VI: Forseer

With war on the horizon Emmeryn, the Shepherds and Azure Team returned to Ylisse to prepare for the inevitable clash. Aasimar suggests to the Exalt that Azure team can help put an end to this war by taking out the head of the snake, but Emmeryn turned that down quickly. In a few days the group returned, and the war talks began while the Shepherds and Azure Team prepared for war.

Deadeye diligently honed her archery skills at the practice range, aware of the bow and arrow's practicality despite not matching the sheer force of her favored Barret , a weapon she cherished, especially given her limited ammunition. Her shots found their marks with precision, four hitting the bullseye and just one veering slightly off center. As she assessed her performance, Virion approached, noting her dedication to archery.

"Ah, Deadeye, back at the archery practice, I see?" Virion greeted her, strolling toward her.

"Always refining my aim. It's essential in battle," Deadeye replied, acknowledging the importance of precision.

"Precision indeed marks a true archer," Virion agreed, offering his insights. "May I offer some advice?"

Curious, Deadeye welcomed his input. "Advice from you? I'm all ears."

"It's more than just aim, stance and breath matter too. Let me demonstrate," Virion suggested, holding out his bow.

Stepping aside to observe, Deadeye watched as Virion adjusted his posture. "A firm foundation and exhaling upon release," he explained.

Mimicking Virion's stance, Deadeye tested it out. "Hm, that feels... more stable," she realized, acknowledging the difference.

Virion, visibly proud, nodded. "Indeed! A steady shot can turn the tide in a skirmish."

"Thank you, Virion. I'll remember that in our next battle," Deadeye expressed gratitude for the guidance.

Virion bowed theatrically. "My pleasure. Your marksmanship will surely inspire others on the battlefield."

At night, standing in the castle courtyard is Chrom who sighs as Robin and Aasimar in just her Phantoms uniform, arrive to join him.

"Chrom? What are you doing out so late?" Robin asked.

"Either it's because he's bored or it's the current situation we're in." Aasimar stated.

"Oh, hi, Robin, Aasimar. Indeed I'm just... dueling with some unpleasant thoughts... Tomorrow we march to Regna Ferox to request additional soldiers. But there's something you two especially Aasimar should know first. Not everything Gangrel said was a lie. The last exalt, my father, waged war on Plegia for many years. The violence... It was a brutal campaign, ending only with his death 15 years ago. Plegia rightfully remembers their suffering, but his war was no kinder to his own people. As the fighting dragged on, our army became more and more diminished. Farmers who could barely wield a pitchfork were conscripted and sent to their deaths. Soon there was no food at all, and the kingdom began to collapse. I was young, but I remember those dark times. ...I know how they affected Emmeryn."

"Such an experience would change anyone." Robin replied.

Chrom nodded and continued, "Indeed. When our father died before her 10th year, he left her quite the legacy... Plegia's desire for vengeance... Our own people's unbridled rage... My sister became a target for blame on all sides. Her own subjects began to hurl insults—and stones. She still bears the scar from one... But she never let them see her pain. Only Lissa and I understood."

"It must have been so hard..." Robin said.

"Indeed. I can't imagine the hardships both sides endured during such a turbulent period. Wars often claim more than just soldiers, don't they? The toll on ordinary people, innocents dragged into the conflict... It's heartbreaking." Aasimar replied emphatically.

"Yes, it was a time I wish we could erase from history." Chrom said.

Aasimar added, "It sounds like a nightmare, Chrom. But speaking of history, acknowledging the past is crucial. It helps us understand the present and strive for a better future. Your honesty about these difficult times, your father's actions, and their impact on Emmeryn... It's all part of learning and moving forward."

"I know. Still I cannot claim to know how she does it, Robin, Aasimar." Chrom stated, "I could not greet such hostility with warmth and patience. While our people mocked and vilified her, she reached out and healed them. She brought soldiers home to their families. She ended the war. And when Ylisse's spirit was mended, and the people "forgave" her? ...She never resented them for it. She represents the best part of the halidom—the part most worth protecting. She IS peace. But some men would take advantage of that. Men like King Gangrel. The day he understands peace will be the day death gives it to him. ...So perhaps I must be death's agent. Emmeryn would never order him killed, nor would I wish her to."

"I have no problem being that harbinger of death though, Chrom." Aasimar stated firmly, "If you don't want that burden I'll happily take that burden in your place."

