Miraculous: Chloe Bourgeois Time Travel Fix-It.
Chapter 1: Prologue.
(Author's notes: Yes, this is indeed a Chloe Bourgeois Miraculous Ladybug time travel fixing the future fanfiction story, but the catch is, in addition to following through with Chloe finally realizing the consequences of her actions in the end of the Revolution episode – not that it'll actually happen when she returns in season six even without Thomas Astruc at the helm, in addition to following through with Chloe's departure in the ending of Revolution, in addition to reluctantly following through with the finalized ending of Miraculous Ladybug's fifth season, and in addition to my take on the future emergence of Hawk Moth II aka Chrysalis, Chloe dies in the beginning of this chapter where she encounters not only the kwamis of the Chinese and Native American Miracle Boxes, but also the kwamis of other Miraculouses I have invented for the sole purpose of this story only, as well as nothing more or less than the godlike kwami formed whenever the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses are conjointly used in unison and whenever someone orders Tikki and Plagg to make their god forms emerge and then combine, as debuted in The Last Day Part 2, Gimmi, the Kwami of Reality Alteration. There, those kwamis will give Chloe the chance to start over from the beginning of her life – literally – and she will be purified of most of her prominent negative traits along with being given every shred of foreknowledge of everything about Gabriel Agreste, Colt Fathom, Emilie Agreste, Amelie Graham de Vanily, Tomoe Tsurugi, Lila Rossi, Ms. Bustier, Ms. Mendeleiev, Mr. Damocles, Marinette Dupain-Cheng, Adrien Agreste, Fei Wu, Wu Shifu, Cash, Techno-Pirate, the United Heroez, Bunnyx, the Cat Blanc and Ephemeral timelines, the failed relationship between Marinette and Luka Couffaine, the failed relationship between Adrien and Kagami Tsurugi, the origins of Adrien, Felix, and Kagami, the origins of the kwamis and their associated Miraculouses, the origins of the Miraculous grimoires, the origins of the Prodigious and the Renlings, the origins of the Order of the Guardians, the backstory of the Parallel Reverse Universe with Shadybug, Claw Noir, Betterfly, and The Supreme, and so forth in terms of foreknowledge that comes from watching the show Miraculous Ladybug fanfictions, particularly including the specific category of said watching the show stories having an additional element of the host revealing to the audience all the ways Thomas Astruc is a pathetic, childish, grudge-holding, revenge-loving, misogynistic, hypocritical, no-good, lying, two-bit, sickening, full of pathetic excuses, sh(bleep!), hot-tempered, petty, unforgiving, and downright horrible piece of trash that deserves the harshest punishments that only Jeremy Zag give, and the ones that the fanbase of Miraculous Ladybug can petition for if they're lucky. However, because I myself am feeling spiteful and petty over the way season 5 ended in addition to the fact that I nearly lost my temper when I saw the clip on You Tube about Gabriel making his wish and becoming "celebrated" as a "hero" and Marinette choosing to keep Gabriel's crimes and supervillain identities a secret as his final wish – despite the fact she didn't know and/or didn't care about the consequences of doing so which includes people choosing to turn on "the second biggest liar on Earth" the instant that Lila exposes those lies as a form of retaliation for her Lila identity being exposed as a bad person and as a form of finalized revenge on Gabriel – something which I'm perfectly aware is most likely not gonna happen regardless of who is the new director of Miraculous Ladybug's primary cartoon universe from season six onwards – when Chloe eventually reveals everything to her new Miraculous teams in the future, when Chloe reveals how much Marinette screwed up from beginning to end with keeping her identity a secret from Cat Noir before meeting Master Fu and keeping Monarch and Mayura's identities a secret from the rest of the world, Marinette will have no choice but to force herself to curse out a storm against her original timeline counterpart. MWA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, HEHEHEHEHEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, HEHEHEHEHEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, AHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! But seriously, this is one of the things fanfiction writers and critics like myself feel like doing if we could. Like I keep telling myself, that's what fanfictions are for.
