Chapter 1:

Middeton and the rest of the try-state area had gotten worst for its high crime rate, which Kim Possible cannot save, the criminals were more dangerous now than ever, like Drakken, Shego, Monkey Fist, Duff Killigan, and many more.

Crime got worse for reasons nobody could quite understand. Many people say Kim Possible has A new boyfriend. She was currently dating Eric Pointbreak, the hottest guy in Middleton. For example, she cut some of her mission time to be with Eric.

Without Kim to stop the bad guys, crime was going to strike tonight.

This crime would change the streets forever and it would all start with A young blonde teen boy.

A boy named was Ron Stoppable.

Ron walked up to the Possible house this morning wearing his red jersey and tan cargo pants, as he rings the bell he sees Doctor Andrea Possible opens the door for him. "Hello Ronnie, come on in, Kim is still getting ready." She said. Greeting him and allowing him inside Already dressed in her purple dress and her surgeon Doctor coat. "Thanks Mrs. Doctor P." Ron said. "Eric is also hear." She said. Not happy with Kim's new boyfriend especially with the way he looks and acts around her whenever he is alone with her.

"Thanks Mrs. Doctor P." Ron said. He was trying not to think about pretty boy, as the blond crossed the living room, finding Doctor James Timothy Possible reading "The Examiner." Newspaper, sitting on his favorite manual recliner leather chair, A headline read 'Crime is getting worse.' Ron read.

"Morning Mr. Doctor P." Ron greeted. "Morning Ronald." He said.

Ron entered the Possible household kitchen meeting Kim's younger twin brothers Jim and Tim flying A rocket in the house. He also spotted Kim coming down the stairs dressed in her usual green shirt and blue pants, who was the captain of the cheer squad ready to go to school with Eric and Ron. Kim saw Ron walking into the kitchen gazing at Kim. She went to her boyfriend to hold his hand in hers.

Out of instincts, she saw a pot on the table picking it up just in time right over her head; she smashed the rocket in pieces. "No, she just killed it." Tim knelt down, picking up the broken rocket. "You monster." Jim cried out dramatically, making Kim rolls her eyes.

Eric not wanting any part in this fight, spoke up, distracting the situation at hand. "Baby, we are going to be late for school. We must get A move on, ok? Do you remember how Barkin gets right?" Eric grin eying Ron as he continues talking. "Oh right, Barkin is only out to get you loser." Eric laughs.

'Easy Ron man.' Ron thought as his eyes move on hated toward Eric.

"Hey Eric, have you yanked it like A monkey in a mango tree yet, or is Kim still making you wait until the wedding day." Ron grins, stepping closer to Eric.

"What's it to you loser." Eric said. Angry that Ron knows that he's been striking out on getting into the teen's hero pants.

"Fight, fight, fight." Jim and Tim announced.

"Easy guy's, be cool, and tweebs, they are so not going to fight." Kim let out, halting in between her best friend and boyfriend before they battled their heads off.

Hearing the commotion coming from the kitchen Andrea strolled in to the kitchen going to get a cup of coffee. "Ronnie, calm down." She said. "Sorry Mrs. Doctor P." Ron mumbled, back stepping back from Eric.

"Anyways, boys you two had better be ready for school as well, don't make me late for work again, I was late for a brain operation the last time." Andrea said. Pulling coffee in her cup and taking a sip.

"Cool." Jim and Tim said together with a grin. "You should make brain loaf again for dinner." Ron said. The twins went to grab their backpacks off the kitchen table.

Kim rolled her eyes, scooped up her bag, dragging Eric and Ron out of the kitchen past the living room. "Please, I'm not eating that brain meat again." Kim said. "Mom's brain food is so good." Jim said. "Yeah, Hicka-Bicka-Boo, brain meat." Tim said. Jim and Tim glared at Kim.

"That's it, I'm gone." Kim said walking out the front door and going to school.

Middleton High School:

Ron was just an average kid, as people call him weird or A loser in Middleton high, because he always has A naked mole rat with him, hanging on his shoulder or in his pocket, even Barkin doesn't like him.

Now Barkin was so going to give him extra homework today because the bullies had beat him up in the D-hall, and he was late for math class. Normally Kim would walk him to math, but she had ditched him again to be with Eric and Monique.

He was running out of breath-stopping for his class. The blond opens the door causing many students to glance in Ron's direction.

"Stoppable," the gruff voice said. "You're late." Steve Barkin said. "Sorry Mr. B, I had trouble in the D-hall," Ron mumbled, rubbing his neck nervously. "I don't care Stoppable, if you had trouble, when you in my class, as you see, I'm on time, meaning my class starts when I arrive. So you'll on my time that makes you late two times this week." Barkin said. A few laughs came from some students.

