A.I.M. Research Complex, Russia. Earth-616. (2 Days Before The Convergence)

Deep in a snowy forest there is a facility that was built by and houses the most advanced technology on the planet. It belongs to A.I.M.. Advanced Idea Mechanics. A criminal organization that worships science as others would worship gods. Its beekeeper-dressed scientists are on the cusp of making a breakthrough, which involves dimensional technology. They devoted an entire hanger to interdimensional teleportation. This top-secret project is overseen by a beautiful woman in green going by the name of Monica Rappaccini. Though she is more famously known, and feared, as one of AIM's top scientists. "Scientist Supreme." said by an AIM Scientist approaching his leader, "Are you certain this is the only way?"

"The eighth Exo Stone is somewhere out there. It must be found before our competitors." Scientist Supreme calmly responded.

"We're tapping into forces we may not be able to control, Doctor." The AIM Scientist argued, as his fellow coworkers powerup their dimensional transporter.

"We were able to control these two specimens." Rappaccini refuted by gesturing to two mysterious beings beside her: One is a muscular green man adorned with Aztec jewelry. The other is a fragile girl wearing a type of eyepatch as well a bright jumpsuit. Both standing ominously silent while Monica continues to boast, "They are living proof that I can use Jemma Simmons' research to lock onto otherworldly energy sources and bring them to this dimension. The universe is ours! It is time we claimed it!"

BGM-Marvel's Spider-Man 2 OST- Swing (feat. Benji.) (EarthGang)

Electricity crackles within the dimensional transporter, gathering dangerous amounts of energy that AIM hopes will help them obtain the mysterious Exo Stones without risking their lives stealing them personally. Unfortunately, their experiment is forced to cut short when an alarm goes off and catches the surprised attention of Rappaccini, "What was that?"

Her cameras pinpointed the source of the disturbance coming from outside the building. There is a non-threatening forest fire shadowing three distinct individuals posing as badasses. Standing on one side appears to be a young girl brandishing a large scythe. On the other side is an anthropomorphic hedgehog tightening his glove. And crouched between them is a man dressed like a spider, before the light of the flames illuminate their bright colors for all of AIM to witness in shock. "The Dimensional Avengers?!" Rappaccini recognized those three as the leaders of the Multiverse's Youngest and Mightiest Heroes, who are no doubt here to ruin her plans for the dimensions.

Sirens wail as Ruby Rose glares at the fortress. Battalions of AIM Scientists emerge while Sonic the Hedgehog smirks at them. And as the Amazing Spider-Man in his Advanced Suit stands up to confront the many turrets and missile launchers turning towards them, he gets all confident thrusting his spectacular finger forward and shouting, "SHOWTIME!", prompting the rest of the Dimensional Avengers leap out of the fire whilst joining their leaders in this attack on the AIM Research Complex using their skilled combat techniques to fight as a harmonious unit.

Weiss Schnee rides on a Megoliath Grimm she summoned that plow through all enemies in her path. Her passenger is Pit, the young angel neutralizing several AIM goons with his energy arrows. While Spider-Man is swinging around webbing up baddies, an AIM truck is on the verge of converging with the Megoliath. It was immediately destroyed by Knuckles the Echidna, who then unleashes a mighty war cry whilst leaping onto a watchtower that has goons for his fists to crack. Below the tower is Lucina being relentless in slicing up synthezoids with her mystical Falchion sword. A random explosion didn't deter the princess, neither it did to Yang Xiao Long having fun riding her Bumblebee motorbike through the snowy battlefield. Helps that she has Tails the Fox clearing her path with a Spin Dash that bounces off trees. An AIM tank blasting at her does block her path, but not even for a second once Amy Rose smashes it so hard with her hammer that it jumps. Followed by a dashing Mega Man X blasting it into the air with a Charge Shot. Allowing Palutena to throw the ruined tank at an enemy horde with her telekinesis, all in quick succession. AIM troops try ambushing the goddess, only to fail very easily thanks to Blake Belladonna having her back with her sword. As the team converged on the perimeter, Weiss crashes her summon and jumped out with Pit before helping their teammates fight off incoming soldiers. This synergy with Sonic's Boost clearing more of the road and Ruby's high-speed scythe slashes, coupled with the whole team's abilities and equipment, is giving the Dimensional Avengers a decisive advantage over AIM. Their teamwork still isn't perfect, as Sonic still has that tendency to rush at the facility alone only to be repelled by an energy shield.

