A/N: Holidays + Work = Sucky Time. Between that, and the now former issue with the updates, I guess I wasn't feeling all that motivated...games also didn't help, but that's besides the point. I am late and I am sorry. Do hope that you lot haven't gotten too bored during this year, but we're entering a new one with hopefully bigger and better things to come.

But that's me rambling on. Enjoy the story and Happy 2024!

Return from the Internships

(U.A. University, Front Entrance)(3 Days Later)

"Hello everyone!" Iida exclaimed, his hand raised as he stood before his class. "I trust everyone had a most wonderful experience with the Pro Heroes of their choosing."

He got a mixture of groans and cheers as a response.

They were all picked up by a bus from U.A. in order to give them an easy way to get back to the University. Naturally, they were hounded by the Press for a while until they were stopped by other Pro-Heroes, some of which being their mentors. Now they just wanted to take the moment to relax until they had to get back to classes tomorrow.

"I think we should be asking you that." Momo said, looking at Iida, Izuku, Katsumi and Shoko with concern. "You all fought the Hero Killer of all people! Even with Endeavor there to help you, you could have been hurt or worse!"

"E-erm. It wasn't all bad with the Number 2 Hero there. He really did all the fighting." Izuku said, laughing a little bit. Iida pressed his glasses up a little bit, Katsumi scoffed while Shoko scowled. "We were more focused on helping people get away from the area."

"I still say we could have taken him." Katsumi growled.

"Doubt it. Compared to the rumors he was a real monster." Shoko said, getting a glare from Katsumi. However she didn't say anything, just scoffed.

She knew the truth. All four of them did. Stain was far from a mere Villain. The Hero Killer had earned his name and proved it by overpowering them. They had fought with all their might, getting humbled for their efforts. They would've been killed at any moment by the man, but someway, somehow they had made it out. All the while saving a Pro Hero.

At the same time it was a grand reminder of how much they needed to learn as students before they could face any real villain. What happened at the USJ, where multiple criminals and crooks had gathered up was tame compared to the Hero Killer's presence alone.

"Tch. You can think whatever you want, loser." Katsuki said, as Shoko turned to him. "I would have destroyed Stain all on my own had I been there. Along with those League Losers when I found them."

"...Oh...You Katsumi's brother, aren't you?" Shoko said, blinking in surprise. It had taken her a moment to actually register him given that he was wearing skinny jeans and had his hair gelled into something genetman like.

"Wha-OF COURSE IT'S FUCKING ME! WHO THE FUCK DID YOU THINK YOU WERE TALKING TOO?!" Katsuki yelled, his hair 'exploding' and popping back to normal. Immediately laughter, hidden and out loud, came out instantly as Katsuki snapped at them. "STOP LAUGHING AT ME YOU DAMN EXTRAS!"

'I guess he hasn't mellowed out as much.' Katsumi thought, settling for grinning at him. She was gonna shove it in his face with how much she improved under Mirko's training. "Too bad, it was actually a good look for you. Good thing I already sent a picture to mom and dad."

"YOU DID WHAT?! YOU DAMN BITCH!"

"THE HELL DID YOU CALL ME, DICKLESS?!"

And just like that, things were back to normal.

The Hero Students made their way into the gate, talking about their internships and the advancements they had achieved. Both in terms of skills, Quirk Ideas, ect. It wasn't long until they reached their dorm, where Galva could be seen about to head inside. As if sensing them beforehand, he turned around and waved with a wide smirk.

"Yo! Glad to see you all back in one piece." Galva yelled, his eyes shining blue.

"Seems like you've become more aware of your surroundings." Taya teased as she approached. Seeing his smirk deepen made her quirk an eyebrow at him.

"Something like that. Watch your head." Taya did just that and tilted her head as something flew by. A white and red drone floated next to Galva, it's visor glowing the same color as Galva. "Say hello to my little spymaster, Buzzsaw."

"Interesting, but why is it called-" Taya didn't get to finish upon a rather comically large buzzsaw coming out from the bottom. "Oh that's why."

"Wait, you two are connected aren't you?" Momo asked, a hint of excitement in her voice. She took note of Galva's eyes, matching with the Drone.

"You are right about that." Galva said, placing a hand on the drone. Instantly the drone dematerialized into hundreds of Nanites, much to the amazement of Galva's classmates. "I pretty much made my own Internet Connection from my own head. So long as I make something with my nanites and willingly connect to things I create that can come off my body. It's pretty dang useful if I do say so myself."

"Amazing. You just have learned so much during your internship." Momo said.

"Sure. If you count avoiding a pink haired girl with a wrench and a blow torch sometimes as a learning experience." Galva said before shivering. He never, ever was going to believe Mei Hatsume ever again when it came to Quirk ideas. "But in all seriousness, I bet I could even beat Taya with how much I've been planning."

"Oh really now?" Taya asked, genuinely curious about Galva's progress. A week may not have seemed like a lot, but it could spark a grand amount of results if her own was to go over. "I do hope you didn't think I was slacking over my internship to say such things."

"Heck no!" Galva said with his tongue sticking out playfully. "I wouldn't be surprised if you could become a giant dragon at this point."

"No...not yet at least." Taya said, giving him a smirk. "Now, shall we head inside? I rather actually take a moment to relax before we have Mr. Aizawa to show our results to. I very much doubt he wouldn't ensure we didn't waste our time."

Agreeing with the Dragoness, the class trudged their way inside the building. Upon entering they were greeted with the sight of their living room with various food bowls prepped and the smell of food coming from the. Eri could be seen waiting on the couch with Ship in her lap, taking notice of them.

"H-hello." Eri said, waving shyly at them. They had to resist the urge to coo at such a sight. "W-welcome home."

Resistance was futile.

"Thought I heard the door open. Welcome back." Rukido yelled, his voice coming from the kitchen. "Now get yourselves upstairs and settle in before coming back down! Ship went to my home and brought all of my old Movies! Including the Superhero ones! Dinner will be soon too!"

"Thank Dadkido!" Mina and Toru yelled while running up stairs.

"Cease running within the dormitory!" Iida said, walking up the stairs with his hand raised. The rest of the class followed, outside of Jiro who poked her head into the kitchen.

"...What kind of apron is that?" Jiro asked, seeing what he was wearing. It was a strange red and blue apron with black spider webbing?

"What? It's not like the classic one I have, but I still like it." Rukido said, hands on his hips as he turned to her. "Anyway, enough about my amazing fashion sense. How was your internship?"

"It went better than I thought. Deatharms was more than willing to take me out on patrol and I even got to lead some people to safety as well." Jiro said, smiling in remembrance. She was thanked and even called a Hero. How could she not feel happy about that! "What about you? How was your Internship with...Nezu?"

"It went well enough. I took some lessons, wrote an essay, stopped myself from getting stabbed by an intruder, and watched some movies." Rukido explained, not taking his eyes off the food.

"Oh, well that's ni-Wait, you almost got stabbed?" Jiro asked, surprise.

