A/N: Hello everyone, Sorcer12 here with my first ever fic, please note I'm a huge NaruSaku fan, as well as a firm believer that Naruto deserved a Kekkei Genkai or Kekkai Tora, as well as should have taken up Fūinjutsu because it's his clan's art, I'm new to writing so please go easy on me, constructive criticism is welcome but don't be an ass.
Additionally, this will be an eventual OP/Godlike Naruto story, I will do my best to make as best power scaling as possible, so if you don't like that kind of stuff please click off or leave now.

The Kunai and The Temple
"Alright class, today we are going to learn how to make very basic storage scrolls that you can use when you're on missions or just in general to carry stuff." Said a man with a scar running across his nose, along with standard Chunin attire, this man was Iruka Umino. Most of the class was intrigued, they had never heard of storage scrolls, well except for the heirs of the shinobi families in class, Iruka began to hand out a scroll with a brush and ink to all the students. Iruka puts up a standard storage scroll on the board for everyone to see, Iruka points to the board "Ok class, this is what it should look like when you're done making the scroll.".
As soon as a blond-haired, blue-eyed boy started he thought to himself, 'This feels like second nature to me, I wonder why.' before pushing it to the back of his mind. About 5 minutes later he was done, Naruto thought to himself, 'Well I'm done with the scroll and it doesn't look like anyone else is I guess I'll just chill until everyone else is done.'
It had been 7 minutes and Iruka started to look throughout the classroom to see who was struggling or needed help. He wasn't surprised to see that basically, everyone had only gotten about 20% of it done, then his eyes landed on a blond-haired student with 3 whisker marks on each cheek, and blue eyes, only to see him lying back with his hands behind his head. Iruka walks up to the student and asks, "Naruto why aren't you doing anything, you're supposed to be making a basic storage scroll?". Naruto looks at Iruka and says, "I'm already done, can't you see", as he points to the finished scroll sitting to his left. Iruka responds flabbergasted, "W-W-What, how did you finish so quickly, the rest of the class is only 1/5th of the way don't with there's'', Naruto looks at him shocked, "I don't know it just seemed like second nature to me like I have been doing it my whole life.", Iruka finds it weird that this is so easy to Naruto, seeing as how even the clan heirs are having a difficult time with theirs, Iruka tells Naruto to sit tight and wait for everyone else to finish.
15 minute later everyone is finished, "Ok students, now I'm going to show you how to use these storage scrolls.", Iruka tells them while placing a few books in the center of the scroll, the students follow suit putting their books in the middle of their scrolls, "Now channel your chakra into the scroll", Iruka does so and the books vanish with a puff of smoke, the students are astonished quickly following suit, channeling their chakra into their scrolls and watching their books vanish in a puff of smoke before their very eyes, "WOW!, THAT'S SO COOL!", exclaims the class. "Now that's all for today students, be sure to study up on your history, science, and chakra control for tomorrow."
As everyone begins to file out Iruka stops Naruto, "Naruto you might want to look and see if there are any books or scrolls on Fūinjutsu, you seem to be a natural at it.", "Sure thing Iruka-sensei!" Naruto exclaims. Naruto heads out of the academy to go explore the forest like he usually does when school is done for the day, 'I wonder what I'll find in the forest today!' thought Naruto excitedly, as he traveled through the shop districts towards the outer edge of the village, passing people on his way giving him scowls, 'What did I ever do to them to deserve these scowls?', Naruto thought sadly.
An hour and a half later
Naruto is walking through the outer forests of Konoha, when he sees a twinkle of light in the distance, 'I wonder what that is?', Naruto thought as he moved towards the shiny object. When Naruto reached the shiny object, he picked it up to examine it with a curious look, it was a 3-pronged kunai with strange writing on the handle, 'What a weird-looking kunai, the writing on the handle looks interesting.' Thought Naruto curiously, 'I think I'll keep it and look into it in the future. I should ask Jiji about it when I get back into the village.' As Naruto pocketed it.
A couple of minutes later
As Naruto was wandering through the forest he felt something in the distance, almost like he felt when he was near Shinobi or Civilians back in the village. Naruto started towards where he was feeling the sensation, as Naruto got closer the feeling got stronger until after about 20 minutes he came upon a Temple with a Large Red Swirl at the very top of the doorway. 'I wonder what this is doing all the way out here in the woods. It feels like something is inside the temple.', Naruto thought curiosity getting the best of him.
As he got closer to the temple and started to walk up the stairs, as he was walking up the stairs, he took notice of the various kanji that was on the ground surrounding the temple and on the walls outside the temple, 'What's all this writing on the ground and outside walls, are these some sort of hieroglyphs of some kind?' Naruto thought curiosity was really getting the best of him now.