Also, just so you know, this story came to me through inspiration by proxy of a Miraculous Ladybug time travel fix-it fanfiction featuring Chloe Bourgeois in the aftermath of Weredad in the past uncovering the Native American Miracle Box, becoming the user for the Thunderbird Miraculous, and setting in motion different changes for the heroes of the past, starting by suggesting through Nathanael Kurtzberg's sketches that Ladybug and Cat Noir change their suits to be suits of armor along with Ladybug's mask evoking the appearance of an actual ladybug's head and her back as Ladybug having a shell protected set of ladybug wings, and Cat Noir being the first to upgrade his powers. But just so we're clear, I am not trying to copy or steal anyone else's takes on such a category of a Miraculous Ladybug time travel fix-it fanfiction story that isn't exactly that much common. But if you do happen to see similarities mixed with differences, they're purely coincidental as such things are inspiration for my story that you see before you. Nothing more, nothing less. Besides, when it comes to making my own fanfiction stories, there are indeed certain lines on any fanfiction website that even I, won't, cross. Ever. Such stories like the one I mentioned, I only use them as inspiration for my own original spins on the stories without copying or plagiarizing them and for something to read on a good day and on a bad day, because ever since I discovered fanfictions in my middle-to-late high school days and ever since I remembered that Transformers Prime and Miraculous Ladybug were among my favorite pieces of entertainment at the time that had problems which weren't gonna get fixed whatsoever, I decided, what the heck? I'll become a fanfiction writer, because I'm good at writing after years in school writing on paper, and I decided to give myself a strict policy against copying other stories and plagiarism.
Next-to-last, this kind of has some sketchy details about Hawk Moth II's emergence because the season premiere for Miraculous Ladybug's sixth season won't be coming out until the fourth quarter of 2024, and also because even though there was lots of good confirmation of specific details from one of the first Miraculous Ladybug season six bibles, especially including Lila Rossi's backstory, Bunnyx's first ever depicted abuse of the Rabbit Miraculous to keep her future intact and going according to chronological order, the existence of the Phoenix Miraculous, Chloe Bourgeois' potential return as Silver Feather as user of the stolen Raven Miraculous, the existence of the Lion, Swan, and Viper Snake Miraculouses among other Miraculouses, confirmation that Marinette will finally be Akumatized without any interruptions, confirmation that Grandmaster Su-Han will officially be Akumatized – albeit despite the fact that he and the rest of the Guardians know an Akuma repelling anti-magic chant which repels all Akumas including Mega Akumas, confirmation that Amelie Graham de Vanily will be officially Akumatized as well, confirmation that Cat Blanc will officially return a third time – the Representation episode of season five excluded, confirmation that Tomoe Tsurugi will return with even grander plans, confirmation that Marinette and Adrien will officially break up – but I still hate the fact that the breakup is temporary, confirmation that we will be able to finally see a Medusa themed Akumatized victim, confirmation that at some point in the future, Ladybug and Cat Noir will gain suits of armor and quite possibly grant themselves the ability to fly, confirmation that Adrien will finally, finally find out all of the secrets and lies that have been happening for a year in Miraculous Ladybug time and over eight years in real life going up to nine years in the real life 2024, confirmation that Lila Rossi is actually her real name despite what we were all told, and so on, it turned out later on that the rest of the first season six bible was actually fake as evidenced by the spelling errors and the grammar errors. So, with all due respect to whatever's left of the Miraculous Ladybug directors, writers, producers, camera people, and other team members, please do take the sketchy details with a nine hundred and thirty feet big and tall cement mixing drum of salt.
And lastly, this is my first true Miraculous Ladybug time travel fix-it fanfiction not unlike the one with Ladybug herself from a couple of years ago, and that one was a bit of a detriment thanks to the fact that the later episodes of seasons 4, 5, and six weren't released yet, and thus that wasn't enough to make Marinette's foreknowledge more than expansive enough, and along with the fact that I had way too many fanfictions to work on at the time in unison, in addition to the fact that I was still in my final years of high school in quarantine during the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in addition to the fact that because I was in quarantine, my precious sleep schedule continuously on occasion got out of whack. That time travel fix-it fanfiction which was the first one of its kind of my own design? Total disaster that had to sadly be permanently deleted because it wasn't gonna be good enough to attract dozens of readers and because there was not enough data of the future of Miraculous Ladybug to base the new future of that story upon.
