Being in his arms felt like holding an angel or a semi-god. His perfect body was pure muscle, making me feel completely protected. His scent was intoxicating. I would have been the happiest women on this entire planet, if he hadn't started patting my head.. like dog owners do with their pets. The gesture killing any romantic feeling I had just seconds ago.
"You are wetting my shirt, human girl." He mused, still patting my hair. Just to add to my embarrassment.
"Oh" I coughed, it took everything in me to pull my head away from his torso, only to realise I really had cried into his shirt. A creepy smiley was now looking right back at me. "I'm sorry-"
"What is going on?" My mothers shrill voice resonated. We both jumped a part, startled.
"And who are you?" She inquired, looking dubiously at him, her eyes wandering from head to toe and back to his head.
"Uhm, mom! This is..this..is-" somehow, I was incapable of forming any coherent sentence.
"I'm Rio, Amanda's boyfriend." Rio held out his hand, as if he was angling for a handshake. His outstretched arm was left awkwardly in the air, before he retracted it.
"I didn't know you had a boyfriend, - Amanda?" My mother looked at me, eyebrows raised. "Me neither." I said before realizing how stupid my answer was. I laughed out, "I mean, yes. Mom, this is Rio." I threw him a deadly stare, "he's new at my school and yeaahhh, we are kind of dating." I breathed out.
"Well, a little heads up would have been great. But I guess you really don't tell me anything anymore." She looked at me disappointed. She took a step closer and finally looked at Rio. Really looked at him. I could see how startled she was, mesmerized by his good looks, his proud posture, his magnificent eyes. She blinked a few times, speechless for a minute. She finally got back to her senses.
"You're staying for dinner, Rio? It would be wonderful to get to know you better. I was about to cook roasted chicken with potatoes." My mother never cooks nice dinners, which only meant she wanted to impress our new house guest.
"It would be a pleasure" Rio said at the same time I said "Unfortunately, he was about to leave." We both stared at each other. "Sorry, you wanted to leave, remember? Next time mom." I grabbed his hand a little forcefully, and dragged him down the stairs to the foyer.
"It was a pleasure to meet you, Jeanine. I hope to see you soon again." He exclaimed enthusiastically, while I was pulling him down the flight of stairs.
"Likewise Rio." She beamed.
I almost ran us down the stairs, as far and quickly away as possible from my mother, before she could say anything else Closing the entrance door behind us, making us effectively stand outside in the cold, before turning to him.
"What are you playing at, idiot? You're not my boyfriend!" I confronted him.
"I had to make her like me, so I can stay over. Now what? You have a better idea?" He glowed at me.
After a long staring contest, I finally relented.
"You're in idiot. But oh..it's really freezing outside. Let's sneak back in. I know another way." Thank god, there was a way back into the house through the garden. We sneaked around the house, escalating the garage before jumping onto my private balcony. Thank god my room was isolated at the very end of the house, far away from the main part.
"Shit, I think I forgot to leave the window open." I cursed under my breath.
"I can get that." He not so gently shoved my out of the way, before somehow managing to undo the lock - how, I have no idea, and get us back into the room.
"Great, Einstein. Now what? Oh, sorry, I mean Rio. Where did you get that from?" Rio just looked at me, and ignored me.
"I'm tired." He proceeded to walk over and overtake my bed, outstretching his entire body. I felt an urge deep into my belly to join him, and cuddle him. I glimpsed at his stomach that was peaking from underneath his shirt. Showing a very muscular carved out Six pack.
"Are you crazy! What if she walks right back in and sees you?" I jumped to the door, locking it.
"Ah come on, relaaaaaax." He let out a big yawn, before waving me to join him. "Come, human girl. Let's take a nap." What was wrong with him? We were in quite a shitty situation all because of him and all he could think about was napping. What selfish being he was. I had to think. I took a deep breath.
"Mom" I screamed downstairs, "I'm not feeling well, I'm staying in my room. Please don't come in. I'll get something downstairs later if I'm hungry." I shouted .
"Okay, darling." I heard her shout back. As if she actually cared. Nowadays, I usually ate alone. No one cared about no one in this household. Everyone minding their own business. Both my parents successfully avoiding me, as if I was a nuisance. I had always wanted a sibling to fill the void left by my absentee parents. Ideally a brother. But now that I was "bonded" to Rio, I wasn't so sure. He was really annoying me. What would I do with him now?
"I wouldn't mind to eat something you know." Rio mumbled, still lying comfortably on my bed. Arms and legs stretched out.
"Well that's not going to happen anytime soon, thanks to you - genius." I retorted. "We have to wait at least two hours before the kitchen is free." I walked next to the bed, carefully sitting down.
"At least we can nap while waiting." He said self-satisfied. "You need to rest, grumpy. I can feel the radiations of your body's muscle contractions from here."

He suddenly jumped up, snatching me into his arms before pulling me close to him, wrapping an arm possessively around me, effectively preventing me from leaving.
"What are you-" I tried to make sense of the situation.

"You need to ease up a bit." He mumbled into my hair. I was now lying in front of him, his arms pressed against my back. We were very very close.
Fair, I was tense. But how could he not see the shitty situation we were in? And how would we even get out of it? But maybe he was right, maybe I should try to relax.
"Don't you dare try anything!" I warned him, while his arm wrapped steadfastly around my stomach.
"Promise." He mumbled in a tired voice, and I could hear his breath rise and fall steadily.
The only problem was, I was feeling this uneasy feeling in my stomach. Oh no! Was this..? I recognized this immediately. It had happened to me once before. But this time, it was a hundred times stronger: I was catching feelings. For him. I don't even know him. "Please no", I whispered to myself.

"I don't want to do it… Father! No..don't make me…I don't.." Rio was twitching in his sleep. He was gripping my body with all his might. I no longer felt warm or safe.
"Rio! You are hurting me.." I said, trying to get out of his iron grip. "Rio...Rio! RIO WAKE UP!" I screamed with all my lungs, but to no avail.
"No…I can't.." Rio seemed like possessed. He was holding me so strongly, I could no longer breath-in enough air. A dark cloud was wrapping me in, making me loose consciousness.

"Amanda!" I slowly opened an eyelid. Concerned dark purple eyes were staring at me. His face only millimeters away from mine.
"What..happened?" I was slowly coming back into the present.
"I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. Are you okay?" Worry written all over his beautiful face. His hands cupping my face gently.
"I'm okay.." My voice sounded heavy and exhausted. I could feel the pain in my body from where his grip had held me. A feeling as if he had crushed my ribs with his arm.
"What happened?" I looked into his purple eyes. I could only see the pain in his eyes and my own reflection.
He leaned in coming very close, his nose touching mine, his warm breath caressing my skin before gently pressing his lips onto mine.

I know this is such lazy writing, I am so out of inspiration I am really sorry. I'll try to rewrite this and make it a little less bad. :(( Please don't be upset! xxx
