Show it to me."
Sora nodded before stretching out his hand as the Kingdom Key Keyblade appeared in his hand as the trolls stared in awe. One muttered, "It is true!"
"He can really use one."
"Pick me up! I wanna see!"
Grand Paddie placed a hand on Sora's weapon, as Elsa approached the elder troll, "Grand Paddie... you once told me Sora never inherited magic... just his father's resistance to it."
"What I told you was true, your child was never meant to wield magic like yours," He glanced to the Queen, "Keyblades are automatically given to those who's ancestors before them to wield one, neither you or your husband's ancestors were Keyblade Masters... so he'd have to be chosen by a Master... pass on their Keyblade to him..." He then turned to Sora, "But this was not the case either, was it?"
"No, to be honest, this Keyblade was meant for my friend," Sora admitted.
"Riku?" His Aunt asked him.
"Yup," He nodded, "But at the time, he had fallen to darkness... and since my heart had the heart of a Keyblade Wielder inside mine..."
"...it ended up choosing you instead," His mother realized, "To think Xehanort knew all of this in advance."
"Xehanort?" Grand Paddie wondered.
"His kidnapper," Elsa explained, "A misguided Keyblade Master took him from be to be a part of another Keyblade War to participate in. He had planned Sora's life to the precise detail, what he didn't expect was for him to save his friends but actually defeat him..."
"He ended up risking his life to save the girl he loves," Anna joined in.
All the trolls couldn't help swoon as Sora blushed, "AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWW!"
"And now he's separated from her and his friends," Anna continued, "We were hoping you could help find out why that is when it should be easy for him."
Grand Paddie sighed as he turned to the boy, "I am sorry, your highness, but I cannot help you."
Sora seemed heart broken, as his mother spoke up on his behalf, "Why not? If Xehanort was able to do so than surely he can..."
"It's not that simple, and I doubt this Xehanort, as misguided as he was, did not take your son," Grand Paddie revealed as everyone looked stunned as he explained, "Allow me to explain..." He turned to the Keyblade Wielder, "Now, I am sure you know of the three realms. The realms of light, darkness, and between."
"Yeah, of course," Sora nodded.
"Within those realms, are normally reachable for you, including ones familiar to you," The eldest troll continued.
"I know. Memories, data, and dreams," The Prince nodded.
"I know you mentioned the second one," Anna glanced to her nephew, "But I still not 100 percent certain of what that is."
"It's hard to explain, you kinda had to be there," He placed his hands behind his head.
Elsa cleared her throat, getting everyone's attention, "Back to the main topic, you said they're normally reachable for my son. Why is our world different... and why do you not believe Xehanort was behind his abduction? From what my son told me about him, it would seem right up his alley."
"They only reachable for him because they were on his side," Grand Paddie revealed puzzling, "Our world is one the other side."
"Other side?" Sora, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf all gasped as Sven merely tilted his head.
"To the worlds you have been exploring," Grand Paddie began to reveal, "Our world would be the opposite. Unreality. A fictional world."
"Fictional?!" Everyone gasped in disbelief.
"Wait! Are you saying, the world, we've been living on..." Anna blinked in disbelief, "Isn't real?!"
"Does this mean I'm not actually a Prince?" Sora blinked in confusion.
"No, no! You most certainly are!" Elsa glanced to her son, "I'm certain there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for all of this!" She then turned back to Grand Paddie, "Is there?"
"Our world is in deed real, in our eyes," Grand Paddie revealed, "Just as to us, the worlds your son have been traveling to, are fictional in our eyes."
"Okay, now I'm even more confused," Olaf admitted.
"You and rest of us, Olaf," Anna turned to the snowman. Kristoff crossed his arms and hummed in thought, the Princess turned to him, "What are you thinking?"
"Well, remember, before coming back to our world, Sora fought that Yozora guy, right?" Kristoff recalled.
"You mean the crazy guy who wanted to save Sora by trying to kill him," Elsa nodded, "Kinda hard not to forget that."
