I sighed overly stressed as I rubbed my extremely large abdomen after locking up my shop. Sometime after Fatal Carnage went missing to the public's knowledge my boss fired me from the foundation claiming I was becoming too dangerous to have working for them. That and I was apparently tainting their name by granting even the weirdest wishes for kids. When Lutz found out he helped get my own little children's wish operation up and going. 'Sweet Dreams' helps all ill children meet any villain their sick confused hearts wish for. That, and really anything at all honestly. Switch helps me do even better background checks than before while Lutz gets in contact with everyone that passes. I hate it when I have to tell a child that I can't fulfill their sweet little dream because the person they want is just too unstable like Fatal was. Luciano still isn't talking to me and I can't blame him, at least he goes with Lutz to meet the kids. All I could manage to do was constantly reject him. It's for the best he deserved someone far better than I ever could be. After all, I managed to get pregnant by a demon in human form.
"HEY BITCH!" I turned around curious to see what poor woman I could give Lutz's number to if this cat caller got worse. To my surprise, the yeller was apparently talking to me. I held my stomach protectively as I looked him over fearing his intentions.
"Um… Y-Yes sir, h-how may I help you?" I bit my lip regretting letting my weak side peek through. The closer my children's due date got the more I noticed my will to fight back during attacks windle to nothing hoping it protects them.
"DO YOU THINK YOU'RE FUCKING CUTE! HUH DO YOU!" He growled out pushing me back into the alley between my shop and its neighboring building. I looked around nervously hoping to see anyone really that I could signal for help.
"I'm sorry sir, I'm not sure what you mean… H-Have we met?" He growled, grabbed my purse, and yanked me forward. I pressed my hands against his chest to keep him from getting any closer to my stomach. He switched to clenching the collar of my dress to keep me as close as he could.
"Do you fucking think it's cute bringing whatever damn villain you want into my child's hospital?" He hissed out. Oh, it's one of those parents. I get a lot of them trying to do me harm for keeping the other kids happy. I get their reasons but at the same time, I don't care cause I've worked so hard to prevent another Fatal Carnage event from happening.
"L-Look sir I understand your reasoning for being angry. However, I can assure you I do extremely deep background checks on every villain I take to a hospital. You really don't need to worry, I'm making sure they won't hurt anyone I promise." It looked like the man didn't believe me one bit. He raised his hand getting ready to smack me till a shocked yell reached our ears.
"MOMO! I FOUND YOU!" The man looked back confused as I tried to wiggle away during the distraction. This guy didn't loosen his grip though.
"What the hell are you doing in an alley, kid?" I heard little rushed feet hurry into the alley.
"I lost my momo, but you found her for me, you grumpy old man… Looks like you're being really mean to her though." The guy rolled his eyes.
"Well, your momo or whatever should be in prison for all the wrongful shit she does. Be happy it's a beating and not a cop call." I peeked over the man's shoulder worried for whatever poor kid he was yelling at. My eyes widened at a familiar-looking child. Little crimson eyes challenge a grown-up. A child so similar to the man that adopted him that it was chilling to see him.
"R-Ren? W-What are you doing here sweetie." His little eyes darkened at my tone. Yep, he's terrifying just like Luciano even if he's four in a half.
"I think you need to put my momo down before you regret it, old man." The child said colder than what should have been possible for someone his age. Though I'm still confused as to what a momo is.
"Or what? Going to cry and scream? Have a little tantrum? Be happy I haven't kicked you yet." The guy's grip tightened on the collar of my dress till I saw something heavy slammed down on his foot. He released me and I quickly backed away from him, my mind not keeping up with what just happened. Little Floren was holding a nice-sized piece of plywood as he glared at the elder man.
"Apologise to my momo for scaring her you big jerk!" The man was too busy hissing in pain to notice anything being said or done so it explains how Floren managed to hit the man full force in the stomach with the wood. The guy kind of just fell to his knees curling in on himself.