Anyway, without further ado, enjoy this prologue chapter for Miraculous: Chloe Bourgeois Time Travel Fix-It.)
(Three hundred and four thousand, six hundred and third Quantic Universe Earth, Monday, September 5th, 2016, third person POV...)
It was the beginning of the new school year, with Ladybug and Cat Noir having finished last night with the remaining fallout from Monarch's Perfect Alliance Plan, the fallout from people wanting Felix behind bars for his actions, and the fallout from people – secretly working for Lila Rossi — leaking onto the internet and the news Ladybug's lies about everything. But what had started yesterday as a no longer normal day thanks to Ladybug, Nathalie, Felix, Amelie, Kagami, Alya, Nino, Alix, Luka, Sabrina, Zoe, Rose, Juleka, Emilie, Kim, Max, Nathanael, Marc, and Grandmaster Su-Han's lies causing great amounts of strife, arguments, debates, and physical fights for the fifth week and thirty-fourth day in a row which ended in Adrien disowning his remaining relatives, breaking up with Marinette complete with slapping her in the face with no regard for the modern law against men hitting women, renouncing the Black Cat Miraculous, taking everything he has with him to an area of the United States where no one will ever find him, and denouncing the Agreste and Graham de Vanily names, had slowly and then quickly turned this new day, the start of the 2016 to 2017 school year, into one of tragedy.
And by the time the people of Paris find out about how tragic the tragedies unfolding really are, it'll already be too late to fix anything and it'll also be already too late for any of the French Miraculous Superhero Team's numbers or the Order of the Guardians to be able to fully prepare for war against the second Hawk Moth.
Unfortunately for the people of Paris, what they fail to realize is that among the events making this day a tragedy would happen to include the loss of their number 1 superhero who will soon be further revealed to be the second biggest liar on Earth, the first being Lila Rossi, also known as Cerise Blanca, Iris Verdi, Daphne Azzurri, Volpina, Chameleon, Hoaxer, Chrysalis as the successor of Monarch, and Fuzzy Witch with the Cougar Miraculous, even though not even her most hated enemy knows about all of those details.
At the Charles de Gaulle airport, an airplane lands and out steps a familiar blonde-haired disgraced, disowned, hypocritical, tyrannical, terrorist collaborating former politician's daughter and former school bully that everyone in Paris remembers as She Who Shall Not Be Named Anymore, simply because some people pretend to gag or pretend to have trouble speaking when trying to say her name.
And since she had the gutso to return despite being forcefully taken in by her mother because her father exiled them both from Paris for their respective actions, this meant that she somehow had escaped from her mother's security to return to Paris. But only she knows what for and why she would return to a home country she was exiled and banned from, and became a tyrant to the people her father and his people governed for years even though everyone still doesn't know that she had allied with Monarch during the Heart Hunter and Miracle Queen double team incident and then with Lila Rossi by the time of Monarch's final pushes, only to be abandoned by both when their shared and different plans fell apart.
Yes, Chloe Bourgeois had returned to Paris, but for what? Nobody would know, and the reason why nobody will ever be able to find out unless they asked Audrey Bourgeois and if she ever answered that question if she felt like it is because a security guard at the airport, fearing for the safety of Paris if Chloe ever signed up with the new Hawk Moth, gunned her down. And when questioned, he admitted that he was fearing for the safety of Paris if Chloe ever signed up with Hawk Moth II even though Chrysalis had yet to show herself and had yet to tell everyone her supervillain identity while making sure to avoid accidentally saying too much, but he didn't regret finally killing the disgraced Bourgeois heiress, even at the cost of his job and even at the price of having to be sentenced to life imprisonment.