"Yeah, I can't tell you too much right now. She should be in Recovery Girl's room and cuffed up." Rukido said, not too concerned. She was under the watch of a few Heroes right now and wouldn't be waking up anytime soon. Something to do with her Quirk, he wasn't able to hear all the details. "Honestly, it doesn't matter. It's out of my hands now."

"I guess so, but I'm not exactly a fan about you getting attacked." Jiro admitted, getting a chuckle out of Rukido. "And what's so funny?"

"Nothing, just thinking about something I said to my sister back then." Rukido said. "But enough about that. Go get dressed, I got a lot of stuff planned tonight and I guarantee everyone's gonna have some kind of fun."

"I'll take your word on it then." Jiro said, shooting him a small smile before walking out. Once she was gone however, Rukido frowned. He took out his phone and looked at the message he got a few days ago.

"Hero Killer Stain showed Signs of being bonded with a Symbiote, judging by Hero Reports along with Medical Reports of his most recent string of victims. While confirmed dead, remain on the lookout and vigilant."

Rukido could only sigh and shake his head before putting the message away. He'd only heard horror tales of what a Symbiote was capable of. Because overall, they were meant to be extinct from even before the time of Quirks. Yet here one was and then came the horror of them managing to multiple. But with just one case so far, it wasn't the most important part he had to think about. That belonged to Eri and his time in U.A. for now.

Besides, there were more than a few plumbers on the case.

Feeling his phone vibrate again and looking at the message sent.

"Hello, Seito-San! I've decided to inform you that the USJ has been fully repaired and is operational. I'd like to thank you and the Plumbers in advance for your assistance in the matter, the USJ is now everything I've ever hoped for it to be and so much more. With that in mind, I'd like to know if you have any interesting ideas to add to the USJ's New Programming. If only to bring a surprise to your fellow students and motivate you to not only work harder, but to think better as well. Until then, Thank you again.-Nezu."

Rukido couldn't help, but to smirk as he started sending files to Nezu.

(Deika City, Office Building)

Deika is a city in the mountains, surrounded by nature and not common to having visitors of any kind. Of course, this was all intentional, with a mere 10 Percent being that of normal everyday citizens with normal lives.

The other 90 Percent however...were made up of members of the Meta Liberation Army, with Deika City being their main base of operations.

What is the Meta Liberation Army you may be asking yourselves. Well it's a large, powerful villain organization that follows the philosophy that the free usage of Quirks is a basic human right and emphasizes liberation over regulation. Originally founded and led by the infamous Destro and the current army was refounded and led by his descendant, Re-Destro. They certainly weren't small in numbers either, far from what they held within their town. They had operators everywhere, even amongst the Heroes themselves.

However they weren't so big where they could outright go against a whole world of Heroes.

Hence why Re-Destro was now awaiting a meeting with a rather...stress giving individual.

'I truly hope he doesn't cause so much of a ruckus. I would hate to have a fight with so many people inside.' Re-Destro, otherwise normally known as Rikiya.

Rikiya was a tall, odd-looking, middle-aged man with a prominently long, pointed nose and obtruding chin, as well as small, dark eyes. He has short, orange-brownish hair, set noticeably far up his forehead, a widow's peak pointing downwards in the center, and he wears it swept back around his head. He was always seen in a suit that consists of a green dress shirt, a green tie, and a black, pinstriped blazer with matching dress pants.

And now he was stressed, which could be good, depending on how this meeting would go. Someone was coming in. That caused his stress, growing on and on. Why? Well because this individual had known so many of the Meta Liberations Army's secrets. On the agencies that they owned, the business and schooling areas they used to scope out potential members. Even the Heroes that were secretly a part of their organization. If any of that had gotten out, they would have a very serious issue. Years and generations of planning would be gone.

So how did this stranger come to access such knowledge? Were they someone who managed to sneak past their lines? A member who thought they knew better? Or did they have a mole? All of these questions had led to stress, which in this case was going to assist him.

Then there was a knock on his door and he immediately put on his pleasant face as his new secretary came in.

"Sir? Your Eight O'Clock has arrived." His secretary said, looking extremely unsure as she glanced back briefly behind her.

"Has he now? Good, take the night off Wenu." Rikiya said, offering a kind smile. Wenu still seemed unsure, but had nodded and had opened the door to let in their visitor. The man gave Wenu a smile, but she couldn't help, but to turn her head away and hurry her way out. "Do forgive her, she's been a bit skittish with her recent promotion. Please, take a seat."

"Ah, thank you." The Man said, almost too giddy as he entered the room. He sat down across from the man as a tense atmosphere soon formed. "I do thank you for taking this meeting. I've always been rather interested in your work."

"Oh, do tell Mr...Black-Out, was it?" Rikiya asked.

"Yes, yes, not my former name, but one I've come to make terms with." Black-Out said, seemingly ignoring the growing tension. "But no questions about me now. We're here tonight about...behind the scenes work."

"So, we're getting straight into this are we?" Rikiya questioned, his eyes narrowing slightly while his hand twitched ever so slightly. A noticeable stress vein could be seen on his forehead, yet he smiled all the same. "I do wonder, how did you come across this to begin with."

"Oh I've been here, there, almost everywhere. It would've been harder to actually avoid getting it." Black-Out said, chuckling as he spoke. Oddly not mocking. "Don't take it personally, Re-Destro. Your agents have been quite excellent in ensuring that all of you remain hidden. I just happen to bleed in between the shades of your organization."

Rikiya could only stare at him for his comment. For his claims, it wasn't impossible for someone to sneak in. They were however extremely tight in terms of who had gotten in, taking in many factors such as their Quirk, Status, Background. His allies had obtained and shared this information naturally, no matter what.

Yet, Black-Out was a mystery. No real name, no background, no identity across any nation in the world. They even went as far to use someone with a mind reading Quirk, but he had a violent backlash

"I do hope we can converse like gentlemen. I truly do mean you no harm." Black-Out said, reaching his hand out towards the man. However Rikiya made no move to shake it. "...Hmmm, no trust I take it? Unsurprising. Perhaps you only took this meeting on to understand some things?"

"You would assume right." Rikiya confirmed, his smile becoming clearly more strained as they continued to speak. "I should get right to the point before I lose my patience though. Why exactly are you here?"

"Right, right. To put it quite bluntly, I'm interested in your Organization and your goals." Black-Out admitted, catching Rikiya's attention. "Your people follow the philosophy that the free usage of Quirks is a basic human right and emphasizes liberation over regulation. That power should be allowed to roam free and not restrained by those who fear power."

"Seems you know the basics. The question is, do you believe in it?" Rikiya questioned, knowing that this would be the deciding factor of what happened next.

"Of course. Power is everything in our world, it's not meant to simply be put down in favor of those who are unable to match up with it." Black-Out said. It had ever so lightly eased up the growing tension as Rikiya's stress had gone down. "With that in mind, I'm going to have to merge our groups."

And just like that, the stress returned tenfold for Re-Destro.

"No, wait. Merge isn't being honest. Forgive me for that." Black-Out said, a little embarrassed. "Rather, I want the entirety of the MLA to work under my organization."

