The Fourth Shinobi War was raging on, and it was slowly coming to a close. Madara had been defeated and Kaguya was weakening. Naruto and Sasuke had been battling for what felt like days. Obito had joined them, while Kakashi and Sakura were keeping everyone in fighting shape.

The battle was headed in a good direction but soon Kaguya used one more trick, she had enough and just wished to eliminate the threat. She used one of Dimensions with excessively high gravity to pin all of them down. Sasuke and Naruto were defenseless and Kaguya fired a bone of All Killing Ash. Obito and Kakashi moved as fast as two gravity weakened people could and jumped in front of Naruto and Sasuke. However, Only Obito was struck by the deadly Jutsu. Obito used his Kamuii to teleport the bone away from Kakashi and Sasuke. Obito did the first thing that came to his mind as he was hit, he pulled his eyes out before they could be affected. He felt Naruto place his hand on his shoulder and the Yang Healing Chakra was enough to keep his body from decaying too quickly.

"Naruto-san, I have betrayed everyone I ever cared for, but I will die for those I betrayed. And as final Sacrifice I give you my eyes, Kakashi used them well but he was never complete without the second one. These eyes are a testament to the trust I have in you." Obito smiled, "If I die and become blind in the afterlife, I will happily take the punishment of no longer being able to use my eyes."

Obito's decaying hands dropped the two eyes into Naruto's grasp, blood leaked down his face as he smiled. "Sasuke-kun, I know, I was never who I should have been. You can become who you were always destined to become, You should take my death as a notion that your ideals are flawed and you should never be alone. Think of me as yourself, Sasuke, I had a very similar ideal to you. With my death it shows your Ideals are flawed." Obito's arms fell off at this point, rendering him nothing but ash. Most of his face was missing, "I… lost Sasuke, that means your ideals will only lead you to Failure."

Sasuke gave a weak smile, "I guess, you are right, but still me and Naruto must fight out our differences."

Obito smiled weakly, "I understand, but never let Hate cloud your judgment, we all know how that ended. Goodbye." At this Moment Obito could not refuse the decay, so he collapsed in a pillar of ashes.

Naruto looked to Sasuke, and then to the two eyes in his hands, "Sasuke, stall for me, I will join soon."

Naruto quickly extracted his old eyes, even though it hurt almost as bad as a Chidori to the chest. Naruto placed the new eyes into his sockets and Kurama used his Chakra to connect the eyes to his brain. Sasuke used his Susanoo to fire off rapid Indra Arrows.

Naruto opened his new eyes which were red with three black tomoe around the pupil. "I am ready." Sasuke canceled his Susanoo as Naruto flew up next to him. Naruto placed his hand on Sasuke's back as he pushed his Yang Chakra into Sasuke's body. Kurama also intentionally split in half and gave Sasuke a small fraction of his Chakra, his other Half was quickly sealed with him. Sasuke's body was quickly engulfed in a yellow cloak of chakra, he looked at his body with awe. "Why are you doing this Naruto?"

Naruto smiled, "Because we are no longer going to seal her away, we are going to seal her in a different world." Both Kurama gathered Sage mode and flooded their host with a perfect amount of Chakra. Sasuke looked at his seal and smiled, he placed it on Naruto's head and added his Yin Chakra to him.

"If that's the plan, let's do it."

Both Sasuke and Naruto vanished in a sonic boom and appeared at Kaguya's side with their fist ready to strike. Kaguya was unable to reach as their fist slammed into her cheek. Both Naruto and Sasuke yelled at the top of their lungs. "Six Paths: Multiversal Sealing!" Kaguya's body was engulfed by a black mist as she was being sealed, but she made one last desperate attempt to escape. She touched Naruto and Sasuke, whose eyes could only widen.

Sakura and Kakashi both yelled in concern. "Naruto, Sasuke!"

Sasuke and Naruto were engulfed by the Mist, and whatever Six Paths Powered Hagoromo gifted them was suddenly missing. Kakashi and Sakura were teleported away, as Naruto and Sasuke vanished from this world forever.