"Well, Sora openly admitted that in his world, Yozora was about of a fictional game. As in he was a fictional character of a fictional world," The ice man realized, "But in our world, he apparently does exist. So maybe, to Sora's world, we are fiction, but to our world, all the worlds he been traveling to up to this point... were fiction."
"That... could explain it. Would explain how he knows Merlin... and Santa Claus..." Anna admitted before muttering, "Still want to write that apology letter to be safe... considering he really does exist... to other worlds to say the least."
"I'm still confused," Sora admitted, "And this is usually up my alley."
"Okay, so how does that prove Sora can't reach his friends or why Xehanort isn't the one responsible for taking him," Sora's mother spoke up on his behalf.
"Because the worlds of reality and fiction are not so easily reached, I doubt even this Xehanort knew how to travel between these realms because the information of how one would do so... is lost to time," Grand Paddie frowned.
Sora frowned, "Maybe he's right." Everyone turned back to him in confusion as he explained, "Back when Xehanort was figuring who his thirteen vessels were going to be... he referred me as a dull ordinary boy... a Keyblade Wielder unlike any he's ever seen..."
"He had no idea that you were a Prince," Anna slowly realized, "Or your natural resistance to magic..."
"Then... if he wasn't the one who took you..." Elsa frowned as she turned to her son, "Who did?"
"I believe I may hold the answer to that question."
Everyone blinked in shock at the new voice as a new figure approached them. He wore the strangest uniform as the symbol was unfamiliar to all parties. His blonde hair was the same color of his goatee, and he had five silver piercings on his ears. Elsa went on guard, "Who are you?"
"Luxord?" Sora gasped in shock.
"Wait," Anna blinked in shock before turning to her nephew, "Sora... you know this guy?"
"Sure do," Sora nodded, "He was a part of both the original and real Organization XIII." With that explanation magic was about to come out of his mother's fingertips until Sora lowered them, "But he's working for Xehanort no longer."
"While I understand the hostility, I am truly not your enemy," Luxord smiled as he pulled out a deck of cards and began to shuffle them, "Not anymore. Thanks to Sora. Still got that wild card I gave you?"
Sora nodded as he nodded, "Good, because I have a feeling, our fight... is far from over..."
"You said you had answers," Elsa stood in authority, "As Queen of Arendelle and Sora's mother... I demand that you give them to us, Mr. Luxord."
"Actually, the name is Rudol," The former Nobody smiled as he performed card tricks, "Luxord was the name Xemnas gave me, during my time in the Organization." He smiled, "I'll start from the beginning, before I joined the original Organization, I was an agent of another organization of sorts... one that protects the world from threats beyond the borders of this one."
"Another organization?" Sora blinked in confusion.
"We are called the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division," Rudol explained, "This organization was formed at the end of World War II and we kept an eye for threats that... the public shouldn't know about. My last assignment was tracking down a mysterious man in a black coat."
"The Organization?" Sora blinked.
"I understand why you would think that but no," He shook his head, "That's not the case. According to our intel, this figure has been around longer than the foundation of the United States... perhaps even longer than that... never directly interfered but never to prove he was a friend or foe."
"Wait, if what you're saying is true," Anna realized, "Then it has to be multiple people, right? No one lives for that long..."
"Yes, no one's body perhaps," He nodded, "Unless, he knew the secret of transferring his heart into other vessels."
Sora gasped in horror... that's what Xehanort did to Terra and the other members of the New Organization. Rudol continued, "Of course, we didn't know that at the time, but for the first time in history, I was getting close to catching the mysterious figure. The difficult part was hiding my role as an agent to my commander, who lived in a city called, 'Quadratum,' but then... the unexpected happened..." He turned to Sora, "We received world after centuries of inactivity, he finally made a move... when we learned that the Queen of Arendelle's son was snatched from her very arms..."
Elsa winced, her darkest day since striking Anna the first time, the day she had lost her son. Rudol's eyes narrowed, "So, despite my superior's orders, I went to pressure the kidnapper alone. I just had to save the child. Royalty or not, you were innocent in all of this. What I didn't know, the kidnapper wasn't alone. Heartless were with him. I fought them off to the best of my ability when I saw the man in the black coat use his Keyblade to leave this world... I jumped in as the portal was closing... but that's when the Heartless got me..."