"And you think I'm just going to...agree to this?" Re-Destro asked, his smile finally gone. "I know nothing of you. Or whatever your group is. I have no reason to even remotely agree to this."

"How about...making your goal become a reality." Black-Out said, resting his head back as he said this. His posture became more and more relaxed in comparison to Re-Destro's tense movements. "I mean, despite your success in keeping your grandfather's legacy alive, what have you really accomplished? A hidden city where you can be open about your ideals and...about nothing else outside of some angst rallies."

"And pray tell, what have you done? I haven't even heard so much about you, much less your Organization, which you have yet to inform me about." Re-Destro said, not bothering to hide the distaste in his tone. While it was true that they had been rather stagnant in their progress, he refused to not acknowledge how far they've come. Groups, Business', Schools, Heroes, Villains, there was nothing that they haven't infiltrated in save for a select few.

"What have I done? Well, I'll admit, I haven't done anything major, but in four days for now we'll make ourselves known. Who are we? I suppose an official name is needed...how about Black-Heart?" For the first time since they got started, Re-Destro had actually snorted, getting a smirk out of Black-Heart. "Hey, it's a little on the spot, but my boss didn't really care about the name at the time. Heck, he's just getting back into action."

"And who would that be?" Re-Destro asked.

"Oh I can't tell you until you join me." Black-Out said, giving the man a sly smirk. Re-Destro didn't seem to share it, making him sigh. "But, I suppose we'll have to settle for a battle first. I assume your friends hidden in the walls will be joining this?"

"Yes, they will." Re-Destro said, as the walls went down slowly. Multiple people came out, either already using their Quirks or wielding weapons while Re-Destro stood up. His body slowly bulked up, almost busting his suit clean open. "We cannot risk someone like you roaming about with such information at the end."

"Understandable." Black-Heart said, standing up and making them all go on guard. His smirk still on, he held out his hands wide open and with glee. "Come one and come all! Bear witness to a power that'll leave you in ruins. Fear not, none shall die on this day though for property damage...well, I'll leave you all to clean up the pieces once I'm done."

Re-Destro broke the desk before lunging at him, several of his subordinates right behind him.

The top floor of the building was then flooded with black tendrils, followed up with laughter.

(U.A. University, Hero Training)(Next Day)

"HELLO CLASS! I'M READY TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU'VE ALL IMPROVED DURING YOUR INTERNSHIPS!" All Might exclaimed, standing in front of the class. They had a false city to use and he had wanted to test out for a few things.

"We'll be testing out your transversal timing. I advise you all to get more than a mere passing grade." Aizawa said, being All Might's watcher today. He was giving them his regular resting glare as he spoke. "I expect to see improvement compared to last time."

"ANYWAY! I FIGURED WE ADD A LITTLE BIT OF FUN TO IT AND MAKE IT OUT INTO A RACE! FIVE PEOPLE AT A TIME!" All Might said, his grin weakening upon seeing Aziawa's glare set on him. "A-AND TO TEST TO SEE HOW WELL YOU ALL CAN KEEP UP WITH EACH OTHER! VERY IMPORTANT WHEN IT COMES TO TEAMING UP!"

"Tch." Aizawa let it slide and pointed to a screen. "Regardless of his idiocy, he has a point. The groups have been made up. Get to Point A to Point B in the shortest time possible. Do not, I repeat, do not try to sabotage other people along the way otherwise it will result in an instant failure. This is a test, not a race."

"Erm...will there be any obstacles along the way?" Kaminari questioned, a bit fearful.

"AN EXCELLENT QUESTION, YOUNG KAMINARI!" All Might praised the student before explaining. "HOWEVER THIS IS ONLY TO TEST YOUR PROGRESS AS OF THE MOMENT SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ADDITIONAL THREATS TO YOU DURING THIS COURSE!"

"Doesn't matter. I'm gonna crush anyone who gets in my way." Katsuki said, more eager than ever to get started.

"Well good, your group is up first. Head down into the starting area and wait until we say start." Aizawa said, the screen flashing as he spoke. "Katsuki Bakugou, Taya Nightingale, Toru Hagakure, Rikido Sato, Eijiro Kirishima. Head down and get ready. Do not fail."

With that they were gone, leaving the rest of the class to watch on.

"So...anyone wanna make bets?" Rukido asked, getting a stern glare from Aizawa. "What? You want in?"

Aizawa merely glared harder.

(U.A. University, False City 23)(Team 1)

"Man, this is gonna suck so bad!" Toru whined, standing next to her fellow classmates.

"Oh come on. It's not like we have to do a record time or anything." Kirishima said, hoping to bring up the girl's spirits.

"Still, I really don't want Aizawa to glare at me if I mess up!" Toru exclaimed, shivering in fear.

"Just give it all you got. Aizawa is a reasonable guy, he just wants us to use everything possible to get to the goal." Sato said, seemingly helping out with the girl's mood.

"Wouldn't matter either way. I'm winning this thing either way." Katsuki declared, doing a few sets while glaring at the ground. He was trying to build up as much sweat as possible to make this as easy as possible.

"Dude, why are you always a jerk to everyone?" Kirishima questioned, sending a glare at the student in question.

"Jerk? I'm just better than everyone here and that's the reality of it." Katsuki said, not bothering to look at him.

"Better than-Did you forget you got beat by Taya over there?" Kirishima said, sticking a thumb over to the silent Dragoness. She had her eyes closed and not making a single sound. "You can't even say she got lucky with how all her fights were like compared to yours."

Katsuki finally turned his head over to glare at Kirishima for saying that, but couldn't outright say anything against his claim. He had a much easier time in comparison to Taya's battles, but in his eyes it didn't matter. In a battle without so many restrictions, he knew he could clobber her into the ground. He doubted she had improved that much during the internships if he had shitty luck with his own.

That didn't mean he wouldn't go easy during this test either.

"GET READY STUDENTS!" All Might's voice boomed over the intercom. The Students instantly got themselves ready within seconds.

(U.A. University, Hero Training)

"So, who do we think is gonna win this?" Kaminari asked, ever curiously.

"Only Bakugou and Nightingale's Quirks are fit for transversal travel." Asui pointed out, glancing at the screen. "I know Taya herself is quite strong, but Bakugou's Quirk should allow himself to constantly keep going and increase his speed."

"That is a consideration." Mezo said thoughtfully before another thought came to him. "Unless Taya picked up any new flight techniques while training under Ryuko."

"Yeah, but it's not like Bakugou is a push over. He gives it all he gots, no matter who or what it is." Kaminari said, shivering at the thought of dealing with either twin going all out on him. Speaking of twins. "What about you Katsumi? Who do you think is gonna win?"

"...Tch." Katsumi turned away from them and just focused on the screen. "Instead of wasting time with questions, how about you just watch it go down."

"She's right." Galva said, his eyes never leaving the screen. "Guessing it's kinda pointless when it's about to happen right in front of you. But it's fun at the same time too."

