"Anyway, we best be careful here. There are signs of monsters roaming around." Qrow said. "That aside, it shouldn't be hard for uninvited guests like ourselves to get through."
"Something tells me that monsters aren't the only thing we need to be worried about." Rean said.
"Yeah, I get the feeling too. Something sinister is waiting for us in the end. We better take caution." Levi agreed.

"Yes, because you're the total stud here. Anyway, let's get moving." Yang said
"Right. Team, begin searching the area. You don't need me to remind you to stay on guard." Rean said as they begin to wonder around, seeing a few Tomb Beetle, Read Hammerheads and Murder Organs roaming around and they begin to take them on to clear the path.
"Hmm... it looks like there are some paths we need to use by leveling the water." Levi remark.
"It's probably some trick with the water level. Let's look for the control valve." Crow suggest
"Okay, sounds good." Rean nodded.
"Okay, wouldn't it be better if I don't know, we jump over certain ledges?" Weiss asked.
"Well I can float which is fine for me, but what about the rest of you?" Peach asked.
"I can use my Semblance for that." Ruby said.
"Yeah, but where's the fun in that?" Yang asked where they discovered the water level device. "Oh, look what we have here."
Qrow activated it and the water level rises. "All right, guess we can use this to make way to more access point."
"Right. Come on." Angelica nodded as they begin to continue walking towards more access point where they found some staircases that took them up a few steps before reaching a large area.
"Intruders!" A voice yelled.
"Yep. I knew it." Weiss sighed as IDF forces between humans and Faunus; with Drednaw, Mightyena, Lombre, and Scrafty. "The IDF."
"The hell are they doing in an Aidios-forsaken place like this?!" Ash grumbled.
"We knew that you rebels would be trying to sneak in here!" One of the IDF glared at the group.
"Don't think we haven't heard the rumors of suspicious activity around town! Let alone escaping the Pokemon surveillance team. You're coming with us."
"Crap. My father caught wind of what we were up to." Machias muttered.
"As expected not just the Pokemon are the Governor's eyes and ears everywhere, huh?" Angelica asked
"I don't think it's safe for us on the surface right now." Musse sighed.
"It's fine!" Rean pull out his Tachi as the others draw out their weapons. "Towa and the empress are just beyond here. Let's push though!"
Machais nodded. "Yeah. My father and I are long overdue for a one-on-one. He has some explaining to do."

"You think we'll just let you through?" One of the Faunus IDF force asked as they suddenly begin to surround in a dark aura.

"Those black aura..." Levi snarl. "It the same as those trashy Zauber Soldots have."

"Come on, Leavanny!" Class VII throw out their Pokeballs and came out their chosen Pokemon and form Pokemon link as the IDF also done the same.
"All right, let's do this!" Ruby declared as she performed combat link with Qrow.
With everyone paired up with combat links. Ruby launch herself toward the IDF soldier who block her attack as Scafty used Brick Break on her and knock her back as Qrow lung toward the IDF soldier and slash him. Weiss used her Gylphs to boost her lung toward the IDF Soldier and launch rapid jabs attack as Blake launch a few punches. Lombre used Razer Leaf as Drednaw used Rock Tomb. The Faunus IDF soldiers lung toward the group as Rean and Levi as they swing at each other, but Mightyena and Scarfty both launch their attack as Mightyena uses Crunch while Scrafty uses Lowkick. However, Goodea use Dragon Tail while Leavanny use X-Scissors to block and counter it.
Levi kick back the IDF soldiers as Rean continues swinging his sword at the other IDF forces before launching a powerful Horiozenal slash to push him back. Kurt and Ash along with Prinplup and Corcalor join the fight as Mightyena and Scarfty begin to clash with them as Mightyena uses bite on Prinplup's arm and Scrafty used headbutt on Crocalor. Both retaliate as Prinplup use Brine as he unleash a strong Stream of water on Mightyena and Crocalor used Flamethrower on Scrafty.
Kairi dash toward Lombre and swing a few Keyblade swings at him as he block with his arm and then used Mega Absorb to steal her HP until Musse's Tinkatink use Rock Smash on Lombre's head. Angelica block and dodged the Faunus's IDF force with a swing of the sword until she counter it with a combo punch to the gut to his shoulder to his face and then uppercut, grabbed him and toss him over her and slam her as Drednaw used HeadButt on Angelica to push her away as Peach used Peach Bomb to knock it back and then shoot out magic hearts projection attack toward them and the IDF soldiers. Ash swirl his scythe and then launch a two hit slash onto the IDF as Yang follow up by launching a few punches as the IDF force block and doge and counterattack with his fist and slash, but Yang block with her arms, grabbed his arm punch his face before kicking him.
Musse Shoots bullets toward the IDF soldiers and their Pokemon to halt their movement as her hand flow lightblow and rain down water bubble projection attack over them, but isn't effective against Drednaw. Drednaw used Hydro Pump toward Musse, but Crow attack Drednaw with a slashed as Rean's Goodra used Dragon Pulse on him and the IDF as Rean use Arcane Gale and Levi use Spiral Pillar. Kairi summon orbs of light and rain it down on them as Machias summon another Shotgun and launch a large laser beam onto the IDF and their Pokemon.
"Angelica-" Angelica charge up a purple energy and then she dash forward. "Punch!" She launch an Angelica version of Falcon punch that knock the IDF and their Pokemon to the wall.
"Guwh/Ugh!" The IDF soldiers yelled before falling to the ground.

"Ghgnn... How..." One of the IDF soldiers groaned before he collapse.
"I know that face..." One of the IDF soldier look at Rean. "That hair color threw me off, but I know who you are..." He said before he collapse.
"They're not your usual grunts, I'll give them that. Their Pokemon are no slouthes either." Levi sighed. "However, they're just like those idiots back in the Wetland."
"I think that may also have something to do with the Great Twilight-" Musse paused when suddenly her Tinkalink begin to evolve. "Oh!"
Tinkalink then evolve into Tinkatuff.
"Tinkatuff!"
"Tinkalink! You evolve!" Musse clapped her hands as she scanned it.
"Tinkatuff, the Hammer Pokemon, the evolve form of Tinkaink. A Fairy and Steel Type. These Pokémon make their homes in piles of scrap metal. They test the strength of each other's hammers by smashing them together. Tinktuff will attack groups of Pawniard and Bisharp, gathering metal from them in order to create a large and sturdy hammer." Her ARCUS pokedex said
"Dear me~ Tinkatuff, you're such a bad girl~ Hehe." Musse giggled.
"Congrats Musse. Now let's-" Levi then paused he, Rean, Crow, Qrow, Angelica and Weiss notice more IDF are coming. "Damn it! We got more incoming!"
"Intruders! There're over here!" The other IDF Soldiers yelled as they were accompanied by Golduck and Druddigon and thirteen more IDF soldiers came in.

