2013 Carrie Part 8
Black Prom and carnage, right now we are just in the happy moments before that begins

At the parking lot at Patch High during the prom night, the gym is throbbing with music and colored lights. Kids in tuxes and prom dresses, coming and going, clustered in front of the gym's doors, by their cars. Next came Jaune and Yang who just arrived, well Yang's taking a Cinderella moment.
"Can we wait for a minute Jaune?"
"Sure, as long as you want", Jaune agrees to give Yang some time while look outside the window of the car seeing all of students around them, they look so handsome and beautiful, for first time in her life, Yang's one of them.
"I bet you are Yang", Tai said to Yang.
"Thanks."
"I just wish we had proms like that", Velvet said.
"But isn't the dance we had at Beacon like one?"
"Somewhat Coco."
"What am I even doing here?" Yang whispered with awe.
"Making me look good Yang?" Jaune said with a laugh.
"I'm so nervous, plus I want them to like me", Yang said.
"They will", Jaune said as Yang looks at him like if she was melting, a while later they step outside of the car to enter the prom, but Jaune had to help her out of the car.
"Thank you Jaune, but you didn't have to", Yang could have gotten out herself.
"First-class Yang", Jaune joked at Yang.
"Your always welcome to help me Vomit boy", Yang said but Jaune won't look because he is too embarrassed.
"Be careful on what you do Jaune, even if it's with me", Pyrrha said to him.
"I wouldn't trust anyone except for Jaune and Pyrrha and the school staff, because any kindness they might be giving Yang might be a fake", Glynda said.
"Will have to watch and see Glynda", Ozpin said, well he also suspects that.
Anyway Jaune and Yang towards the lights, the music. Many of the students even those girls who were same girls who at the locker room all look at them while Yang stays at ease as they reach the gymnasium. In Yang's POV, the gym has been completely transformed, well a part of it looks like 18th-century style of Remnant's kingdoms. The streamers, the colored lights, the mural, the decoration, the table-clothes, the dresses, the tuxedos, everything is all magical and a true fairy-tale. 2 big screens on either side of the stages displays a sort of video yearbook, a slideshow of photographs from the entire school year. Students, clubs, memories appearing for a moment, then dissolving into the next slide. The band is playing, a few students are dancing and everyone's having a blast of their life.
But anyway back to Jaune and Yang who are still at those double doors drinking and all. A distances away from them are Clone Troopers from the 501st Legion who are doing the security.
"Please don't be like Qrow", Tai doesn't want Yang to get drunk like Qrow.
"But she's not Tai", Summer said as they watch Yang drink anything normal.
"I'm never going to get drunk", Yang said.
"I won't either", Ruby said joining her on this.
"Oh believe me, sometimes it's very hard to resist", Hakaze mention part of being too hard to resist.
"The decoration seems nice, the mural and all", Jaune said while Yang stares at him.
"You have no idea", Yang said to him.
"About what?" Then suddenly, Cinder's lackey, Emerald swoops down on then like a raptor.
"Oh look who's here, Emerald", Mercury said which made Emerald gave him a smack to the back of his head.
"Yang? Whoa your dress is so incredible. Well I can't get over on how different you look, you're positively glowing, so what's your secret?" Emerald complimented Yang and being nice to her.
"I don't know if Emerald's being really nice to Yang or is she faking it just to help Cinder", technically what Ruby said made some including Team Cinder suspicious.
"I can do magic", Yang answered but Emerald doesn't know what that means anyway before shifting her attention to Jaune, but Yang is talking about her telekinesis.
"Well Jaune, even if Pyrrha isn't here to see this, isn't exciting?"
"Yeah it is", Jaune answered her.
Well Emerald just puckers her face and leaves as Jaune leads Yang to their table, the scene goes back the interview and this it's Trifa who was a survivor of the Black Prom.
"Wait survivor?" Trifa ask and Hakaze will answer.
"You'll see what happens, besides you all heard and remember what Pyrrha said", Hakaze said to her and everyone else.
"So Trifa was there and survived the ordeal?"
"Yes Sienna."
"Surreal is the only word, there were Jaune and Yang, she looked so happy and normal, you had to wonder. Is that all that Yang ever wanted and needed? One night? To fix everything that was done to her?" Trifa said to Captain Rex before the scene goes back to the prom where Jaune and Yang are still sitting down at their table.
"Want to dance Yang?" Jaune ask but Yang notice the rocking out pace of the song that's playing.
"Maybe we can wait for a slow song then", Jaune said and Yang agrees with that before noticing the 2 Thrones for the King and Queen of the prom which is under Emerald's supervision.
"Your nominated Jaune, I'm just with you", Yang said, but she too will be nominated.
"Oh Prom King and Queen", Nora said while feeling excited about this.
"But still Nora, Cinder's up to something and Emerald might be on to it too", Ren said to her knowing something isn't quite with this picture.
"Yang is also nominated with Jaune, Yang might be walking into a trap set up by Cinder", James suspected.
"Plus Cinder must of ask Emerald for help too", Glynda said.
Next up Yang spots Glynda dressed-up in a chaperon who approaches her.