"That monster's fucking raising a villain too un-fucking-believeable." Floren grumbled slamming the wood into the man's face, knocking him out.
"My momo is an angel dumbass!" I just stared stunned at the child as I held my stomach still shaken up from everything. Floren walked up to me and hugged my legs tightly. "Ms. Via I thought I heard your voice when I got close to this alley."
"I… What are you doing here?" Floren didn't look like he was listening as he pried a hand from my stomach and started to tug me somewhere with him.
"I need to take you to my daddy to make sure you're okay Ms. Via. Come on, I'm meeting him at this cafe a few buildings down." I pulled the boy to a stop and struggled squatting down to his height.
"Ren, sweetie, slow down. Why are you out here on your own meeting, Luci? Why aren't you with him?!" He groaned slightly but finally listened to me.
"I stayed all night at Uncle Lovino's. My annoying aunt was taking me to meet Daddy, but she just told me the cafe's name and pushed me down the street when her hero phone went off." I smiled sweetly at the boy's answer silently plotting how to make my sister-in-law suffer for endangering a child. Also made a note to not ever let her watch my twins… EVER! I hissed softly as I got back up the twins' weight stressing out my poor back. Floren squeezed my hand a little worried. "You okay? Uncle Lovino said you were probably very pregnant when I asked about you last night!"
"I'm fine sweetie. My twins are just really heavy, and he's right. In a week I'll be eight months along." He nervously rubbed my stomach.
"I… I want to…" He shook his head, preventing himself from continuing, and just tugged me down the sidewalk with a faint embarrassed blush. "Come on, we need to see Daddy. He is stubborn and won't do it himself."
"Luciano won't do what?… If you want to do something sweetie it's okay to do it. I swear!" He blushed then gently pressed his ear to my stomach. He patted my stomach gently till one of the twins hit him in the ear. I flinched slightly at the force of the kick. Floren seemed to love it though.
"Wow… Strong little jerk." He had a dull face the whole time, but I could tell he was enjoying being kicked in the face weirdly enough if the shine in his eyes wasn't anything to go by. Then shook his head to get back on the mission at hand, I guess. "My daddy's been down since he came home a few months ago. It's gotta be over you. I'm going to fix his stupid mistake somehow…"
"Oh, Ren you don't-"
"Plus you wouldn't want me walking these streets alone would you Ms. Via?" I felt my eye twitch slightly as the kid found my weakness. No one could beat how annoying Lutz can be when he angers me so much I attack him though. I love the guy like he's family but that German has some really weird kinks… Note to self that I should never leave the twins alone with him as well. Maybe no one is safe to watch them at this point.
"Fine… Only till I take you to your father. You win this time Floren." The little boy shivered slightly at the lack of a nickname.
"Uncle Lutz is right, you're scary for an angel."
"Also are you only saying that because of your father or what?"
"No… I'm saying it because it's true… Didn't even know daddy called you that." He grumbled annoyed at my statement.
He wouldn't answer me for the rest of the walk to the cafe. I understand why Flicia assumed it would be okay for him to make this walk. It wasn't far from the stop sign she left him at, but still, he was only four-and-a-half years old. HE'S A BABY AT THIS POINT! I know I've always loved children, but being pregnant has made me a hundred times worse as Lutz says when he wipes my tears after I meet some of the children these days. I was so lost in my thoughts I hadn't realized that Floren had led us into the shop already. Floren was tugging me to a table where a man sat looking way too similar to the adopted child he has. He hadn't looked up though, checking his phone with a slight frown. I couldn't see his eyes with those sunglasses he had on which I was annoyed but thankful for. They always made my mind go blank when I looked into them. He also had two drinks at his table. The overly sweet-looking things must have been Floren's.
"Got a sweet tooth huh Renny," I whispered softly. He blushed and pulled me along with a little more force.
"Daddy, I'm here. Look who I found!" Luciano's posture relaxed at hearing Floren's voice.