And at the same time that this happened, Marinette Dupain-Cheng was woken from her sleep by her alarm for her first day of school, only to meet her end at Chrysalis' cane swordstick, impaled through her heart immediately after she turned off her alarm.
Marinette shrieked in pain as she felt her heart impaled and blood spilled out of her wound.
Chrysalis, better known to the hero team as Hawk Moth II, remarks while dropping a bombshell, "How does it feel to have your life ripped away from you, to have your reputation destroyed, and also to have you known as a liar nobody wants to associate themselves with ever again, Marinette? Or should I say, Ladybug?"
Marinette's eyes widened before Chrysalis drives her sword further.
Marinette groans in pain while trying to reach over for her phone, only to find the task sapping her strength.
Chrysalis smiles evilly.
Marinette grips the blade in her hands and tries to remove the blade from her heart, only to find her strength sapping even more and to find that it only increased her pain.
Chrysalis' eyes glinted evilly as she realized that she had finally done it: she had finally done what no Akumatized villain, Miraculous villain, or normal criminal who avoided being Akumatized could do. She had finally killed the "Miraculous" Ladybug.
And if the new villain user of the Butterfly Miraculous was being honest, she couldn't wait to tell her older brother Alex.
Marinette whimpers in pain before feeling her eyes getting heavy.
From her hiding spot underneath Marinette's bunk beds, Tikki holds her Ladybug Miraculous and whispers as softly as she could, "(Softly) I'm sorry, Marinette. I'm so sorry. I did the best I could, and I still failed. I failed you. I failed Paris. I failed everyone."
Tikki was thankful that Chrysalis didn't hear her even without being preoccupied with her final victory for the time being, for it would've made her escape to warn the others all the more a failure.
Marinette's eyes glossed over as they closed, with Chrysalis removing her swordstick from Marinette's heart.
Chrysalis had fled by the time Marinette's parents found out what happened but she was already gone when they went into Marinette's room to see their daughter was murdered, and they wept hard.
And while they wept hard, Tikki discreetly fled to warn the others.
In her lair, Chrysalis states, "I could just as easily Akumatize Marinette's parents, but after the disaster on Three Kings' Day, as well as the disasters of Stoneheart, Copycat, The Evillustrator, Horrificator, Syren, Backwarder, Silencer, Oni-Chan, Ikari Gozen, Truth, Furious Fu, Rocketear, The Pharaoh 2.0., and Miss Sans-Culotte's respective first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth times being Akumatized out of love for someone they know among other first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth times of Akumatized villains who are Akumatized out of love for someone regardless of family and romantic relationship status among other circumstances, I'd rather not."
In no time, Marinette and Chloe were buried, and the entire city of Paris found out the truth about Marinette, as well as the truth of her actions in regards to Chloe even despite the fact that Chloe would've caused her downfall nevertheless, Lila during her first time in Paris, Kagami around the time of the Animaestro incident, and even her concealment of the truth behind Monarch's identity, in addition to all sorts of secrets that Marinette, Adrien, and the rest of the French Miraculous Superhero Team plus frenemies had concealed from even each other, thanks to the Guardians Su-Han and Wang Fu.
This caused a lot of people to either cheer about how Ladybug and former Queen Bee are dead, or curse Marinette, Chloe, and Gabriel's names as well as the names of Su-Han and Wang Fu.
From a vantage point at the cemetery, Tikki, Pollen, and the other kwamis wept hard over their respective holders, current and former, while the Guardians comforted them as best as they could.