"Ow!" Sonic grunted.

"No rushy!" Spider-Man quipped through their comlink, before contacting the team's new A.I. navigator, "Doc Light, what's the view from upstairs?"

'The weapons facility is protected by a dimensional barrier. A.I.M.'s technology evolved faster than we anticipated.' said Doctor Light, X's creator in A.I. form.

"Knew I shouldn't have left the Lightning Chariot with Viridi." Pit snarked, activating his Power of Flight to battle goons in jetpacks.

Ruby jumps into the middle of an enemy horde sternly, kicking and scything foes down one by one while conversing with her friends, "Doctor Simmons must be here. AIM wouldn't be this strong without her research. We gotta rescue her quick." She commented, revealing the team's mission is to save the Stark Industries scientist and defeat AIM.

Enemy turrets keep firing at Tails while he's flying and dodging them to throw a Dummy Ring Bomb at a truck, blowing it up. It gave room for Knuckles to destroy a large AIM Destroyer drillbot while retorting, "If it's not blocking underground, I'll dig and shut it down.", and burrowing underneath AIM's defenses.

"Try not to get tricked into a prison cell." Yang teased, smiling at the incoming AIM truck that she destroys by throwing her motorbike at it.

Meanwhile in the AIM Base, Rappaccini is furious from seeing the Dimensional Avengers raiding her facility. "They have to be after Simmons. How did they get this far?" She asked her minions.

"They landed in the far woods, the perimeter guard panicked." An AIM Guard reported.

"Can we hold them?" Rappaccini questioned.

"They're the Dimensional Avengers!" A cowardice AIM Scientist retorted.

"They're just kids!" Rappaccini snapped at the coward, before turning to her otherworldly guests with a task, "Nu-13! Ogre! Deal with them!"

"Acknowledged." The fragile girl, now known as Nu-13, responded with an emotionless tone. She summons behind her a signature weapon. A massive sword called Lux Sanctus: Murakumo. She activates it, bonds with it, transforming her into an armored warrior with eight floating blades beside her that is just as eager as the green Ogre to cut loose in this new world.

The Attack on the AIM Research Complex intensified just after Knuckles was successful in drilling under the base's shields. He infiltrates a room with the generator, and with a fiery punch, obliterates it alongside disabling the barrier. "Shield's down, team!" Knuckles announced through the comms. Right before the roaring Ogre kicks him out of the building like he was a football.

The God of Fighting Ogre and the Sword of Izanami Nu-13. Two powerful fighters from two different dimensions join the battle to help their employers defeat the Dimensional Avengers. Ogre leaps to ground combat while Nu flies through the skies, the latter distracting Pit with portal-summoned swords before striking him with a lightning-fast dive kick. The heroes that were confronted by Ogre are briefly overwhelmed by his mysterious fighting style, unleashing a flash punch combo that puts down the likes of Yang and Amy.

"They don't look like they belong here." quipped Palutena, blocking his punch with her mirror shield before the Toshin throws her around to be fireballed.

"They are not the weirdest creatures this side of the Outrealms!" said Lucina, using her sword to deflect his Infinite Kick Chain toward Blake.

"Nor the smelliest! That honor goes to Hulk!" snarked Blake, tapping into her Semblance to create an ice clone that freezes Ogre's limbs once he struck the fake.

