Earth 42: Superman's Origins
There was once a peaceful world that was known as Yttrium which was the home world for a technology advance race called the Yttriumite's who were governed by the Ruling Council and their society was different from many other races in the Universe as unlike other races Yttriumite's are not born though natural means instead they are created in the Birthing Matrix which was a chamber where Yttriumite children are artificially created and they are raised in separate from their parents until they reach a certain age. Yttrium had always had a bad relationship with the Flaxanian's who were from the world known as Flaxan which was a nearby planet to Yttrium and they have hated each other simply because of their various differences, such as Democracy vs Monarchy and how life should be lived which eventually led to a war between the two world's.
The war between Yttrium and Flaxan lasted for many years with casualties between the two world's were in the thousands which cause both the Ruling Council of Yttrium and the monarchy of Flaxan to finally call a end to the war however not everyone wanted the war to end because they wish to avenge their fallen friends and family like Sergeant Preus who was a distinguished soldier in the Yttriumite military and he wanted to avenge all of the lives of the Yttriumite's that had been killed by the Flaxanian's during the war.
Sergeant Preus believed that the current Ruling Council was weak and so that Yttrium needed a stronger leadership to led Yttrium into becoming a great galactic empire in the Universe which it was destined to be meaning himself making him the Grand Regent of Yttrium and Sergeant Preus became even more certain of this when he had discovered that the Ruling Council had a secret weapon that they could have use to completely destroy the Flaxanian's and won the war for Yttrium at the very beginning of the war against the Flaxanian's and the secret weapon was a creature known as Doomsday who possessed unimaginable power and bloodlust.
Many years ago on Planet Yttrium there was a civil war that was started by a rebel group calling itself 'Black Zero' so the house's that were members of Yttrium's Science Council like the famous House of El work together to create a weapon to stop Black Zero which led to the creation of Doomsday to put a end to the civil war and protect Yttrium. However their creation proved to be to violent to be controlled and to powerful to be destroyed so the Ruling council of Yttrium at the time used a device which was created by Val-El call the Phantom Zone Projector which can send anyone or anything to the Phantom Zone an intra-dimensional realm outside the normal space/time continuum which would later become a prison where the Ruling Council would send the worse criminals making Doomsday it's first ever inmate.
The current Ruling Council was too afraid to unleash Doomsday from the Phantom Zone on to Flaxanian's fearing that what if they did free Doomsday but they couldn't be able to send him back to the Phantom Zone and the creature may also end up destroying them as well. Sergeant Preus gathered everyone who also share in his vision for a grand military government Yttrium and they call themselves 'The Sword of Rao' after their Sun-God Rao however the Ruling Council was able to stop to them thanks to the help from Jor-El who was the great grandson of Val-El, one of Yttrium's greatest scientists and the former best friend of Sergeant Preus. Afterwards the Ruling Council sentenced Sergeant Preus and most of his followers to the Phantom Zone but not before Sergeant Preus vowed vengeance and he claimed that they have doomed Yttrium as the war had left both Yttrium and Flaxan defenses weakened and neither of them were prepared when Brainiac came to their world's.
Brainiac was a artificial intelligence from the Planet Colu that was originally called 'C.O.M.P.U.T.O' and it was designed to gather date and study all forms of life however it went rogue and left the Planet Colu knowing that if it stay it's creator and the other scientists would be able to destroy it and once it left Planet Colu it created itself a spaceship and a physical body which it designed to look like it's creator Vril Dox and gave itself a new name Brainiac and afterwards Brainiac continue it's original mission to gather knowledge which has led it to create a device that can struck cities and people so Brainiac could transportation the small orbs on its Skull Ship so Brainiac could continually study the lifeforms and exterminate them.
Brainiac choose Yttrium first simply because it was a bit more weaker then Flaxan because of the lost of Sergeant Preus and his followers and when Brainiac arrive it chose one of Yttrium's three greatest cities known as Kandor to be added to it's collation and sent it's drones to gather everyone who it thought was useful and those who it didn't were killed while Brainiac also hack into every computer system of Yttrium to downloaded all of it's knowledge. Once Brainiac was finish it then fired a blast from it's Skull Ship into the Planet's core triggering it's destruction like it has done to every other world it has come to as Brainiac wanted to make the knowledge that it had gathered only available to itself and Brainiac then travel to Flaxan to repeat what it had just done.
