Lorenzo and Esteban went up to the teenagers.

"Marcos, we have to get going now." Lorenzo informed.

"Okay."

Then he turned back to Mirabel.

"Can I see you tomorrow, Mirabel?" Marcos wanted to know.

"Si, I'll meet you in the square after breakfast." Mirabel told him.

And the three brothers left the Casita, with Mirabel waving goodbye. When the celebration ended, Mirabel went to her room. She felt surprisingly good, and her heart felt fluttery.

Just then, there was a knock at her door.

"Come in."

The door opened, and Julieta poked her head in.

"Mira, I noticed you left. Is everything okay?" she asked, as she stepped inside.

"Oh, I'm fine, Mama." Mirabel told her.

"Are you sure? I know tonight was hard for you."

"Really, Mama I'm okay." Mirabel assured.

Julieta was surprised at her daughter's calmness and demeanor.

"Well I was just checking on you."

"Gracias, Mama."

And Julieta left. As Mirabel changed into her pajamas, she thought about Marcos. He was pretty cute, and charming. She couldn't wait until tomorrow, and fell asleep with a smile on her face.

The next morning, the Madrigals got dressed, and went outside to eat breakfast. Mirabel got her food, and quickly took a seat at the table. Once everyone was down, Alma made her way to her seat. Before she could sit down, some animals got off of it.

She was surprised, but the Antonio spoke up.

"I asked them to warm up your seat for you." he informed.

Alma smiled, and then took her seat.

"All right, everyone. We have a very busy day ahead of us, Dolores have you heard anything?"

"There's an issue with the fountain. It sounds like a pipe burst." Dolores told.

"Sounds like they'll be needing help." Felix said.

"I'll whip up some arepas just in case someone gets hurt." Juliet piped up.

"And I can fill in for one of the workers, in case they need a break." Camilo piped up.

Mirabel wasn't really paying attention to the topic and talking, she was more focused on finishing her breakfast and getting to the square. As soon as her plate was empty, and her coffee was gone, she got ready to leave.

"Mirabel, where are you going?" asked Augustin.

"Oh, I'm just...going to spend some time in the square. Adios." Mirabel informed.

And off she went.

"Now where is she off to in such a hurry?" wondered Isabela.

Meanwhile in the little place the Herrera brothers spent the night, Marcos was getting ready to leave to meet Mirabel.

"Okay, guys. I'm leaving now." he informed.

"Okay, hermano. Have fun." said Lorenzo.

As soon as Marcos was out of the place and away far enough, the two talked about their plan.

"Are you sure that Mirabel girl is our ticket to getting that candle?" asked Esteban.

"Hermano, didn't you hear last night? Mirabel is the only member of her family without a gift. Can you imagine how that must make her feel?"

"I suppose you're right, but are you sure this is the way to go?"

"First we have to see how Mirabel and Marcos do today."

Mirabel walked into the square, and looked around for Marcos. While she was excited to see Marcos again, she couldn't help but feel a little nervous. Then she spotted him waiting by a building, as she walked over to him, he saw her.

He smiled, and greeted her.

"Hola, Mirabel." "Hola, Marcos."

"So come on, I'll show you around."

And the two teens walked off. Mirabel showed Marcos all around Encanto, and the two had a good time. As Luisa was helping round up some donkeys that got loose, she saw Mirabel and Marcos.

"Que, what's Mirabel doing with him?" she wondered.

"Luisa, can you give me a hand when you're done?" called a female voice.

"Don't worry, senora. I'm on it."

And she went off to help another citizen.

"It's really nice here, Mirabel." Marcos said.

"Yeah, it's pretty nice." replied Mirabel.

"You want to see it from a different angle?" Mirabel was confused.

"What do you mean?"

"While my powers aren't as strong as my brothers, I can do this."

He pulled out his wand, and then to Mirabel's surprise he put his arm around her waist. He said the magic words, and then a second later, Marcos and Mirabel were levitating into the air.

"Que?" Mirabel gasped.

"No te preocupes. It's a levitation spell." Marcos explained.

He then instructed her to start walking, and at first Mirabel was nervous, but then calmed down and walked on the air. It felt amazing, and Mirabel walked over Encanto. It looked completely different, and Mirabel couldn't help but notice Marcos looked rather handsome in the sunlight.

While Augustin and Julieta were helping out with the repairs to the fountain, they caught sight the the teens.

"Julieta, are you seeing what I'm seeing?" asked Augustin, pointing to the sky.

When she looked up, and saw Mirabel jumping from roof to roof with Marcos.

"Dos mio." she gasped.

When the spell wore off, they landed back on the ground.

"Wow, that was amazing." she said.

"One of my favorite tricks. Glad you liked it."

For the rest of the day, they continued to walk, talk, and eat together. Then eventually, it was time for Mirabel to get back to the Casita.

"I had a really good time today, Marcos." she told him.

"So did I, Mirabel." Marcos replied.

The two then said, adios, and went their separate ways.

When Marcos got back to his brothers, they could tell he's had a good time by the smile on his face.

"Hola, Marcos." greeted Lorezno.

"Have a good time?"

"Si, Mirabel's really nice and fun." Marcos told them.

"That's great." replied Esteban.

As Marcos went to his room, the brothers began to scheme.

"Looks like Marcos is getting a crush." Lorenzo whispered.

"So what's the plan?" Esteban wondered.

"We persuade Mirabel to come back with us. Marcos, you, and I show her much hospitality and kindness, and once she's wrapped around our fingers, we'll get her to get that candle for us." Lorenzo explained.

"That sounds beuno. But are you sure Mirabel will go for it?"

"Hermano, you underestimate the power of charm. But to be on the safe side, we better make sure Mirabel feels the same way."

He used his wand to conjure up a small glowing bird.

"Go find us some información mi espía." he told it.

And the bird flew off to the Casita.
