Blarney's POV - Flashback:
I was desperate to get rid av Mag, so I turned to de only persahn who can 'elp, St. Patrick himself!
"What do I owe this meeteng," asks Mag.
"I understand dat you bans'ees can turn to tears," says St. Patrick, "is it true?"
"Bans'ees are created from tears. Tears we were. Tears we are. And tears we shall be at de end."
"Is dat a fact," asks St. Patrick.
"I need gold befhre Christmas Day hr I will turn to tears fhrever," says Mag, "give me gold!"
"First, I'd like to see how you turn to tears," says St. Patrick, "do so and I'll convince Blarney to give you gold."
Mag den gives in and s'e turns to tears, but den I planted a pinecwan atop 'er tear puddle, trappeng it beneath de tree it grows into.
Dinty's POV - Present:
"Why didn't s'e just steal de gold," I asked.
"It has to be given to 'er hr it doesn't count," says Blarney.
I den had a thought. "Wait, I wonder if it was de same tree I picked. I did 'ear an evil laugh."
"You picked de tree," asks Blarney. 'e was so stressed, 'e took a sip av his tea like What are you like? "dere's somet'eng odd about this tea like What are you like?"
Den s'e appeared befhre our eyes, Old Mag de Hag 'erself! "You took a sip av my potion av generosity! Now you have to give de gold away, so, gold please?"
Blarney was struggleng. 'e was tryeng to fight de urge to give de gold to Old Mag de Hag, but instead, 'e found a loophole What are you like? "I give de gold to... you, Lad!"
"What?" Old Mag was so mad, s'e den disappeared.
"De gold's yooehrs now, Lad. You must promise me you will never give it to dat bans'ee!"
"I just want to get out av 'ere," I said.
De good news is, I'm rich now, but de bad news is, I'm still stranded.