"Alts' unit lost? Who the hell ARE you?!" A Faunus IDF soldier requestion accompanied by Golett, Metang, Dusclops, Glalie, Rhydon, Magmar, Cryogonal, Manectric and Eelektross.
"None of your damn bee's wax for starters." Qrow sighed. "Just my luck. They're quick to act."
"So we got sixteen of these guys and eleven Pokemon. But I'm sure they got more in backup." Yang grumbled. "Okay, any ideas what we should do?"
"Well lucky I anticipated something like this would happen." Weiss said. "We can throw them off with our Semblences, Arts, magic, crafts and Pokemon attack and push our way through. Or we'll just have to beat them up."
"I was thinking the same thing actually. Let's throw them off before more are coming."

"Ohoho! Fret not! The little branch campus darlings, our Pokemon and I won't let a single one of these boorish soldiers through." Margarita smirked

"Phew. We made it." Levi wipe his forehead as they heard fighting behind them. "Sounds like they're going all out over there. But I know they can handle those dorks."
Crow turn around. "Judging from how far we've walked, we should be halfway there by now."
"Hopefully, no one will try to stop us. Let's hurry!" Rean said
"Right!" Musse nodded as they took off.
As they keep going, they spotted a Trial Chest.
"Oh, a Trial Chest. I feel like it's calling me." Crow said.
"Same here." Machias nodded
"Huh. I can feel it too." Ruby said.
"Same. So this is where we completed a trial, right?" Weiss asked
"Yeah. Let's go." Crow said as he open the Trial Chest and they were pulled in.

In the Trial Chest...
(Trails of Cold Steel III ost - Erosion of Madness)
"Gah! Those are ugly sheeps again!" Weiss gagged, seeing the Runaway Sheeps.
"Well, guess we'll just have to take these guys down." Crow smirked.
"Ready, guys?" Machias asked
"Ready!" Ruby declared.
The Runaway Sheeps rush toward the Group as Machias begin shooting at the Runaway Sheeps while Weiss summon her Glyphs to shoot projections as Ruby dash toward and unleahs a series of slashes onto the sheep as Crow shoot several bullets and then charge up a magic shot and blasted on them.
Thr Runaway Sheeps dash towards Crow to punch with a mysterious energy but he dodged and then counter by blasting one with his orbal bullets. Weiss created Glyphs as she lung toward one of the Sheeps and launch a rapier slash and jabs before one begin to punch her face and then combo punch her guts. Weiss recovered as she lung and slash through it. Machias use Shotlock on the Runaway Sheeps and struck them as Crow's Pistol then pull energy blades and then launch combo slashes onto them. Ruby shoot a few Runaway Sheeps as one begin to spin around toward her and then kick her back.
"Gah!" Ruby grunted as she was taken affect by the Confussion. "Oooh..." She then begin to show at Crow.
"Whoa!" Crow dodged as one of the Sheeps ready to attack Crow but Machias shot it before it can happened.
"Ruby, what are you doing!?" Weiss yelled as Ruby rush to her to swing at her. "Wah! Ngh!"
"Crap, she's under the Confusion status!" Crow grumbled. "Weiss, use this!" Crow pull out a Refreshing Herb and throw it at her as Weiss jump to catch it.
"Got it!" Weiss said as Ruby and the Sheep were running toward her. "Okay, that's it." Weiss impale the ground to create Ice Spikes to block their attack. Machias use Shocklock on them to strike them and Weiss made the ice disappeared and then slash both Sheep monsters.
Rudy swing at Weiss, but she grabbed her and force her to eat the Refreshing Herb.
"Gwuh?! Ah... AH..." Ruby chew on the heard and the confusion is undone. "Huh? What happened?"
"We'll talk later. Now focus!"
"Right!" Ruby nodded as she use Petal Burst to sneak behind the Runaway Sheep and combo slashe her for Weiss to combo strike.
Ruby swing it upward in the air as Weiss deal the killing blow by impaling it.
Crow and Machias shoot toward the Runaway Sheeps as they dodge it and rush to them. Crow switch to Double Saber, glow with red energy and then form into a shield as she dash, knock them and combo slash them before stopping his track, knock them back and then impale one while Machias Bullet shot the other on the forehead and both were killed.
The area slowly glow in white.

The Trial Chest open and Crow, Machias, Ruby and Weiss came out as the chest made away.
"Nice! I got a level up!" Crow put away his double saber.
"Same. Those monsters are pretty quick on their feet." Machias nodded
"Not to mention their attacks can has confuse static which explain how Ruby was attacking us."
"Wait, I did what?!" Ruby gasped. "Oh gosh! I'm sorrysorrysorry!"
"Oh it's fine. Still, we better be careful for now on." Weiss said.
"Welcome back everyone." Peach smiled. "We just finish getting the water level ready. And we found something interesting too."
"Yeah? What's that?" Crow asked.
"Follow me." Peach said as she takes them to a mysterious door with the strange symbol on it. "Here it is."
"Oh, look who's back." Ash said.
"Whoa. What's with this door?" Ruby asked.
"This looks like the door me and Class VII been through in the Old Schoolhouse." Rean explained. "And that of Lohengrin Castle in Legram."
"Ah. I know about this one." Crow fold his arm. "It's the Cayenne family's secret trial ground. They've been using it for generations. Vita brought me here five years ago. This is where I became Ordine's Awakener."
"The same mark appeared in the eyes of the Ironbloods." Musse remark. "Does anyone have any idea as to what it could be?"
"Seems like it was some kind of seal that kept the powers of the Great One in check. There must have been something else to it, but whatever it was, it's probably been lost to time. And yet, the Golden Wanderer, whoever that is, knows about it."
"I see..." Rean close his eyes, hearing the Golden Wander and the connection to Aether. "In any case, there's nothing that we should be concerned about, right?"
"Yeah, the place is buried under a pile of rubble."
"Let's head to the estate then." Ash said as they took off to the path that leads them to Cayenne's Estate, as they climb up the stairs a few times before seeing a door. "We made it."
"This will be our last chance to prepare. Make sure you're ready." Machias said as they doublecheck everything and then go in.