(U.A. University, False City 23)(Team 1)

"ON YOUR MARK!" Kirishima, Sato and Toru, prepared for their long run. "GET SET!" Katsuki readied a stance, side glaring at Taya who took her stance, her eyes still closed. Between her scales, a familiar purple light could be seen, making Katsuki snap ahead with a snarl. "GO!"

Taya's eyes snapped open.

Katsuki didn't hesitate, blasting himself off the ground and up through the streets. As he expected, he instantly threw them in the dust, blasing from wall to wall to help his movement. His explosions were held back just enough to not cause damage to them as he left the spots. He knew damn well, he was gonna be tested on how exactly he had transverse the city grounds and property damage was going to be on that list with Mr. Aizawa present.

Not like it mattered anyway, he was way ahead by a mil-

A boom came from behind as Taya suddenly dashed clean past him, a brilliant shade of purple left behind her.

"Wha-What the...HOW THE HELL DID SHE DO THAT?!" Katsuki yelled, blasting himself forward, his anger coming out. He increased the power of his explosions, pretty much gliding through the air at max speed. Yet all the while, unable to catch up with her.

Taya in the meantime was using her wings to ease her approach as she skid across the roof of a building. Energy gathered around her as she took off the ground once more, the power booming and boosting her more upward. Once she was high enough, the Energy coursed through her veins, leading into her wings. It soared around her as she flew forward even faster, twisting her wings to help her movement through tight corners and under passes.

Spotting the finish line, she pulled her wings back to ease her way towards it, skipping across the ground until she made it to the mark.

"FIRST PLACE TO YOUNG NIGHTIN-OW! YOU DON'T HAVE HIT ME YOU KNOW!"

Katsuki came in second, his anger well known as he glared directly at Taya. She passed him a mere glance, scoffed and turned back towards the city to where the others. Katsuki probably would have snapped then and there if Aizawa's words didn't enter his mind.

'Fucking Dragon Bitch! Just wait till we get into Combat without any of those damn rules.' Katsuki thought, more than ready to continue the rivalry. Regardless of how one sided it was. It wasn't long until the others came fourth, tired beyond belief, but without a doubt ready to continue.

"Good work, not a single one of you wasted any time. We'll work on your cardio however. For now, return so that the next team can take place." Aizawa said, over the intercom.

(U.A. University, False City 23)(Team 2)

The Second Team Sent out had been made up of Rukido, Jiro, Kamninari, Shoko and Mezo.

"Please, please, please don't use XLR8!" Kamninari begged, pretty much hoping for an easy test. He thought they would be compared to the fastest person, which at this point would be Rukido.

"Alright." Rukido said simply, shrugging as he did so. Kaminari cheered, no doubt happy about the decision.

"You do realize he probably has another transformation he could use that's just as fast, right?" Jiro questioned. Kaminari stopped cheering at that. He slowly turned to Rukido, who merely smiled in return.

"...Dang it."

"I think I'll use a new guy for this." Rukido said, cycling through his Omnitrix. However Jiro then asked him something.

"Mind if I try out the Hoverboard?" Jiro asked, catching off guard.

"What? Why?" Rukido asked.

"Several reasons. Mostly because it's a flying hoverboard and that's about as awesome as it gets." Jiro started off with, getting a nod from Rukido before she continued. "Secondly, I don't exactly feel like running across the city if I can help it."

"I get that, but it's not like you ever rode this before." Rukido said, sounding understandably concerned.

"You aren't exactly saying no, either." Jiro pointed out, giving him a look.

"...Well, there is a tutorial mode..." Rukido admitted.

"So...can I give it a try?" Jiro asked.

"...Alright." Rukido said before reaching into his jacket. He pulled out the hoverboard and extended it out. Before giving it to her however, he pulled out a pair of black gloves with blue tech lines running through it. "Put these on. They'll help with keeping your balance while on the board. And you'll only be riding at street level too."

"Okay, and how do I stay...on the board?" Jiro asked, a bit confused.

"It'll automatically magnetize your feet to it before putting straps around them." Rukido began explaining to the girl, who was nodding in understanding. He then went over certain movements with the gloves to control movement, while gaining stares from the others.

"Seriously? She gets a Hoverboard for this?" Kaminari questioned, no doubt jealous. Seriously, that was so cool!

"She did ask him." Mezo pointed out, getting Kaminari to look down in despair.

"I know, but it's a hoverboard! That's about as cool as it gets!" Kaminari claimed, throwing his hands up in outrage. Mezo could only stare at his classmate, pondering if he should attempt to calm him down or not.

"...There is also the chance that you could cause a short circuit in it with your electricity while you're riding it." Shoko said suddenly, gaining their attention. "Then you may be going down in a ball of flame and explode into a hundred pieces."

"...You know what? I like running! Running is good!" Kaminari declared, his smile forced and his face pale. "Living is also really nice! Fireball of death? Not good! Just plain ole running for this guy! I'm cool enough without the board!"

"That was a bit...much, don't you think?" Mezo asked, a bit disturbed from the imagery.

"Oh, sorry." Shoko apologized to Kamninari, who could only nod, still going on his rant. She shrugged at him before turning her head towards Rukido and Jiro. Taking note of how close they were. She was pondering if it were possible to have another mother if they were to become close. 'It should not be illegal for myself to have another mother figure and Jiro has proven herself to be quite kind...I should put that away for later.'

Jiro couldn't help, but shiver for whatever reason.

"Alright, get yourselves ready. You'll be starting shortly." Aizawa ordered over the intercom.

"Looks like that's my que." Rukido said, taking a small step away from them. He activated the Omnitrix and cycled through his selections before smirking. "Time for someone a bit new."

Pressing down and transforming instantly, in his place was a red, humanoid manta ray-like alien with green eyes, black outlines on his face. He had yellow horns extending from his nose, gills underneath his arms, yellow patagia, with black lightning bolt-like stripes coming down from his shoulders to the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.

"JETRAY!" The newly transformed hero announced.

"Oh come on! That's totally a fast guy with a name like that!" Kaminari yelled, pointing at Jetray. The Alien merely stuck his tongue out, making the man recoil back in shock.

"Too bad, so sad." Jetray mocked a bit. He then tilted his head over to Jiro. "You should be able to handle the board well enough so long as you stick to ground level."

"Gotcha. I got this." Jiro said, mostly to herself. She put the hoverboard down and carefully stepped onto it, immediately feeling her boots getting attached to it. She let out an easy breath on finding herself surprisingly balanced.

Everyone else got ready and awaited their go time.

"...Alright, get going." Aizawa said the least enthusiastic way possible. Yet it was effectively all the same.

Shoko took the lead, using her Ice Side to push herself forward while leaving a small amount of ice in her tracks. However Jetray flew right past her and out in the sky before dashing away at sonic speed. Jiro on the other hand was doing as instructed and was riding the Hoverboard just above the ground, but was still moving decently fast. Mezo and Kaminari were running forward, with Mezo remaining much further ahead than Kaminari who was running with all his might.

"Alright, I think I'm getting the hang of this." Jiro complemented herself, finding herself moving along much easier. Even better than a skateboard! She even found herself 'hopping' over things in her way and moving along even faster. "WOO!"

