Hi, guys. Been having a really long break for months. But now, I've thought of an Oz story that you would really like. This is the story about the Wicked Witches of Oz, and the King of Oz.

WARNING: I DO NOT OWN WIZARD OF OZ OR ANY OF THE CHARACTERS.

Long ago, before the arrival of the Wizard and Dorothy Gale, the Land of Oz was full of peace and magic. It was created by the Fairy Queen Lurline when she and her band came upon the land. She left her band to rule Oz in her way of goodness. The land had four vast quadrants, the Gillikin Country in the north, the Quardling Country in the south, the Munchkin Country in the east, and the Winkie Country in the west.

The ruler of Oz was Ozroar, a great king. He had son named Pastoria, the heir to his father's throne. Ozroar was a powerful king, but a man of honour and kindness.

In a dark forest in the Land of Oz, where an old cottage was located. Inside, where four Wicked Witches gathered. The first was Morella, a green-skinned one, who wears grey and black clothing, and an eyepatch. She carried an umbrella. The second Witch was her fraternal twin sister Malvonia, who also had green skin. The third was Mombi, who wears grey clothings and a bonnet. The fourth was Singra.

The four witches sit around a table. Mombi puts a bag of potions on the table.

"I'm glad you've come to my house on a special visit." Singra greeted.

"Sister, we said we'd come." Mombi said.

"Well? Have you got enough potions we need to destroy that blasted Ozroar and his son?" Morella asked in an eerie voice.

"Don't talk to me in that tone, cousin. I've got everything." Mombi snapped.

"Good. So do I." Morella said before putting her bag of potions on the table.

"So, my dear cousins, did you find the way for us to conquer the four kingdoms?" Malvonia asked.

"All we heard that there's some enchanted silver shoes." Mombi answered.

"And how would magic shoes help us rule Oz?" Malvonia asked bluntly.

"They have great powers, with them, we can be unstoppable." Singra said.

"The fairies made these shoes, and they fused themselves within them, giving them great powers you could ever imagine, with them, we can be unstoppable." Singra said.

"Anything else?" Morella asked. "Would we need an army?"

"Perhaps, I heard of a Golden Cap." Mombi said.

Morella was confused. "A Golden Cap?"

"The cap itself is magically and enchanted with an authentic special charm that allows who ever wears it on their head to call upon Winged Monkeys, three times and three times only." Mombi said.

"Did someone have that Cap?" Malvonia asked.

"Many centuries ago, the Golden Cap was first intended to be a valuable wedding present from a beautiful and fair princess of Oz named Gayelette who ruled over the Gillikin Country. The Flying Monkeys who were mischievous troublemakers, loving to play and horse around, played a trick on Gayelette's husband Quelala only all in innocent fun by dropping him in a river and getting him soaking wet on Princess Gayelette's wedding day."

"Bloody hell." Singra said.

"Hearing 'river' and 'soaking' makes me shiver. I really hate water." Morella said. "Was Gayelette angry?"

"Furiously. Gayelette wasn't just any average pretty princess, she was a sorceress. When she found out what the Monkeys did to her soon to be husband on her big day, she became infuriated and punished them by making them eternal slaves to the Golden Cap for Quelala who happened to be the first owner of the Golden Cap. He then commanded the Winged Monkeys to stay away from Gayelette and the royal kingdom they lived in so they would not upset Gayelette ever again. The Monkeys were all banished from the place Gayelette ruled over and were never allowed to come back."

"Then we need that Cap to command the Monkeys." Morella said. "Where is it?"

Mombi picked up a box, opened it, and revealed the Golden Cap itself. "I thought I might give it to you to conquer Winkie Country." She handed out to her cousin.

"Oh, you are too kind, my favourite cousin." Morella was delighted. "I'll treasure it as a reminder of my rule over the Winkies."

"And the silver shoes? Where are they?" Malvonia asked.

"Dr. Nikidik has them." Singra said.

"Excellent. I'll acquire those shoes and use them to enslave those little munchkins." Malvonia said. "What about you two?"

"We'll just use our magic to enslave the Gillikins and Guardlings." Mombi said.

"The red land is mine." Singra said.

Morella stands up from her chair.

"Now we've all have what we need to take over Oz, time to strike Ozroar. It's our time to become gods. The ways of good and harmony shall be no more. Wickedness and chaos shall reign forever!"

The three Witches shouted in triumph as their plan to take over Oz shall be complete.

Later, in Ozroar's palace, the King of Oz himself was sitting on his throne, he heard a sound.

"Who's there?" he called out until he was captured in a bag.

In Dr. Nikidik's workplace, Malvonia was talking to the Crooked Magician himself.

"So, you want these magic, silver shoes, am I right?" he asked.

"Indeed, Doctor. Whatever you might want, I can give it to you." Malvonia said.

"How about something valuables?" Nikidik suggested.

"That'll do." Malvonia said before she gave a bag of gold and diamonds to Dr. Nikidik. "Now, let me see these shows."

"Right here." the Crooked Magician hands her a shoebox.

The Wicked Witch opened the box, and sees the magical, silver shoes. The magic of the shoes is very powerful as she had thought. She removes her old shoes and wears the magic shoes. She was able to fell their power merging with hers, making her more powerful than she was before. She cackled loudly as her powers grew.

"I fell my power growing." she said. "Thank you for your service, Doctor."

"My pleasure, Your Wickedness." Dr. Nikidik bowed to her.

Back in the cottage, where Ozroar was held in a cage. He was wondered what was going on. Then he saw the four cackling Wicked Witches.