"Bet ya to tell that to his face!" joked Sonic, knocking back the fighting god with a Spin Dash to the face.

"We'll hold these guys off, Spidey! You go shut off their interdimensional portal!" said X, shooting a Tracking Missile that stops Nu's assault on Pit.

"While Tails and Weiss go save their coworker! Gotcha! Teamwork makes my work so much easier!" Spidey acknowledged his objective.

The trio enter the base through a glass window, subduing many of AIM's soldiers with ease through a crossover combination of Spidey bouncing off of Weiss's glyphs to shoot webs and Tails being skilled with his laser pistol. They then split up, with Weiss and Tails exploring the compound until they find a cell imprisoning a British female scientist with glasses on her head. "Over there. Dr. Simmons!" Tails pointed out.

"Tails, Weiss, is that you?" Simmons responded, familiar with the otherworldly interns of Stark Industries.

"Yeah. Are you okay?" Weiss asked.

"Yes! I'm fine! But what about the dimensional rift?" Simmons retorted.

"Spider-Man's on his way to shut it down before it completely unravels our reality. We need to get you to safety." Tails assured her, blasting down her door with a charged laser shot.

The two dimensional heroes have made it their mission to escort Dr. Simmons out of the facility. Easier said than done once they bore witness to the likes of X, Palutena, and Amy being smashed through a nearby wall by both Ogre and Nu. Nu tries killing them with her summoned swords but they were saved in the nick of time by Ruby's Semblance, who quickly morphs her scythe into its sniper mode to shoot down her personal swords so X could ensnare her with Lightning Web.

"Eat this!" shouted Amy, hammering Nu onto Ogre and knocking them both aback so Palutena could slam them with a Heavenly Light.

Unfortunately the situation isn't getting any better. All of AIM's remaining troops, scientists and robots alike, converge on the escort team. Surrounding them with every weapon locked on their position. "It's over." Rappaccini mocked, smiling whilst confronting the surrounded heroes personally, "There is nowhere left to run."

"Why run when it's more convenient to teleport?" Palutena quipped, readying her magic for something godly.

Multiple golden doors then surround AIM forces, much to their shock. Walking out from one door is Lucina, alongside both Knuckles and Blake ready to lay the decisive smackdown. From another door is Sonic running to a stop before joined by Yang. The third door summons a great surprise in the form of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents to even the playing field, supported by Pit hovering over them. The tables have turned as it is now AIM that is surrounded, infuriating Monica to the limit as she shouts, "Kill them all!"

"No one dies today." The last to join this party is Spider-Man, walking calmly out of his own door whilst declaring, "Not on any world. Only your data on other dimensions that I had fun purging from your systems."

Monica furiously growls, "KILL THEM!", before pointing her forces at Spidey's.

Spider-Man leads his team into this final battle, creating a massive ball of webs that he swiftly slams onto enemies which knocks back more with an amazing shockwave. Chaos erupts across the battlefield. Chaos that is moments away from being quelled by the Dimensional Avengers. Sonic's speed overwhelms Ogre until he is left wide open for Lucina to kill by stabbing his heart. Ruby's relentlessness in deflecting Nu's swords leaves her open to be uppercutted by Pit's Upperdash Arm and receive the full fury of X's Charge Shot that knocks her out cold. SHIELD Agents eliminate just enough AIM Troops to clear a path for Spider-Man swinging his way to the Scientist Supreme. Monica desperately tries stopping him with her advanced weaponry but it was nowhere near enough to stop his momentum, web-pulling her into an all-out flying kick that sends her flying into an unconscious state across the room.

Later…

The A.I.M. Research Complex has been conquered by the Dimensional Avengers. AIM as well as their Scientist Supreme have been cuffed and pushed into a S.H.I.E.L.D. jet that will transport them to the massive SHIELD Tricarrier that is hovering over the Russian forest. The Director of SHIELD, Nick Fury, approach the Dimensional Avengers to congratulate them for their splendid victory, "Excellent job foiling AIM's plan, team. Your teamwork has improved these past few weeks."