"WHAT A LOSER." Bonnie shouted, shaking her head, she glanced at the blond loser/mascot stopping by Barkin's desk. The stupid loser was, once again late, Queen B always thought Ron was at the bottom of the food chain, constantly delayed, or what worst Stoppable been repeated getting beat up by bullies, that never stand up for himself.

'Sometimes, I don't understand that loser. Like for once, Stoppable need to step out of K's shadow and man up, or fight back.' Bonnie thought, by playing with her nails as the cheerleader listens to her classmates laugh at her statement, turning around in her spot over at Kim who suddenly noticed another person sitting by Kim, it was Eric and her new friend who'd just started A few months ago, goes by the name Monique seeing Kim glaring at her before the Queen B gaze to her teacher and immediately stopped the class laughing.

"Quite everyone, Rockwaller statement was not that funny. Ms. Rockwaller, this is not the time for socializing on mean comments about Stoppable." Barkin snapped by rubbing his forehead. He continues to stare at Ron. "As for you Stoppable, extra homework, you know the drill." Barkin said.

Ron sighed, as he took the paper from his teacher. Barkin returned to his desk. The rest of the class laughs at him when his pants fall, showing his Fearless Ferret boxers. "Ah man." Ron moan staring at Kim, who had an embarrassed look on her face, her face was redder than her hair, and she covered her face with her hands trying not to get attention from everyone.

Later that night at the Monarch Theater:

Ron and his parents were exiting the downtown theater and heading home. The Stoppable family had just been to the theater to see the Fearless Ferret Movie, A vigilante hero, Ron had been down today because of Barkin given him extra homework today, or worst Kim was spending time with her boyfriend Eric, she went out on A date with him tonight.

Monique was working at Club Banana at the mall, and he did not have time to hang out with her this evening, so his parents decided to cheer their son up.

"That movie was so Badical." Ron cried cheerfully, wishing Rufus was here, his buddy was at the Possible home playing with Jim and Tim tonight. "Ron, glad you had A good time." Martha Stoppable said gently. "Let's keep up Ron, we need to get home. It's late, remember you have school tomorrow." Thomas Stoppable announced.

"Ah man, I so don't like Barkin. I tell you, mom Mr. B is out to get me from that funny look I gave him during freshmen year." Ron wine. In the corner of his right eye, he saw a dark, empty street called Crime Alley.

Crime Alley was where most of Middleton civilians were committed now of days since Kim Possible been stopping her mission as Thomas saw an alley where they could see the light of the city of Middleton. But then came that moment, the moment where Ron's life would change forever.

A man came out of the shadows, wearing A black hoodie with A clown mask with white face, Green hair, red nose, red lipstick, blue makeup around his eyes, and red eyebrows. Walking heavily towards them with A gun in his hand that blocked the Stoppable path.

"Wallet, Jewelry, now." He orders and waves the gun a bit. "Time to step up." Ron thought. Bravely, the blonde started straight at the man, unable to believe what was happening. Tonight had been so wonderful seeing A movie, while not thinking about the pretty boy who took his crush away from him as he look at the man. Ron wanted to step up, but his father told him not to. Ron remains calm who didn't want his family hurt.

"Ron, I got it from here, no need to fight back." Thomas said calmly. Slowly reaches for his wallet while the man moves the gun between him and Martha. "Take it easy, here you go, just take it and go." Thomas said. Handing his wallet to the thug.

The thug's eyes are fixed on the pearls around Martha's neck. "I said jewelry." He snaps and moves forward for the necklace. He pulled back on the gun, ready to pull the trigger. His hand trembled slightly, he was nervous. The Stoppable's couldn't see thanks to the mask on his face, but he was nervous as Martha put A hand over her pearl necklace, afraid to give them away.

Thomas held his hands up, showing he meant no harm. "No sir, we don't have to do this." Thomas stammered, looking at his son, balling up his fist and back to the thug man aiming his gun. "Let us go before Global Justice agents arrived." Thomas said.

"The pearls, now little man." He barked. "Don't make me have ta shoot ya all." The gun man said. 'This guy was so looking for A beaten.' Ron thought. Staring at the man's hand shaking even more. "Hand them over nice and easy and nobody gets hurt." The gun man said.

"We can't give you those pearls sir, they're from my mother." Thomas protested. "Come on, please put the gun down …" Thomas said. He took A step forward. "Stay where you are." He demanded. "Don't make me shoot." The gun man said.