"About time mostro. Your damn Aunt didn't respond with anything… Who'd you guys fi-" Luciano cut himself off as he looked up.
"Sorry, Luciano. Flicia left for work around my shop, and I couldn't just let Ren walk around on his own." I explained flexing my hand slightly after Floren let it go to sit with his father. Luciano just stared at me for a minute with a straight face then turned to his son.
"Alright, what's the truth, Ren?" He demanded from his son. I tried to conceal the surprise I had. He could still read me like a children's book even after months of being apart. I thought I improved my poker face since I was tired of everyone getting so worried about me from a single look. The dark-haired boy hummed as he slowly stirred his spoon. He slowly lifted his head and had such a serious look on his face it sent chills down my spine.
"Aunt Flea dropped me off down the road by Ms. Island's shop. That part was true, but that's not where I found her. The shop was closed, which was a large disappointment since you never let her visit." Floren shot his father an annoyed look at the last part. "I was making my way here when I heard an argument in the alley of Ms. Island's shop… long story short. I beat a guy up 'cause he thought if he tried roughing Ms. Island up then maybe she'd stop working or something stupid."
"Via why are you still even traveling for work? You're almost 8 months pregnant! You are your own boss and I know it. Now put your child before yourself for a little bit!" I flinched at his lack of cursing as I nervously rubbed my stomach. I've been trying to do the best for them… the thought of sick children not having a way to achieve happiness though just hurts too much to stop now. Besides, other parents rarely attack me to begin with.
"They're fine and I'm perfectly capable of handling myself. I thought you would know by now." I Grumbled cradling my stomach. He sighed heavily, taking his sunglasses off. He looked me over with a gentle and caring look that I felt I didn't deserve since I've only caused him pain since we met. Someone as sweet as him shouldn't chase after a gross monster like myself.
"That's not what Lutz has said Via… Wait, they're okay? What the hell do you mean they're okay?" He asked, looking at my stomach confused, but there was something else also hidden in those imprisoning crimson eyes.
"Ah… Well I'm actually having twins, they are not identical though. So lord knows what they will look like." I tried to joke. A tight pressure running down my spine was slowly eating away at my good mood. Apparently, my tone gave me away because Luciano looked at me worried. "Please don't start, I'm fine. It's just extra weight stress… Can I sit down till it eases up?"
"Via you can stay the whole fucking time. I'll drive you home so you can stay the hell off your damn feet. Since you apparently don't know how to fucking do that." I nodded softly. Luciano sent Floren off to get me a cup of water. What thoughtful people. I wasn't hit with any more pain while Floren was gone.
"How's that Lilz girl Lutz took in? He told me she works with you some days and treats you like a big sister or some stupid shit like that."
"Lilz? She's really sweet, and I'm not having her work for me, I'm tutoring her. She is still only a teen and hasn't been to school since she was ten. She spent her preteens getting brainwashed and abused by that Kat woman." I grumbled out softly. The thought of Kat always taints my mood rapidly.
"Oh shit, yeah sorry about that. I only remember a little about her situation before Lutz took her in… Is that going well?"
"Well it is, but she still has a weird way of talking. Lutz is helping me work on it when he can." I smile sweetly since teaching Lilz is slightly helping me prepare to be a mom, and that is just such an amazing feeling. Luciano hadn't responded. Upon looking up he apparently was too busy looking at me. "Are y-"
"You know… I didn't think it could happen, but you look even more like an Angela right now…" His eyes were warm and soft. I could see them trace every inch of me. His voice was the most gentle I had ever heard from him.
"W-What!" I wanted to hide my face since I was bound to be blushing after that, but Luciano would see right through me so it was pointless. A rare gentle smile slowly worked its way onto his face.
"You're glowing… think they call it pregnancy glow or something stupid like that. Which really is fucking stupid because you glowed sometime before this even happened." I was at a loss for words.
"T-Thank you?" I forgot how flustered he could make me.