She then spotted Shoko up ahead and couldn't help, but to feel a bit competitive. Sure she would wash over in an instant in a real fight and she didn't know if she'd ever use the hoverboard again, but that didn't mean she didn't want to show off a little.

So with her gloves gripped and her arms pulled back, Jiro forced herself to speed forward to catch up. She turned and swerved around the ice before finally making it just behind Shoko. If the girl noticed her, she didn't show it. Jiro however decided to take a risky move and forced the board alongside the wall and rode alongside it. Shoko actually cast a glance at that, seemingly surprised by her presence. Jiro couldn't help, but to send a smile her way before she managed to 'jump' off the wall and use the board to boost right ahead of her.

Shoko didn't know why, but she felt the need to go faster after that.

Jetway from further ahead couldn't help, but to smile upon hearing Jiro laughing from this range. However he refused as he felt a wind build up around him and flew along with it. Diving forward, Jetray found himself at the finish line within seconds before transforming back to normal. He waited for a few moments before Jiro came flying in, a little further off the ground than he expected, with Shoko coming in right behind.

"Did you have fun?" Rukido asked, as Jiro stepped off the board carefully.

"Are you kidding? That was way more fun than I thought it would be!" Jiro declared, unable to stop smiling. However upon realizing how she acted, brought all that excitement back in and coughed. "I mean, it was alright."

"Sure it was." Rukido said, his tone teasing. He got punched for it, but he laughed it off. "But you did way better than expected. Who knows? Maybe you'll master that thing in about 8 Years."

"That better be a joke." Jiro said, her ear jacks ready to stab him.

"It is." Rukido said simply before turning to Shoko. "And it looks like you kept up pretty well!"

"I did, though I will need a new technique in order to travel much smoother." Shoko admitted. Thanks to her dual Quirk, she couldn't travel around like Endeavor without being able to use fire on her opposite side. She thankfully practiced greatly with her Ice side, but felt like she could improve.

"Don't worry. Knowing Mr. Aizawa, he's bound to make sure we have an effective way of travel." Rukido claimed, with them nodding their heads. "And Maybe I can show you a few moves with Diamondhead. He should be able to help with your transverse skill with your Ice side."

"Thank you, Father." Shoko said, getting a snort from Jiro and a wide grin from Rukido. She then spotted Mezo and Kaminari. Mezo seemed fine from the long run while Kamniari seemed close on his last leg.

"So...Many...Blocks!" Kaminari exclaimed before falling to his hands and knees, his face completely pale. He was breathing heavily and looking close to puking.

"You need to work on your stamina." Mezo said, getting a dry heave in return. "But you made it, that counts for something."

"Thanks...dude..." Kaminari managed to get out. Miraculously he actually stood back up, still very much tired, but up all the same.

"Congratulations, You all made it. However there is much to take note of." Aizawa said, over the intercom. "Kaminari, you will need to work on how you travel. Or rather, how much energy you consume. You won't be able to save lives nor fight if that's the case."

"Harsh, but fair." Kaminari said, sighing.

"Jiro. While I do appreciate the use of alternate means of travel, you aren't trained with it either. Anything could have happened to yourself or worst, others for taking unnecessary risk." Aizawa said, Jiro wincing through it. But he wasn't dn just yet. "But, you proved otherwise and I can't ignore that. Given that this is Seito's fault in the first place, you will ensure to take lessons from him."

"Really? Alright then." Jiro said, a smile coming on her face. She was expecting much worse than that, but she'd take it. She then turned to Rukido with a smirk. "So, do I get to keep it?"

"...Eh, sure. I can always make another with Greymatter." Rukido said after some thought.

"The rest of you did adequate. Now clear the field." Aizawa ordered. They left as quickly as possible.

(U.A. University, False City 23)(Team 3)

Momo, Asui, Galva, Mineta and Mina were standing around and awaiting their go time to start.

"This is it. I'm gonna get expelled. I learned nothing during my internship." Mineta said, completely down while looking at the ground. He had just been used as a maid and pretty much didn't get any type of improvements. He was basically a slave! "Aizawa is gonna frigging kill me!"

"Being fair, you should have put more thought into who you wanted to work with, rather than pick out only Heroines." Asui said, her normal blunt tone making Mineta whine.

"Hehe, I can't wait to get started!" Mina declared, already having some ideas in mind. Admittedly ideas she hadn't even remotely tried yet, but ideas all the same.

"You're certainly enthusiastic, not that I can blame you." Asui commented, wanting to show off a little too. "How about the rest of you?"

"While I can't say I have learned much to help out here during my internship for transversal movement, I still have my own methods to use." Momo said, thinking about making her motor scooter as per usual.

"I can clear this pretty easily." Galva declared, a wide smirk on his face. An idea came quickly as he stepped in front of the others. "Hey, how about I give everyone a free ride to the finish? My treat."

"Like you did for the Sport's Festival?" Mina said, wincing a bit. That ride was extremely bumpy and she had some sores because of it.

"Is that even allowed?" Asui asked, right after.

"Well "Logically" Speaking, If I can carry more Heroes to where the danger zone is, then I should so we can work more effectively." Galva said, in his best Aizawa voice. "Now come on, not like we know how much Mr. Aziawa and All Might will make us do today."

"...I mean, he has a point." Mina said, after a second.

"I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE A RIDE!" Mineta yelled, not wanting to fail.

"I suppose it wouldn't hurt. Only if it's okay with you though." Momo said, deciding it would be best. She could save up energy for anything else she may be needed to do today.

"Oh it's perfectly fine. Now bear witness." Galva said, his eyes glowing blue as he clapped his hands together. His Hoverbike came into creation from his body, but with some more noticeable adjustments. For starters, the back seat behind him was much bigger, making room for someone to seat back with him. By the sides of the Hoverbike were Sidecars, one for each side. Finally upfront was an extra, seemingly smaller seat. "Okay, Mineta up front."

"WHAT?!" Mineta screamed, only for a giant arm to pick up instead. Galva put the unwilling Mineta in the front, where he was strapped in almost instantly. "NOOOOOO! I WANTED TO BE NEXT TO ONE OF THE GIRLS! NOT RIDING HERE LIKE THIS!"

"It's what you deserve." Asui said, stepping into one of the sidecars while Mina hopped into one with a cheer. It was at that moment where Momo realized that the only seat available was right behind Galva and couldn't help but blush a little.

'I-isn't that a little too close?' Momo wondered, hoping her red face would go noticed. Unfortunately for her, hey eyes crossed with Mina's. The Alien Girl in return sent her a knowing smirk, making her fluster worse.

"Get ready. You're starting in 30 Seconds." Aizawa said over the Intercom. Momo jumped at that and reconsidered, making her scooter only to shake her head.

She was going to be a Hero someday! Getting embarrassed over stuff like this should have been child's play for someone like her to deal with! Galva was no Mineta, that was for sure. And she'd be in the back, so she would be touching him...oh she'd be touching him!

"Hey, Yamomo? Are you coming?" Galva asked, interrupting her thoughts. "I really don't wanna make Mr. Aizawa mad."

