Chapter 3

Dart went to check on the village only to find it completely burned to the ground by the soldiers last night he went down there to check more but then saw two soldiers torturing a villager

The man slides off the hill and jumps the town fence as he sees some soldiers standing before a villager

(What the hell!?) the man said in his mind

You didn't get enough killing!? the villager said

The man hid behind the wall and watched the soldiers torture the villager

Hee hee hee! It may be enough if i kill you. the first soldier of Imperial Sandora said

Come on old man. Get up. the second soldier of Imperial Sandora said

The second soldier of Imperial Sandora kicks him

Ah... the villager said

Time for you to die. the first soldier of Imperial Sandora said

Go ahead and do it. the villager said

Do you want to die that badly? the first soldier of Imperial Sandora said

Better that than tortured by you monsters. the villager said

Before the soldiers could kill the villager the man had enough and approached them

Stop! the man said

The soldiers turned and saw the man who had his sword out in front of them

Probably some person who lives in this village too. the first soldier of Imperial Sandora said

Yeah. the first soldier of Imperial Sandora said

I'll take care of him. the second solider of Imperial Sandora said

The second soldier of Imperial Sandora then approached the man who was calling them out

Oh, a mercenary? Isn't it a little late for you to show up? the second soldier of Imperial Sandora said

Shut up! What are you doing here!? the man said

Can't you see? We're gonna occupy this area, and these worms were in our way. the second soldier of Imperial Sandora said

The man defeats the two soldiers and they flee

Yes! It's me! Why is Seles under attack!? the man said

War... Imperial Sandora...attacked us... the villager said

What about the truce!? Dart said

Yeah. Suddenly...i didn't imagine...they could come to...such an outlying area. the villager said

If only i had come back sooner! Dart said

Dart. There is something, you have to do. the villager said

What is it? Dart said

Shana. Rescue Shana, only...you can... the villager said

The villager then dies after saying something about a girl named Shana

What about Shana!? Hey! Wait! Dart said

It was too late as the villager had died after talking about a girl named Shana

Damn it. I need to find out more information. Dart said

A few minutes later

Dart walks further into town and sees a man face-down on the ground

Plos! Dart said

Dart then ran and approached the man face-down on the ground

Hang on! Ah... Dart said

Dart then tried to wake the face-down man up until he did get up

That voice, is that you Dart? Plos said

Yes. It's me Plos. Dart said

You came back. Plos said

Of course i did. Dart said

Could you move me somewhere so i can rest? Plos said

Sure. This way. Dart said

Dart drags Plos and helps him sit down by a wall

It's just a light wound. Dart said

I guess, i was lucky. Plos said

Pretty lucky. Dart said

Yes. But look at this village. If only you came back earlier... Plos said

I'm sorry. I should've stayed and helped. Dart said

You're here now and that's all that matters. Plos said

There is something else though. Plos said

Suddenly a Sandora commander comes in and approaches them

It appears more of them have shown up. Plos said

Dart approaches the Sandora commander with his sword in hand

Besting a private is no reason to be confident. the Sandora commander said

Shana...don't worry about her. She must be receiving the courtesies of Hellena Prison by now. the Sandora commander said

Surprised, huh? We specifically invited only that woman. the Sandora commander said

You must be kidding!? You attacked the village only to kidnap Shana!? Dart said

A few more minutes later

Dart defeats the Sandora commander in battle

Dart, you are going to go rescue Shana, aren't you? Plos said

Yes. I am. Dart said

As Dart prepares to leave the village a scene in Hellena Prison plays Shana is thrown into a jail cell by a guard

Be good in there! the Hellena warden said

Elsewhere on a wooden bridge an enormously fat man confronts the dark-hooded man from the beginning

Who the heck is the girl!? You can tell me! the fat man said

The world's future rests on her. the dark-hooded man said

That's it!? the fat man said