"Nice look Glynda", James compliments her.
"Thanks", James said while hiding her blush.
"This Glynda has the sense of fashion", Coco said lowing her sunglasses.
"Ms. Goodwitch, you look so pretty!" Yang said as Glynda joins her at the table.
"Your beautiful Yang."
"Thanks, I know it's not true, not really, but thank you for saying it." Yang said and Glynda puts her hand on Yang's which made a deeply heartfelt.
"Yang, anything that happened before tonight, well, I hope you can forget it", Yang looks at Glynda right in the eyes.
"I can't Ms. Goodwitch. But it's over with now and tonight, it's over and done with", Yang said and Glynda sees a flicker of coldness there before they turn and look at the students dancing.
Jaune is busy getting something for Yang and slipping his scroll back into his pocket.
"Yang would see this as the happy moment of her life, that's her reason she doesn't want to forget", Summer said with a smile on her face.
"I know Summer", Tai said bringing her closer to him.
Back at Pyrrha's house, Pyrrha is still at her desk, killing time until she gets a text from Jaune, after reading it she smiles. Next going back to the prom, Yang and Glynda keep talking about things.
"Sometime ago I went with a basketball player who was a foot taller than me, so I wore these heels and we were driving the dance. Unfortunately his car broke down, so we had to walk 2 miles and I still had those heels on, when we got there, I couldn't stand or even dance, but still it was magic. I've never had a night like it since. Is that what it's feeling like to you?" Glynda tells Yang of her own time.
"Must have been good for you to walk all the way there with those heels Glynda", James tease her about that.
"Perhaps", Glynda said with a small glare on her face.
"It's very nice."
"Is that all you have to say?" Glynda ask and Yang only looks down at her lap.
"There's more, but I think you would understand, I don't think anyone would", Yang said but Glynda squeezes Yang's hand.
"Just enjoy yourself tonight, okay. Then you'll never forget it", Glynda said to her as she leaves and Jaune returns.
"Yang will enjoy herself until it gets cut short by Cinder", Roman said knowing this enjoyment for Yang will get cut short.
"Oh yes, but Cinder will watch in horror of what she has done to Yang", Neo said next.
"What did Ms. Goodwitch want?" Jaune ask as Yang looks at Glynda who sits by Principal Ozpin.
"I believe she just want to say that she was sorry", Yang said.
"Sorry for what?" Glynda ask what is she so sorry about anyway?
"It's probably nothing Glynda", Ozpin said to her.
Next we are back at Mercury's room, Cinder is having some second thoughts about pulling that prank on Yang for her revenge for being banned from the prom.
"Maybe it's a bad idea, we should just stay here tonight", Cinder said which made Mercury put down his beer and look at her and wants to know what's really going on in her head that gave her some second thoughts.
"Well it's too late for that is it?" Mercury said and ask her, well Cinder might as well go for it.
"Second thoughts now Cinder?" Salem ask her.
"I wouldn't have second thoughts if me and Mercury would just stay put in the Prom and wait for the right moment."
Back at the prom, another song is playing, Jaune and Yang are still sitting at their table. Yang watches the dance-floor and Jaune sees a picture of him and Pyrrha on the screen, well Jaune wants to himself occupied with Yang and takes her hand.
"Slow song Yang."
"Jaune, I can't."
"Yes you can, 1 dance and no regrets after", Jaune said to her.
"Dance time Yang", Ruby said to Yang who's getting blushed up along with Jaune who just keeps himself closer to Pyrrha.
Jaune leads a nervous Yang to the middle of the gym. There, under the galaxy of cut-out stars, they dance, Jaune's arms around Yang protectively.
"Easy right Yang?" Jaune ask, but Yang couldn't help herself as she leans up and kisses Jaune on the lips, well she did it! This did cause Pyrrha in the audience to get jealous by shrugs it off, while Yang blushes in a full red face.
"Oh I'm very sorry Jaune!" Yang snaps out of it and apologies, but Jaune does the same thing which made him in the audience blush too with steam coming out of his ears.
"You'll be fine, it's prom night", Jaune said and Yang clutches him happily.
"I'm so uncertain of my future Jaune", Yang is talking about after graduation.
"Perhaps you think about before or after graduation", Jaune said to her as they close to each other.
"Okay this next part is were going to Raven's on flashback", Hakaze said to them.
"I hope your good kisser Vomit-Boy", Yang said but she is talking about if did that in Pyrrha.
"I can try to be a good kisser Yang", Jaune said while wiping his nose bleed.
Raven who still in the closet locked in there suddenly gets flashback which is something for her to remember. In a flashback we see Raven who was holding a baby's bottle of milk which drops after she stops in her tracks. The bottle of milk shatters to pieces and Raven covers her mouth to herself from screaming. What she is seeing is her baby daughter Yang with plastic animals dancing in the air off their strings. The scene goes back to the closet to a tormented Raven.
"Oh so the telekinesis was there even when Yang was a baby", Weiss said after they saw that with shock and awe.
"First the blood, then the power, then the sacrifice", Raven said then looks at the locks.
"Raven is going to get out of the closet", Vernal said.
End
Next is the real carnage begins.