"Y-yes. Of course." Momo said, stiffly walking over. She sat down behind Galva, ignoring the stare from Mina as best she could. She grabbed onto the lower part of the seat as Galva made a back end of it for her to relax her back into. "Thank you, Galva."

"Of course." Galva said, his eyes gleaming before goggles appeared around his head. "Welcome to Primus Airline, where we ask for you to buckle in and enjoy the ride. Do not attempt to jump out, it will be quite a fall otherwise."

"Wait, how high are we going?!" Mineta asked, only to be ignored as All Might's booming voice over the intercom.

"GOOOOOOO!"

Galva's eyes snapped to life as he focused ahead and revved his engines violently before taking off. Momo instinctively grabbed onto Galva's back with a yelp as they took off. Her face buried deep into his back. She could hear Mina's gleeful cheering followed up with Mineta's terrified screams. Galva's laughter could be heard as well, as she finally peaked up from his back.

It was amazing to say the least. Galva wasn't doing anything risky like many others during their time, he had gone perfectly high enough to fly cleanly over the building. At the same time going at a pace that wouldn't be too extremely fast nor uncomfortable. But the view itself was simply fantastic, especially at this time of day! She could see beyond the fake city into the large field of U.A. and even further out in the city beyond.

"Beautiful." Momo muttered, unable to hide the joy she had in her tone.

"I know right!" Galva yelled, laughing a little. "The view never gets boring as far as I'm concerned."

"You get to experience this every time?" Momo asked, smiling as she looked around.

"Whenever I get to use my Hoverbike or Boogie-Pack! It's a blast no matter what!" Galva declared, turning back to her with a wide grin. "Which makes it all the better when I have you and the others to take along as well!"

He turned right back around after that, completely missing Momo's face burning up from the small comment. Mina had sent her a sly, knowing smirk while Asui merely looked at her before smiling. She hid her face as best she could to avoid any form of embarrassment. It wasn't like Galva liked her or anything. Same with her as well!

…R-right?

"OH OF COURSE YOU SAY THAT WHEN YAOYOROZU'S GIANT, MAGNIFICENT BREAST ARE PRESSED UP AGAINST YOUR BACK!" Mineta yelled, angry tears still streaming down his face. He couldn't see behind him, but Galva was looking at him with a dead stare, before his eyes flashed red. "AND ANOTHER THING-AAAAAHHHHHH!"

"…Erm. Is he gonna be okay?" Mina asked, from her seat. Galva effectively just dropped the front part of the Hoverbike off, instantly remaking it while allowing Mineta to fall below.

"Have no fear. Just giving out some Justice." Galva declared, hearing Mineta's screams still echoing on. Mineta's seat had grown an extra pair of hover wings, safely slowing his fall and aiding him in reaching the goal. However, much slower than them at the same time. "What? I wasn't gonna let him fall to his death...then again, he should be able to survive if he uses his Quirk. Hmmm...Hey All Might! Can I just-"

"ABSOLUTELY NOT!" All Might yelled, his voice echoing.

"Oh...Hey, Mr. Aizawa-"

"No."

"Damn it." Galva muttered before shrugging. He flew them down towards the Finish line within record time, allowing everyone to step out. "Thank you for flying Air-Primus. Please leave a rating!"

"9/10. No peanuts." Mina said, getting a pout from Galva. They saw Mineta flying in and let down, but the boy was knocked out from lack of air by how much he screamed.

"Congratulations. You actually used a different method for transport, rather than relying on what you have. One thing Heroes constantly forget about is the use of other means of transportation, rather than simply running or relying on their Quirk to get there. Extra points." Aizawa said, his comment surprisingly full of praise for once.

"...Did we just get blessed?" Galva questioned, knowing it was really, really damn rare for Aizawa to give pure praise.

"It was a good ride." Momo commented, offering Galva a smile, which he returned. However it was ruined upon Mineta's awakening and throwing up. "Oh dear..."

"Bleh. Chunky." Asui commented as Mineta continued to empty his stomach.

(U.A. University, False City 23)(Team 4)

Our final team finally steps up for their race. Izuku, Katsumi, Iida, Uraraka and Tokoyami.

"Just as a reminder, we are here to test our abilities, not to race." Iida declared, wanting to make it clear once more upon Aizawa's instructions.

What? Afraid you can't keep up, Glasses or did you forget the point of your Quirk." Katsumi questioned, knowing damn well Iida could potentially out speed them. It was just the case of whether he would or not.

"I am ensuring that you understand the point of this exam in the first place." Iida said.

"Yeah, to give it all you got dumbass. None of that safety shit so don't go slow at all." Katsumi said, aggressively poking his chest, forcing him back. "The whole point of this is to get to the point and get ready to beat the fuck out of the Villain there."

"Or to save lives." Izuku added.

"Or to save lives." Katsumi agreed.

"Rest assured I will be taking this test extremely seriously. I have no intent on allowing myself to fall behind you."

"Good, don't disappoint." Katsumi ordered before turning away and lightly exercised for her Quirk. "That goes triple for you, Izu!"

"Don't worry, I'll try and keep up." Izuku said, only to stop upon seeing Katsumi's glare. "I mean, I'll beat you in this! Bet on it!"

"Better." Katsumi said, returning to her exercise.

"...I can't help feeling like I won't be able to keep up all that well." Uraraka admitted silently, a weak smile on her face. She had really been focusing on her Martial Arts with Gunhead, and she didn't exactly have the opportunity to train up her Quirk.

"If it helps, I have no issue with taking you alongside me." Tokoyami said, as Dark Shadow appeared as he said that.

"Yeah! We'll outclass all those other losers!" Dark Shadow declared, getting a side glare from Katsumi. He stuck his tongue out in return, getting an even fiercer glare from her while Tokoyami sighed.

"I would also like to see if you can possibly make Dark Shadow lighter, and thus be able to move around much faster as well." Tokoyami explained, getting a stare from Dark Shadow in return. He thought he got around fast enough.

"Really? Wait, can you fly!" Uraraka asked, her curiosity made clear.

"No...not yet. However, Dark Shadow should be able to maneuver us fast enough in order to reach the end line easier." Tokoyami explained, knowing this would be more of a test than anything. "That is, if you're willing?"

"Sure, it sounds like a lot of fun!" Uraraka agreed with a cheer.

"Get ready." Aizawa said, making them perk up.

"Alright then. Full Cowling: 10 Percent!" Izuku said, sparks of green electricity appearing around him. He got into a position and turned his head to meet his gaze up with Katsumi and Iida. Naturally Katsumi sent a challenging smirk in his direction while Iida sent him a friendly, but determined glare. 'Time to go all out!'

"GO!" All Might's voice boomed. Instantly, Izuku, Katsumi and Iida were off from their spots, almost blindingly so.

Katsumi was blasting herself around, similarly to her brother, but with a lot more agile movements to her style. Where Katsuki constantly relied on them to move around, Katsumi wasn't hesitating to move alongside the edge. Even going as far to run across buildings for a moment before blasting herself off. It wouldn't do her any real good to be blasting herself around that much and lose the built up explosive power. Plus, she was building up even more sweat this way.