"All in a day's work, Nick. We are totally glad we sacrificed bowling night for this." Spider-Man remarked sarcastically.

"I was winning that by the way." Amy claimed.

"Get real." Pit argued otherwise.

"What are you gonna do 'bout those two?" Ruby asked, looking at Ogre's corpse being imprisoned in a containment tube and the armorless Nu-13 being cuffed for prison.

"We'll keep that Ogre's corpse for analysis and lock up the Nu girl in the Raft until we can transfer her back to her home dimension." Fury answered, just as his second-in-command, Maria Hill, walks in.

"Meanwhile, we'll escort Doctor Simmons back to Stark Industries." Maria said to the British scientist.

"Thank you. If I knew researching dimensions would get me in this much trouble, I would've sticked to biochemistry." Simmons joked.

"Never too late. SHIELD could use a biochemist. Let's get you outta here." Maria said, gesturing the chief research to follow her to the Tricarrier.

"Stay safe, Jemma." Tails smiled, with both him and Weiss happily waving her goodbye.

"You too! Enjoy the rest of your summer!" Simmons smiled back.

"We should head home too. Gettin' late." Sonic suggested.

Spidey nods, "Yeah. D-As out!", whilst walking his team to their own mobile flying base, the Aven-Jet Prime.

"'D-As out'? Is that like a thing we say now?" Weiss snarked, before they all enter the Aven-Jet that takes off through the skies at the speed of sound.

Avengers Mansion, New York City. United States of America.

BGM-Avengers: Age of Ultron OST-Avengers Tower

New York City. Home of the Amazing Spider-Man. The Aven-Jet flies to the top floor of Avengers Mansion that holds the hanger. It lands whilst deactivating its own systems, while being watched by the redheaded friend of the Dimensional Avengers, Mary Jane Watson. "Welcome home, guys." She smiled, watching her friends walk out of the jet.

"Hey, MJ. Where's Harry? Decided to go home early?" Spider-Man asked, taking off his mask to reveal his handsome Peter Parker face.

"He does have that World Unity Festival to prepare for in two days." MJ responded, walking with her friends through the halls.

"Not easy being the youngest CEO of the most evil company in the world." Yang joked.

"Bite your tongue. I believe in Harry. He's doing a fantastic job rebuilding Oscorp into a better image." Weiss retorted, defending who is basically her dimensional counterpart.

"Must be jealous of your boyfriend." Sonic teased.

"A little envious, but I'm in no rush. I am perfectly content with learning from both him and Mr. Stark until it is my time to take over my family company." Weiss smiled.

A moment later, the dimensional friends enter the laboratory. In here they find the hologram of Doctor Light in the midst of research involving the eight Exo Stones. "Greetings, Doctor Light. Have you found any trace of the last Exo Stone while we were away?" Lucina politely greeted the holographic scientist.

"Unfortunately, no. Even AIM's experiments with Dr. Simmons's research failed to find its general location." Doctor Light replied.

"Aw man. At this rate, we won't find it this summer vacation. After the Unity Festival it's back to school, and I do not want to juggle all of that together." Peter complained.

"Not to mention you have W.E.B. to attend." Mega Man X reminded him.

"Right." Peter tiredly sighs, "Senior year is going to be a pain."

"Good thing you're in a team that's kind enough to pick up your slack." Knuckles teased his webbed leader.

"Heh."

"What is the last Exo Stone? Have a clue what it can do?" Mary Jane asked the team, sparking a more serious conversation.

"It's called the Star Stone and is potentially the biggest threat out of all of them. Besides that, we don't know anything about it." Blake answered.

"Do you think the Masters of Evil already found it?" MJ questioned.

"As far as we know, they still have two while we're stuck with five. Maybe that 'mystery enemy' we were warned about has it, who knows." Sonic commented.