Even Grandmaster Su-Han and Wang Fu – in spite of his amnesia brought on by renouncing his guardianship of the Miracle Box over to Marinette in the first place – couldn't help but feel responsible for the ways that Marinette had suffered and finally died, even though each knew Marinette deserved better in life. Oh, if only Wang Fu at the very beginning had chosen someone else to use the Ladybug Miraculous, and if only Grandmaster Su-Han and his fellow Guardians took to understanding how their recruits would feel being ripped away from their childhoods and their families for such an important mission spanning five thousand years, something neither of them would've wanted or would've wished upon someone else before having their memories erased after serving their purposes. And if only Grandmaster Su-Han and his fellow Guardians weren't so archaic and strictly adherent to the Perfect Precepts that caused problems before Master Fu was recruited. And if only Grandmaster Su-Han had chosen to recruit someone else who would be more compelled to accept by having their families accompany them, something that never happened with any current or previous Guardians except for Jagged Stone, Penny Rolling, and Luka Couffaine.
Realizing that throwing Marinette, Chloe, and Gabriel in the slammer for their actions will never be able to happen, the priest presiding over the funeral said only one thing overall after the speech about Marinette, Gabriel, and Chloe's actions and after reading scriptures related to the terrorist and the two girls' respective actions: "May God have mercy on your souls, Marinette, Chloe, and Gabriel."
And in no time, the Guardians made plans to take over where Marinette and Master Fu had left off, but while improving on everything that they did wrong and everything that the Guardians themselves did wrong, knowing that they couldn't be hypocritical considering their own errors in the past regardless of whether or not they followed the Perfect Precepts or made their own rules to follow before Grandmaster Su-Han was put in charge of the Guardians.
Chrysalis might be aware of the Guardians, but even with her meticulous time for combat training, she's no match for an army of magic and anti-magic practicing, Mirakung-Fu proficient, Akuma and Amok repellent, Miraculous jewel and kwami encyclopedic Guardians of the Miraculouses who knew how to counter all Miraculous powers and Miraculous users regardless of age, combat experience, experience in using their unassigned or truly assigned Miraculous jewels, and combat training. And even with that, Chrysalis also knew from watching the Ladyblog and the news about the fight against Furious Fu that the Guardians didn't know how to counter Akumatized villains and Sentimonsters, simply because Mirakung-Fu only works on Miraculous users and both Akumatized champions and Sentimonsters can have virtually any form and any superpower in existence, particularly including the superpowers and gadgets of those like Majestia, Superman, Knightowl, Batman, Green Lantern, Catwoman, Spider-Man, or even Wonder Woman.
And Chrysalis also knew from the fight with Furious Fu that any current or former member of the Guardians who is successfully Akumatized is more powerful than even a high-ranking Guardian like Grandmaster Su-Han.
Over the course of the next hour, Chrysalis plotted from the shadows how to further divide the Miraculous team, but then she remembered that she should've stolen the Ladybug Miraculous from Marinette when she killed her.
Chrysalis growls before saying and then before saying to no one in particular, "Gurrrr... I should've stolen her earrings when I had the chance! Oh, well, at least the new Ladybug won't be nearly as experienced as Marinette. Marinette, my dear, I hope in the afterlife, you finally learned what happens to those who get in my way."
Chrysalis began doing an iconic evil villain cackle, merrily celebrating the fact that her greatest enemy was finally dead.
But because Chrysalis wasn't all that religious, she didn't know and/or forgot that anyone who commits the same sins that she along with Gabriel, Chloe, Nathalie, and Marinette had committed, they'd either be in purgatory or they'd be suffering in Hell to stay until Judgement Day.
(Meanwhile, in Hell over one hour later...)
Marinette and Chloe screamed in agony as the flames of Hell burned them multiple times like they were both shot at multiple times in unison by a shotgun with flaming incendiary bullets.
Granted, neither of them were born religious or enjoyed taking part in any religious beliefs and/or practices, but as far as they can see right now, everything detailed in the Bible, including among other things the types of evil and somewhat neutral people currently suffering in Hell and the 9 levels of Hell, are all too real.
And Marinette and Chloe had no idea until the kwamis explained to them that if they had made better choices in their lives, they wouldn't be suffering in Hell right now.
Gimmi, the Human Kwami of Reality Alteration, remarks as they say, "Yeah, so in conclusion, this is only your ultimate temporary punishment, girls. But me and the others do have something in store for Chloe in order to avoid this being her final punishment on Judgement Day."