**A New Fallout**

Both Naruto and Sasuke awoke in a white void with Kaguya, who was unable to move. Sasuke and Naruto used Kurama's Chakra to rip the seal, holding the Bijuu open. The two were knocked unconscious from the strain of the unsealing. In a puff of smoke all 8 Bijuu plus the Gedo Mazo were floating in the void with them all. None of them seemed aware of what was happening. Kurama used both of the seals to split the Bijuu in half and gave Naruto and Sasuke equal portions of the Bijuu Chakra.

The Gedo Mazo floated in the empty space as Kaguya ejected a dying Madara Uchiha. Madara spat up a glob of blood, 'Damn goddess and Trickster demon. I shall not die like this, I will happily give these two brats whatever I can.' Madara began to, as quick as he could do hand seals. Madara scowled, "Knowledge Transfer technique!" Madara used the last bit of his chakra to share his knowledge of Chakra and Jutsu to Naruto and Sasuke. Madara's body began to decay and so did Kaguya. 'I was wrong, Hashirama, I should have trusted you. You saw the Good and Evil, while I only saw the Darkness. In my effort of saving these two, I will sacrifice my soul to send them someplace they could live. "Last Resort." Madara used Kaguya's Chakra to Seal the Gedo Mazo into Naruto and Sasuke, theoretically making them into the new Ten Tails Jinchuriki. Madara was not done though and he quickly transported the two into a Nearby universe. The moment he finished the technique he died on the spot, where his two Rinnegan eyes once were are now empty eye sockets.

Kaguya died a few weeks later, no oxygen can do that.

**A New Fallout**

In the skies over the newly irritated lands of North America, which at one point was called the Great State of Texas. Two streaks of golden light pierced the normally deary sky, these streaks of light were moving at speeds that left shockwaves in their wakes. They were currently flying towards the once great city/cities of Dallas/Fort Worth, many of the inhabitants that saw the lights were confused and terrified.

Then the lights slammed into the outskirts of the two great cities, the resulting shockwave was enough to flatten nearby buildings, and dead trees.

Multiple of the Inhabitants, who were far crazier than a Texan after he had too much to drink, began to make a trek to the location of the two crashes.

What they found was two massive spheres of cooling lava, they just sat there doing nothing. The Inhabitants looked at the balls of rock and shrugged. Nothing to kill or gain from two balls of rock.

So they sat there unused.

**A New Fallout**

It had been twelve years since the bombs fell, most of the weaker Irritated locations have become liveable again. While many of the area's even remotely near a crater were still heavily irradiated. Some of the Vaults containing the last Human Survivors opened up, and many of these survivors created small or even large groups. One of these groups was led for the sole purpose of exploration and learning.

When this group found the massive rocks with a large crater, they investigated it, "Yo Boss! This thing has life signs!" The only scientist yelled excitedly, "This could prove our theory of Extraterrestrial life!" As quickly as his words were said a young red haired girl with an eyepatch over her right eye ran over and sat next to him. "Wow Really?!"

"Yeah Boss I'm sure."

The red head smiled, "Finally something interesting, can you open them?" The Scientist in scrubs nodded quickly, "Be careful and try not to harm those within."

"Yes Boss!" The Scientist grabbed the extraction tools and began to carefully take the Rock apart. It took the group a few hours but when it was mostly complete all that was left was a thin layer of a gelatin-like substance filled to the top with a murky green liquid. Both rocks contained the same layers so it was no issue after they started to understand the process.

Inside the Gelatin were two very humanoid forms, this stunned the Scientist. "Boss, is that what I think it is?"

The redhead's eye was wide, "It is, two humans." She looked to the Scientist, "Be careful not to hurt those two, use the scalpel to open the two 'pods' It may be the only way to safely extract them."

When he touched the Gelatin with his scalpel both Pod's suddenly deflated, the action caused both of them to jump back with shock.

The Gelatin began to evaporate as it lost contact with the fluid within the pods, what it showed as two young teenage boys. Each one looked different, and neither of them looked to be in the best physical shape, both malnourished and likely dehydrated.

The Redhead's eyes widened, "Get them into the Medical Cart, they need immediate attention from our Doctor."

"But boss, are you sure? We know nothing about them except that they came from space."

She waved off his concerns, "It's fine."

**A New Fallout**

Naruto awoke first and he felt exceptionally weaker, he felt like a Civilian. Naruto coughed as he forced himself to sit in his bed. "Where am I?" He looked around and noticed he was within a Medical Cart, basically a Mobile Hospital. Naruto turned and looked at Sasuke and realized how scrawny and fragile he looked. He looked to himself and he wheezed softly, his body was nothing but skin and bones, his body lacked any of the Muscle he had.