"And when you became a Nobody." Sora realized.
"Yes, I didn't know how much time had passed and I had no memory of my past life other than a few bright spots," The former Nobody smiled, "As well as an etch within me."
"An etch?" Sora's eyes widened, "You mean... like when Xehanort's young self said he'd have when he returned to his time. No memory of the war, just a feeling of what he was supposed to do in the future."
"Precisely," Rudol nodded, "I knew I was tracking someone within the Organization, I just didn't know who or why. So, I played along... and memories began to spark when Roxas joined the ranks... which would lead me to discover your name. The memories flowed back but in order to not be discovered, I continued following Xemnas's orders while I did my investigation."
"Did you discover who it was, if it wasn't Xehanort," Elsa's eyes narrowed, still skeptical of Sora's former enemy.
"Not at first, Marluxia and Laxerine were the likely suspects as they wished to use him as their weapon against the Organization," The agent shook his head as he continued to shuffle his cards, "But they came after me, the culprit had someone with the ranks from the very start. So, that narrowed out Demyx as well... not to mention... he was too lazy to even work for the original Oragnization, let alone kidnapping a two-year-old. Honestly, he'd probably give him back the moment the Prince started crying for his mother."
"What if he was faking?" Anna raised an eyebrow in suspicion.
Sora then reassured her, "No, no... I've met Demyx and... it's definitely not him. The first time we met, he was running away with a tail between his legs."
All suspicion of the laziest member of the Organization immediately died, Elsa even stated, "Okay... that sounds nothing like the man who took my child away from me."
"Okay, definitely not him then," Anna ultimately agreed before nodding to Rudol, "Continue."
"Axel has always been a wild card, but even he had his morals... even as Nobody. Not to mention, he, along with Saïx, were still boys themselves when joining the ranks." Rudol deduced, "So, that had to be one of Ansem the Wise's Apprentices. Xemnas, or rather Xehanort, would be the likely suspect but the longer I knew him... he didn't know anything about you until chosen by the Keyblade, and raised his interest when you retained your memories even as a Heartless and managed to defeat his own."
"That took off your suspicions of Xehanort," Elsa raised an eyebrow.
"Far from it, even if had nothing to do with Sora's abduction, he was up to something else. At the time, I had no idea what until your son and Riku tore down the original Organization," The former Nobody admitted, "Still, I played my part as the loyalist, right under Xemnas and Xehanort's noises while continuing my investigation. My investigation turned to the most likely suspects. Vexen and Zexion. At the time, I believed the kidnapper wasn't working alone. Zexion was too young to kidnap your son, but he spent much time with Vexen even before either one became Nobodies. I figured the son of a Snow Queen piqued their interest, Vexen did the kidnapping and then after informing Zexion of Sora's origins, joined in their experiments."
"Even and Ienzio," Sora blinked in shock, "But they were our allies during the war."
"Yes, but they were very different people before you met them in Castle Oblivion," Rudol nodded, "And their need to atone could had something to do with you as well as their part of the people they hurt in their time within the Organization. Before I could confront either of them, Axel silenced them." He frowned, "I thought their secrets died with them... until Xehanort brought us into his real Organization. Vexen joined Xehanort willingly, and at the time, I also believed he only joined to continue his research on the replica program. I kept a close eye on him, but here's the kicker... my investigation came to a close when the real Organization XIII received orders to look for a black box..."
Some time ago, on the world of Olympus, Xigbar stood on a building in Thebes. He looked down at Maleficent and Pete, who abandoned Pandora's box when they discovered it was not the box they had been searching for. He watched as they left the world soon after as he muttered to himself, "May your heart be your guiding key."
"Picture this," Luxord's voice shocked the former Number II member of the Organization, as he made his presence known, "...a black goat stashes away a letter, then orders a white goat to search for it. What could his intentions possibly be?"
"Great, a riddle. Just what I need." Xigbar turned to him as he rolled his one good eye.