"Tom, don't motivate him." Martha pleaded. "Yeah, Dad." Ron said. "Easy Martha, I can handle this …" Thomas reassured them. "Sir, come on now, there is no need for this, just put the gun down, and we can …" Thomas said.

"Hey, just."

The gun goes off and makes them all jump, and to Ron's horror, Thomas crumbles to the ground, blood oozing from the hole in his chest, Martha screams and kneels next to her dying husband. "Thomas, Tom, oh god, oh god, Tom." Martha wailed.

"Dad." Ron screamed as he heard another gunshot sound. BANG, BANG. Ron Stoppable could only watch in shock as his parents fell to the ground in A stack. The thug shot his mother.

Blood exploded out of her head and tinkered onto the ground. She collapsed, plunging beside her husband, staring helplessly at the killer. Ron was in shock, which began to shake all over. He fell onto his knees, breaking down into storms of tears. "Mom." He cried.

"You're getting what you fucken deserved." The gun man said. Stepping back, clearly proud of himself of his boss's plan, had worked. Drakken planned to kill the Stoppable so teen hero Kim Possible can be distracted by her best friend's depressions so Drakken and Shego can rule the world. The man grinned and retreated into the shadows, disappearing into the night.

"Dad, Mom, don't go. It's my fault that I did not step up." Ron whispered when Thomas took his son's hand and showed A week smile. He whispered something that Ron missed. He leaned in to hear his father's last words.

"Not your fault …" Thomas whispered. "Protect … Kim …" Thomas said. "Dad …" Ron whispered as tears streamed down his face "Don't be afraid …" his father whispered his last sentenced before his body stops moving. "No …" Ron sobbed. "NO …, Dad …"

Ron was so shocked and shaken that he didn't even hear the oncoming sounds of A GJ agent's siren approaching his way in the crime alley as Ron scream in rage.

Much later that night, Ron had found himself sitting outside and office in the Global Justice headquarters. He had been whisked away in an agent's car by number one agent will du. He was shocked to see Thomas and Martha Stoppable and had been murder at what he'd seen.

Ron hadn't spoken A word since the murder had happened. Then suddenly, A door opened, and A thirty-something older man walked out to greet Ron, he was one of the new members of Global Justice commanding officers sergeant rank, he had a mustache, and he wore glasses and wearing an agent's uniform.

"It'll be ok." The agent whispered, "It'll be ok …"

"Gordon." Doctor Elizabeth Director said. Walking up to the two. "We got the perp from tonight's shooting, Joe Chill." She said.

"Hear that, son?" Sergeant James Worthington Gordon said, giving A sad smile to the blond-youth. "We got him, you can call me Jim." He replied. "I'm Jim Gordon.

Ron didn't respond, only continued to stare into space, balling up his fist, in a rage, so what they got the thug from tonight, his parents were gone.

"Ron." A feminine voice sounded through the GJ department as Kim Possible ran into the building with Eric by her side. "Baby, do we have to come here? That loser can take care of himself." Eric explained with A groan impacting Kim to gave her boyfriend A mean glare.

"Eric, Ron is so not A loser , so stop calling him that please and thank you, he is going through a hard time right now." Kim required her hottie boyfriend. "Whatever." Eric replies. "Stoppable is still a loser." The hottie mumbles out, so Kim did not hear.

"Ron are you ok?" Kim asked in a shaking voice. As she dropped down before him, stroking his face and hair with her fingers causing Eric to growl from under his breath, watching his girl touches the loser. "I'm so … so sorry Ron …" She whispered as she pulled her best friend into A tight hug and Ron let out A cry.

Ron had no idea how much his life was about to change. Jim Gordon, Kim, Eric, and the GJ agents around the room, had no idea how much Ron's life would change. And little did he know, Ron would soon scare many criminals with him wearing A mask. It had all started with tonight's tragic murder and the death of Thomas and Martha Stoppable.

Ron will rise into A dark hero.

The sun was shining on A beautiful. Tuesday afternoon. Though, no one was smiling on the grounds of Middleton Memorial Cemetery. Kim Possible stood in A black dress, clinging to her boyfriend's arm as he and his surviving family recited the ritual prayer Kaddish. Ron was dressed in his best suit and tie and even got his cowlick to lie down. Since his parents death, he had been staying with Kim's family in the guest room, but everyone present could see by the dark circles under his bloodshot eyes that he hadn't cotton much rest.

What disturbed Kim the most other than the day his parents were taken was that he hadn't shed A tear.