He quickly decided to ask the Fox 'Kurama?' He didn't get an answer. Naruto began to grow slightly panicked, 'Kurama, can you hear me?!' Again no answer. Naruto was openly panicking, Naruto looked around quickly before he regained his confidence. He quickly checked his Chakra and his eyes widened, 'The majority of my Chakra is gone. This would prevent me from accessing Sage mode, or even Kurama's Chakra.'

Naruto fell back into his bed and began to fall asleep, 'I have to recover.' When Suddenly Sasuke jolted awake, he looked over at Naruto with wide eyes. "Kitsune, where are we?" Naruto mentally scoffed, he hasn't used that codename in a long time.

"I have no idea, Crow, I just woke up, like you."

Sasuke looked at his body to check for any damage and he could only frown, "Kitsune, what happened to us?"

Naruto shrugged, "I don't really know, but we should strive to recover the majority of our strength. I also cannot communicate with Kurama, and I doubt you can either." Sasuke shook his head, not like he would know how. "Kuso, what about your Sharingan?"

Sasuke shook his head, "Too little Chakra to use, but I do not doubt It works." Naruto sighed.

The Cart's back door opened, standing at the door was a red haired young woman, "So you two are finally up, after using a constant supply of Stimpaks, Radaway, hand crafted healing powder, and multiple other drugs. You know the price for all this service would easily be around a couple thousand caps."

Sasuke looked at Naruto who merely shrugged, 'At Least we can understand her.'

"What is a cap? Is it similar to a Ryo?"

The Redhead looked at Naruto confused, "We do not use the Currency you use Though I could probably convert most into Caps."

Naruto looked at Sasuke who merely frowned, "Fine!" He bit his thumb causing the redhead's eyes to widen. He whipped the blood on the back of his hand, and in a puff of smoke a large bag of Ryo appeared. Naruto fished in his bag with his tongue sticking out, he quickly pulled out a smaller bag filled with Gold Ryo. He dropped the bag by his bed, "Keep the change and use it to get us better." Naruto resealed the Large Bag of Ryo away, 'I still have around 1.23 million in Gold Coins. Plenty of Silver and too much Bronze. Not to mention the fifty Platinum coins I have in case of a major financial emergency.'

The Ladies eyes widened when she looked into the bag, "Holy Shit, you guys are fucking loaded if you can toss out this much money!"

Naruto and Sasuke snickered, "We sure are." Sasuke muttered under his breath.

"Well, I think with this amount of actual Gold, I will have more than enough to get you two healed. Now I will tell you two things. You guys being rich like this, means you have to worry about Bandits, otherwise Raiders. And two, most will take advantage of your hospitality in this world, most people only think about themselves here."

She turned and was about to walk away but she froze, "Maybe, I should give you two gifts that will equal the price of this Gold." She grabbed two small computers that seemed to be attached on the wrist. "This is a Pip-Boy 3000. Most factions are all about stealing and hoarding these things, the Brotherhood of Steel is one of them, but the ones around here are mostly better than that." She threw it into Sasuke and Naruto's hands. "Put them on, they were mine and my sister, but since… I couldn't bear using or giving them away. At Least I know with you two they will be put to a proper use." She quickly walked away leaving the two boys alone.

Sasuke attached the Pip-boy to his arm and watched it flashed to light. His entire Physical profile was placed in front of him, along with the words Error in some places. "It seems like it doesn't understand certain things, I believe these are our Chakra." Naruto had just finished attaching it to his arm and smiled.

"That's fine, it is just a machine afterall- YeowcH!" Sasuke looked at Naruto with a raised eyebrow, who was currently rubbing his hand. "That stung, I don't understand what happened."

Sasuke looked at his Pip-buck, it looked normal enough, he sighed. "I dunno Naruto, we should rest and recover. Tomorrow we should try eating, in a few days if our condition improves we should train."

Naruto nodded as he laid back, "G'night." He quickly fell asleep in bed.

Sasuke sighed and quickly passed out.