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Creeping Anxiety

"Five Exo Stones together in one place. Much less seven sharing the same dimension. Each of the Eight is a facet of the cosmic balance. What are we going to do when our enemies come for them all? We've seen worlds nearly ripped apart by just one Stone." Palutena pondered sternly.

"Isn't that the whole point why we designed those contingency plans?" Peter responded.

"I'm just saying. Those Stones have marked this world as the biggest target in the multiverse." Palutena proclaimed.

"That's why Tails, Light, and I built this special vault." Peter said, pressing a special button on a console that activates a hidden elevator that the team was conveniently standing on. It descends them to a technologically advanced vault with a door that opens, revealing five of the eight Exo Stones: The green Heart Stone. The red War Stone. The white Genesis Stone. The gold Dream Stone. And the pink Evolution Stone. Each of them contained in their own special capsule designed to neutralize their infinite power to the best of their ability. "Advanced shielding to keep them cloaked from anyone and anything, especially our mystery baddie." Peter explained whilst giving his friends a brief tour of the place.

"I'd feel a lot safer if they were locked up in their own Special Zone." Amy suggested an alternative hiding spot.

"Maybe pull an Ozpin. Hide them in places that are not schools and the keys aren't living beings that might be as gullible as Knuckles." teased Yang, angering Knuckles into punching her across the room.

"This solution is only temporary. Until we can retrieve the Star Stone and defeat our enemies." Light stated.

"Wonder what will happen IF someone finds all the Stones." Pit wondered innocently.

"I do. It'll be the end of everything." Peter proclaimed with both a grim tone and facial expression that his friends take seriously. "That's why we can't let Doom or his flunkies or anyone else get to them first. These are our homes. And it's our job to protect them." He declared, rallying his friends to do their best in stopping this Exo War.

"Okay. So, end of day, as long as we make certain no one finds all these Stones and puts 'em together, we're in the clear." Ruby commented.

"Correct. But in the likely event that does happen, we will need to prepare for the greatest war in all the realms." Lucina remarked with stern crossed arms, feeling cautious at the thought of this multiversal battle ending badly for everything everywhere.

Castle Doom, Doomstadt. Latveria.

Latveria. Home to Earth's Mightiest Villain. A dimensional portal opens in a massive throne room spitting two very hairy scientists that smell like they haven't showered in years. One of them is Doctor Octopus, Spider-Man's arch-nemesis that have mechanical tentacles that are extremely low in power. The other is Doctor Eggman, Sonic's arch-nemesis that is way too exhausted to move his egg-shaped butt off the floor. "…So…hungry…Water…need…What time is it…" Eggman whined with such a weak voice that it'd be embarrassing if someone was nearby to hear him.

"These are the Docs? Seriously?" remarked by a Sadistic Thrill-Seeker that is skilled in Taekwondo.

"They've smelled worse." joked by a Bio-Android Hedgehog that mastered the powers of dimensions.

That last voice sounded familiar to Ock as he summons the strength to look up at the source. "Tha…That voice…Grima…doom…?" He questioned, slowly realizing that he is in the presence of Grimadoom the Hedgehog. Alongside his new partner from another Earth, Juri Han.

"Long time no see, Docs." Grimadoom greeted two of his creators with a smug smirk.

"Please tell me you're a hallucination…" Ock groaned, not in any mood to deal with his impudent mockery.

"Oh, I am very real. I'm the realest person you're ever gonna meet." Grimadoom snarked.

"Just our luck. We're back on Earth. How…?" Eggman wondered, recalling that he and Ock were stuck in a White Space void of time after their latest failure against their enemies.

"Because Doom commands it."

BGM-Sonic Battle OST-Eggman Plots

That sudden voice frightened the two doctors to the point of them instantly realizing where they ended up. They turn around to find the Ruler of Latveria sitting on his throne with a glare that terrify souls. It is Doctor Doom. The supreme leader of the Masters of Evil. By his side are other members from alternate dimensions: Salem, from Remnant. Albert Wesker, from Juri's Earth. Jedah Dohma, from Makai. And both Orbot and Cubot, from Mobius.