The team enter the right wing of the mansion when they notice the area is clear.
"Okay. Seems like we made it in." Machias said.
'Yeah. This is the Cayenne estate, all right." Rean nodded. "Towa and the Empress must be here somewhere."
"So what's the plan? We gonna dress up as servants and sneak around?" Ash asked
"No. I don't think that's an option." Levi sighed. "Because we got company again." He said and right on time, the RMP soldiers with Seviper, Golbat, Sandslash, Bronzong, Ferrothorn, Watchog, and Pyroar came charging in and pointed their guns at them. "I had a feeling the Railway Military Police would be here since Claire is here."
"I see you're quite sharp, aren't you?" A voice asked as Captial Engels approached them. "It certainly has been a while, hasn't it, Class VII? And I see Lady Angelics Rogner, and some members of Team RWBY are with you."
"I remember you..." Machias tuck in his glasses. "We saw you a few times back when we were students."
"That's right. You're Major Claire's adjutant." Rean nodded.
"I'm quite impressed, everyone. Youw ere able to make it through the Imperial Defense Force. But despite the unlikelihood of it all, Major Rieveldt accounted for this. She knew you'd break through, some way or another."
"Had a feeling we'll have another fight in our hands." Angelica said.
"So we have Major Claire's elite team to face down. Perhaps we should have accounted for this from the Icy Maiden." Weiss sighed.
"Even so. You're not the only ones that can't retreat!" Rean declared
"You got that right. We have our path to follow. And there's no way we'll let you guys get in our way." Levi agreed as everyone pull out their weapons. "Get ready for a fight, captain."

"Then I suppose we have no choice." Captain Engels sighed. "Lunaria Nature Park, Roer, the civil war, the Ordis Bombardment, and the hunt for the Calvardian agents. We've worked together so many times... I didn't want to exchange blows." He said as he pull out his gun. "Commencing combat! Suppress and capture the targets!"
"Roger!" The RMP Officers respond.
"Burn as fire! Fire Fist!" Yang activated her Brave Order to boost their damage dealt and stamina as the RMP Officers begin shooting toward the group.
Levi and Crow got in front of everyone as they swirl their respectful weapons into a shield to deflect them as Musse and Weiss cast Dimond Nova together as rained down an icy icy hailstorm onto the RMP as they avoided the attack by dodging as Levi and Crow dash toward the RMP and slash them.
Seviper lung toward Ash to use Poison Fang.
"Goodra, Use Body Slam!" Rean command as he begin to use Gale.
"Raah!" Goodra bounce himself and then used Body Slam on Seviper.
Golbat use Air Slash as Sandslash use Sand Tomb to trapped the group, however some of them dodged by jumping but Bronzong use Psychic to restrain their movements while Ferrothorn use Pin Missles, Watchog use Sand Attack and Pyroar use FlameThrower.
Levi broke free along with Rean, Crow and Ash as Levi summon pillars of light to rain down onto the RMP and their Pokemon while deflecting their attacks while striking the Pokemon. Levi's Leavenny use Energy Ball, Musse's Tinkatuff use Fairy Wind.
"Sceptile use Giga Drain!"
"Coalossal, use Stone Edge!" Machias and Crow throw their Pokeballs to battle as came out Crow's Sceptile who use Giga Drain and Coalossal use Stone Edge to the RMP and their Pokemon to dodged.
Captain Engels launch several bullets onto the group as Qrow and Ruby dash to avoid them to take on the RMP soldiers who mostly dodge and counter by kicking and punching, but Qrow and Ruby dodge by slashing at them. Ash swing down his axe onto the RMP but he block the attack with his Rifle and then kick Ash and shoot him next as Angelica dash on to one of the RMP soldiers who are firing, but Watchog used Hyper Fang to stop her.
Golbat use Shadow Ball while the RMP launch several bullet shots onto the group but Weiss impale the ground to create ice Spiles to repel the Shadow Ball and bullets as Peach ran up an then slash one of the RMP while Goodra Prinplup use Bubble Beam on Pyroar.
Kurt swing his sword onto Captain Engel who dodge and counterattack by punching Kurt, but he dodge and counterattack before he unleash a series of slashes onto him. Kairi shotlock the group and then use Heart of a Princess to rain down magical orbs onto them. Sandslashes use Slash on Kairi and struck her as Bronzong use use Future Sight and launch the energy into a portal. Golbat use Poison Fang onto Musse as her Tinkatuff swing her hammer to knock it down and Musse fire bullet to knock it back.
The RMP shoot at the group as Rean use Arcane Gale onto them and strike them as Levi use Spiral Pillar to gather them and strike them twice. Machias use his craft: Dread Breaker on them as Crow use Nemesis Bullet 2. The RMP Soldiers then fire several Bullets form into a triangle as Engel channel energy to his rifle and begin firing swirling of bullets onto the group. Peach open her Parasol form and use it as a shield as it repel the bullets attack and Yang dahs toward and punch Pyroar in the face.
Pyroar snarl and then jump to attack Yang, only to be hit by Ruby's kick and then shot at him.
Seviper then slithers around Ruby and then use Bind to capture her. Musse shot Seviper's head to stun it, releasing Ruby before kicking his face. Crow's Sceptile use Leafblade to knock back Sandslash as Goodra use Dragon Pulse and Levi's Leavenny use Energy Ball onto Watchog. Ferrothorn use Power Whip onto the group and their Pokemon and strike them as one RMP kick Kurt back and then shoot at him. Kurt took the damage as Pyroar use Flamethrower on Leavenny and it was super effective.
Golbat use Airslash but Coalossal use Stone Edge on the attack and on Golbat and it was super effective. As use Dead Man's Dart onto the RMP and their Pokemon as Musse use her craft: Penta Shot to pull them together and strike them with a magical blow. Weiss use her Glyphs to create platforms to use to guide her way to the RMP and then launch slashes onto each one as she skate around them before backflip and Ruby circle around then to form a red tornado as Levi Cast Seventh Caliber to deal the finishing blow and struck the RMP and their Pokemon.

