As a result, the Agents will go through often ridiculous stories in their day-to-day lives, and Agent 8, who's decently fresh out of the Metro, must learn to get along with everyone along the way. Unfortunately for her, this includes Agent 3.

Bobble Hat traps Headphones in a sleeping bag, which upsets the poor Inkling, and she tries to find a way to get out of her situation before it gets more embarrassing and frustrating.

Octoling soldiers capture Bobble Hat and place her in a ball, which she finds to be fun with her positive demeanor and uses the ball to escape her captors and the base she's held in.

With his only source of help being a mysterious man on a radio, he will do whatever is necessary to bring a piece of his family back. Even if that means becoming an enemy of the new world.

Alterna, the last known city built by the ancient race of humans, isn't as abandoned as people believed. A month passed after Mr. Grizz launched the Spirit Lifter; the residual energy from the rocket's take-off reached a hidden cryo chamber, awakening Akikta. Unaware of what happened to his people, Akikta looks for an exit, only to find he isn't the only survivor down in Alterna...

Forced to wear a sexy outfit for a Squidmas broadcast, Marie questions the spirit of the season but when Agent 3 has to stay up late to patrol she decides to put such thoughts aside to look after the young agent, and she just might find the spirit of Squidmas after all.

How do you think you'd react if everything you knew changed? Would you panic? Would you adapt? Well most people don't get the chance to figure that out... but I did. Thrust headfirst into a new world with no idea of anything more than who I was, this is the story of how I figure out life again.

As the Octarians begin to show suspicious activity not of Earth, the NSS is forced to split up; some agents stay behind to protect Inkopolis, while others travel deep into the cosmos to track down the source. With a fractured team and new revelations coming to light, each agent will learn something about themselves, and make life-changing sacrifices in their toughest battle yet.

With Squidmas coming soon, Moose finds himself missing his family back in Inkopolis and wishes he could return there and visit them. However, the most feasible way to travel to Inkopolis is the train in Splatsville, and Moose can't afford a rail pass to ride it. So, his friends decide to pitch in and help him make enough cash to buy a rail pass so he can ride the rails back home.

Under the waves, unbeknownst to a new, Mollusc Era world, lays the rubble of a long-dead species. A civilization reduced to myth and mystery, wiped from history by time. Unfortunately, time was all but thorough. One has awoken to this new age, confused and scared of what has grown in the absence of their species. Could he find his way in this new world?
