What if Mr Bennet was made to realise that sending a sixteen year old to a camp full of soldiers was bad idea? What if Mr & Mrs Bennet still had some affection between them? This is my attempt at a character growth story where the Bennet family reclaim their place in the social order!

A modern Fairy tale during Covid. Darcy, a rich snob, dances with Dr. Elizabeth at a club. Though he thinks Lizzie isn't good enough for him, he wants her. Recklessly, he tries to get close to Lizzie, who dislikes him. When a forced quarantine brings them together, mutual sensual dreams intensify. Now they must face dangerous enemies and their feelings. Elizabeth married Mr. Darcy, thinking her father was dying. After a bad beginning she reconsidered after she left him, but not as his wife. What she saw made her hate him. He regrets the past, and wants her forgiveness and love. Maybe there is hope; seemingly, what she saw was a setstage of smoke and mirrors, but set by whom and why? Mr. Darcy & Elizabeth-Being moved to new site.

So many novels end with the promise of marriage, and so few describe what happens after. I've often wondered about this particular wedding night, but frankly, Mr Darcy has changed so much by giving him some human feelings, I cannot imagine him, or Elizabeth, fumbling secretly in the dark anymore. Their first efforts must be heart-warming, their married life as well. Purists beware!

Drabbles set in my Pride and Prejudice Canon Divergence AU

William Darcy is a world famous rock star with his band Pemberley, also starring singer Charles Bingley and drum musician Richard Fitzwilliam. Elizabeth Bennet is a technician working on their tour. Her sister Jane and her friends Charlotte and Maria Lucas form the group The Meryton Assembly, are Pemberley's opening act. What could possibly go wrong ?

Filling in the gaps between the second proposal and the wedding of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Bennet has grown up away from the machinations of London and the Ton. With a family full of peers how will Darcy react when the woman he meets is so much more than she seems?

This is a series of short stories centered on revenge. They will vary in length from the title story at 10k words to some that may only be a few hundred. It is similar to my other short story collection "The Compromise Chronicles" which I obviously recommend.

What if . . . Mrs. Gardiner's Lambton relations had been a little more well-to-do and what if she had stronger and longer ties to them and to Derbyshire? In this variation Elizabeth begins to spend summers with the Gardiners in Derbyshire at a fairly young age. As a result she develops her own ties to that part of the world and its people, including the Darcy's of Pemberley.

After their wedding, Mr and Mrs Darcy bask in the knowledge that they can now fulfill their fantasies.