Izuku however was jumping from wall to wall, between alleyways and running alongside Ikol. Miruko didn't just kick the crap out of him the whole time. She did force them to learn to move around the city, by making them chase after her constantly while they did patrols. For Izuku's Quirk, Miruko style worked shockingly well with how much more agile he had become thanks to utilizing Full Cowling.

Iida was in his element however. His entire Quirk was based around moving at high speed and it's what he trained for years to master. His brother had been his helper for whenever he had been available, otherwise it would be his father. They had personally rented out private areas where Iida could run freely and actively control his movements. It had only improved while at U.A. and it was showing.

"Take charge, Dark Shadow!" Tokoyami commanded, the dark entity doing as commanded. It was carrying both Tokoyami and Uraraka in it's claws while rushing forward. Thanks to being far more weightless than normal, along with Tokoyami and Uraraka, it was zooming through the area far faster than expected.

"THIS IS SO COOL!" Uraraka yelled, unable to hide her excitement. She really needed to see if there was a way for herself to go at such speed with her Quirk.

"HELL YEAH IT IS!" Dark Shadow Cackled, not hesitant to speed up. It was more than confident in it's ability to keep up the speed.

Katsumi and Izuku were neck in neck, to the shock of many spectors due to Izuku's growth. However they were still behind Iida ever so greatly, but that only made them try harder. Katsumi was firing even more powerful explosions while Izuku was upping his percentage to move even faster.

Unfortunately, Izuku didn't plan on certain things to be able to handle his increased power. It was a realization when he attempted to jump from a staircase and broke off it's railing and went plummeting downward.

"SHIT!" Katsumi cursed, seeing this from behind and blasted herself towards him.

Izuku however recovered by grabbing a street light pole and swung himself around. One for All's energy swarmed around him before he let go and launched himself straight up in the air. He zoomed straight past a few city blocks before instantly returning to his normal movement.

"Oh, you little shit!" Katsumi yelled, a wide grin on her face as she blasted herself after him. Her glee is well known across her face.

In the end, Iida had won it all with Katsumi surpassing Izuku and claiming second while he claimed third. Both Uraraka and Tokoyami claimed fourth for their effort, not taking too long to make it. With that, Aizawa gave in his final score for them.

"It seems you've made progress, but there are some things to take note of. Midoriya, while I do approve of your recovery, you also need to keep property damage to the minimum regardless of what you are doing. Uraraka, Tokoyami, good work in putting your Quirks into use with each other in order to keep up. Otherwise, you all did a passable amount of effort."

"As if there was any doubt." Katsumi declared while Izuku sighed in relief. "Though you all need to do better next time if you're gonna keep up with me."

"...Should we remind her that she lost to you?" Uraraka whispered to Iida, who shook his head.

"No, I would rather not risk taking on that energy." Iida admitted. He had his limits. Either Bakugou were part of those limits.

"Enough. Hurry back to class, we have more tests to do if we're going to see how far you've come." Aizawa ordered, reminding them they were in for a long day. "Now quit wasting time and return-"

"Erm, they're already here." All Might said, sounding spooked.

"...This is starting to become concerning." Aizawa admitted, unwilling to admit he was equally spooked out.

(U.A. University, Rising Heights)(Night Time)

The majority of the class groaned as they made their way back to their room after a rather late night with Mr. Aizawa, taking up the entirety of their day to get all their tests out of the way. Even All Might himself had left, giving them a thumbs up before promptly jumping out the window and into the school yard.

They hadn't seen him since.

"...Well that was fun, right?" Galva asked, only to get a majority of stares. He barely dodged the tail sent his way by Taya, who growled at him. "Wow, tough crowd."

"Dude, not now." Kaminari said, being the weakest one outside of Mina. Aizawa focused on them due to making disturbances throughout the exam.

"Need...food..." Sato muttered.

"Amateurs." Katsuki huffed, though clearly tired like the rest of them.

"Don't mind him. He's just mad that he improved the least." Rukido said, instantly getting Katsuki to snap at with rage.

"EAT SHIT AND DIE!" Katsuki yelled, his energy returning in full ignition.

"Eat shit and live~" Rukido said playfully while heading inside. Katsuki screamed at him as they all entered. Unaware of what was happening elsewhere in the world.

(Deika City, Ruins)

Re-Destro was on his hands and knees, his form bulked up, but extremely beaten down. The entire city had been caught in the fight and all members of the MLA had gotten involved. Buildings had been torn apart. Entire roads ripped apart. Even some of the entrances were taken out from the day-long battle. Re-Destro's own people had been defeated and were lying in various groups around the broken city.

Yet none of them were dead.

Someway, somehow, Black-Out had avoided killing anyone that had tried to fight him. Even going as far to save them from rather badly timed attacks from their end. Oh they were very much battered like he was and were likely going to need time to heal, but they were alive, which would forever confound him to no end.

"Well now, that was a nice, nice exercise." Re-Destro felt his stress rise as Black-Out walked towards him. If they had damaged him, it was already healed. Even his suit seemed to grow back, making him look as pristine and perfect as when he first came in. "You performed much better than expected. Much, much better!"

"Just...get it over with." Re-Destro said, looking down and expecting his end.

"What? No, I need you alive." Black-Out said, looking at Re-Destro as if he were stupid. "That is literally why I asked for this meeting or did you forget when I hit upon your head...I should really hold back from doing that on my allies."

"You're...going to spare me?" Re-Destro questioned, clearly surprised. He expected to be killed in front of his people before Black-Out resumed control.

"Better, I'm adding your organization to my group. That's my whole reason for being here, but you had to make a big deal out of it." Black-Out said, shrugging as he did so. "But I understand. I'm kind of a big threat in comparison to other people you've seen. I don't however see the point in killing everyone. Annoying bastards who are bound to try and back stab me for my Power, sure. But I honestly admire your tenacity! Your stubbornness for your belief is something I need for the upcoming years."

"...Why come to us to begin with?" Rikiya asked, his stress finally fading. There was no point in continuing their fight, they had lost. Now it was time for their meeting to continue.

"Why, Variation of course! I have a few different figures within my group, but they come in such few numbers compared to everyone else." Black-Out answered, while throwing his hands up. "I mean, we certainly have enough forces to go through with our announcement, but I feel as though it should be special. I would like a proper take-over not be...bland. Boring even."

"And you decided to go with us due to our history." Rikiya figured out.

"You'd be right there, Mr. Re-Destro. Your Liberation Army has many unique and favorable people within it that I just couldn't help myself. My only reason for taking so long is that my employer has only recently given me permission." Black-Out admitted, looking a bit sheepish. Rikiya couldn't help but chuckle at this, only to stop short upon seeing Black-Out's hand held out. "Now, are you ready to change society? To be part of that change for something far more grand?"

Rikiya remained silent for a moment before finally meeting his hand.

The Meta Liberation Army was now part of Black-Heart.

