In a field rich of golden wheat stalks stood the figure of a woman's silhouette against the bright yet subtle sunlight's ray touching the earth.

"Here we go again..."

She sighs with an icy breath creating a mist in the frigid air around her.

She sits on the ground with a blank daze as the once quiet serenity slowly became filled with voices echoing in the empty space storming around her as the spirits awakened.

The beautiful golden wheat stalks began a violent dance as the forceful winds of the screaming spirits broke the stalks joining them to the wind.

The silence was becoming ear deafiningly loud, painful even, scratching at her ears ever so slightly yet she held her tongue and bit her lip refusing to scream from the pain.

"Calm down."

She says with anger in her tone forceful and firm bellowing across the neverending plains like reverberating thunder crashing through the ground, chilling on the skin.

The spirits that were wisping around her began to still and slowly descended as if stepping on the ground.

Surrounding her the spirits that fully showed their true form were different figures, others human and some not.

She didn't bother to find out what creature it was that had large horns and the body of a snake and a lion's head at the corner of her eye.

"What have you come to tell me?"

She asks them in a cold and cautious tone still suspicious of their intentions that sometimes aided her and other times brought her more harm.

A silhouette of a man began running around the array of if spirits that were standing still eerily watching the woman in the middle of their circle.

"Come forth. Stop dawdling now..."

She says with grit in her teeth harshly and her skin shaking from the spirits frigid touch encompassing her like icy blizzard around her form.

The scenery stilled and under the freezing strange mist the spirit showed itself in front of her.

"I have a warning for you girl but first I have request you must do for me."

Saying this before her eyes was a man with faded reddish skin and a sharp nose and dark devious eyes that were eerily empty.

"You wish to bargain with me?"

She asks him with curious eyes desperately hiding the shiver creeping under her skin in the ice frostbit bitter cold knowing even just the littlest fear could encite something she'd rather not start in this dangerous spirit full of regrets in the land of the living.

"A bargain...no..a mutual negotiation.."

The spirit says as his souless eyes in a cruel grin searching for the fear that was crawling hidden under her skin like a delectable treasure.

"Negotiation? Why would I negotiate with something like you for?"

She replies firmly gazing at those eyes that were deep and drowning in the abyss of the underworld, blind he is others may say but truthfully those white eyes saw more horrors and truth than any could fathom down below.

"Narey... creation of Hades...of the wisdom of Athena..I foretell you something you may need in a journey soon to come..."

The spirit says coming towards her with its glowing eyes eathereally old and translucent skin almost like the cold mist around them.

In those eyes, she felt thunder crash down her nerves as her gaze drowned in those strange gleaming eyes. Eyes that were as if it's seen the oceans depths and the secrets hidden deep in yhe earth forgotten with power iwer beyond her wildest imagination. It was no creature yet more of an entity, an existence itself, as she slowly realized this was no Human spirit but something worse that shouldn't be here in her realm.

"Who are you? You're no human spirit! How did you enter my domain!?"

She yells now unable to hide her fear at the unknown entity before her and the other spirits around her began to revel in the seet tatse of her fears making the already frigid atmosphere even harsher in their delight.

"I feel you must trust me...I mean no harmful thing if you should wish to cooperate with me."

He says to her, the inhumanity she could not fathom mote obvious in his form that was now full of ancient symbols etched on his skin and a form very much not a human being.

"Why would a being of the heavens want the aid of something like me that was made of Hades? I can assure I can't aid you."

She replies her voice booming like a storm throughout the space that now swiftly became an abyss as whatever this enitity was encompassed even her domain, engulfing it whole at the very core.

"But that isn't so...Narey. You've much aid to me if you so wish to give it. Much more than you can imagine. A disaster soon to come. One that will split Olympus itself. Choose justly and you shall come to survive, girl."

He says to her in a voice foreboding but in her nerves she felt they were indeed truth but instead of bringing her ease it brought her more dread.

"Wh-who are you?...What disaster? Olympus has been in peace for centuries. Humans don't even remember them anymore! Who are trying to fool?!..."

Narey repeated unable to find her words as she shivered in the unbearable cold this realm had become as the spirits run amock under the strange entity's touch.

"You will know my name soon, child. I shall these words now let you see. I speak no lies and you feel it in you bones in this domain of yours. A forbidden child is born."

The unknown entity tells her its voice in strange direction almost as if it came from the depths of the abyss that surrounds her echoing in the space.

"A forbidden child...?"

She asks with her feet unconciously stepping back in her unease very obvious to these eyes but deep down she hid a heavier recognition that brought a thud down her shivering thoughts.

"Yes. One of the three. One that will either bring salvation or shall see the destruction of Olympus. A child of the sea. His name is!"

"I've heard enough of this! Get out of my realm!"

The spirit tried to say but Narey interrupted with a yell anger in her tone that was hiding the weariness of hearing that worrisome name he was to say.

The entity was taken aback in anger of her impunity but softened when noticing the paleness of her lips that was turning purple as her blood struggled to keep her body warm to live another breath to fathom.

The entity seemed to sigh as slowly the shadowy abyss began to fade peculiarly returning her serene fields with a distorted light glitching between the eyes almost surreal.

"You don't seem well child. I shall give you time to think. I hope you may chose the right side of the blade that is soon to cut Olympus down."

It says with eery eyes fixed on her own bringing chills every nerve in her body as it disappears along the shadows.

For a shirt second the scenery of the rich wheat field returned but was quickly replaced by a blinding light as she awoke from this dream.

...

"Gah!...What the-!..."

Narey awoke from her slumber with wide eyes still feeling chills from the peculiar entity that found its way into her dreamscape. Her mind nd felt as if a glass cracking from the firve as she could hardly keep her composure but soon enough she slowly adjusted.

The frostbiting cold was gone suddenly without a trace and was rather a bit too warm under her thick blanket almost shocking to her skin whose hairs still rose like static. In her sight was no longer a strange neverending wheat field but a simple bedroom with a desk study infront of her, a tiny wooden closet embedded to the side and her cerulean sheeted bed.

It was her bedroom...the night's befores events began returning as she remembered her mostly finished homework from summerbreak. She forgot to do so it probably gave her around three hours of sleep with the all nighter she had to pull.

Normal human beings would say that dream was just from a lack of sleep but she could hardly call herself that. Sje hardly even was a human at all.

"Rey! You up for school? Lawrence has been knocking at the door for an hour!"

She heard her mother's voice by the slightly opened door peeking at her exasperatedly with those greyish evergreen eyes like fading oak.

The girl gazed to her phone its light slightly causing her eyes to squint with a sigh.

"It's only 5am. At this hour that crazy girl's probably still asleep. I don't know but I feel Iike today I'm going to have to knock on her door to make sure she'll catch the bell. Very funny, mom."

She says sarcastically as the older woman rolled her eyes admitting that truth, not bothering ro hide her amusement.

"Nothing get past you.. good grief.. You're too serious sometimes. Hasn't four years with that friend of years be enough get you to lighten up?"

Her mother chides as she sat down on the nightstand of her daughter's bedroom causally applying lipstick that was bright red like a ripening rose.