"Hey boss! Nice to see you again after you ditched us in space!" The idiotic Cubot casually waves at his egg-shaped creator.

"Of course you waited until we nearly starved to death to liberate us from that timeless void." Ock growls at his so-called leader, deducing that Doom could've rescued them sooner but decided not to.

"It was your punishment for your failure with the Wisps and your pathetic excuse for treachery with the Time Eater." Doom proclaimed sternly.

"Treachery? YOU were the one that approved our plan to keep those brats occupied by any means while you secured the remaining two Exo Stones! Instead you wasted time recruiting our inferior replacements!" Ock refuted with fury.

"Quite hypocritical considering you attempted to replace the Masters with variants of yourselves." Jedah rebutted calmly.

"It was more convenient at the time! Who the heck are you anyway?" Eggman snapped.

Formally, Jedah responds with, "Apologies for the late introductions. My name is Jedah Dohma, a High Noble of the Makai Kingdom. The scientist beside me is Albert Wesker. And the martial arts enforcer over there is Juri Han. We were recruited during a recent incident involving Ultron and the Evolution Stone, both that have been lost to the Dimensional Avengers."

"Your absence caused a discord within our ranks. Mandarin betrayed us. And we are on the verge of war with the greatest threat to our worlds. Hence why we decided now to cut your punishment short." Salem claimed, staying just as collected as the Makai demon.

"What could be so threatening that forced you to put aside your egos for our rescue?" Ock scoffed, not believing a word she said.

"Thanos." Doom simply stated.

BGM-LEGO Marvel Super Heroes OST-Doctor in the House #2

It was instantaneous for Doc Ock to feel his heart sink. That name alone was more than enough to petrify him into absolute silence and despair. Eggman has the complete opposite reaction, "Who?" Understandably so since he's not too familiar with all of Earth's villains.

"The Mad Titan…" Ock muttered, still in grand shock from what his ears just heard, "You're saying he's coming here? Now?!"

"Soon. In approximately two to three days. He has conquered countless dimensions to gain power over ours and is in possession of the last Exo Stone. The Star Stone." Doom explained.

"If that's the case, how are we to defeat him? Even the Avengers were simply lucky to prevail over his Infinity Gauntlet!" Ock retorted.

"By initiating Project X Zone." Wesker calmly chimed into the conversation.

"What?! You know about that?! But we don't have all the Stones! This is madness!" Ock argued, being vague about this Project X Zone and its purpose.

"Didn't you grandpas try to destroy time earlier?" Juri quipped.

"Used in the right way, a single Stone can be as dangerous as all of them combined. Or two Stones in this case." Doom claimed, getting up from his throne to lead his team to their salvation.

The Masters of Evil follow Doom into a secret pocket dimension of his own creation. Only housing a massive device holding the two Exo Stones in their possession: The blue Chaos Stone and the black Nightmare Stone. Upon noticing the machine from within a protected viewing area, a shocked Eggman remarks, "This is the…"

"Yes, Eggman. The result of combining your Genesis Wave technology with my Convergence Device. This is the Convergium Reactor." Doom named this dimensional device, before explaining the plan to his comrades, "Powered by the Chaos and Nightmare Stones, we can unleash a 'Genesis Convergium' that merges multiple universes into one. It will keep Thanos lost in our new world and make it more efficient to combine our resources to combat our enemies. Best part, it will re-scatter all the Exo Stones besides our own so we may have another shot at obtaining them."

"How? Because of quantum entanglement?" Eggman pondered.

"Exactly." Doom stated.

"But the risks are still too great! The project requires all EIGHT Exo Stones for the Convergium Reactor to utilize its fullest potential! Even if we were successful in merging three dimensions, it will inevitably lead to the collapse of all existence!" Ock argued greatly against this crazy plan, fearing the risks.

