Alright, alright, I know I attempted a Game of Thrones/Elder Scrolls story before but it didn't work out, however I wanted to try another attempt at it again. Game of Thrones is one of my favourite TV shows, though season 8 left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't watch anything related to Game of Thrones... until House of the Dragon came out and reignited my love for the show while giving something new to watch that's still part of the GOT world.

House of the Dragon is awesome. I may end up doing an OC/Rhaenyra story one day... but for now, you'll be getting this one.

In this story, it's been five years since the defeat of Alduin the World-Eater. The Dragonborn, Daemon, has done just about everything in those five years, and will be paired with Daenerys Targaryen. Also, for the Game of Thrones side of things, we'll be beginning in the very beginning of season 1.

Hope you enjoy this story and give it a chance.

Disclaimer: I do not own Game of Thrones or The Elder Scrolls Series.

Woods of Falkreath

It quiet in the dead of night, in the woods surrounding the town of Falkreath. The creatures of the night let out their calls, nocuturnal animals scurried along the ground or climbed the trees. But there was one predator that they knew to hide from.

A male vampire, dressed in normal clothing, crept forward quietly in the woods, searching for his prey that he had been hunting for most of the day. He stopped when he heard a twig snapped, then snapped his gaze to the right only to sigh in irritation when he saw a mouse scurry across, then shook his head. However, his attention shifted again when he saw a dark shape up ahead, leaning against a tree and grinned hungrily.

"You're growing rusty in your talent, Dragonborn." The vampire muttered as he inched forward, tongue coming out to lick his lips. The chance to drink the blood of the legendary Dragonborn, the one who slayed Lord Harkon with help from the traittoourous daughter, Serena... it was just intoxicating to the hungry vampire.

Once he was close enough, the vampire lunged and drove his fangs into the flesh of his target, feeling victorious... until the scent of death came off the corpse which made him remove his fangs from the flesh, confused. The body smelled like it had been dead for hours, which was impossible. He turned to analyze the body for himself, when the moon moved to bath the area in it's ethereal glow, revealing the 'dark figure' to be a female vampire, impaled through a tree branch with a pain-filled expression on her pale face, the last thing she had felt before death claimed her.

"K-Katrina?" The vampire gasped as he gazed upon his dead mate, reaching up to stroke her cheek. "No..."

"Don't worry, you'll be joining her soon." The vampire heard a cold voice behind him and snarled before whirling around.

However, his attempt at a quick attack was halted by a grip around his throat then he was lifted off his feet while staring into the dark blue eyes of the man he had thought he had been hunting... now realizing that he had been the hunted instead.

The man before him was clad in attire the vampire recognised as that of the Nightingale, those who were agents of Nocturnal herself.

"i have been in your shadow for hours now, but you sensed nothing." Daemon the Dragonborn growled in disappointment, shaking his head while expression such feeling. "Pathetic for a former member of Harkon's Court... the last, actually."

The vampire, despite knowing death had come for him, glared at the Dragonborn. "Y-You killed my mate!"

Daemon raised an eyebrow under the cowl and hood of his outfit. "You and your mate have a bounty on your heads for the murder of twelve men, six women, four children. Did you really think you'd be allowed to continue this?"

"G-Go to Oblivion, Dragonborn! You and that whore Serena-!"

With a jerk of his hand, Daemon had snapped the Vampire's neck and dropped the corpse. He sighed and looked at the sky briefly before looking down at the corpse. "For a bounty of 10,000 gold... you two were worth the trouble." He muttered, unsheathing his sword which had a black guard with a dragon head pommel at the top. (AN: For better description, think of Zar'roc from the Eragon movie but the blade is silver like any other sword, and the ruby is replaced by a dragon head)

Knowing he'll need proof to show the Jarl of Falkreath, Daemon swiftly decapitates the heads of the vampire couple. Originally, the bounty was placed on just the male with a 5,000 reward but the Jarl agreed to make it 10,000 if he killed both vampires and brought their heads back.

Before Daemon could leave with the heads, the ground shook, something which all of Skyrim probably felt, as four voices shouted loud for the entire provinence to hear.

"DOVAHKIIN!"

Daemon looked towards the Throat of the World with a frown, realizing the Greybeards were summoning him. Daemon made haste to Falkreath so he can collect his reward, and once that was done he set off on the journey to High Hroathgar.

Throat of the World

"Drem Yol Lok, Dovahkiin." Paarthurnax greeted Daemon as he approached the Throat of the World. The Dragonborn had now taken his hood down and pulled the cowl down to his neck, letting his shoulder-length black hair flow in the breeze.

"Paarthurnax," Daemon greeted the old dragon and nodded toward the red dragon next to him, "Hello, Odahviing."

"Drem Yol Lok, Dovahkiin," Odahviing replied, inclining his head briefly.

Daemon took a brief once over of the Throat of the World. The place where he brought an Elder Scroll and looked backwards in time to learn Dragonrend in order to defeat Alduin the World-Eater. The place where he and Alduin had their first battle. It felt like only yesterday that happened when in reality... that was five years ago.

Daemon turned his attention to Paarthurnax. "I take it this is a serious and urgent matter if you've had the Greybeards summon me here. They said you wished to speak with me."

"Nii los, dii fahdon. (It is, my friend.)" Paarthurnax replied, turning his gaze in a direction. "Do you know of the land of Westeros?"

Daemon frowned. "I do."

Paarthrunax nodded. "Recently, I have felt a large shift in the world, originating from Westeros. A great force has stirred."

"What kind of force?" Daemon asked.

"Dinok. (Death.)" Paarthurnax said grimly. "So much death. It is stirring and gathering in the far North of Westeros, and I fear it will consume all of the world if it is not stopped."

Daemon frowned, confused and cautious now. He knew than to doubt Paarthurnax' word, the elder dragon had never lead him astray in his wisdom. "What could have such power to bring such death into the world?"

"Zu'u dreh ni mindok, nuz nii los suleykaar. (I do not know, but it is powerful.)" Paarthurnax replied, staring far to the East. "The winds of fate have picked up once again, as they did when Alduin returned. This force of death... it is unnatural."

"I will need to go to Westeros and find out what they know, see if they know of this force of death." Daemon said with a frown, and with good reason. Westeros and Tamriel had never been allies. Both lands kept to themselves nor ventured anywhere near each other. Last Daemon checked, the journey to Westeros was approximately a month by boat.

"You will need allies with you, Daemon." Paarthurnax said, gaining Daemon's attention. "Westeros is a very dangerous place."

Daemon thought about it before he nodded. "Very well." He looked at Odahviing, "Would you accompany me, fahdon? (Friend?)"

"Lorot ni onik. I do not think that is wise. I do not think they have seen dragons before, and I do not wish to cause panic.

Daemon nodded. Odahviing did have a point, "How long would it take you to fly to Westeros?"

"It will take some time, but not too long."

"That's good enough. I'm not sure what the future holds in my time in Westeros, but I fear there will come a time when I need you, old friend." Daemon said.

Odahviing nodded. "I will come when you call."

"Very good." Daemon said before he began his descent down the mountain.

I know the chapter's short, but it's a start. I am trying to think of the paths Daemon can take while in Westeros, especially since he's there looking for the White Walkers, but then I'll need to figure out how he learns about Daenerys and her dragons and goes to find them. Now, as for allies, he'll most likely bring two with him, maybe Aela and somebody else...

Let me know in the reviews.

Plus, I am trying to think of ways to go out of canon, since I don't want to just follow the plot of Game of Thrones. Maybe by season 4 or five will I start to go out of canon due to the Dragonborn's involvement causing others to become involved in Westeros and in Skyrim.