The RMP still stands on their feet along with their Pokemon.
(Resuming Temporary Speculation)
"Ngh.. They're strong..." One of the RMP panted.
"Their Pokemon are no slouthes either."
"This is Class VII we're talking about. The people with them seem to be strong as they are..."
"Ngh... They've really put up a fight." Musse grumbled. "That Sandslash and Bronzong are formidable."
"And they're also being lead by Major Claire's second in command." Weiss added
"These guys are even more of a pain than those damn IDF punks!" Ash complained.
"The Ashen Chevalier reverse his reputation. Class VII, Team RWBY, Lady Angelica Rogner and their friends too." Captain Engels sighed. "And what else could I expect from the formal terrorist leader, C... no, now it's the Azure Chevalier and one of King Bowser's top suborinate, right?"
Crow let out a "hmph". "Heh, that was a cheap shot."
Levi sighed. "You guys aren't going down, aren't you?"
"It's not in my job description!" Engel readied his stance and ready for another ground.
"Hey, what are you guys doing?" Ruby asked. "Don't you know what your doing is wrong?"
"Imprisoning a member of an Imperial Family member here is considered a crime, isn't it?" Weiss added.
"Even with your skill and pride... why do this?" Musse asked.
"I am aware of the impertinence, and I understand the injustice. But while Major Rieveldt and Major Irving have their flaws, they are willing to die for the cause. In that case, we have to support them as the RMP!"
"Are you guys that stupid?!" Levi yelled at them. "Are you that blind sided to not even realize what you are doing to support them, to support Osborne to bring the end of the world?! You think your pride will save you!? Do you?!"
"Allow us to relieve you of that misguided pride of yours!"A familiar voice yelled

Suddenly, a flock of arrows struck the RMP and the Pokemon.
"What?! Who-!?" Engrel grunted as Patrick and Ferris reveal themselves rushing through the hall.

"Patrick... and Ferris!?" Rean exclaimed
"Hah! My salutations, Schwarzer. I like your new look." Patrick chuckled. "I had an inkling you'd make it back to us safely."
"If I didn't know better, I'd think you've curried some sort of favor with the Goddess herself." Ferrish said with a smile.
"Where the heck were you guys? And how the heck did you get in here?" Levi asked
"No one in the Weissland Army had a blue as to your whereabouts since the Twilight started." Musse added
"Hmph. Unfortunately, we'll have to table that discussion for the time being. Her Highness and Hershel are being held in the banquet hall. You must make haste!" Patrick told them.
"You leave these scoundrels to us. My brother and the others should be catching up soon." Ferris added
"Haha! Look at all these people crawling out of the woodwork." Crow chuckled
Rean nodded "Got it! Let's go everyone!"
"We're in your debt!" Kurt replied as they took off.

As the team rush their way to the hallway mansion leading to the banquet hall suddenly-

"Hmph. So the intel we received from the major was spot on after all." The IDF pointed his sword toward the group on the newly advance Zauber Soldot. This is the end of the line. On the honor of the Imperial Defense Force, we will allow you to advance no further!"
"How did get those machine inside a mansion of all places?" Qrow asked.

Levi snapped his finger and Two Magic Circles appeared and came forth Ordine and Ash's Soldot, and climb on their Cockpits.
"Th-The Azure Knight?!" One of the IDF Soldiers exclaimed
"It's on the wanted list, same as the Ashen Knight. It won't be a problem with this Melgea!"
"How naive." Levi smirked. "In any case, Crow, Ash, we'll lend you our support. Show them their arrogance will be their undoing."
"Watch out for that crimson model!" Rean yelled
"Heh! Let's get this party started!" Crow smirked
The crimson one dash toward Ordine to slash it, but Ordine block it and push it back as the other Zauber Soldots shoot toward Ordine and Ash's Soldot. The two of them dodged but Ash jump and swing his axe onto the Soldot where he launch a few slashes and push the Soldot back. The Crimson Zauber's sword flow with dark fire and swing at Crow. He block it and then counterattack by slashing him. The Crimson Zauber raise his sword to unleash a red way to boost strength with the companion. The Zauber Soldot begin shooting toward Ash as he dodge and rush until he got hit a few times before his Hook chain swing down and capture the Zauber, pull him and Axe punches the head. Ash's weapon head retracted as the Crimson Zauber charge toward Ash and unleash a powerful swing at him.
Ash took the damage and then swing his axe, but the Crimson dodge and counterattack, until Ordine use Blade Throw on it to struck it and then Ash swing down his axe. The Zauber Shoot dark bullet energy onto Ordien and struck it as the Crimson Zauber unleash a powerful dark flame spin slash on both Ordine and Ash's Soldot. Both were push back, but Ordine's Doublesaber glow with an Azure energy and then unleash a powerful and unleash a slash X slash projection but the Crimson Zauber dodged as the other Zauber Soldot charge up and shot and unleashed a dark purple energy onto Ordine.
Ordine was pushback, but Ash's Soldot swirl his axe and then unleashes a powerful red energy slash onto the Crimson Soldot and strikes it. Ordine then dash toward the Zauber Soldot and then unleash a slash combo by swirling his Doublesaber in a few horizontal and vertical lines until unleash a powerful slash while Ash launch his own powerful slash on the Crimson Zauber, causing both Zauber Units to malfuction.