"That is precisely why we developed these Dimension Fusion Charges." Wesker calmly gestured to large bomb-like contraptions nearby, "Utilizing Abel City technology to safely harness the Universal Seed energy within each of them."

"Universal Seed? You mean that cheap Tesseract knockoff Osborn created in his worthless attempt to create his own universe?" Ock recalled, mocking Green Goblin's previous plans for the multiverse.

"The very same." Doom stated. "Doom spent months obtaining its remnants for this occasion. After planting each Fusion Charge in the core of our dimensions of choice, we will grow our own Universe Tree akin to Asgard's Yggdrasil. The dimensions we have conquered will serve as its nutrients. Once the tree is healthy, we activate the Convergium Reactor. Our chosen worlds will merge and be left stabilized by the Universe Tree indefinitely."

With a slight chuckle, the sinister Ock grins, "As much as it pains me to admit it, that is ingenious. Anything to mock Osborn has my approval. Merging worlds in this pocket dimension will hide us from prying eyes and lessen the risk of others figuring us out."

"I should stress that this plan will only delay Thanos. He will still come to invade our new world to acquire the Exo Eight for his own goal." Salem warned her allies.

"Let him! By then, we will have developed countermeasures! I see the Convergium Reactor is still incomplete, so Otto and I will be happy to assist in its perfection. But what of our device to control the Exo Stones?" Eggman smiled, totally onboard this crazy plan.

"Right here." Doom leads the group out of the Convergium Reactor dimension and back into Castle Doom. Here, he leads them to a secret chamber where his Doombots are in the midst of constructing a special machine designed specifically to harness the Exo Eight. "This machine, upon completion, will harness and control the Stones. But the key is to build it without raising the suspicions, or attentions of Reed Richards, or the Dimensional Avengers, or anyone who could stand in our way. When we finally do unleash the full potential of our plan, they won't even know that it had happened." He then presses a button that projects multiple images of a certain criminal organization led by a beautiful woman in green. Not Monica Rappaccini. But Ophelia Sarkissian. Also known as Viper. Also known as Madame Hydra. "We will use Hydra and the chaos of our new world to create diversion. The heroes will be completely distracted. "I can trust the White Fang will provide just as much entertainment." Salem grinned darkly.

"I know a would-be-conqueror in a Dragon Kingdom that can be our fodder. Anyone that survives the chaos can be our lieutenants." Eggman smiled evilly.

"Then it's settled. Tonight, the final triumph of the Masters of Evil begins." Doom proclaimed with an ominous glare; just as thunderous lightning strikes illuminate all of Latveria to further foreshadow just how apocalyptic things will become for the multiverse soon.

Back at New York City…

All is peaceful at the Parker House. Since summer vacation began, members of the Dimensional Avengers have been living here. Sharing the place with their leader and his Aunt May. Tails and Pit sleep soundly in the attic. Team WBY slumber in the guest room amidst Yang's loud snores. Palutena napping in her own room created by her godly powers.

And then there's Peter. Resting his back on the roof of his house instead of the bed of his own bedroom. He's wide awake and lost in thought while his stoic eyes gaze at the gorgeous starry night. He stares at one star that's no different from the countless others, yet he's compelled to reach out and grab it only to be disappointed that it wasn't special as another one flies past it like a shooting star.

"You're in my spot." said Sonic, playfully interrupting Peter's alone time with his sudden smiling presence.

"Sorry. Enjoy your evening run?" Peter replied whilst sitting up.

"You bet. Join me next time. We'll make it a race." Sonic offered, while sitting next to his spider-bro.

"Sure thing." Peter smiled.

"There you two are." exclaimed Ruby, showing up on the roof in her smiling pajamas.

"Hey, Rubes. Didn't go to bed yet?" Sonic remarked.