Luxord played with his deck of cards, "There are many possibilities. Perhaps he forgot where it's hidden..." With sleight of hand, he made the card vanish from his right hand and pulled it from his left, "...or he's playing a prank..." The one card turned into four in each hand. He began to shuffle both hands, "...or the letter has truly gone missing." After shuffling, he revealed the cards vanished once again, "I can think of several reasons offhand; guessing...is simply useless."
Xigbar attempted to hide his annoyance, "Well, then just follow your orders, plain and simple."
"Yes, that's what I've always done," Luxord simply continued doing card tricks with two cards between his fingers, before he spun one in his hand, "I followed the orders from above without question." He smirked before tapping his forehead, "However, I sometimes can't help but read into my opponent's strategy."
Xigbar scoffed, "Too long on the job?"
"If the contents of the box are so unknown, why is it of such critical importance to the Organization?" He wondered before asking him with suspicion in his voice, "Furthermore, was it Xehanort or Xemnas who gave the order?"
All Luxord's fellow Organization member had to say for himself was, "Well, it's tricky."
"All Xehanort cares about is the clash between the seven lights and thirteen darknesses," Luxord continued smirking, "It's unlikely he would hold such an interest in this mysterious box. Which means, the order was issued by... Xemnas, or the one who informed me of my task: you."
"As if!" He denied, "It musta been Xemnas."
Luxord's smirked, "My inquiries suggested otherwise."
Xigbar froze as he finally realized, "Oh, man...you asked him?"
"What are your intentions?" Luxord asked the former number II member of the original Organization.
"Look, I don't know what's inside the box. But, it's been protected by Keyblade wielders since way back when," Xigbar shrugged, "Aren't you curious? I heard it contains information that's vital to all Keyblade wielders-secrets.
"And where did you hear this?" The former number 10 of the original Organization XIII.
"Hmm, I don't remember," Xigbar played dumb, "I keep my eyes and ears wide open, but I've traveled to so many different places, it's hard to keep everything straight, y'know?
Luxord peered at him intently before tossing him a card. Xigbar caught it before it reached his throat. The former continued, "If this box is truly as important as you say, why now? I believe you discovered that others also seek it, and you need to find it before anyone else does, in order to keep your connection to the box a secret from those around you." He then pressed on, "Furthermore, I believe you've known Sora... long before the original Organization XIII confronted him in Hollow Bastion. A son of Queen with the power over the ice and snow, who was born with resistance to her and other magic. Took him from a world unreachable to all... expect you... bringing him to a world where he would play to all the events leading to the coming Keyblade War..." Xigbar glowered with narrowed eyes, "Xigbar, who are you really?"
His silence was all the answer Luxord needed, he gave a soft laugh to himself, "No matter. It doesn't make a difference to me. It's all the same." He turned away from Xigbar, "I'm content to feign ignorance."
Luxord conjured a Corridor of Darkness and left the world. Xigbar tossed away the card, placing his hands on his hips, "The question is, who are you, Luxord?"
"It... it was Xigbar..." Sora blinked completely dumbfounded after Rudol finished telling his tail.
Elsa turned to her son, "Just who is this Xigbar? How do you know him?"
"In the original Organization XIII, he was Xemnas's second in command," He recalled.
"Number II," Rudol nodded in confirmation, "The Freeshooter. Formally known as Braig. And unlike the rest of us, knew from the very start of Xemnas and Xehanort's true intentions for Kingdom Hearts."
"You mean, he knew Xehanort was going to put his heart in-" Anna blinked in horror, "But wasn't he afraid of becoming something else?!"
"Apparently, Xigbar had already a piece of Xehanort in him," The former Nobody revealed in disgust, "Full willing did it too."
"That's... crazy," Anna gasped.
"Oh, yeah," Kristoff nodded, "Any sane person wouldn't want that man taking over their body."
"Sora, you were in the war," Elsa turned to her son, "What happened to him?"
"Riku and I fought him as well as a dark reminder of Riku's past," The Prince replied, "We defeated them but not before Xigbar told us why he was so willing to work for Xehanort."