"I expected as much from Crow, but it looks like someone's grown a lot in their Panzer Soldot Training as well. They've really come into their own." Rean smiled. "I guess I should thank you for that, Levi."
"Nah. They done it on their own." Levi chuckled before turn to the others. "Okay, with that settle. Nothing will block our way."
"The empress and Towa are just up ahead. Along with the... people holding them hostage." Rean nodded
"That won't be a problem! I'll take on anyone." Machias said. "I'm sticking to my convictions here no matter what- Not to mention, my duties as an inspector!"
"So now all that's standing in our way..." Musse paused
"Is the Icy Maiden. However, we can't ignore the possibility that there are others who are with her." Angelica told them.
"Right. We need to return the favor for what happened at the Naval fortress!" Kurt added
"Right." Levi nodded and turn to Ordine and Ash's Soldots. "Okay, Ready to return to the Dimensional Home Ordine?"
"I am. Best of luck, everyone." Ordine responds as Levi summons magic circles to pull them into his Dimensional Home.
"All right. Let's go!" Rean said as they went toward the hallway leading to the Banquet Hall.
As they proceed further, they found a door which lead them to that Banquet Hall and enter.
Upon arriving, everyone saw Towa, Empress Priscilla, Carl, and Claire.
"I had a feeling you'd show up." Claire said as she stood between them.

"Empress Priscilla, I'm so glad you're okay." Peach smiled

"Thank goodness... It seems we've made it in time." Musse sighs of relief.
"Rean, you're okay! Angie, Crow, and everyone else, too!" Towa responds with tears of joy in her eyes.
"Ah Towa! My radiant angel!" Angelica said in joy. "I'm so happy that you're okay. You had me so worried after we were separated in the Gral."
"No kiddin'. But it's good to see you're okay." Crow smiled
"Me too. I'm so sorry that we got separated." Towa smiled before noticing Rean's new appearance. "W-Wait, Rean, what happened to your hair? Oh, what am I saying?! What matters is that you're all right! I felt a warm sensation of Levi's power earlier. I was connecting with you because of it somehow. I thought... maybe it was just my imagination. But it felt all so real because of Levi's power."
"It was real, thanks to Levi's power. You were there for me when I needed it most. I'll explain everything later- after we get you both of you out of here." Rean replied.
"Then good luck with that." A voice said as came from the other room to the left was Hazel and stood next to Claire. "It has been awhile to those of you since that time in the Workshop."
"I remember you... You're one of Salem's lapdogs!" Machias exclaimed.
"So you're here as one of the reinforcements then?" Angelica asked
"I am. I was asked by Major Claire to be of assistance. Knowing that one day you will arrive in Ordis." Hazel answered. "However, there was another. But I don't know where he has gone."
"Another one?" Levi asked. "No. Never mind that." He turn to Claire. "It has been far too long Claire. Just like with Lechter, I won't hold back my words. While I appreciate the times you've helped us in the past, I'm afraid those days are long gone. You are no longer the Claire we once knew. Right now, you're nothing but a puppet in Osborne's hands."
"Ah!" Claire frowned
"You've been given so many chances to stop all this. Even when Millium was around, I could tell that she knew this was hurting you. But you still couldn't choose, and in the end, you and everyone else had to watch as Millium was sacrificed. And what did you, and Lechter do? You didn't mourn or grieve, you kept carrying on, like she meant nothing! The Claire I know was a strong and compassionate woman. Not this sorry of an excuse!"

You hold here against their will a civillain-Towa Hershel-and the empress of Erebonia herself. I'd say a situation like that more than warrants a full and comprehensive inspection! Surely you understand as much yourself, Carl Regnitz! So why!? Even if not by your own hand, your compliance belies your guilt! The Carl Regnitz I know would never just blindly obey the government's whims without even so much as a-"
"It is precisely because he refused to comply that Governor Regnitz was transferred here to Ordis." Claire interrupted.
"Ah. So it seems I was right after all." Levi sighed. "Governor Regnitz is opposed to the war and everything that stands with it. However, something happened in Heimdallr that forced him to be here in Ordis. Isn't that right?"
"Yes. It is as you said." Claire nodded. After which, he led an official protest of the National Mobilization Law at City Hall. "Ah, so that's it." Levi rub his chin. "Ever since the Great Twilight started, many people within Erebonia have suddenly behaved differently. Or perhaps I should say a change of heart, like a propaganda. There's no doubt in my mind that the Great Twilight and the curse has something to do with it."

"I cannot say either way. All I've done is acted in accordance with my own conviction. Should I find my efforts have backfired, it can only point to my own failings as a politician. Under the National Mobilization Law, the Imperial government temporarily absorbed all administrative authority over Heimdallr. As such, I've been sent all the way out here to oversee Ordis. "So how does it feel little naive inspector." Neve asked. "To believe that your own father is powerless, that you would even accuse him, not even believing in him without listening to the reason behind the sudden that transpired. "Tch..." Rean clench his teeth, knowing that he was right and that how much Neve pissed him off.
"Either way, you still have a lot to learn, Rean Schwarzer. As a human being, a swordsman, a practitioner of the Eight Leaves One Blade School, a warrior, and the son who will one day will face his father. I'm looking forward to facing you again after the Great Twilight is over. Of course, that depends if you can defeat your father... and the dark one and if this world doesn't get destroyed."

You want us to prove our worth, so we can "save" them from your jurisdiction, knowing that they're better off with us than with you."
"As I expected, you are quick to catch on, Levi." Carl nodded. "You'll have to convince me, under pretense of your 'inspection', that you are qualified to take custody of my two charges. That way, neither of us will be abandoning our duties."
Levi sighed. "Very well, if we have to beat these three to prove our worth, then so be it."
"The governor's obligations and opinions are in no way the same as mine." Claire respond. "Further, custody of Ms. Herschel and the empress is the Imperial Defence Force's duty. However, all of Class Vll are fugitives by law. Those who added them are also fugitives. Restraining you is my responsibility as a member of the RMP. My duty as an officer. But more than that… it's my own role as an Ironblood- as a vessel for this terrible curse." She said as her eyes then turn pink with the mysterious emblem in her eye.

