Chapter 467:Stories to tell, and more to come …

(January 2, Royal Woods Middle School.)

The red Ferrari from Michelle drives off, and we see Lincoln Lewis headed to the school, and he knows that his big sister Luna will be the one to come and pick him up. Lincoln then heads to the school, but he senses something is off, and before he gets tackled he grabs the person, and it's his girlfriend Jordan.

"So close, and yet not even close. Good to see you all prepped up and ready for this month Jordan."

Jordan chuckles. "There goes my first new year tackle, still you sensed that fast. Looks like dodge ball did ya good, Linc." The duo share a small kiss, and then they go into the school, and they see the rest of their friends and they all head to their lockers.

Then Liam asks. "So, how was every else's New Year's night?"

Leslie speaks. "We celebrated at the Zhau's house, and it sure is nice to celebrate with one big feast. We gave the housekeepers and butlers the night off to party with us. Jo even tagged along, since he is Carmelina's boyfriend and they had a New Year's Eve kiss too."

Jo blushes hearing this, and Carmelina giggles and she holds his hand. Polly then speaks, though she doesn't seem quite happy. "Would've been a good party night, if we weren't getting pestered by Rusty's dumb cousins and their dumb advice on romance. Honestly, what the heck is wrong with them?"

Rusty sighs and looks guilty for letting that happen, and the others didn't know this would happen. Rusty then speaks. "Thankfully, my mom dealt with them before they tried to flirt with Polly, otherwise they would've gotten a black eye, or worse."

Everyone else speak each other's night of family time and partying during that New Year's Night. But then Lincoln notices Clyde doesn't seem quite on the good side today, and so he asks. "Clyde, are you doing alright?"

Clyde then explains, and the others are concerned. "Something dang did happen during our big time McBride New Years event, Aunt Brenda again. She tried to one up my dad's again with her food but then my dad's confronted her and asked why she is always trying to one up them and she told everyone the truth, and boy was it a big one."

"Apparently she wants all the attention and for the others to acknowledge her and what she does better than my dad's, she was always jealous of them and how they make decent and good food. Also, apparently her truth went too far and she doesn't like how my dad has fallen in love and married a man, she is a homophobic." This makes them all gasp.

Chloe then speaks. "My family were invited to come along, and after that they were disgusted by this lady. Clyde's Nana Gale gave no choice but to ban Brenda from ever coming back to any more reunions. She tried to reason with everyone that she was exaggerating, but nobody would believe her and I doubt we'll see her again at another McBride reunion event."

Everyone is surprised about this and didn't think that something like that would ever happen to Clyde and his family. "Wow. Dude, we're sorry to hear that" replied Lincoln, and this kinda reminds him of something. 'Reminds me of Aunt Ruth, but she was ten times worse.'

Just then, the school bell rings and they all head off to class, and something else is in the mind of Lincoln, involving a big comic book convention, and a family reunion from their adopted mother.

(Royal Woods High School.)

Luna Lewis and her girlfriend, Sam Sharp are walking through the hallways and are going through a list of things that they need to check on at the music club room, and they are hoping that things will be fine for them and the rest of the members of the music club.

Luna sighs. "You know, it is kinda big and new when the New Year shows up. Just goes to show, that some stuff are bound to happen soon and we gotta be locked, stocked and prepared for this year with the music club and what else is to come."

Sam nods. "Yeah, one thing we need to know is how the marching band is doing. Last time, they couldn't perform this year's school rally due to some injuries and some being sick." Then she changes the subject and asks. "So, tomorrow is the birthday of the twins?"

Luna nods and she explains. "Uh huh. Tomorrow is the big birthday for both Lola and Lana Loud. One thing we have known for so long, is that Lola is the one who always sets up the birthday party events, and making sure things don't turn…. A little too messy. We're still gonna attend the party."

Sam is happy to hear this, but then she asks about another thing. "And the big Lewis Family reunion?"

Luna sighs, and then she explains. "Yeah, that one. That one is coming up later, and though Lincoln and I can't wait to meet the rest of the Lewis Family. We need to be careful since we believe that some of them might not be accustomed to us since we're adopted into the last name, and not born into it. Yet, our mom is prepared and she has a plan, and same with Amanda Bright."

Sam then has another concern. "And the Lewis cousins? Oscar and Emily, are they gonna be there?"

"Nope" replied Luna. "After what they have done, those two are legit never ever going to be there and they're gonna stay locked up for dang good too." They then hear the bell ring, and so they head off to class. Yet, Luna feels worried on those two Lewis cousins, and if they might actually crash the whole event.

A/N: Did not see that coming with what had happened with Clyde! Let's hope the Lewis Family Reunion doesn't have any big mishaps. I do hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