(Chapter End)

A/N: Wel, I finally did it. Almost 10,000 words here and was far longer than intended. But it is done and feels like a proper, late, present to everyone.

The only thing to note is that Black-Out has taken over the MLA in it's entirety. Expect to see how everything plays out towards the end of the "Beginnings Saga" As I'm dubbing it.

But regardless, I hope you liked the chapter, that you review for it and that you have a grand day overall. Happy New Years to all and Good Time all around!

(Reviews)

TheGreatGodzilla: No offense but are you saying that the heroes do not have to take responsibilities if they ultimately were responsible for creating the villains?! What about Dabi? Endeavor pushed him into becoming a villain by didn't view him as a person but a tool in his quest to defeat All Might in becoming the Number One Hero, telling him to stop trying to become one when he believed that he is a failure, didn't give him advices or try to teach him to become someone else and then he ignored him outright! All Dabi wanted is to be recognized by his father! But since his father told him to stop to try and become a hero because he did not reach the potential his father wanted, he has no choice but to resort to becoming a villain! And no, neither Endeavor or Rei were even trying to tell him to become something else rather than being a pro-hero. And yes, I know that in the manga, they did take responsibilities of this. But that is not the point! The point here is that they pushed Toya into becoming Dabi because they never properly raised him as a son and even discarded him when he failed to reach the potential his father desired!

And ignoring some of these heroes will be a big mistake in my view. Look at Mineta for example. He became a hero because he wanted to be popular with the girls. What if he refused to go and save the day simply because there are no beautiful female reporters there to interview him or refuse to defeat the villains because the ones being held as hostages are not some hot models or actresses? I know that he has improved a lot as a character. But still, his goal does not changed at all. He simply stopped being a pervert toward the girls in his class. But when he's out as a pro-hero in the real world, who knows when will he go back to his old habit and how worse his condition will get.

Also, what about the issue regarding people who are pushed into becoming villains because of the unofficial criminalization of poverty? There are also other issues such as the hero-ranking system is too competitive that led to someone like Endeavor to abuse his family as a result in order to achieve the result he wanted. There is also problem regarding the discrimination against peoples with certain types of quirks as well.

Back to Stain, now that he is dead, how will that impact in the recruitment of the League of Villains and how will his death impacted Spinner? I guess he will most likely viewed him as a martyr and decide to continue his work as Spinner along with the League of Villains then?

Do you think hero worship is a form of idolatry? What I am trying to say is that this is what the hero society is based on. A form of idolatry propagated by the goverment to treat the pro-heroes as some sort of divine beings despite the obvious fact that they are just mere humans like the rest. And All Might declared himself the Symbol of Peace did not help at all but propagating this hero worship even more. And we all see how it impacted the Todoroki family and how complacent the society has become because of such declaration. And before you said it is because of what All Might did and not him being the Symbol of Peace, that's like saying the positions of Senior Emperor and Junior Emperor in the Roman Empire are not republican offices despite functioned as heredity monarchs already. But this is because the Romans hated the idea of monarchy ruling over the realm, no Emperors never formally proclaimed themselves as monarchs. This is what it is about the formality. The formal declaration as the Symbol of Peace made All Might as some sort of deity on Earth and propagated hero worship even further into the society.

By the way, how do you planned to bring the Highbreeds and their plan of exterminating all lives that are not part of their species into the story?

P.S: I think Villain Deku can be very entertaining if done right, especially if he remained as a quirkless member of the League of Villains and his personality as this nice young man remained the same.

P.S.S: Have you ever compared pro-heroes to the knights in the Middle Ages before? I did and that was one of the reasons why I ended up not being a fan of the hero society. If the knights can bribed their ways out of troubles or to not fight an offensive war of their superiors, committing war crimes as much as they pleased in their fiefdoms and even go to private wars against each other to eliminate competition within the royal courts due to the belief, which is factual, that the monarchs needed them to defend their realms, what's stopping the pro-heroes from doing the same thing like these knights? If Endeavor can hide what he did to his family behind the public, who knows what else the other pro-heroes have been doing behind the public.

Answer: Oof, long review, long answer, my bad.

Anyway, the answer to your first part, no, not exactly. Am I gonna blame Endeavor for how he treated his children? Yes. Am I gonna blame him for the deaths that Dabi had done? Hell no! Dabi, regardless of how he was raised, still chose to burn people to a crisp. I'm not gonna say Endeavor handled telling Dabi to stop was handled well, but that would hardly make him the cause of Dabi becoming a murderer. The man could have solely attacked Endeavor and Endeavor alone, but added in others and grew to like what he was doing. Trauma can only be an excuse for so long before it becomes clear that it's Dabi actively choosing to do this to these people.

You are however right about their actions being ignored, such as Mineta's constant actions towards just about any female. They played off for comedic effect of course, but it really doesn't change what he's doing. Though that is normal in Anime, it just doesn't fit in one that's meant to be about Superheroes. Even Mineta's... "Redeeming Qualities" don't work because of how undeserved they feel.

You also have a point about certain Villains being pushed into their life because of the way the society is built to be. Which also ties into the Hero Ranking as well. They're issues I will address later on in the story, but I will say they are the result of Heroes being commercialized to an extreme degree to where they don't have much of a world without them even being in it. Sad, ain't it?

Well, Stain never gave his speech and the League doesn't have any reason to try and use him, due to their lack of a meeting. Rather Shigaraki wouldn't think to do that himself, especially without getting an understand of Stain through their original meeting that didn't happen here. And due to that, Spinner may take things into his own hands, but spoilers.

As for Hero Worship being considered idolatry, it depends on perspective as well. To many normal people like Villains, it is Hero Worship. On the flip side, we also have them being used regularly by those with higher power. Take a look at what they did to Lady Nagant. All for the greater good they say. But regardless, Quirks have caused them to regress as a society and sadly the Heroes are part of that regression.

Now onto the quick ones. There won't be a High Breed Invasion, but they will be mentioned within the story later on.

I generally don't like the idea of Izuku being a Villain. Someone who grew to dislike Heroes over time, possibly, but never a full blown Villain. Mostly because of the lack of things he did to improve himself to begin with. He really didn't have so much of a body build up and was comparable to a twig. That's not even me being mean, just saying how it is for the Plot to work. No matter how much I would believe he would have been working his ass off to do so. Even taking into account things like his Quirklessness preventing him from going into certain Gyms or being a "Crutch."

And finally, I can't say I've ever made the comparison for Pro-Heroes to be Knights, but there is definitely Pro-Heroes that make or take bribes in this world.

Well, thank you for the review and sorry about the late response.

JBHElliott76: Cool Chapter, Rip Stain.

Anyways…

Q:Does Rukido have a set playlist for certain aliens to use when a problem becomes to extreme, like a Power House Playlist like 5YL or something else lime that?

Answer: I don't mind answering this now. Yes, he does have several playlists. Something I will explain later on.

Airchampion: Didn't Captain Celebrity improve as a person and we find out that he wasn't as bad as the paparazzi portrayed him as.

Answer: That he did. Like any other person, Hero or Villain they can change and improve themselves.