"That same cheap trick?" Levi cross his arm. "How pathetic. Relying on that cursed power just proves my point."
"Cheap trick or not. This is the power granted to us by Chancellor Osborne- the mark of the Ironblood. It allows us to draw power from the energy of the Great Twilight itself. But its effect goes beyond merely boosting our battle capabilities. The governor's failing… Operation Birdcage… all such events were brought forth by this power of ours."
"Ah. I thought it was strange." Levi rub his chin "It would be impossible, even for you alone, regardless of how many soldiers you have to hold such strong people within Operation Birdcage. The Divine Blade of Wind, the SSS, and this other one called Yin, it would be far more difficult for one person to contain such strong fighters in one place."
"Back then, even I wasn't fully aware of it. But now, I can harness its energy at will. And with its aid, I can easily stop you in your tracks." Claire got out her orbal gun. "Class VII and all their friends...I hereby place all of you under arrest. You may attempt to carry out your 'inspection', if you so please. You're free to take Miss Herschel and the empress with you and go...in the unlikely event you're able to kill me."

"Oh please. Any decent living being can see what's in your eyes. And unlike me, I'm not the indecisive one." Neve shot back. "There is a saying that the "eyes of the individuals are windows to the soul". And you want to know what I'm seeing? That you fail to protect her. That her death scarred your soul. After what happened to that girl, you become unstable with your emotions. You believe in your heart that you are responsible for ushering the Great Twilight and were powerless to stop it. You know what you're doing is wrong in every moral sense, but you couldn't choose or take the first step because of your loyalty to Osborne, and your standing as a human being who can't even decide what is right or wrong anymore. You can't even fight for what you believe in anymore. And that you're secretly waiting for someone to end your life as a way to atone for this sin. Just looking and hearing your words is enough to pity you. Not even enough to be stuck you down."

"Major Claire..." Towa look in sadness.

"Major Claire. I know what you're doing through." Hazel turns to her. "I lost someone important to me too. It was my sister Gretchen." Hazel look at his hands. "She wanted to become a Huntress, and I was against it. Just like when Millium chooses to sacrifice herself to protect her friends. She joined Beacon Academy to fulfill her dream. "After learning about her death. I too have become indecisive. I wonder aimlessly, wondering why she had to die. Someone so young... someone so innocent. Someone who doesn't deserve it. I fell toward darkness, unable to live any further. However... after some events happened. I blame Ospin for everything. He couldn't protect Gretchen and what he was doing was wrong. To send many children to their deaths. That is why I made my decision to choose the path of darkness, to believe what is right. My path is a dark road. I don't think there's a reason for me to find the light anymore. Don't become like me, Major Claire. Don't let Millium's death take a hold on you. Don't let grief nor vengeance consume you from finding the path you believe in."
"Hazel is right, Major Claire." Rean agreed. "I was told Major Lechter said something when he fought the others, not too long ago. He mentioned the grief and guilt he felt after losing Millium. And how the two of you would put things right. A moment ago, you said we'd need to kill you to rescue Towa and the empress. Just like what Neve said, you're all too willing to die. And just like he says, it hurts my heart to see you acting so pathetic."
"Exactly, I was expecting you to have a backbone. To have something to believe in. But instead, your eagerness to be killed disappoints me. Just like Lechtor, you're a lost cause." Levi said with a glare.
"Nnh...!" Claire glared at Levi.

"Millium didn't sacrifice herself so you could use her as an excuse. Fight for yourself. For your own reasons." Rean drew out his sword. "Even if you have the power of the Great Twilight on your side, I don't intend to lose. Not to this melting imitation of the icy maiden."

"Gh..." Claire clenched her teeth "Very well. I will use Millium as an excuse no longer! I am a member of the Ironbloods, and an officer of the RMP!" Then she use the power of the Great Twilight once more. "As such, I will use whatever force necessary to apprehend you!"
"Come at us, then!" Rean replied.
"Hmph. So you finally have some backbone after all." Neve said with a small smile on his face. "Very well." He summon his Keyblade and took his battle stance. "In take care, let us continue where we left off."
Hazel pull out Dust Crystals and infused himself with it as his appearance altered a bit. "Good. Then brace yourself everyone."
"Empress." Neve turn to Priscilla. "I suggest you, the Governor and the girl stay back."
"Understood!" The Empress nodded
"Rean, Levi, Angelica, Crow... You can do it!" Towa praised
Neve swung his arm, forming a barrier around the room to prevent Priscilla, Towa, Carl, and furniture within the room from taking damage.