Naruto walked inside the temple to find a wall filled with various masks and a doorway on both sides of the wall. As Naruto goes farther into the temple to look at the masks, he feels someone behind him and turns around, Naruto comes face to face with a long red-haired woman with 2 buns in her hair one on both sides of her head kept in place by hairpins, large black pupil-less eye, and was wearing a high-collared kimono with a red swirl on the back of her obi. Naruto gets frightened thinking that he is trespassing having done so in the past, and been beaten for doing so, and did not want to inquire the woman's wrath, Naruto holds up his hands defensively, "I'm sorry, I did mean to trespass on your land, I'll leave just please don't hit me." Naruto said with a shaky voice. The woman takes note of this and senses the Kyuubi's chakra within the boy, 'This boy holds the Kyuubi, the village must be treating him like the demon instead of the container, poor child.' Thought the woman sadly.
"Worry not child you are not trespassing, if anything you are welcomed here, we are family after all." said the woman softly with all the kindness in the world. Naruto was shocked, he had family, he thought that he was an orphan that no one loved.
"What do you mean we are family, I'm an orphan!? No one would want me, all I am is a demon to everyone!" said Naruto in denial, tears streaming down his face. This broke the woman's heart, how could the Konoha that she knew and helped build from the ground up with Hashirama have fallen this low to treat their own civilians like this.
"Yes we are in fact family, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to make this far, or even enter this temple for that matter. After I had the Kyuubi transferred from me into its next Jinchuuriki, having nothing left to do with my life and having so much to pass on in a short time and having not that long left to live after the transfer, I came to this mask temple to guard it, as in the wrong hands these masks could be very devastating, as well as pass the teachings of our clan on in the off chance that any Uzumaki stumbles upon this temple as well as what I do know of Senjutsu or "sage art", I created a barrier around this temple with seals that would knock anyone unconscious that wasn't an Uzumaki from entering this temple, I also set up a parameter with seals that sets up a Genjutsu barrier to deter non-Uzumakis from coming closer. So you see you have to be an Uzumaki otherwise you wouldn't be here." The woman said matter of factly.
"If we are family then why didn't you come to the village and adopt me!? Why didn't you come and save me after all these years of torment from the village!? Why did you stay here!?." said Naruto.
'The village really must have done a number on this child, for him to be this upset' thought the woman, now even more heartbroken than before, "I didn't even know that you existed, you see while I am in fact alive my lifeforce is anchored to this temple and I have been alive all this time because my lifeforce has been feeding off the nature chakra that this forest has an abundance of, even if I wanted to leave I couldn't. Let me ask you little one, who is the current Hokage?" the woman asked, wondering how long it had been since she had left the village to come to guard the temple.
"Hiruzen Sarutobi-Jiji is the Hokage. And when I get older I'm going to take the hat from him, Dattebayo!" Naruto exclaimed.
'That old monkey is still Hokage, I thought that he would have retired by now. Something must have happened to Kushina-chan, for this child to be the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki.' thought the woman.
"What is your name since we are family and all, also are you the only family that I have?" asked Naruto, silently hoping that this woman wasn't the only family that he had left.
"My name is Mito Uzumaki-Senju, Wife of Hashirama Senju the Shodai Hokage, as for if I am the only family that you have left, I'm not sure the last thing that I remember about our clan before coming here is that our home village, Uzushiogakure was all but destroyed in a Joint attack, we don't know who was in the joint attack but Uzushiogakure is all but in ruins now. There might be more Uzumaki's scattered throughout the Elemental Nations. If we are lucky there might still be something left like the sealing vault of the clan that holds all the seals, books/scrolls on sealing as well sealing techniques of our clan, basically, any and all knowledge that we had on sealing and anything important or big was stored in there. Now for the history of our clan, our clan was destroyed because others feared our mastery in Fūinjutsu that runs in the clan. Our clan when it was still around was allied with Konoha as we were very close to our cousin clan The Senju, the red swirl that you see on all the Chunin and Jonin vests is our clan crest/symbol. We Uzumaki have a special kind of chakra that allows us to hold back the Kyuubi, which I sense in you, probably why they treat you so badly, although is not supposed to be common knowledge who the Jinchuriki is. Our clan was also known for our mastery over seals or Fūinjutsu." explained Mito.
'That's why it felt like second nature to me when I was making the storage scroll', thought Naruto.
"Our longevity making us age slower, and our chakra gives us the ability to make stuff with our chakra like chains, heal people and ourselves and others that consume our chakra, some of us being extremely sensitive to chakra giving us the ability to sense it from a ways away, those people were called sensory type ninja or "Sensor" Ninja." finished Mito.
'Is that what I'm feeling whenever I'm near people?' Naruto asked himself.