His Aunt asked him, "Why?"
"He wanted to learn the means to wield a Keyblade," Sora answered, "Xehanort promised to bequeath Xigbar his."
"All of that, because he wanted a Keyblade," Kristoff sighed, "From what it sounds it would be wasted on him."
"That's what we thought too," He nodded in agreement, "He used the last of his strength to open a dark portal to the edge of a cliff... then he just... fell..."
"Fell? As in..." Anna blinked in shock, "He took his own life?!"
Sora grimly nodded as Elsa sighed, once again... she could not bring the man who took her son away from her to justice... because he took his own life. "Or perhaps... he simply wanted you to believe that."
Everyone turned to Rudol in shock, as he once again shuffled his cards, "Xigbar, Braig... whoever he is... has been in the game for a long time now. My intel about him proves that." He performed several tricks before making his cards vanish altogether, "Even more so, he still needed a Keyblade to transfer himself back and forth as he pleaded... or more accurately... he needed Xehanort's Keyblade."
"Wait, are you saying..." Sora whispered in dread.
"That Xehanort's Keyblade was actually his the whole time, only played the part of the assassin who desired one," The former Nobody finished the Prince's thoughts, "Then yes... I believe both Xehanort's Keyblade and the black box belonged to him and staged his 'death' to remove anyone suspecting his true goals."
Sora could only look in horror. Elsa knew what he was thinking. The fight wasn't over. As long as this 'Xigbar' was free, then his friends and the worlds would still be in crisis, and this time... getting back to help them wasn't easy. Sora stated, "I gotta get back. Warn the others!"
Sora summoned his Keyblade and was about to rush off when Elsa stopped him, "Woah! Woah! Easy! Remember what I said, we'll figure this out together as a family. You can't just rush off on your own."
"And leaving this world isn't easy as you might think," Rudol spoke up as he continued shuffling his cards, "If it were this easy, just about any Key Bearer could leave. However, Xehanort's is the oldest Keyblade in existence, and it's the only one that can travel from this side of the reality or unreality as your troll chief puts it. Believe me, I tried."
"You tried?" Elsa raised an eye skeptical of what the former Nobody was saying.
In response, Rudol performed one last card trick, as a deck of cards appeared in one hand. Suddenly, he he sent them flying to his side as they took shape into a weapon Sora knew all too well, "A Keyblade?!"
"WHAT?!" Everyone gasped in shock.
"Yes, surprising is it," The former member of Organization XIII smirked, "The reason why Marluixa, Larxene, myself, and even Demyx were recruited into the original and considered into the real Organization XIII. Xemnas believed we could reveal our greatest secret: the Ancient Keyblade legacy that slumbers within us."
"Keyblade legacy?" Sora slowly repeated.
"It's true that before I was a Nobody, I could wield the Keyblade like I can now," Rudol observed his weapon, "As for what Xemnas was referring, I can not say I have a clue, perhaps in my younger days, I lived in the days of the Keyblade was only to mysteriously jump forward to the present day, or perhaps my ancestors were Keyblade Wielders from all the way back... it's a mystery really."
"I'm honestly more shocked the Keyblade picked someone like Demyx," Sora muttered seemingly accepting the fact of what Xemnas was referring to.
The former Nobody laughed, "Well, you're not wrong there." He then made his Keyblade vanished, "Back to the topic at hand, you won't be able to return to the worlds so easily this time. Not with Xehanort's Keyblade or the knowledge of how to travel to this one. Otherwise, Xehanort could have done so anytime he pleased."
Sora groaned in frustration as he dismissed his own Keyblade. Kristoff turned to the former Organization member, "Why come all the way here then?"
"When I returned to my real superior, shocked that I've been alive after all this time, the world was suddenly hit by unforeseen danger," Rudol replied as he turned to Sora's mother, "An eternal winter had overtaken the Earth."
Elsa blinked before frowning, Anna told her, "Hey, it wasn't your fault, beside you brought summer back."
