2014, It's been thousands years of Merlin's Immortality, After tragedy in Camlann he still alive and never age. He kept disguising to join and being part of every world's era. Now, he accidentally become part of a girl's life, a girl whose face like Freya. Could love be grown between them? or would they just become an ordinary friend in need ? Should he reveal himself now ?

There are huge changes in Arthur's life - for one thing, he's an uncle to the most adorable girl. Then there's Gwen, Merlin's neighbour, who doesn't seem to like him much, which doesn't bother him at all. Not one bit, because firstly, he isn't the settling down type and secondly, even if he was the settling down type, Gwen wasn't the kind of girl he would settle down with.

Visions of the future still trouble Merlin, even in the summer's quiet peace. While the message they impart warns of dark times ahead for Camelot, Merlin wonders if his own fate will be even worse.

"Well you'll have to forgive me, Merlin," Arthur began sarcastically, "But not all of us can be sunshine and daisies all the bloody time, you know."

So Merlin was content to tell himself, in the beginning of things, that nothing would truly last forever, least of all his torrid love affair with the crown Prince of Camelot.

Arthur is a lot like the sea. Merlin watches him from the dark spaces, pining for his love.

Merlin and Arthur have been taken captive a ludicrous number of times. They also escape a ludicrous number of times; but we always see it from their point of view. What's it like for Barden, former bandit who is now a power hungry mercenary?