Kim watched Ron give her mother A nod, wordlessly thanking her for her aid in preparing his mother for burial. Kim started at Ron's drained, emotionless face as he watched the twin wooden boxes adorned with the Star of David being lowered into the ground. "It's not fair …" Kim thought as she hugged his arm tighter. "Not to Ron, it's not fair …" She thought, her eyes once again flooding with the tears that had been unyielding the last few days.

She'd give up everything she had just to see that carefree smile one more time. Though, she knew it would be a long, hard road before he would ever be the Ron she new. She was so lost in her thoughts that she was unaware of the service's ending and the people beginning to file away.

"C'mon, Ron, let's go home." Kim said. Lacing her fingers with Ron's, leading him behind her parents as they walked to the Possible's minivan. Kim sighed sadly, giving A faint glanced to Ron, who was simply letting himself, be led by his best friend to the minivan.

The ride home was one made in silence; even Kim's younger brothers were silently taking A few glances at the shattered, young man their elder sister was clinging to.

"Alright, kids, we're home." Mr. Doctor P tried to sound cheerful as the minivan came to A stop in front of the house.

Again, the family climbed out of the minivan in total silence. Kim stopped to watch Ron dragging his feet as he walked into the house.

"He'll be ok, Kimmie." Mrs. Doctor P said, placing an arm around her daughter, "just be there for him. He needs you, and us." Kim nodded and wrapped her arms around her mother in A firm hug. "Now, go give Ron one of those." Mrs. Doctor P smiled down as Kim released the hug.

Kim again gave A nod and moved quickly for the door. As soon as she was gone, the reassuring smile faded from Mrs. Doctor P face and the fought tears finally came.

A week passed slowly. Time continued to pass, life went on, but Ron Stoppable's emotional condition remained the same. Luckily, they didn't have any missions, so Kim was able to stay home and keep her boyfriend company. Ron showed no emoting whatsoever, until one fateful afternoon …

The front door slammed open violently, followed by Kim's father's voice. "Ron, calm down." He said as Ron stomped into the kitchen were Kim and her mother were getting dinner ready. Kim and Mrs. Doctor P blinked in confusion when he pulled open the refrigerator door angrily, grabbed one of Mr. Doctor P's hidden beers, sat down roughly at the table and began to chug.

"Ron, you're still underage." Mrs. Doctor P gasped as she jerked the beer away and poured it down the drain, "Now, what happened?"

"The jury got bought," Ron growled in an angry voice Kim had never heard come from him before, "or they're the biggest bunch of fucking idiots I have ever seen in my life." Ron said.

"Ronald, watch your language," Mrs. Doctor P said warningly before turning to her seemingly equally angry husband. "James, what happened?"

"Chill was found not guilty Andrea." Mr. Doctor P growled, clinching his fists at his sides. "Said that there was no proof he was even there except for the distraught son who didn't get A good look at his face." Mrs. Doctor P covered her gaping mouth with her hand as Kim ran to Ron's side. "It was A disgrace to the justice system … that's all you can say about it."

"Justice System?" Ron snorted, seemingly to ignore Kim's back rub. "Whatever system we have doesn't have JUSTICE in it at all."

"James, I want to talk to the DA," Mrs. Doctor P said, throwing her dish towel to the side.

"Me, too. This isn't over, not by A long shot," Mr. Doctor P responded just as heated, "You want to come with us, Ron?" instead of answering, Ron pushed away from the table and dashed toward his guest room.

"We'll go see what happened, Kimmie, you talk to Ron." Mrs. Doctor P said, as she and James made their way to his car.

Kim gave A sad smile when she found Ron sitting on the edge of his bed, holding A photograph of his parents. "He'll get what's coming to him, Ron." Km said softly as she walked toward him. "He won't get away forever."

"It wasn't as much his fault as it was mine, Kim …" Ron whispered, placing the photograph back on his night stand. "I killed them."

"What?" Kim asked in disbelief that he'd say something like that, let alone think it.

"If I had just given them what they wanted … if I hadn't fought back, Mom and Dad wouldn't have been shot." Ron said, tears rolling down his cheeks. "I killed them. It was me. I killed them."

"Don't say that, Ron." Kim said, pulling him to his feet, "That's not true at all. If you hadn't stepped up … and if you hadn't … we … I might have lost you, too." She whispered as she brushed the tears from his face before pulling him into A kiss. She put everything into this moment, everything she'd come to realize she felt toward Ron she tried to convey in this one act. Ron seemed to realize this, and the feelings were returned as the kiss grew deeper and deeper by the moment.

Kim was unaware that they were undressing each other until she felt her bare body lowered back onto Ron's bed and realized her legs were wrapped around his waist. She moaned as A feeling washed though her body that could only be described in one word. "Heaven."

