The 5th tournament ended, for Asuka. But the tournament itself did not end yet. She didn't get her revenge. But something other found her. What she never-ever thought to. The devil itself.

She thought she hallucinated, but no. The thoughts about the devil itself never stopped. First, the nightmares. But nightmares turned to dreams, and daydreams. Sort of like a spell, what the devil could put on her. It didn't make her worried or feel less than anything. Maybe like at the beginning. She tried to shake those things off by doing more training, but no.

The memory of the devil haunted her. Still.

The day, before the parade in her town, she couldn't sleep. The whole town was speaking about some mysterious shadow, lurking around the town. Pitch black shadow. Asuka didn't even know what to do. She instantly thought about the devil. That it was in the town. And maybe… it was looking for her.

The darkness surrounded the town. Only the small lights were working to show some brightness on the way. Asuka couldn't even think of a way, a place to stop by, and call the devil to herself. Just to seek the truth. The justice.

She stopped by the cemetery. Would be honestly a weird place to meet the devil itself, but the town wasn't safe. People were still out there. Getting ready for the parade.

Her night gown was the only thing she wore at the freezing night. How the air touched her, like soft hands trying to reach to her. It was cold but wasn't cold enough to shake her away from a destiny like this.

This cemetery was unknown to her. Her passed away relatives were buried to their final peace, was on the other side of the town. She wandered, for a while when she finally took a turn, to the right. Walked slowly between the graves, of unknown people. Asuka looked at the stars. How shiny they were. And so were the moon. Almost full, but not yet. The full moon festival is tomorrow, to celebrate the brand-new full moon.

She reached the end of the cemetery. Not a soul to be found. She didn't want to be disrespectful, but she sat down at one of the graves. It wasn't even taken care of. Wasn't that white anymore. She thought, they forgot about that one right there. But muttered a sorry, before sitting down, and looking up at the stars, just again.

Maybe, half an hour had passed since she came out. Looking up and all wondering about if the gossips were true or not. But nothing changed.

"Who am I to blame?" Asuka asked herself, as she finally stood up from the grave. "May you continue your resting now"

She bowed, then decided to walk back. Until…

The leaves on the ground started to shake up by the air. The wind was stronger than before. She looked around for a reason when she finally saw something black in the air. Black wings… And… It was the devil itself, who Asuka saw in the tournament, right before the ending.

"You…" Asuka muttered. She couldn't even speak up now.

It wasn't that pitch black. The wings surely were. And not even that scary face with horns could scare away Asuka herself, from running back. It was surely the unknown spell; she was put under.

"Tomorrow shall be the day…" The devil said to her.

"But…" Asuka tried to speak up, but the devil itself was already up high in the sky. Looking back down at her. "I need you tonight…" She whispered.

The night of the parade couldn't come more quicker than it should. The night was useless after their one moment meeting. But maybe… tonight was for answers.

Asuka couldn't even stay inside. The excitement was all over herself. She wore something, what would the devil possibly see quick, and recognize her. She couldn't even be bothered by the looks of the lights, and all the decorations. The only thing she had on her mind, was that she could finally see the devil one more time.

The firework show was beautiful indeed, what afterwards finally could show the real full moon. And make a whole town of people happy, by one thing, what's always there.

"It was beautiful, wasn't it?" An unknown voice asked her.

Asuka turned around, to see a girl, same age as hers, standing in front of her. She was familiar. But didn't know where from.

"Oh!" Asuka said. "It was. Did you enjoy it too?"

The girl smiled at her, reaching her hand out, to properly introduce herself. Now Asuka knew, why she was familiar with this girl, by only looking at her. It was Xiaoyu. A girl, from the tournament. She was out even before her.

Asuka and Xiaoyu, without even knowing each other properly, paired up for the night, while moving further in the town, for future programs. However, it bothered Asuka, that time was flying, the demon was nowhere to be found, and that Xiaoyu was on her phone all the time.

"And now shall we… WHAT THE FUCK?!" The announcer woman shouted.

Everyone started to run to their places and scream, while they looked up. Those two were the only ones, who didn't. Asuka started to feel why.

Asuka reached her hand out, for the devil to take. And the devil gladly came down to held her, and fly away with her off, leaving everyone confused.

"The devil… chose itself the partner" Someone muttered.

Far away from the town, but not that far, where they were on the grounds finally. Asuka couldn't even believe that it happened. She was up in the clouds, now back to the ground.

"What have you done to me?" Asuka asked.

"What have you done to me?" The devil asked back. "You… shined so bright. An open call for me"

"And… what to do next?" Asuka asked. Even thought, she had other questions in her head, it was so unclear.

The devil leaned in closer to her. Could feel her breath. And all the power what was coming from her. And their kiss was stronger, than before. And even was strong enough to hold back the devil form… and reveal it true self. Who was behind the devil…

You're everything I ever wanted

If you die, I'll hope you haunt me…