**A New Fallout**

Naruto and Sasuke recovered quicker than most would assume, they were not physically fit but they could eat and move around with little assistance. While they recovered they learned about this world how it was destroyed 15 years ago by Nuclear Armageddon. The Majority of the Population was eradicated and only Chaos existed for those still alive. They also learned that before the bombs there was a long history of brutal warfare, but none of them had anything like what the Shinobi did. Sasuke and Naruto quickly realized that because of the Bombs and Warfare the world was trying to regain its balance.

Sasuke and Naruto were quickly able to replenish their low Chakra, their bodies not so much, but they still trained to regain their old strength. In a week Naruto and Sasuke were physically capable of sustaining their own Jutsu, in two weeks both of them were able to use and Learn that this world has Nature Chakra.

Sasuke was a quick learner but he still struggled to access Sage mode. With Naruto helping train him, they were both able to access Sage mode soon.

Sasuke had also helped Naruto gain a handle of the Sharingan and Mangekyou Variant.

At the end of Three weeks the two looked almost like their usual selves, but neither of them had the Jonin level bodies. High Chunin was good, right?

Naruto and Sasuke stayed with the Redhead, who was named Jessica. They moved around quite a bit but she stayed with the same five people. Robert the Scientist, Lucias the Guard, John the Medic/Doctor, and Julia the Cook. The Group used a bunch of Two headed cows to pull three wagons filled with different things. The first was obviously the Medical Wagon which was always in the center, the second was the Storage/Defense Wagon which was always in the front, and the final was the Housing/Rear Defense Wagon that was always in the back.

The group had five Machine guns, two in the front and three in the rear. The idea was to keep a 360 degree defensive field around the entire place.

The Wagons were made entirely of wood with platforms as the roof, the wheels were made with bearings and salvaged ties. This made the normally hard to pull wagons hundreds of pounds easier to move.

Sasuke and Naruto both joined the group as a type of Guard, both had trained Lucias to use the Firearms they used. Both Naruto and Sasuke were considered masters very quickly, they are shinobi, so they were made into the Guards.

**A New Fallout**

Sasuke and Naruto sat on top of the Housing Wagon, they looked out across the wasteland seeing nothing but dead trees, broken or burnt houses, and nothing that indicated natural life. "This is just sad." Naruto muttered out and Sasuke nodded, "The world is dying, and people are only making it worse by not joining under a single banner."

Sasuke sighed, "It seems they do join under a banner but only for their own benefit. Naruto, we have to save this world from itself."

"Sasuke, we are mortal, we can only do so much."

Sasuke smiled, "True, but if we try our best we can easily bring love and Peace back to the world."

Naruto nodded and Jessica walked up to them. "So, I was wondering what you two really are, I know neither of you are from this world."

Sasuke and Naruto looked at each other, "I guess It would be impossible to hide our true origins from you." Sasuke muttered.

Naruto shrugged, "Honestly I'm not sure, but I can say we are not from this world. None of you have access to your Chakra."

Sasuke nodded, "Either we are Aliens or something else."

"One thing is for sure though, we plan on helping the people of this world."

"With all our power and Knowledge."

Both of their speeches left Jessica smiling, "Good, by the way tomorrow we are heading to Houston, it is said to have many intact wonders and functioning factories. No one has been able to gain access to the city though, and it was not bombed. Everyone within the city starved to death, so it should be safe and secure."

Sasuke looked at Jessica with narrowed eyes, "What are the dangers of getting in?"

"Defense Turrets, most use Laser or Plasma, some use bullets."

Naruto and Sauske looked at each other, at this very moment they could in theory use their Susanoo, but Kurama still had not spoken to them. "Sure, but we have to be careful." Sasuke grunted at Naruto's statement.

"I disagree, we should wait until we recover more, or even get more tech."

Jessica smiled, "If we actually gain access to the place we could make the entire City into our own Base of operation, it has the power to easily defeat a large Army. The State of Texas was incredibly Paranoid but it could help us."

"What about food and water? The People inside died of Starvation."

She smiled, "They only died because they could not reach the food supplies. It was within a heavily defended Facility, but if we reached the Military Tower and placed our Identities into the Database, we could easily take control of it. We still need to find a suitable leader to take charge of the place." Sasuke looked at naruto who did not realize and gave a subtle nod to Jessica. "Oh, I suppose we do have a Leader planned out."

Naruto blinked and looked around confused, "Eh?"