"True, but someone took advantage of that, and had the Heartless participant in the chaos," Rudol pointed out, "I was sent here to deal with the threat, when suddenly, there was no need. The Prince of Arendelle returned, Keyblade in hand, to save the day." He smiled, "I told my superior all about you and I just had to see of your return myself. You always have the habit of showing up when you're most needed. That is why I believe our best chance at stopping whatever Xigbar is planning is you, Sora."
"So, you've come to help?" Elsa raised an eyebrow.
"Yes, and to pass along a message," The former Organization member revealed, "My superior has taken an interest in you and the crisis at hand, and wishes to speak with you soon."
"Whatever your Strategic Homeland Intervention..." Elsa started.
"Your Majesty," The blonde man chuckled, "I believe it will be easier for everyone if you just call it S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Fine," The Queen's eyes narrowed, "Whatever this S.H.I.E.L.D wants to say to my son can speak with me first."
"Just as well, he wishes to speak with you as well," Rudol nodded, "Before I take my leave, I will say this about your Kingdom. It is more special than you realize. This Kingdom as well as those around it, believe it's the mid-1800s, correct?"
"Uh, yeah, it's 1856," Anna blinked as she shrugged like it's no big deal, "Why?"
"Because, in truth, the actual year is 2011," The former Nobdoy revealed, "Something struck the Earth that kept yours and the neighboring Kingdoms out of reach of the present time by something unknown to this world."
"Wait, what?" Anna blinked in shock, "That can't be right.." She then turned to her nephew, "Can it?"
Sora shrugged as the former Gambler of Fate continued, "The world holds many mysteries, and S.H.I.E.L.D. only knows a handful of its secrets. If you wish to find your way back to the other worlds, back to your Guardians of Light, to stop what's coming... you'll need us... just as this world will need you and several others..."
"Who?" Sora's mother wondered.
"You'll be hearing the details form my superior soon," He then turned to take his leave, "And Sora, when this is all over, I will take you up on that offer." As he walked away from the others, he told them, "May your heart be your guiding key."
Elsa blinked with familiarity. That's what Sora's kidnapper, Xigbar, told her that before vanishing into the night. She turned to her son, "I've heard that saying before. What does it mean?"
"I recently heard it from Goofy who heard it from Master Yen Sid," Sora explained, "Apparently, it's an old saying for Keyblade Bearer's to trust the guidance their heart brings."
"Nice, but can't it also lead you down the wrong path if you let it," Kristoff raised an eyebrow with his arms crossed.
"Perhaps, it means if the heart is in the right place, like Sora's for instance, it can lead right direction," Anna smiled.
"Oh, like how an act of true love saved you," Olaf beamed, "And another for Sora when Kairi brought him back."
Anna nodded in agreement. Elsa placed a comforting hand on her son's shoulder, "They'll be alright. From what you've told me, your friends are capable of defending themselves."
"But is all what he said true?" Anna whispered, "Regarding it not actually being 1856?"
Grand Paddie sighed, "Unfortunately, it is true. An source of infinite power once fell to this concern of the world leaving it in a state of animation until a Sorcerer Superme discovered it and released it leaving this part of the world cut off from the rest."
"Okay, if that's the case, why have we not discovered it until now," Elsa wondered, "I had men sent all over looking for Sora, surely we would heard something about our time periods not being fully connected."
Anna crossed her arms and huffed, "Bet that was the last of your former council's dirty secrets."
Elsa sighed before whispering, "Well, guess I have to be the one to undo their dirty work." Her eyes narrowed, "I'll have a word with them and the guards that were sent." She turned to her son, "If there's something else that can connect our realm with the realm you've been living in... we will find it."
Sora gave a small smile before turning back to Grand Paddie, "Anything else we should know? Regard this S.H.I.E.L.D., the black box, or whatever Xigbar could be planning?"
"Unfortunately, I know very little about the rest of the world, only its magic," The elder troll frowned, "What this Xigbar could be planning I could not say... what I do know is whatever this black box contains... has a copy of the Book of Prophecies."
"Book of Prophecies," Olaf gasped, "Does it know everything that's going to happen, including what I am saying... right now... this very second... every last word..."