"You're getting what you fucking deserved." The gunman said. As Ron saw his parents lying on the street dying.

Ron sat up quickly in his bed, sweating heavily, and realized it was still early in the evening. He glanced at the clock on his night stand and saw the time was 7:54 P.M. "Why'd I go to sleep so early?" Ron asked before his eyes widened as the sleep-amnesia finally wore off, and he remembered what happened A few hours earlier. He blushed slightly and glanced to the redhead still sound asleep with her back to him, her body covered only by the thin bed sheets.

The smile that was beginning to form fell when the nightmare he'd had and the dream it just caused him also returned to his memory, Ron gave A low growl as he climbed out of bed and searched around the room, looking for his clothes. Dressed himself, he gathered Kim's discarded clothes and placed them at her feet. He walked out of the room and up the stairs, hoping the item he was looking for was still where he remembered finding it with Kim when they were younger.

He silently crept into her parents bedroom and went to Mr. Doctor P side of the bed. He reached under the mattress and pulled out A gun. He started at it for A moment. "You're right KP he'll get what's coming to him …" He said before leaving the room. He stuffed the gun into one of his pants pockets and stopped for A moment at his bedroom.

Kim was still soundly asleep as he returned and placed pandaroo in her grasp. She sighed happily as she hugged the stuffed animal to her chest. "Love you, KP. I'll be back sometime. I promise …" he whispered, knowing after he did what he was planning, it would be A few years before he'd be allowed to be alone with her.

(RS)

Ron narrowed his eyes as he sat at the table at the dinner in Lowerton. He had staked Joe Chill to this point and was preparing to shoot him from his seat at the bar. Ron's trembling hand gripped the handgun under the table as he slowly and carefully positioned it where it was pointing directly at Chill's back. He was closed enough he wouldn't miss.

"Is this really what you want, Ron-Kun?" A soft voice whispered beside him, making him jump and almost shoot himself in the foot.

"Yori?" Ron hissed, turning to see the Japanese girl sitting beside him in A school girl uniform. "What are you doing here?"

"We have heard of what has happened to you and your family, Ron-Kun." Yori stated, giving A small smile towards Ron's gun. "We feared you might attempt something like this."

"He deserves justice …" Ron growled, glancing to the oblivious murderer.

"Indeed, but if you go about it this way, it is not bringing him to justice, but making him A martyr and you the monster." Yori explained, softly placing her hand over Ron's gun.

"There's no other way; he's already got out of it easily in court," Ron sighed, "He deserves to rot for what he did to my parents."

"Listen to me, Ron-Kun, I know the rage that drives impossible anger strangling the grief, until the memory of your parents is just poison in your veins. And one day, you find yourself wishing the people you loved had never existed, so you would be spared your pain." Ron looked in awe at Yori. He had never suspected such emotion; such hatred had existed inside her.

"Would you become like him by doing to him what he did to you?" Yori asked, taking A sip of his drink. "Or would you rise above him and bring forth the justice he and others like him deserves?" Ron said nothing. "Ron-Kun, if you go about it this way, you will prove that they got to you, which is nothing to be ashamed of. You are human, fallible, corruptible, and mortal." Yori said drifting off, "But, there is another way." Ron glanced at her. "As A man, you can be defeated. You can be killed or locked up, as is inevitable if you go through with this course of action. But, if you make yourself to an idea …" She smiled softly. "You'll become something else entirely."

"And that is?" Ron asked, with A slow nod.

"Legend, Ron-Kun." Yori smiled as she placed A scroll in his lap. "This is A map and A written guide. Follow it to the letter, and it will eventually lead you to Yamanuchi. Every stop on that list will be A personal test for you to overcome. If you overcome and arrive at the school, we will give you what you were born to receive."

Yori stood up and kissed Ron's cheek, "Come with me, Ron-Kun," she said, leading him outside. Once outside, Yori surprised him by taking out a dagger and slicing his neck and a particular area and removing the tracking devise that Wade and Kim secretly implanted him with. The cut was so surprised that Rom never felt the devise being removed just the cut.

"What was that for?" Ron gasped as he shoved away from the dejected girl.

"I was destroying the tracking chip your friends Wade-san and Possible-san has placed inside you," Yori said, "This is your journey, Ron-Kun. Possible-san and Wade-san cannot aid you." Yori smiled sadly "They must not know of this. They will try to stop you; you know this to be true."

Ron sighned and glanced down to the scroll. "We can help you learn to keep what you're feeling now from being felt by anyone else."

"Yori?" Ron asked, glancing around but finding himself alone. "More than A man …" Ron breathed as he opened the scroll.
