Chapter 10: Santa Saves the Day:
Didi's POV:
Hinkle the magician managed to melt Frosty and now has his hat, but Santa showed up.
"You've been a bad boy for years, Hinkle," says Santa.
"So, what are you going to do about it," asks Hinkle, "threaten to stop giving me presents? You've never given me one in the first place!"
"True," says Santa, "so, I'm going to make you a deal. If you give me the hat and write that you'll never be evil again, I'll give you a present."
"R-r-r-r-really," asks Hinkle, "I could actually get a present?"
"If you agree to the deal," says Santa.
"Yes," says Hinkle, "I accept those terms!" He then hands me the hat and runs off to start writing.
"Did you mean what you said," I asked.
"Of course," says Santa, "the only promise I've ever broken is the promise to start losing weight." Santa then looks at himself. "Maybe I should start keeping that one."
"Santa, what about Frosty," I asked.
"Don't worry about Frosty," says Santa, "you see, he's made of Christmas snow."
"What does that even mean," I asked.
"It means that he can come back," says Santa. He then uses his magic to restore Frosty's body and I place the hat on him.
"Happy Birthday," says Frosty.
"Frosty," I said," you're back! Hey, are you going to say that every time you come to life?"
"Seems to be the case," says Frosty.
"Now, would you like a lift," asks Santa.