"Anyway, what do you two say about assisting Lucias in preparing all the weapons."

Both Naruto and Sasuke suddenly become stern, "We would love to do so, Jessica-san."

Lucias was a very hostile man even to his own teammates, he was known to be almost dictatorial in his methods. He was an 'Ex'-Raider but he 'saw' the errors of his ways, in reality both Naruto and Sasuke knew he was a spy for his Raider group. Robert, the Scientist who helped save them, was very similar to Kabuto or Orochimaru in personality. He was not someone the two could actually trust, he acted friendly but was very psychopathic, he would do anything to keep learning.

Julia and Jesica were the only two who were actually genuine in their want for peace. Julia was also an Ex-Raider, but she was a Raider Boss that realized how bad she became. Her personality was sometimes grating but she always had the best interest of those around her, she even gave tips to Naruto and Sasuke about their firearm skills.

Jessica was a Vault Dweller in the past but she slowly grew her group big enough for them all to have a new chance at life.

So Sasuke and Naruto sighed as Jessica left, "We have to do something about the New Hebi, and the False friend." Naruto snarled under his breath.

Sasuke nodded quickly, "I could just assassinate them in the field one day, but let's be honest, you wanna give them a chance to rethink their choices?"

Naruto sighed, "I did it for you, multiple times, and it ended well. Even Orochimaru-teme ended well in the end, I think."

Sasuke sighed, "Because I had nothing to gain from my path after Obito's little speech, and Orochimaru kinda had to if he didn't want to die forever." He gave naruto a sideways glance, 'by the way, how is Kamuii coming along?"

Naruto shrugged, "I mastered it, barely, and I have access to the Dimension."

"Susanoo?"

"Perfected."

"Good, that means we could use Kurama, I wonder where he went by the way?"

Naruto shrugged, "I feel him inside the seal, but it's as if the seal is closed again, I can barely feel a trickle of his Chakra." It only took a minute for Naruto's eyes to widen, "Why did the seal close?!" Naruto retreated into his mindscape to see a normally dark sewer change into a Bright Forest with a cage at the center. Inside were the bodies of all of the Bijuu and they all looked at him with rage and agitation. "Oops."

Naruto instantly unsealed all the Bijuu who he had no idea where her, "I guess that's why the seal closed, it must have been one final safety mechanism."

Kurama growled, "Kit, I am so mad right now, but I'll ignore it for later."

Naruto smiled and disappeared from the seal, while Bijuu looked at the Stationary Gedo Mazo with narrowed eyes.

Naruto appeared in the real world and opened the seal on Sasuke's stomach, Sasuke was quickly coated in a thick layer of Chakra that receded into his body. "Kay, that's done, still don't understand how the seal closed."

Sasuke grunted, "Not sure, I'm not a sealing expert, like you. I can only give ideas, it's possible it happened because of an overload of Chakra."

Naruto thought about it and nodded, "It's possible, well we both have now reached 25% of our base abilities, and 50% of all Jutsu."

"I find it weird, I know the hand signs of Madara's Jutsu, even if I haven't seen him use it."

Naruto rubbed his chin, "Yeah I know, I also have the ideas for almost every Jutsu that exist. Maybe it has something to do with having our Yin and Yang Seals." Naruto looked at his palms to see the glistening seals of Chakra, he also looked to Sasuke who also had the exact same seals on his hands. "I guess our Seal sharing actually worked, maybe that has something to do with all our Knowledge."

Sasuke shrugged, "If it does, I don't mind it. With this I can easily use the Raikage's Lightning Mode, and possibly create a Fire Chakra Mode."

Naruto nodded, "Remember though, we have all 5 elements now, with both our Chakra combined it gives us all Chakra Natures naturally."

Sasuke snorted, "Maybe I can Perform your Rasen-Shuriken."

Naruto's eyes widened, "I could use your Chidori…"

They both looked at each other, "Holy Shit."

Naruto's eyes suddenly alight with new ideas "I could Create a Fire, Earth, Water, and Lightning Rasenshurikens."

Sasuke nodded, "Think if you created a clone and created two Rasenshurikens, Like I dunno, Wind and Fire?"

"And threw them at one target." Naruto actually shivered from both fear and excitement, "That would be way more powerful."

Sasuke nodded, "Time for us to get some rest, we have a long week ahead of us."