"I got you some water, Ms. Via!" I jumped slightly at Floren's loud return to the table. With the sudden shock, a massive jolt of pain went down my back. I did my best to smile and accept the drink to ignore the pain.
"Uh, Via? Are you sure you're fucking okay?"
"Yup, just got a little surprised by Ren, nothing else." I halfway lied which Luciano for once either bought or just didn't feel like arguing over. "Thank you so much, Ren. I needed this!"
He blushed softly, giving me a thumbs up as his answer. I almost sighed in relief when it felt like the pain was going away, but another wave quickly followed which made me flench then tightened up slightly.
"Uh, are you-"
"Yes, I'm fine, it's just from the extra weight!" I snapped out accidentally. Floren looked at me a little worried and Luciano just sighed at my reaction.
"Fine… Why don't we hurry up so we can get Ms. Via home? What do you say, Ren? The small boy looked back and forth at me and Luciano. From the look in his eyes, I can only assume he was weighing what his best option was. Ren bit his lip and played with his cup awkwardly.
"Can she give me a tour?" Ren asked in a soft little voice. Looked at his father worried over whether or not his request would be rejected. Luciano sighed looking Floren over for a bit before slowly nodding his head.
"Fine… we can go look at Ms.Via's house for a little bit. Then... and I mean this Ren, then we go home so she can rest. We will not overstay. She's pregnant and that takes a lot out of women." Floren smiled softly and sipped at his drink till it was gone.
The pain flares were still coming but I tried to smile through the pain. Luciano kept sending me worried looks while Floren watched us confused sipping at his overly sweet drink the whole time. Eating the ice from my water was thankfully helping me keep my mind straight. I squeezed my cup tightly when another wave of pain washed through my body. I accidentally squeezed tight enough that the cup shattered in my hand. Luciano was quick to almost bolt over the table pushing me away from the glass and making my hand stay open.
"What were you thinking Via!"
"H-Hurts-" I hissed out. Another wave of pain sent me to my knees. Luciano's eyes widened as I slipped from his grip and grabbed my stomach with a choked cry. A small wave of relief washed over me. I rested my head on the chair I abandoned.
"Oh my, did her water break?!?"
"Ow how exciting, new life!"
"Uh, Daddy… that doesn't look like pee…"
"Oh shit… oh fuck!" I blinked, confused, and tried to look for another pregnant lady in the cafe but saw none.
"W-What's happening," I mumbled confused till I looked down at the soaked floor below me. I widened my eyes at the sight and started to breathe heavily. "N-No B-But… I… it… No!"
"Hey shh, it's okay Angela we'll get you to the hospi-"
"I'm not even eight months along." I cried digging my nails into the chair in front of me.
"Angela… they will be fine. It's normal to have multiples early. I've been studying so for once trust me finally." I took a shaky breath as Luciano did his best to aid me. I clung to him and cried into the bend of his neck while we walked outside.
"I-I… I'm scared, Luci… I… w-what… I… what if they look like him… I needed m-more time." Luciano growled and held me tightly to his side.
"They will be beautiful no matter what Via. You're their mother so they will be the most beautiful children the hospital has delivered." He kissed the top of my head and rubbed my cheek softly.
"D-Don't le-leave me." I whimpered, grabbing his hand tightly. He kissed my knuckles hard before bolting to the driver's side.
"Leaving you had never been my intention, Angela."
"Uh… daddy I need help…" My mouth fell open a little, forgetting all about little Floren. I weakly opened my door so he could crawl into the back of the car.
"Via don't stress more than you are!"
"But-"
"He's fine. Ren, buckle up!" I watched Floren buckle himself in safely on his own. I tried to relax as best as I could, but the contractions were pretty much making it impossible. Luciano somehow didn't get pulled over for speeding and he also had amazing strategies to work through the pain. He really did study for some reason. Getting into the hospital was all a blur to me. Till I heard Luciano almost get kicked out.
"It's alright sir, we got your wife, just calm down."
