Note: I don't own Pokémon or anything, I just own this story and new Pokémon I designed.
Ash and Pikachu are on a cruise ship. They are going to a new region, Aurelia.
"Look Pikachu, we are almost there! I can't wait to meet all those new Pokémon!"
"Pikachu!"
The ship stopped and they were finally there!
"Alright Pikachu, it's time to start our new adventure, let's go!"
They were walking through the town when they heard battle noise.
"What is going on?"
They continued walking and then they saw a battlefield. There was a battle on it. It just finished. Ash came to the winner of the battle.
"Hi, that was really good battle, can you battle us next?"
"Of course!"
They started their battle.
"Alright, go Pikachu!"
Ash sends Pikachu, and other trainer sends some new Pokémon.
"Flamewisp, I choose you!"
"Pikachu use Quick attack!"
"Flamewisp, you also use Quick attack!"
Pikachu's attack was stronger.
"Flamewisp, use Ember!"
"Dodge it, Pikachu!"
Pikachu dodge the attack.
"Pikachu, use Electro ball!"
Pikachu used Electro ball and his opponent fainted.
"Yes, our first win in Aurelia!"
"Pika pi!"
Other trainer came to him.
"That was a great battle, congratulations!"
"Thanks, my name is Ash, I came from Pallet Town in Kanto region. And this is my partner Pikachu."
"Nice to meet you, I am Orion, and this is my partner Flamewisp."
"Flamewisp is a fire type starter Pokémon here, right?"
"Yeah. You just came here, right?"
"Yes."
"In that case, you should visit professor Celestia."
"Sure, why not."
They came at professor Celestia's lab. Orion came in first.
"Hello professor!"
"Oh, hi Orion! How is your journey going?"
"Great! This is my new friend Ash."
"Nice to meet you! I am Ash, I came from Pallet Town in Kanto region."
"Oh, then you probably came to get your Rotom watch."
"Rotom watch? What is that?"
Professor Celestia brought Ash his Rotom watch. It looked like a normal smartwatch, but it was orange, just like Rotom.
"This is Rotom watch. It has options like map, watch and Pokedex. When you find a new Pokémon, just point this small camera into him. Try it."
Ash put his Rotom watch on and pointed small camera into Flamewisp. Suddenly, watch projected a small hologram of Flamewisp.
"Flamewisp - fiery fox Pokémon. He is really energetic. Some people think he is Fennekin's old cousin."
"Wow, that is so cool! Thanks!"
They went out and started talking.
"Orion, you just started your journey?"
"Yeah, I want to become great trainer, like the rest of my family. What about you Ash?"
"Well, my dream is to become Pokémon Master! That is why I came here. I want to collect all 8 badges, challenge Pokémon League and become Champion!"
"Well in that case, why don't you go to Greenleaf Town."
"Alright, did you hear that Pikachu? Looks like we are going to Greenleaf Town!"
"Pikachu!"
"Hey Ash, can I travel with you?"
"Of course!"