"Well, are you felling comfy in there?" Morella asked tauntingly.

"I'm not afraid of you witches." Ozroar said in a brave tone. "You can do whatever you want to me, but my son will be King of Oz."

"Is that so?" Singra asked in a sinister grin.

"Listen, old man, he won't be king for long." said the one-eyed witch.

"The lands will be ours for the taking." Malvonia said.

"For years, we've seen all good in OZ. We're sick of fairies, pixies, and your bloodline. Now, the time has come to rid ourselves of it." Mombi said.

"The godly Lurine will not let evil win." Ozroar said.

"No, we are the true gods. And we will depose her once we've destroyed your family's name. Our era of Wickedness begins." Morella said.

The Witches cackled wickedly in triumph to their rise to power at Ozroar.

Months later, Mombi and Singra conquered the Gillikin and Quardling Countries with their acts of witchcraft. Mombi ruled the purple land as Wicked Witch of the North, and Singra ruled the red land as Wicked Witch of the South.

In Munchkin Country, Malvonia used the charms of the silver shoes to conquer the blue land. The Munchkins were not strong enough to fight her. Malvonia ruled Munchkin Country as Wicked Witch of the East.

In Winkie Country, Morella used the Golden Cap to summon the Flying Monkeys. Her first command was to attack the land. The Monkeys stroked the land and had the Winkies in fear. Morella had made the Winkies her slaves, and overthrew the natives and set herself to rule over their land as Wicked Witch of the West.

Years later, Pastoria became king of Oz. He had a baby daughter named from the Fairy Queen Lurline, and he named her Ozma, the heir to her father's throne.

In Pastoria's palace, the King of Oz himself was holding his baby daughter.

"Oh, my sweet Ozma, your heart is as pure as light. You will someday be Queen of Oz."

He puts the sleeping Ozma down to her bed. Pastoria kissed her cheek and leaves her to sleep in his room. Pastoria heard a noise. He wondered where it came from until he was knocked down by magic.

A smoke appeared out of nowhere. It was Mombi, who approached from the smoke.

Mombi had killed Ozroar, and turned Pastoria into 'Tora the Tired Tailor', with no memory of his true identity, thereby enabling herself and the Wicked Witches of the East, West and South to conquer and divide the land between them.

But sometime later, the sorceress Locasta battled Mombi and defeated her in. After freeing the Gillikins from Mombi's clutches and became Good Witch of the North, Locasta forbade any other witch to live in her domain. Even after her defeat, Mombi was still a survivor. She made herself appear to be a lowly wizardess and settled down on a quiet farmland which included corn fields, a four-horned cow, and some pigs.

In Quardling Country, the sorceress Glinda challenged Singra to a witch dual. Glinda managed to defeat and banished the Wicked Witch to an unknown location. She brought goodness to the Quardlings and became their Good Witch of the South.

In Winkie Country, in a gothic castle on a mountain, the Wicked Witches gathered together about their cousins being defeated by Locasta and Glinda.

"Mombi's bansished from her throne, and Singra's nowhere to be found." Malvonia said in disappointment. "I knew my shoes were too powerful to Locasta to free these pathetic Munchkins, but we're not yet powerful as Glinda."

"That's Mombi's own problem. She'll eventually gain enough magic to get her throne back. We were lucky to cheat out witch dual against those two sorceresses who tried to defeat us. Those Good Witches won't stop us."

"Indeed, sister. What shall we do with that child of Pastoria's?" Malvonia asked.

"Mombi can take care of that." Morella said. "We'll just have to let her do what she wants to her, and we'll be taking the lands to ourselves."

"She'd better, we're just used to her being a creature nonetheless." Malvonia said jokingly.

The Wicked Witches cackled sinisterly in their joke.

One day, an ordinary conman from Omaha, Nebraska, who was named Oscar Zoroaster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkle Emmannuel Ambroise Diggs or Oz, arrived in Oz on a balloon. Being a circus magician, all of the Ozians believed he was a wizard.

He became power-hungry and stole the throne from the rightful king, Pastoria, and hid away the king's only daughter Ozma with the old witch Mombi, whom he visited three times prior, so there would be no heir to the throne, which Mombi had planned for long.

Mombi turned Ozma into a boy and named her Tip so no one in Oz would recognize her.

He then set the people to work, building the Emerald City and the Royal Palace of Oz. He announced himself ruler of the entire Land of Oz, uniting the Munchkins, Gillikins, Quadlings, and Winkies. He lived in fear of the two Wicked Witches who ruled the western and eastern quadrants of Oz, so he shut himself away and depended upon his reputation as a powerful wizard to protect him. He was highly venerated by his subjects and known as 'The Great Oz' or 'Oz the Great and Terrible'.

It was commonly thought that he was all-powerful, although all acknowledged that he was reclusive and never seen, even by the servants who waited upon him.

In the castle, the Wicked Witches meet again, talking about the Wizard of Oz.

"A Wizard of Oz?" Malvonia was surprised. "And he's even more powerful than us?"

"I highly doubt that. But he's a problem we have to deal with. The infant Ozma went missing, but now a Wizard became ruler of Oz, and this Emerald City he's built." Morella said.

"I'll turn that 'Wizard' to stone when I'm done with him." Malvonia said determined.

"Not yet, sister. We must make a plan of attack. He's a coward to fight us. We'll have to find away to destroy him and take his precious Emerald City… BY FORCE!"

The Wicked Witches laughed loudly in the room, vowing to destroy the Wizard of Oz and rule all of Oz.