"She's not my wife…"
"Ah if you don't have relations with her then you need to l-"
"He's the father!" I hissed out, clinging to the wrist Luciano used to push my medical bed. He looked at me with shocked eyes. I whimpered softly. "You can't leave me again. You said you wouldn't!"
"Oh Angela… They can't make me go anywhere." He mumbled out kissing the corner of my teary eyes. I remember talking about the pain and hearing their cries and gender revival, but the pain haze was too much for the rest. I do remember Luciano saying something before I finally fell asleep though.
"Angela… they're beautiful just like their mother."
The beeping was the first sound I heard after giving birth. I groaned from the pain radiating through my body as I batted my eyes open. The hospital room looked nice enough. Floren was sleeping on a couch under the window which made me raise an eyebrow. No one else was in my room besides me and the sleeping four-and-a-half-year-old. They left a baby bed near my bed, but it was too tall to look in and I felt too weak to move still. I yawned softly rubbing my hand gently over my almost flat stomach now.
"Hmm, that's going to take adjusting… He said they're like me right?"
"No, I said they were as beautiful as their mother. They are nothing like you." I squawked and looked at Luciano with wide eyes as he walked in. His hands held two food trays. He set my favorite dish on my bed tray while nudging Floren and having him move to a table near the bathroom to eat. I slowly ate my food looking at everything around me, absorbing where I'll stay for a bit.
"So… I know it's a boy and girl… are they…" I chewed my lip looking back and forth from my food to Luciano. I don't know what I'll do if anything happens to those two.
"Doctor said you did amazing Via. They measured out to be even further developed than meant to be. You'll love them, Angela."
"I've always loved them… I'm just… I just-"
"Have trauma and don't want to be triggered. You won't be… after all, I'm 'Their Father' so your daughter takes after me~" I chuckled at him softly till his words slowly sunk in. My daughter looks like Luciano. My daughter didn't take after me. She took after Antero. She took after Fatal Carnage. "Stop looking like that! I said she's beautiful, didn't I!?"
"But-"
"Stop it! Here, look at them." Luciano moved my food out of the way before reaching into the baby bed. The first baby he pulled out had messy lemonish blond curls atop his head just like me. I shakily held my hands out for my child. "He won and is the oldest."
"Is he…" I gently rubbed his cheek. They were soft and full of color. My baby batted his eyes open glaring at the lights and then me. I chewed on my lip seeing such anger in such little eyes. I took a calming breath while I stroked his cheeks more. "Ow, such a grumpy face huh my little Ruemen."
"Ruemen… Via you're not-"
"I still love him no matter how much I rue that night… He's still my little boy." A few soft little sounds left Ruemen as he curled into me the more I talked to him. Luciano sighed and rested his head in his hand looking somewhat annoyed.
"That doesn't seem healthy at all…" I raised an eyebrow at his statement.
"And~ what do you do daily to handle your childhood trauma again?"
"Touché… I just want better for you… and your son's future. He could ask about his name someday."
"Then I'll tell him a kid wished for it like they did for his sister's name." Luciano blinked at me slowly then looked back and forth between me and my daughter still out of my sight.
"You let a child name my stellina?!?" I was going to answer and question Luciano on his statement till Ruemen got fussy. I gestured for him to turn around till Ruemen was hidden while he fed.
"Okay, turn back… Now one yes I did and two… What did you just call her… Also, how is she yours?!?" Luciano's eyes softened when he looked at me. He looked into the bed my daughter was in again and even smiled a little.
"Well you did say I was their father~ so she's my little star now… For an Italian, you know nothing about your birth language." I chuckled softly at the common statement I heard him say about me. I gently stroked Ruemen's hair, thinking about how to answer him.
"Well as I've told you several times, only my parents lived in Italy. I was raised here in the States since they died when I was young… You can look after them but I don't think you should sign anything tho-"
"Actually… I might have… already claimed them as mine… And again for the last time, I have evidence that your Aunt, Uncle, and cousin are lying about your upbringing!" I just rolled my eyes hearing him say that same old line that he never retired.