"I remember reading that book long ago but my copy has long since vanished. What I remember are these highlights." He answered the snowman as the family and Kristof leaned in, "'On that fated land, shall darkness prevail and darkness expire.'"
"The Keyblade War." Elsa gasped in horror, "The one Sora just fought in."
"Didn't you go back in time and rewrite the ending to that fight?" Anna turned to her nephew.
"Guess I did," Sora nodded.
"That also regards to the child of Destiny," Grand Paddie revealed.
"Child of Destiny?" The Royal sisters repeated.
"Yes, a child would be born from the fifth spirit and raised on the islands of Destiny," Grand Paddie explained, "It has been said this child can stop even the darkest of prophecies."
"But Sora's not son of the fifth spirit... he's Elsa's..." Anna blinked before her eyes widened in realization, "No way..." She slowly smiled, "Elsa... you're..."
"The fifth spirit..." She whispered in disbelief, staring at her hands, "That... explains a lot..." She then turned to Sora, "That would make you the child of Destiny and the isles of Destiny..."
"Are the Destiny Islands," Sora realized, "Guess Xigbar knew more than we thought he did... whoever he is..."
"But what's he up to," Kristoff wondered, "I doubt it was to stop Xehanort from claiming Kingdom Hearts as his own and reshape the universe in his own image."
"Well... we know better now..." She turned to her family, "We're going home. We'll find out everything we can about the modern world, this S.H.I.E.L.D., how to reach the Destiny Islands, and have that man answer for all of his crimes against God and humanity."
"Right," Sora nodded, "And my friends: Donald, Goofy. Riku and the King. Ven, Aqua, and Terra. Roxas, Axel, and Xion. Naminè... and Kairi. They'll help us stop him too..."
"Then this matter can finally be over," Elsa smiled as she placed her hand on her son's shoulder, "We can all rest easier and let peace among the worlds be restored."
Anna yawned as she stretched her arms, "But first some rest. After everything that's happened this past week alone. I'm beat."
"I'm with you there," Sora joined in the yawning.
Elsa's smile grew, "Fair enough... and I promise it won't all be work... we'll have plenty of fun as well. And we'll never close the gates again."
"Yeah," Anna smiled before glancing to her nephew, "And Sora can finally open up 14 years of worth of Christmas and Birthday presents."
"Wha...?" Sora blinked in shock.
"We had hoped that you would one day return so the presents have been piling up over the years," Elsa smiled sheepishly, "Most of it... is probably not age appropriate as you're no longer a baby..."
Anna then leapt in a patted Sora on his shoulder, "Ah, you can use the age appropriate stuff you like to remodel your room here, and save all the baby stuff for when you and Kairi have kids on your own!"
"Cool..." Sora slowly nodded before fully realizing what she was suggesting, "Wait, what?!"
"Anna... I just got my son back," Elsa deadpanned as Anna walked alongside Kristoff back to the sled, "Please don't scare him away."
"Aw, like you not thinking of the possibility of grand-babies," Anna gave her a cheeky smirk.
"Oooooooh~ cute little grand-babies..." Elsa hummed happily to herself before shaking it off, "Anna... he's still young... it'll happen when the time is right..."-
"Yeah, right after we stop this Xizzle Burger!!!" Olaf beamed as he completed butchered pronouncing Xigbar's name, "No one told me how babies are made...!"
"Oh, would you look at the sun!" Anna quickly changed topic, "We need to turn in tonight if we're going to have a fun day with the gates open, now that summer's back!"
"Oooooh! I can't wait!" The snowman cheered completely forgetting the previous topic.
"Thank you for your time," Elsa smiled to Grandpaddie giving him a respectful bow before to the elder troll before walking alongside her son, "We'll figure this all out. I promise. Now, we'll draw you a warm bath, clean clothes, and get some rest for tomorrow..." She couldn't help but wonder, "Is there anything else I can do for you at the moment..."
"Actually..." Sora started, "I've learned a lot of my family's history... one your side anyway... but I know absolutely nothing about my father..."