Naruto sighed but nodded, "I understand."

**A New Fallout**

Naruto and Sasuke both sat atop the rear Wagon as the Brahmin were pulling them along towards their destination. They were the Rear gunners while Lucias took the front wagons. "So?"

"Shut up brat, we are all quite mad."

"Sorry."

"I don't care."

"But-"

"I Do Not Care."

Naruto huffed and laid his head on his hand, "What about Sasuke?"

Kurama's eyes narrowed, "For once the Uchiha is innocent, I'm only mad at you."

Naruto putted, "Fine!" He exited his seal and crossed his legs as he began to gather Nature Chakra. It was quite corrupted but it was purified as it entered his body, he added some of his own chakra to the Nature chakra as he released it. His body began to glow with ethereal blue flames that seemed to turn slightly green as he absorbed Nature Chakra.

He used his body as a filter for Nature Chakra, when the Purified Chakra was released it returned to where it originally came from.

Sasuke didn't seem to mind as he felt the purified Nature Chakra also enter his body but it quickly left.

Naruto's eyes suddenly shot open and he muttered to Sasuke, "We are being followed, Lucias' Raider pals."

Sasuke's eyes narrowed but he showed no other reaction, "Should we-"

"No, just wait, they seem to be waiting for a signal. I have placed Kamuii Seals on each of the Wagons and our two female friends."

Sasuke nodded, "That means we really don't have to do anything to keep our stuff safe."

Naruto nodded but gave an almost cruel smile, "I also placed a lightning seal on both our Traitors so if they leave a certain radius around us, their heart stops."

Sasuke nodded, "It's not like you to kill so easily."

Naruto sighed, "This world needs Peace, but to get peace you have to get rid of the bad apples that only want war. This isn't like our world where almost everyone wants peace, we have to change our methods. Plus most of the people here are just crazy."

**A New Fallout**

The Trip to Houston was mostly uneventful, nothing happened but Naruto and Sasuke kept their eyes on the traitors. They were only a day away from Houston when all the Raiders attacked, but they found nothing but a small piece of paper. They picked it up and their eyes widened, on it was one word, 'Explode.'

Miles away the sound of an earth shaking explosion causes multiple mutated creatures to flee the area, and within the crater of the explosion were all the dead raiders.

Naruto and Sasuke stood within the Kamui Dimension, both Lucias and Robert were tied to a cross unable to escape. "That's all their crimes." Naruto stated sternly, Julia glared at the two with disgust. Jessica only frowned, "It seemed having you two along was a good idea to begin with, but why did you hide all this power from us?"

Sasuke snorted, "We are Basically gods to you people, I doubt anything you do could hurt us if we went all out. Hell I even doubt these Atomic Bombs could do anything, they seem weaker than a Bijuu Dama or Rasenshuriken. Just with far more range."

"What should we do when we get to Houston?" Jessica asked her new leader.

Naruto rubbed his chin, "Gain control and create our own Military, I wanna fix this world the best I can, and Houston seems to have the best potential for this. With all this Technology we can create a Robotic Army which would allow us to expand outward to more land."

Sasuke grunted, "I doubt it would have enough supplies to create a large army but we can easily scrap the useless stuff to make more."

"Okay, now what to do with those two?"

Sasuke looked at them, "Naruto let them go free, I have an idea."

Naruto rubbed his cheek but shrugged, "Okay."

**A New Fallout Chapter Ending**

Okay so I bet people are confused about somethings, but just accept them even if they are wrong. Obito gave Naruto his eyes, which would actually make way more sense if he did. Naruto and Obito had the same dream, to become Hokage, and doing that would be Obito's way of saying I know you can do it. Next Sasuke, I had to have him be 'Good' so he wouldn't cause more chaos in the already fragile world of Fallout.

Oh and the people in this world do have Chakra, they just never had a Sage of Six Paths, Kaguya, and so on.

Now I will not be throwing two God Like beings into fights with civilians, but I'm also not nerfing them. So the idea here is that both just will use Chakra Techniques in a battle and not use Chakra enhancement, IE SuperHuman Abilities. They will have threats that they will need these powers, because guess what, canonical Aliens exist in Fallout.

Now as for this story's location, Texas all the way to Florida will be taken over by the New Empire of America.