"Yet here we are with zero evidence ever shown to me." I elbowed his upper arm with a playful smile. A very small smile worked its way onto his face.
"You will Angela… You just need to accept what you've been refusing to let yourself have this whole time. Then I'll show you my evidence." I sighed looking at him sadly.
"But-"
"No… You're about to do it again. Don't use this!" He hissed out as he tapped my forehead. "It leads to everyone getting hurt. Ignore your thoughts unless it's memories. Instead, use that heart that can put 'our' son to sleep with a few beats."
"I… that's so hard though… I… aren't you worried it'll just be a tragedy?" He reached over Ruemen and held my face. Looking me straight in the eyes.
"Via Esma Island… no tragedy would be too big if the lead-up was being with you. My own eventual death wouldn't scare me from you. You Via could be my future murderer and I'd still crave you every time I breathe." My mouth fell open at his statement. A few tears formed in my eyes, As well as a squawk leaving my throat when his lips met mine after two years of pushing everything for him down. I felt the tears finally fall as he pulled away. "I'll ask again Angela… please let me love you because that's all you deserve."
"L-Luci… I-" Before I could answer both of my babies burst into tears. He quickly dropped everything to gather my well I guess paper paper-wise our daughter into his arms. I caught a look of something brown before everything was hidden towards his chest. I watched as his eyes shined as they did when he looked at me. I told my son sweet nothings while Luciano calmed his twin down like it was nothing.
"Oh ciao mia stellina. Oh, Bella stellina! Cosí Bella. Mammina is awake now stellina. Bambina do you want something to drink?" I blinked confusedly as Italian just spewed from Luciano's mouth. I have no clue what this man is calling or teaching that baby.
"Okay… again. What are you calling m- our daughter!" His eyes widened and a large smile took over his face. He raised the baby above his head.
"¡Sí Angela! Sí il nostro!" I grumbled, sending him a glare.
"Luci if you weren't holding her I'd beat you with a pillow! I don't speak Italian! Stop talking about how beautiful she is in a language I don't know!" I quickly shut my mouth and blinked rapidly. "Wait… Angela is Angel I know that's… you said stellina is little star so…"
"Aw look Stellina your mammina's childhood dialect is finally kicking in. Papà can't hide compliments anymore shame... Though hopefully, more than just the dialect will come back." I just glared at him. "Oh Via cosí Bella~"
"N-No… uh Bella… like uh Bell yeah and she uh was beauty so Bella means beauty that… that's how I knew… it's not just a language you think is stuck somewhere in fake memories…"
"If that helps calm your panic attack then sure Angela."
"Why aren't you cussing? It's causing this attack, Sir! You not cussing means death to those around you!" His eyes dropped to the babies in our laps. Then back to me looking a little fed up.
"Do you want their first word to be a slur? Most parents frown at that Via." I slowly shut my mouth. He had a very good point honestly. "Now since she's up what is my stellina's name?"
"Oh yeah, it's Vamya!" His face fell and he blinked slowly. After a dramatic pause, he slowly looked at me, offended I'd say.
"Like the vegetable!" He asked confusedly while looking back down at our daughter concerned.
"No, that's Yam, not Vam. The child wanted to name one Vamps… so it's now Vamya. Since I really didn't want to change Rue's name now." Luciano sighed and held my daughter close. Mumbling something I couldn't hear. He looked at me slowly then squeezed Vamya into a hug.
"Hey Angela, close your eyes for me…" I looked at my babies and him confused. He just nodded his head at me. I took a shaky breath and did as he asked, he probably wouldn't hurt me. I felt him place Vamya into my lap and then take Ruemen from me. He gave my hand a little squeeze before mumbling softly. "Look at her… don't overreact, she's perfect. Listen to your heart if not for me then especially for her."