However a few weeks before Yttrium's destruction Jor-El had found out that Brainiac was heading towards his world but when Jor-El try to warn the Ruling Council they simply ignored his pleas for evacuation and later expelled him from Yttrium's Science Guild so with the little of restores that Jor-El had he was able build a small spaceship and on the day that Brainiac had arrive, Jor-El and his wife Lara Lor-Van sent their baby son Seg-El who was name after Jor-El's father and he was the first Yttriumite to be born though natural means after centuries to world known as Planet Terra. Jor-El had discovered the planet because years ago he had sent out a satellite into space for research and Seg-El would be able to blend in with the inhabitants of Terra who are call Human's as they look identical to Yttriumite's and because Planet Terra had a yellow sun unlike Yttrium's which had a red sun there were side effects on Yttriumite Physiology which were that the yellow sun radiation can grant Yttriumite's incredible powers.
Jor-El also made sure that Seg-El would know about his family's legacy by giving him a special Crystal which could transform into a large fortress that contained many of Yttriumite technologies and a special orb which Jor-El had originally created for the Ruling Council back during the war against Flaxan with it purpose being able to contain a large amount of knowledge as the Ruling Council had intended to use it to copy all of Flaxan's knowledge to use against them but instead Jor-El had use it to copy all of Yttrium's knowledge before Brainiac downloaded it into itself.
When Seg-El's spaceship reach Planet Earth it landed in the United States of America in New Jersey on the land that was owned by extremely wealthy family known as the Waynes at Wayne Manor which was just outside Gotham City which was known to the rest of the world as 'The City of Crime' as it was the most corrupted city in the entire world and where he was founded by Thomas and Martha Wayne as well as Alfred Thaddeus Crane Pennyworth who was a close friend and trusted butler and they recently found out they sadly are unable to have children of their own so when they found the baby Seg-El in his spaceship they thought of him as a blessing and they decided to adopt him and gave him the name of Bruce Wayne with them choosing Bruce because it was name they would have used if they were able to have a son and they raised Brandon as their own and taught him their values.
The Wayne family were the owners of Wayne Enterprises had a market value of twenty seven million four hundred thousand dollars and it supplied the civilians of Gotham City with good jobs and they were beloved as they have been trying to improve the city for the lives of everyone in Gotham however one night Thomas and Martha took Bruce to see a movie of it called 'The Ghost in Gray' but when they were walking back to their car they were stop by a thug who's name was Joe Chill. Thomas of course was more than willing to hand over all of his money to Joe not wanting anything to happen to Bruce or Martha however when Joe hear something behind him it spook him and it cause him to accidentally fire his gun twice and killing both Thomas and Martha right in front of Bruce traumatizing him forever and cause him to awaken one of his superpowers Heat Vision which he unleashed at Joe Chill killing him and turning him into ash.
A nearby police officer heard the shots so he ran over where he found Bruce on his knees crying over his dead parents bodies so the police officers call it in and Alfred came to take him home and told Bruce the truth of his origins where Thomas had planned to tell him when he was old enough and Alfred told Bruce that other people may be afraid of him because of his powers as while there were beings back during the second world war who possessed superpowers like him expect they weren't on the same level as Bruce or the fact that he was a alien.
Bruce traveled the world for a bit until he used the Crystal that he had found inside his spaceship which his father Jor-El had given him and he travel in the direction which the Crystal glowed which led him to the Bermuda Triangle where he then use it to create a fortress of solitude and had it combine with the orb of knowledge as all forms of Yttriumite technology was capable of merging with any other forms of Yttriumite technology as well as even other technologies that wasn't Yttriumite. Bruce eventually returned to Gotham City where he used his intellect and knowledge of Yttriumite technology to improve Wayne Enterprises and it was also there in the city of Gotham where Bruce became the superhero known as 'Superman' because of the symbol on Bruce's Superman costume which was actually Yttriumite armor and it also had the symbol for the House of El on the chest which looked like a 'S' inside a diamond shape shield however on Yttrium it wasn't a 'S' instead it is the Yttriumite symbol for hope which was something that Gotham needed.
Not to long after Bruce met other people who were highly skilled fighters and some also possessed super powers similar to his own like Princess Diana of Themyscria who was known to the world as Power Woman and whom Bruce fell in love with and married, Oliver Queen who was known as Batman, Dinah Drake who was known as Green Lantern, Barry Allan who was known as the Blue Lantern, Hal Jordan who was known as the Flash, Ted Kord who was known as the Atom and many other superheroes and together they became known to the world as the 'Champions of Justice'.

In Marvel Comics the original Hyperion that appeared in Marvel comics believe he was from Yttrium that was located in one of the Microverses however that fake as he was created by the Grandmaster
In DC Comics Sergeant Preus is another evil Kryptonian, i wanted to do something different instead of having in every universe that Dru-Zod is evil and he wanted to take over Krypton
The Flaxans are a race of inter-dimensional beings I replace the Dheronian for them