Marinette asks as she starts crying from the pain, "Yeah, and what's that? And why not extend this to me?"
Gimmi answers, "Being sent back in time to the times when she was three years old months before her first meeting with Audrey Bourgeois with enhanced maturity to fix her mistakes along with taking you under her wing to fix your own mistakes and change the future. And for Chloe, while under the influence of this timeline change, in addition to Chloe pretending to be ignorant of her mother's emotional and child neglect during their first meeting, everyone's memories of her being a bully will be exchanged for memories of her doing everything possible to eliminate bullying in Paris. In addition to her actions being a bully being exchanged for her doing everything possible to stop bullying ever since she protected Sabrina Raincomprix from some mean boys when they were respectively seven to eight years old. And in addition to that, her memories of her being a bully will be preserved in her memories while co-existing with her new memories of you two being friends who did everything together and who did everything possible to eliminate bullying in Paris. As for why we're not giving you this opportunity, Marinette, us kwamis have to recharge our powers after doing this procedure, and the process of using it on more than one person happens only once every three thousand, two hundred, and ten years. But for the process for doing this with only one human, the process only takes ten months depending on our magical reserves being replenished adequately through extra feeding even as we get used with our Miraculouses. And along with that, even with every kwami at our disposal, we'd never extend this to you if it meant that the possibility of you somewhat repeating your mistakes all the way to keeping Gabriel Agreste's crimes a secret again might possibly happen a second time."
Marinette cries even more over this information and over the fact that she won't be able to fix her mistakes, as well as the extra flames and whipping from the demon whippers.
Gimmi looked like they wanted to show sympathy for Marinette, but considering her history of mistakes and wrong choices right up until her death an hour ago, Marinette wouldn't be given even one ounce of fake sympathy.
After thirty-five minutes, Chloe finally cracks as she states, "Okay! I admit it! I'm a spoiled brat, an evil basket case, a terrorist, everything horrible about me is true! I've been horrible all my life, and if I could for one day change our world for the better once and for all, I'd be the opposite of what I used to be when I was alive! I accept your offer, Gimmi!"
Gimmi replies, "Excellent."
Tikki then says, "And Marinette, I guarantee you, when we meet again in the past's future, I'll be sure to help collaborate Chloe's story when she has to eventually explain things. But until then, on September third of 2015, after we deal with Stoneheart, we will be sure to go over the kinds of training needed for a Miraculous holder and a Guardian."
Pollen then says as well, "And Chloe, no matter what happens, I will never be submissive again."
Chloe then says in happy and sad tears, "Thank you! I love you guys!"
Gimmi snaps their fingers, and after every kwami in existence says the ancient human, alien, and angelic chants necessary for the ritual in unison, only Chloe vanishes from Hell, transported back in time to when she was three years old, many months before her first meeting with Audrey Bourgeois, ready to restart, rebuild, and change her life and everyone else's for the better and turn around the lives of everyone in the world forever, and not just for their sakes, but for the sake of everyone she loved.
But as for the current Marinette... well, she was not only suffering for the rest of eternity, but she was also constantly fighting Gabriel Agreste and all of Hell's dangerous legions of abominations.

(Omake: Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Aviator meet the real Thomas Astruc and they pummel him into the ground for what he did. March 23rd, 2039, third person POV...)
After receiving the okay and the power upgrade, Ubiquity then opens the portal to the Real World and Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Aviator went through.
Ladybug then notices that she and her companions are in the residence of the Real World Thomas Astruc.
Ladybug then whirls around to see Astruc with a bat.
Ladybug growls, and in the course of a few minutes, Thomas Astruc was given a taste of his own medicine and a lecture about how despicable he is, and that in the year 2021 with the Coronavirus pandemic still happening – although he already got vaccinated by this point – he had better be grateful to be lucky that he still has a job; otherwise, if Jeremy Zag found out about his own employee being a vile human being, he'd be fired and in prison faster than he can even try to muster up a bad excuse for his behavior.