Neve stomp his feet to create ice spikes toward the group as they dodged and dash toward him, Hazel and Claire.
"You're being detained!" Until Claire swing her arm and use her Disorder. "Frozen Prison!" Then suddenly, a dark aura washes over the group.
"Ngh, what was that?" Ruby asked as Hazel punch the ground to create Earth Spikes. "Whoawhoawhoa!" She jump out of the way
"Another Disorder, it's different from Lechter. Tch." Levi growled as Claire begin shoot toward Levi as he dodged in time and then use Penetrate Hurl back as Claire.
Neve deflected Levi's attack as his Glaive return to his hand as Weiss use her Glyphs to lung toward Claire and Rean dash toward Neve and both of them swing at each other until they push each other back as Crow send out several bullets toward him. Neve swing his Keyblade to cast Aeroga around himself, Claire and Hazel as Hazel dashes toward Angelica.
Angelica and Hazel lock hand-to-hand combat and kicks but because of Neve's Aeroga, it also struck her and allow Hazel to knock Angelica back with a punch as Kurt used Twilit Blade 2 on Hazel as he used his arm as a shield. Kairi cast Triple Blizzaga onto him to undo the Aeroga as Peach rush toward Hazel as she swung at him as he duck and dodged until he grabbed Peach's Spear to punch her, but Peach let go the movement he grabbed it and then use Peach Bomb to knock him back, dropped her lance and pluck up a Turnip and throw it at Hazel's face as Kairi combo slash him.
Musse shotlock toward Neve, Hazel and Claire as Neve summoned ice blocks to block the bullets until Ash used Rumbing Smash 2 on Neve, but he backflipped, and unleashed a graceful yet powerful swift strike onto Ash and knocked him back as Claire fire an orbal shot at Ash as well. Weiss dash toward Claire to swing at her as Qrow lung himself to join the fight, until Hazel throw a fire projection at him which Machias shot at it. Claire dodged and kicked the attack on Weiss and Qrow but they both dodged as Weiss launched slashes onto her and Qrow knocked her back with a kick. Claire recovered as she used Frigid Rain as a large ice appeared over them, then she shot it.
Weiss and Qrow dodged at the right time, Neve knock Levi back with a swing and then warp toward Qrow and struck him and Claire shotlock onto Qrow and blasted him. Hazel punches the ground to create fire pillars toward the group as a power surge as Claire then fire rapid bullets toward Weiss as she deflected them as Ruby lung toward Neve, but Hazel channel lighting strikes her. Yang dash toward Hazel as they both lock fist on each other and both unleash a flurry of punches until Yang punch Hazel's guts and then headbutt him. Hazel didn't flinch and he punch Yang onto the ground.
Because Hazel tough her hair, she awakened her Semblance as she got up. Claire fire rapid shots toward the group, but Levi deflected them as he rush toward her, but Neve summon a blizzard to surround Claire and himself. Levi slash the blizzard to clear a view, but Claire disappeared along with Neve and Neve reappeared on Levi's left and slashed him.
Claire's Disover finished as Claire then seen Neve and start shooting blue orbal shots toward the group as Hazel punches the ground to create shockwave. The group dodge both attacks as Neve created clones of himself and each one launch toward the group to attack. Kairi, Peach, Rean and Angelica strike the clones as they faded but Claire rapid shots toward the group as Peach form her Halbard into parasol mode to block the attacks as Kairi raise her Keyblade to cast several pillars of light onto the group to split them up.
Rean use Arcane Gale onto Hazel, Neve and then Claire and strikes them with Crimson fire as Crow follows up by shooting rapid bullets at Hazel. Levi dashed toward Hazel as he launched a powerful slash onto him and swirling his Glaive to force Hazel on the defensive as he shoot fire and lighting but was repel until Levi launched combo slashes on him and Machias fire bullets to knock Hazel back. Rean swing at Neve who block easily and they swung at each other until Crow fire rapid bullets toward him, forcing him to roll to his left as Ruby used Petal Burst to kick his face to push him back.
Neve recovered as Weiss summon Glyphs to shoot protections toward Claire as she counter it by firing bullets. Qrow dash toward Claire and swing at her, forcing her to dodged until he punch her chest and knock her back a bit.
"All for one! Sacred Wings!" Levi activated his Brave order as his team launched themselves toward Claire, Hazel and Neve separately to attack them.
Rean unleash slashes onto Neve as he block until Rean launch a powerful slash that strikes Neve's defense as Crow switch to Double Saber and strikes Neve from behind and Levi punch him in the face to knock him back. Ruby fire bullets at Hazel as he dodged them as Yang dashed toward him and they both punched each other. Yang and Hazel block and counterattack each other with punches and kicks but Yang upper kick his chin and then she grabs him and repetitively punches Hazel's face until Hazel grabs Yang's arm and Knee her, grabs her and throws her to the wall.
Musse fired rapid bullets toward Hazel who dodged and then charged toward her until she grinned as Ash used Dead Man's Darts at him to stop his advancements and then he lung toward him and slashed him. Hazel was pushed back and then they both swung at each other until Hazel grabbed his axe until Musse shot his arm, dropping the axe and Ash launched a powerful swing toward his gut to push him back. Musse then channel magic and fire rapid ice shards to freeze Hazel in his place. Claire fires bullets to break the ice to free Hazel as Kairi dashes toward Claire and swings at her.
Claire dodged to punch Kairi but she block by using Starcracker and counterattacked Claire as she then launched a combo Keyblade strike and then use Strike Raid on her with Peach lung toward Claire and then launch combo slashes before switch to a Frying Pan and struck Claire on the head, then use Peach Bomb on her to knock her back. Claire shook her head and then fire rapid bullets as Kairi use Shift Strike by teleporting to her and combo striking her. Neve imbued his Keyblade with magic, then dash toward Rean, Levi, Crow, Yang, and Ruby and slashed them, freezing them in their place before creating phantom slashes with his clones and striking them all at once with a large slash strike.
Neve then dash toward Rean, but Angelica use Zero Impact to knock Neve back. Neve recovered as Kurt dash toward him and they both swing at each other until Neve rapidly strike him. Kurt recovered as his blades blow with blue and green energy and unleash a series of slashes onto Neve as he block but took damage as they swing at each other. Kurt then use Rain Slash 2 to push neve back as Angelica used Angelica Kick, a move she learn from Captain Falcon and knock him back. Hazel snarl and then he channel magical energy and fire a beam of fire, lighting, ice and earth toward the group to force them to dodged as Claire pull out a second orbal pistol and begin fire rapid shots onto the group.
Neve's recovered and then shotlock onto the group and he rain down the group an avalanche onto them and then Formchange his Keyblade change form as several ice weapons of Keyblades surrounded him and his clothes change color. His fingerless black gloves change to white as his skyblue jacket change to white, black long-sleeved shirt change to blue, silver vest change into white, dark long pants into white pants and brown shoes to white shoes.
Neve then warp around the group and unleash several strike onto them with his ice weapons following up attack onto the group and his superhuman speed unleash several other slashes as his weapons follow and commend at will to strike all over the group. Then his Ultimate move was his ice weapons swirl and forge into a large Icy Sword and swing onto them with freezing them and a power surge of ice exploded on them and launch them into the air, and his clothes change back.
'Ngh... What incredible strength...!' Kairi thought as she and her team recovered.
"Heal!" Kairi and Peach use Curaga on the team.
"Thanks!" Rean said as he dashed toward Neve and they both swing at each other while the rest take on their chosen opponents.
Neve and Rean swing at each other until both of them push each other while Levi dashes toward Neve and unleash a series of swirling slashes onto him. Neve form a barrier of ice and counterattack similar to that of Kairi's Starcrackle and knocks Levi back as Crow shoots several bullets at him. Neve roll to his left.
"Angelica punch!" Angelica punched Neve to push him back as he recovered.
Ruby Petal Burst toward Claire as she tried to shoot her, only for Yang to punch her and Hazel to unleash a fist projection toward Kairi and Peach, but they both split up as Peach shoot magical projections of hearts onto him and Kairi combo Keyblade struck him. Hazel and Claire recovered as Neve summon several ice cubes and launched them toward the group as Machias and Musse fired bullets to destroy the ice and cause an explosion. Kairi shot lock onto Hazel, Neve and Claire and use Heart of a Princess to rain down magical sphere and strike them while Rean unleashed a flurry of slashes onto Neve and Crow struck him with bullets. Peach fire magical projections onto Hazel as he used his arms to block it, but Musse shoot ice bullets to freeze Hazel's feet and Ash use Rumbing Smash 2 as Yang's lung toward him and punch his guts to knock him to the barrier as his semblance static.
"Nngh!" Hazel groaned.
Angelica used Zero Impact onto Claire and struck her to knock her back with a powerful force. Before she can recovered, Kurt follow an attack by unleashing a series of slashes and then pushing her to the barrier and force her onto her knees.
"Uugh...!" Claire grunted.
Neve and Rean swing at each other until Rean use True Helix onto him to push him back as Crow pull out his Double Saber and then throw it into a boomerang and strike around Neve. Machias shot bullets toward him, forcing him to deflect until Levi use Primordial Burst to strike him and then Rean took a stance with a moon in his vision and then strike through to Neve, unleashing phantom slashes and struck him.
"Gghh!" Neve grunted but he didn't fell toward his Knees. "Hehe. Not bad." Neve said with a grinned.