"So let me ask you Naruto, Do you want to learn all there is that I have to offer?" Mito asked Naruto.
Naruto got stars in his eyes when she asked him. "Hell yea I want to learn, I've got to become stronger so that I can be the Best Hokage ever, dattebayo!" Naruto exclaimed, but then his face dropped, "But how can I be Hokage if I can't even perform a simple clone Jutsu, I have failed the Academy Exam 3 times now, and no one will help me, always calling me "Demon brat", and beating me." Naruto said sadly.
'The Villagers must be mistreating him and intentionally failing him because of what he holds, I can't exactly fix that from her but I can do something to help.' thought Mito.
"Naruto I know why they are doing what they are doing to you although it saddens me to see the village that I helped Hashirama-kun build from the ground up fall so low, you see the reason that they call you "Demon brat" is probably because you hold the Kyuubi no Kitsune, aka The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Something must have happened involving the Nine tails that caused them great pain and/or suffering. You probably have too much chakra to have sufficient enough control over it to do the clone jutsu, being an Uzumaki combined with holding the strongest of the Biju you massive reserves which I can sense, you have about 2 times as much as Hiruzen did before I came here, and about 1.5 times as much as my Husband. You have too much chakra to be able to perform the clone Jutsu, but my brother in law, Tobirama-kun created another type called the Shadow Clone Jutsu which he made for infiltration and scouting purposes but its an alternative for people like us Uzumaki who have massive reserves and don't have the necessary control over it to make a normal clone, I'll teach you this technique which we can also use to help you learn and train in what I'm going to teach you. Although you can't let anyone know that you know this technique as it will raise suspicion and based on how the village treats you someone doesn't want you to advance so they can keep you under their control." Mito told Naruto.
'So that's why they have been treating me like that, they see me as the thing that took their loved ones from them. Well, I guess I'll just have to act like an idiot for now so that I can pass and become a ninja, after that, I'll drop the charade. I'll show them that I'm not the Kyuubi and get them to acknowledge me when I become Hokage dattebayo!' thought a Naruto, determined to change everyone's opinion of him for the better.
"Do you know how to use chakra Naruto, I'm not going to teach you the shadow clone Jutsu just yet as I'm pretty sure that you're overwhelmed from all this new information so that will be all for today, although I would like you to take the Masks with you as keeping them in 1 potential place that people might know of puts them at risk of being stolen if one were to find an Uzumaki. Do you know how to make a storage scroll or a blood seal for that matter?", Mito asked Naruto curiously.
Naruto smiled brightly, "Yes I know how to make it, we just learned in class today. Although I have never heard of a Blood seal before.".
Mito smiled back at him, "Well consider this your first lesson in Fūinjutsu. Go and grab some Fūinjutsu supplies from down, use the door on either side.", Naruto went thru the door to his left and found a bunch of scroll in a pile as well as ink and brushes, grabbing a scroll, brush and some ink he came back to the main room.
"Ok Naruto, set the scroll and brush down right here and ill show you how to make a blood seal.", Mito motioned to the spot on the floor next to her. Naruto set the scroll, and got to work on making the storage scroll, 5 minutes later Naruto finished, "Well that was ok in terms of time for making a basic storage scroll but we will have to work on your writing speed, now let me show you how to add a blood security seal to this so that only you can access it." Mito said, she proceeded to grab the brush from Naruto and rolled the scroll up before swiftly and gracefully writing several kanji on the side of the scroll in the shape of a circle. Naruto watched her in awe as it looked like her hand was dancing along the scroll with the brush in her hand with all the elegance in the world.
Thirty seconds later Mito was finished with the seal, "Ok Naruto now I need you to put some of your blood on the seal while channeling some of your chakra into the seal.", Naruto did what she asked, biting his thumb before placing his thumb on the seal and channeling his chakra into it for a second before watching as the seal glowed briefly before fading to black. "Ok, it's done now your the only one that can open this scroll Naruto. Now, let's move all the masks onto the scroll and seal them up.", Mito being taller than Naruto got the top masks while Naruto goes the ones that he could reach on the bottom bringing them to the scroll that was rolled out on the floor, after all of them were placed on the scroll Naruto channeled his chakra into the scroll before all of them vanished in a cloud of smoke. Naruto picks up the scroll and stashes it in his jumpsuit pocket.
"Alright Naruto, that's all for today, you should probably head home it's getting late and I wouldn't want you to be out when it's dark.", said Mito with a caring tone. "You can come back here whenever you have time and we will resume your training. After all, I'm not going anywhere any time soon.", Mito said jokingly. "Alright, I'm going to head back to the village now probably swing by the Hokage's office to ask him about something and afterward go to Teuchi-jiji's ramen shop for a bite before I go home and call it a day.", said Naruto heading out the entrance of the temple.