"Not yet. Wanted to get caught up on some comics. What's been going on up here?" Ruby asked, sitting next to her dimensional best friends.

"Just been thinking…We've been through a lot this summer. From saving dimensions to racing in interdimensional tournaments. Can't believe it's all gonna be over in two days." Peter reminisced.

"Yeah. This is in my top 3 craziest summer vacations ever." Sonic commented.

"Easily the first in my list." Ruby quipped.

Peter then shoots a proud look at the huntress, telling her, "You've come a long way, Ruby. Whenever I wasn't around to lead the team, you took charge and helped them survive against the worst threats. I couldn't be prouder. Your mother would feel the same."

"Thanks, Pete. But I know I still have a long way to go if I want to become an amazing hero like you and Sonic." Ruby responded with a heartfelt smile before asking him something, "What about you? Feel like you've made progress in your life?"

"Sorta. I'm a bit distracted about what the Sisters of Fates told me." Peter said with a smile turned into a frown.

"Those witches from Omnipotence City that could predict the future?" Sonic commented, recalling them visiting that god city during the Medusa incident.

"Yeah. They saw my destiny. Said that, 'I will defeat my great enemy, and the multiversal war I have waged will end soon. I will lead my team so that they may face their darkest hour, but they will face it in a world that will forever be unified'." Peter quoted.

"What did they mean about that last part?" The curious Ruby questioned.

"That's what's been distracting me. I know I vowed that I would pay that price if it'll help us defeat the Masters of Evil. In hindsight I may have been hasty. Do I have to make some big sacrifice that'll haunt me forever? Is uniting the people the key in saving the multiverse? Hate when prophecies are so vague. That sounds impossible." Peter voiced his somber concerns about the fate of the multiverse.

"Dunno. Seen the city unite to treat you as a menace. That's a start." Sonic teased, annoying his spider-friend and eliciting a chuckle from the scarlet huntress. "Don't stress too much 'bout what the Fates told you. Prophecies are never accurate. If our time in Ylisse taught us anything is that anything can change, and only we decide our own fate." He advised him.

"But what about that vision you got from the Genesis Stone?" Peter reminded him.

Upon being reminded, Sonic flashes back to those cryptic visions: Of a Mad Titan in the shadows. Of six dangerous alien generals. Of worlds colliding and people dying, as well as the Exo Eight being assembled by a gauntlet. For a moment he frowns, "Won't lie, that's been bothering me for a bit. Saw worlds colliding and that mystery enemy at the center of it all.", but then gives an optimistic smile to his pals, "Regardless, I know we'll take care of it. We're the Multiverse's Mightiest Heroes after all!"

"Always with the giddy optimism." Peter grinned.

"Better than listening to your jokes." Ruby quipped, getting adorable laughs from her two friends.

The laughter dies down for smiles to be shared amongst the trio. Months ago, these three were strangers to each other. Legendary heroes in their own realm of spacetime. But circumstances have caused the destinies of these three heroes to collide, and they have formed an unbreakable friendship beyond dimensions. Peter Parker. Sonic the Hedgehog. Ruby Rose. The three champions express their fists forward for one transcendent fist bump. Promising each other to restore the dimensional balance together with their friends.

BGM-Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 OST-Gallery

KFX Here: Happy New Year! I have a lot planned for 2024 but I won't go into detail now, but one day. For now, I want to focus in perfecting this remake. So usually when it comes to big projects like this, I separate major story arcs as "Volumes". Volume 1 in this story will quickly focus on The Convergence and the ramifications that the heroes will have to contend with. Ancient Ogre from Tekken and Nu-13 from BlazBlue are introduced into this crossover as "guest villains". They have their own roles in this story that I'm looking forward to write. Also, I am curious. What is your overall opinion on the friendship between Spider-Man, Sonic, and Ruby in this series? Do you like it? Dislike it? What can be improve upon? Explain, 'cause I would appreciate it.