"Ah... of course..." Elsa nodded understanding. After all this time, Sora was taking on so much new information regarding being apart of a royal family, she never mentioned anything to him about his father. He had a right to know him, she smiled, "...we met about a year prior to our marriage... I remember how nervous I was before I met him..."
She continued to tell her tale about his father as the trolls watched them leave... and they weren't the only ones watching...
"...Sora would come to know his birth family well. More so than he had within the childhood. While Luxu and the Master of Masters plotted and schemed for their own goals, Sora spent the next year reforging the bond he had with his family."
From a distance two men in black coats watched as Sora left with his family.
"They worked together to find the secrets of this realm of fiction... in hopes to find a pathway back to his friends, who search for their hero as we speak. One day he would reunite with them and together among his family and friends, would unite to fight against the coming Fortellers with this world's Mightiest Heroes. But that's another story..."
Unaware they watched by another being, not from this universe...
"...how do I know these events. I observe all things, yet I do not, will not, and cannot intervene for I am..."
With in the stars, floated an invisible figure with a large head and glowing white eyes...
"...the Watcher. And this tale is far from the end."
And that will conclude this story. Bet you didn't expect Luxord to be an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. now did you? Or the Watcher to make an appearance. But before we go into the author notes... we do have a post credit scene coming up... so let's conclude this story...
Later that evening, Sora exited the guest bedroom, while his was still being remade. Ever since learning of the possible threat to the worlds, he had a hard time sleeping. Which was not like him, he needed a drink of water.
"Sora?"
He turned to see his mother in her purple nightgown, "Why are you still up?"
"I couldn't sleep..." He admitted, "I'm worried about them. About her..."
"That's understandable. Just when you thought it was all over Luxord... er... Rudol... that man... told us otherwise, leaving many questions unanswered," His mother nodded in understanding, "Thirsty?"
"Yeah," Her son nodded.
She walked along side him, "Come on, let's get some water and talk about it... then it's back to bed. You've been fighting too long with a decent break."
Just as they were about to head for the royal kitchen, a portal opened up behind them. Turning towards it, they noticed two figures exit the portal. Acting on instinct, the mother changed into her ice dress while her son summoned his Keyblade to his side. Until, the figures was revealed to be a girl long red hair with her the bangs falling to her forehead beyond her eyebrows, while the rest of her hair is tied by two red ribbons. More importantly, a Keyblade was by her side. Their eyes widened in shock, as the second figure spoke up, "Thank you, Strelitzia."
She simple smiled along the second figure walked past her dressed in back, "So, you want to know how crazy my week has been. An agent of mine finally came back from the dead, not long after an Eternal Winter engulfed the planet, only the son of the source of the winter to solve the issue." The figure started to come more clear as he walked closer and closer to mother and son, "...and if what my agent told me about is true... then you, among with other heroes, might be our best shot of saving this world as well as the other realms from what's coming."
"Who are you," The Prince wondered as the Queen merely narrowed her eyes.
The man's face finally became visible as a mid age African American with no hair on his head and an eyepatch on his left eye as he introduced himself, "Nick Fury. Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. I'm here to talk to you two of you of the Avengers Initiative."
Shocked two turned to each other of what this could possibly mean...
A year later, Sora leapt back as he held off a Darkside Heartless in the city of Quadratum. He apparently alone until his mother stood beside him and she wasn't alone. Captain America raised his shield as Iron Man flew towards the ground with his arm raised. Thor was swinging his hammer as the Hulk roared at the Heartless. Black Widow and Hawkeye raised their guns and bow ready for anything. Finally, along side Strelitzia, Wolverine popped out his claws as Spider-Man landed beside him.
The massive Heartless raised a fist to strike the group as the Avengers charged in, ready for the danger...
(Cue MCU Avengers theme!)
So, where does this leave us? A potential sequel tying into KH4? A collection one shots of Sora bonding with his new found family and them meeting Sora's friends post KH4? Who knows?
For now, I'll leave you with this idea and you can dream and hope. Maybe with the one shots, I'll introduce Sora's family from his father's side... maybe of who is father is?