'Well time to go and ask Hokage-Jiji about the kunai that I found, I wonder what the writing on the handle is.' Naruto told himself, as he walked through the forest away from the temple towards the village. 'I wonder how I can change everyone's opinion of me, well for one I'm not going to let them hit me anymore, I need to start standing up for myself.' Naruto thought to himself done with their shit.
After about an hour or two of running back to the village, Naruto finally makes it back into the village heading straight for the Hokage's tower. Once Naruto gets there he walks up the stairs before heading inside. Naruto walks up to the secretary and asks "Is Hokage-Jiji busy right now?", the secretary looks at Naruto with a tired look on her face, "What do you need him for sweety?", Naruto was shocked by this,' Maybe not everyone is blinded by their anger.' thought Naruto with a hopeful feeling. "I just wanted to ask him a few questions, if he is not too busy with paperwork or anyone." Naruto responded, "I don't think that he is busy at the moment go on ahead." she said smiling at him. "Ok, thanks for letting me know, see ya." Naruto said as he waved goodbye as he approached the door to the Hokage's office.
Hiruzen was doing paperwork when he heard a knock on the door, "Come in.", Naruto opened the door and walked in closing the door behind him. "Oh hello Naruto-kun it's so good to see you, what brings you here today?", Hiruzen asked Naruto.
"I was wandering thru the forest after class today and I stumbled upon a strange-looking kunai. I was wondering if you could tell me what it is?", Naruto responded pulling out the Kunai that he found. When Hiruzen finally sees the kunai he realizes that it's one of Minato's Flying Thunder God Kunai.
"Well Naruto that is the Fourth Hokage's Special Kunai that he used for his Flying Thunder God Technique, that tag that you see on the handle is a Fūinjutsu Formula which he used to teleport to .", Hiruzen explained. Naruto's eyes widened, 'Oh. My. Kami. This is HIS Kunai, I'm going to hold onto this see if I can figure out how to use it in the future.' Naruto thought to himself shocked.
"Alright, thanks Jiji, I'm going to go and grab some ramen before heading home to get some sleep.", Naruto told Hiruzen, pocketing the kunai before heading out the door. 'Minato-kun, Kushina-chan, your son is going to grow into a VERY powerful shinobi when he grows up, I know that he will surpass you both in the future. The question is how far into the future will that be.' thought Hiruzen hoping to himself that he would be there when Naruto finally achieves his dream, taking a puff from his pipe before getting back to his work. 'Curse this Kami Forsaken Paperwork, how did you do this so fast Minato-kun.' thought an annoyed Hiruzen.
Naruto walked into Ichiraku's ramen stand and hopped up onto a seat, "Hey old man how about some ramen!", shouted Naruto.
Ayame walked out, "Hello Naruto-kun so nice to see you, the usual?", Ayame said with a smile on her face.
"You bet!", exclaimed Naruto. A couple of minutes later Ayame came out with Narutos miso ramen, "Here you go." said Ayame Sweetly, "Itadakimasu!" exclaimed Naruto before digging into his ramen. 7 bowls of ramen later, 'Oh my kami I'm stuffed, that was some good ramen, but that's to be expected Teuchi-Jiji makes the best ramen in the world!' Thought Naruto satisfied with his meal, "Thanks for the meal Ayame-nee-chan, Teuchi-Jiji!" said Naruto, placing the money on the counter before heading home.
Naruto arrives home, opening the door to his apartment, walks in and takes his shoes off, and puts them next to the door before closing the door behind him. Naruto went to his closet and started to change into his pajamas before hopping into bed. 'Kami this has been an interesting day, first I find that Fūinjutsu comes to me like second nature then I find that I have a clan and possible family alive, I have someone to help me train now, I know why the villagers hate me now, and on top of all that I found a Kunai that belongs to my Idol. I'm so exhausted, well you better watch out world because Naruto Uzumaki is coming and he's going to be the greatest there ever was, DATTEBAYO!' thought Naruto before he drifted off to sleep.
A/N: Holy shit 4k words, it took me a couple of months to write just this one chapter, but I have a lot planned for Naruto.

Don't know if I'm going to keep the same pairing for Choji as in Boruto, don't know who I'm going to pair lee with maybe an OC if I feel up to it, suggestion are welcome.
Now I am going to say that Fūinjutsu in this fic is going to be capable of a lot more than in canon.
I plan on giving him a sword, maybe a bow as well, and somehow armor.
Team 7 will have a family dynamic like in Naruto: Myoushuu no Fuuin, but basically, Naruto grows up in the red light district and Naruto and Sasuke are concerned for him, then later on sakuras parents get killed off in some attack, and they all move into Kakashi's old clan compound