"It seems we have lost." Neve said with a smirk on his face. "You already managed to separate us and pin us into a corner."
Claire sighed. "So it seems." She said as Hazel hum.
"Ha... Damn, this guy hasn't lost a sweat." Crow grumbled at Neve.
"Yeah. Claire with her power granted by the Chancellor put up a good fight. What's more, Hazel's strength is something else. And imbued with the power of Dust only made him stronger." Rean nodded. "And we shouldn't expect any less of a Keyblade Master of his caliber." He turn to Neve. "And yet... you're not planning on giving up, aren't you?"
"I see you're perceptive. Color me impressed." Neve said as he snapped his finger and suddenly over him appeared large Ice crystals and shoot Ice Shards that knock Crow, Levi back and then launch a powerful swing at Rean, but he blocked it in time as a strong force blow the entire room. "So you managed to block that. I guess you haven't got rusty after being imprisoned for so long. I could turn the tide of battle back into our favor if I wanted too, but can you stop me in time, Rean Schwarzer? Or are you going to use your power as a sacrifice to stop my hand?"
"...!" Rean clench his teeth before his smirk. "I plan on doing that."
"Huh?" Neve blinked until Rean channel his power and push Neve back. "Nnngh!?" he grunted before he recovered and see Rean cancel his power. "Impossible... You can manage to control it?"
"No. I wouldn't say that per se. But I owe someone a lot to help me restrain that power at best."
"Ah. I see..." Neve sighed. "Either way, I'm not planning on backing down and plan on changing this battle. But it seems it unnecessary to go on, wouldn't you agree Major?"

"For those of you with whom I am yet unacquainted, allow me to introduce myself. Zechs Vander, General of the 3rd Armored Division." Zechs introduce himself "Schwarzer, Class VII. I do hope you've been well." He turn to Kurt. "Kurt. Your form seems to have improved."
"Th-Thank you, Uncle!" Kurt respond.
"It's been a while. Congratulations on your promotion." Rean greeted
"Yeah. Congrats." Levi nodded. "If I had to guess why you're here. You must have come here to investigate?"
"Very sharp." Zechs nodded. "I'm here to investigate the situation as you said. The Heimdalle Military Police are starting to chatter about some trouble at the Cayenne Estate."
"I apologize for the disturbance, General." Claire said. "It was under my personal command that the situation fell out of control. I will have all unis within the state withdraw immediately and give the order for the Imperial Defence Force to return to base. Forgive me, but... may I leave the rest to you?"

"Major Claire..." Machias trailed off.
"So you're gonna let us off the hook for now?" Crow asked
"With war on the horizon, the last thing we want is news of a domestic dispute to surface." Claire answered "As it stands, only the RMP, IDF and the Intelligence Division have orders to apprehend you. Maneuvering around those groups will be your only hope going forward."

"Hazel, Master Neve. We should get going."
"Understood." Hazel nodded.
"Fine by me." Neve said as he, Hazel and Claire leave the manner.
Levi sighed. "She clearly burying her feelings."
"Indeed..." Empress Priscilla nodded. "So deep that the pressure may very well crush her, in the end."

"In that sense, a share of the blame lies with the Imperial family, as well. Perhaps what happened to Olivert was our punishment... though I curse the very thought. Worse still, our young Cedric now stands at the side of the very man who plotted Olivert's downfall. Which is shocking the most. I do not why he suddenly chance... but I imagine the curse may have something to do with it."
"That is a possibility..." Levi grumbled.

"There's nothing to worry about. With all the changes the 3rd was going through at the time, I wasn't an easy man to get a hold of. But given how well things have turned out, it's safe to say you were guided by Aidios and the other gods and goddesses. I'm sure Aurier, Mueller, and even your father would agree if they could see you now."

"As far as I understand, Matterus and Aurier are in the east, and remain independent." Zechs answered. "As for Mueller, it seems his 7th Division was decommissioned, and its members and supplies were divided amongst the new divisions. But there's been a lockdown on all information pertaining to that process, so I'm afraid that's all I know."
"The 7th Division wa known to have close ties with Prince Olivert. I imagine they broke up the group that might try to carry out his will." Levi sighed.
"It's just like when they took our role as the Imperial family's guardians away from us. The insults to my family's pride just don't stop." Kurt clenched his fist.
"Kurt..." Juna hold his hand.
"But I'm worried about Empress Priscilla. I wish she could come with us but... Some things are out of our hands." Daisy sighed. "Still, it doesn't chance the fact that she is a strong person at heart."

"No kidding. He seem rather someone who is interested to becoming stronger. Yet deep down, he cares for people." Mickey nodded.
"And yet he doesn't seem to care about offending Master Eraqus though." Ventus grumbled.
"Still, there was sign that he cares, despite how cold he can be." Kairi said.
"He's like Felix in a way." Sylvain said.

"All right, everyone. I think it's time we leave now. We must begin our next operation." Meta Knight said.

All right! Now Towa is rescued! And poor Claire. I hope she can overcome her grief. Another New Year gift! Oh man, I may need to relax myself...