I took a shaky breath and slowly opened my eyes. Tan skin that matched Luciano and my cousin met my eyes first. Much darker than her older brother who got my olive complexion. I slowly worked my eyes up to her face. Her dark eyes confused me. Most of my family had green eyes while I have been told my lavender eyes are from my father. I leaned in closer to try and actually tell what the color even was. Her brother got a dark version of mine, but there was no purple in her little eyes. I sighed when it just couldn't come to me at least they're not an olive color. I lost my breath when I finally saw her hair.
"Lu-"
"Heart Via. Don't worry about your head. She's perfect." He cut me off. I took a shaky breath just looking down at the umber brown and white tips looking back at me.
"So… it wasn't hair dye then…" Luciano sighed
"Via-"
"People are going to think my baby is going gray Luci!" I sniffled as tears built in my eyes from a random burst of emotions. Luciano snorted and hid his mouth.
"What?"
"Look at my baby's hair, Luci! It's whiter than my skin and I'm a pale ghost! People are going to make fun of my baby because she's going gray before she's even one." I held my daughter close as tears ran down my face. Luciano burst into laughter. He laughed louder and harder than I had ever heard him.
"Oh thank god! That's what you're worried about… at least she's unique then. Così bella stellina." His laughter died down as he talked to Vamya and tickled her belly. Some gurgles left her mouth as she smiled showing off her gums.
"Where are these eyes even from? No one I know had… I think red eyes!" The random tears just kept rolling down my face while I looked over my daughter.
"Probably your Nonno actually. He had red eyes." I sniffled and looked up at him confused.
"Why do you know that… I don't even know that?" Luciano shrugged, putting Ruemen into the baby's bed.
"Meh for the best. He wasn't the best of men actually."
"Why do you know that? I didn't even know that because I never met him!" He smirked at me.
"Wouldn't you like to know Angela… Ah, you should feed my stellina. She's probably hungry." He mumbled as he turned away from me. I got Vamya settled into eating before I addressed him again.
"Yes, I would! Isn't it obvious? Why would you even ask if you aren't going to answer."
"Well Angela…" He leaned in close enough to touch our noses together. He hummed while I swallowed a lump down my throat. "You'll get your answer when you accept everything about yourself, bambina."
"Dad, can you please stop flirting with Momo? She's had enough for one day." I looked over as Floren stabbed his food grumbling. I nodded my head along to Floren's statement while Luciano sent him a glare.
"Exactly, I've had a lot happen to me! Stop using my love for you against me!" He rolled his eyes and leaned back into his chair crossing his arms.
"Yeah well, you've been committing war crimes with how often you fucked with mine so we're even." I sighed deeply and rubbed my daughter's back.
"You should have found someone better… I'm pretty much a monstrous disaster." He sent me pretty much a death glare after that. He tugged me forward by my hospital gown and kissed me roughly. A small squawk left my throat as my eyes moved towards my daughter. While Luciano had one hand tangled in the front of my gown his other was keeping Vamya safe from the railing. I tried pulling away but he held me in place till I melted into his kiss and started to return it.
"Your self-esteem issues never shuts' up, do they? Always spewing random fucking lies to yourself. I determine what I want and it's always been you. I even want these kids so you have nothing to worry about now." My eyes widened and I opened my mouth to respond, but he just covered it with his hand. "And no! I don't care where they came from. I literally just said I wanted them! I already claimed them as mine on government papers so just shut up in your head for one day! That's it one day!"
"I… I uh…"
"Look what you did Dad! You broke Momo!" I took a deep breath trying to calm my racing thoughts. Luciano was asking for the truth. The truth in my heart, not my jumbled head for once. I looked down at my daughter and twirled her dark umber hair in my fingers smoothing out her forever-white bangs it seems.
"It'll be hard for three people to live in a one-bedroom house…" I mumbled softly slowly looking at Luciano. "You want to be their dad? Well, I hope you have room for use then."
"Angela I've had room for you since you held Lutz by the collar and yelled in his face… Anger is very attractive on you~" I smiled faintly, making my daughter's head a curly mess.
