Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Red vs Blue. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I do not own RvB, Rooster Teeth does.
Church was bored. He was so damn bored that it was going to make him stab himself in the side. He was so damn tired and thrown off at the end of the time before he relaxed.
Blue Team was expecting another member. With the addition of Sister and the fact, Tex admitted to punching them in their sleep? He was tired, so damn exhausted that he would collapse into the ground before he relaxed.
He did not expect good things… But? Given the fact, his own choice of people was his ex, a womanizer, and two idiots?
There were a lot of things he would rather have. Another soldier to boss around? Eh, he could do worse.
"Ow, damn it! Why the hell did you punch me!?" Tucker yelled.
"You were the one who tried to sneak into my room, dumbass…" Tex stated before Caboose looked between the three Blues.
"Maybe if we sing the friendship song…" Caboose said as Tex pushed the blue and looked at Church.
"When the hell do you think they show up?" Tex asked.
"I don't know, they just mentioned the damn transport comes in a day… Glad it isn't more of the reds…" Church muttered.
"Hope it's another chick," Tucker said before Tex kicked the blue down the hill. "Son of a…!" Tucker yelled as the blue mercenary sighed.
"Why? Do you think it's another freelancer? Another one of your war friends?" Church asked. "Maybe we could have another person insult us every damn day, maybe shoot one of us in the head." Church quipped, sarcasm dripping from his words.
Despite the fact, Tex could easily rip his head off. She knew he had a reason to be sarcastic. She could put a nuke in his head and he would not die at ALL that could continue to make it come to a halt.
She huffed, turning her head to the side as the sound of turbines made them all look skyward.
A pelican was coming and it was clear they were headed to their base. Church for his part only pondered who it was so he could perhaps think of it the best way he could deal with it for now at the end.
"Suck it, blue!" Simmons yelled before Church turned to shoot them, looking through the rifle scope.
Tex turned, raised her rifle, and shot the red in the knee, causing Simmons to the ground.
"Holy crap, that was awesome," Church stated.
Tex rolled her eyes as the pelican finally opened its doors, letting a blue with icy blue armor and a blue visor that reminded Church of the other grunts leaped out.
"One guy… Whoop… I'm going in." Tex said before another voice cut in.
"Pff, look at the fancy lady in black…." They heard.
"Hey, how about you stop dissing the team!?" The soldier with the icy visor asked with annoyance. "Which one of you is the commander? Gabe, I swear I'll shoot you myself if you get us thrown off another team!" The soldier stated before he sighed.
There were the sounds of another pair of engines as a ship slowly started to land towards the other point of the battlefield.
It was an odd little thing that needed to be done for now. He clicked his fingers and then looked to the side once again, he would not be able to figure it out as he seemed to pause, looking right out at Carolina.
There was more to their battle than before… He had been able to try and figure it all out while it came down to it.
Church hummed and then looked to the side, knowing what was going on now and for good reason.
He looked at the two reds… Then the two blues realized there were just going to be more idiots here to deal with.
He almost let out a scream, knowing such things were a bit beyond it as of now… Such things seemed to need to break…
He sighed to himself and then paused to think, knowing what was going on now, a nightmare that seemed to be dealt with for now. He still had a few things left to deal with now when push came to shove.
Author Notes
Phew. The first chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter is going to be a bit delayed… No, this is not set during the old seasons… At least not now. This story might form a crossover with RWBY. The next chapter will show the Blues hanging out and the Reds with their new soldiers. Until the 900–6500-word chapter in 2-10 months, Lighting Wolf out!