"Aasimar, your bravery is admirable, but I cannot ask that of you. Ending a life is never a burden one should carry lightly." Chrom said with appreciation and concern.

Robin joined in saying, "Aasimar, we all stand together in this. No single person should shoulder the weight of such a decision alone. We'll find another way."

Aasimar held her ground saying, "I respect your concerns, but this isn't just about bearing a burden. It's about ensuring the safety of everyone here. I'm willing to make the hard choices to protect our future, even if it means shouldering the weight of those decisions alone."

"Well spoken you two…" A voice said which Chrom recognized.

"Marth."

Indeed the one known as 'Marth' walked into the scene with Aasimar looking at them with suspicion.

"Good evening to you." Marth greets.

"How did you get here?" Chrom demanded.

"I'd like to know too." Aasimar added.

"The cleft in the castle wall, behind the maple grove." Marth answers surprising the prince.

"There? But how would you...? Ugh."

"You know the place, Chrom?" Robin asked.

"Yes. I bashed in part of the wall while training the Shepherds." Chrom answered with exasperation, "It's only a small hole, and I'd thought it well concealed, but..."

"Your secret is safe with me." Marth assured, "I come here only to warn you."

"Warn us?"

"The exalt's life is in danger."

"I find that hard to believe." Aasimar said with disbelief.

"Exactly! That's absurd. She's guarded at all hours." Chrom also added.

"What if... What if I told you I have seen the future? Would you believe me? A future where Emmeryn is killed. Here. Tonight." Marth states.

"Seen the future? Have you lost your wits?" Chrom exclaimed.

"Yes, I expected you wouldn't believe me. So allow me to prove it!" Marth said.

Marth draws his blade; Chrom tenses, placing his hand on his own Falchionwhile Aasimar draws out her desert eagle and points it at Marth but then perceives movement in the bushes.

"I'm about to save your life. ...From him." Marth states to Chrom.

An assassin bursts from the bushes, charging at Marth; Marth tosses Falchion into the air and then leaps after it, catching his sword and bringing it down on the assassin in an instant kill.

"I trust this proof will suffice?"

"...Yeah."

"It's not bloody over yet." Aasimar warned.

Another Assassin leaps from the bushes, surprising Marth; he turns to parry, but trips over the fallen assassin's sword; the attacking assassin's blade slashes Marth's mask in two, revealing that Marth is actually a woman. Aasimar blows the assassin away with a bullet to the head.

"You okay?" Aasimar asks.

"I'm fine. Thank you." 'Marth' answers as Aasimar walks to the other assassin and puts a bullet to their head too.

"Wait, you're—You're a woman?" Chrom asks with surprise.

"And quite the actress, too." Aasimar states, "Honestly, I'm surprised you didn't figure it out until just now."

Marth looks at Aasimar with suspicion, "Indeed. You're very perceptive, Aasimar."

"Comes with my job." Aasimar replies.

An explosion rocks the grounds; Chrom, Marth, Aasimar and Robin all rush toward the castle.

"What the bloody hell's happening?!" Aasimar asks on the comms.

"We got intruders who've broken in to the castle!" Gadget replied.

"Fortunately we've been able to keep them at bay with some suppression fire." Deadeye added.

"Well hold on while we join the bloody party!" Aasimar stated.

"I'm already locked and loaded ma'am!"Carnage replied.

Outside the palace, the intruders are there ready to begin their attack with the leader giving orders.

"Remember, I want the Emblem in my hand and Emmeryn dead on the floor. Let nothing distract you from either purpose." A man in sorcerer's attire ordered.

"As you will it." A subordinate said.

A distance away Gaius overheard the conversation and was panicking. "Woah, woah, did I just hear that right? We're to KILL the exalt? I'm just here for the plunder. You know, line my pockets with some royal goods. The exalt's such a sweet lady... Sure, I'll rob her blind, but I'd never harm her!"

Chrom, Robin, Marth and a now geared up Aasimar meet up with Emmeryn and the others.

"Emm!" Chrom called out.

"Chrom! Take Lissa and flee while you still have time!" Emmeryn ordered.

"No! We're not leaving you! Just stay where it's safe!" Chrom replied.

"The assassins should scatter if we can defeat their leader." Robin stated.

"That makes the objective simple enough." Aasimar said, "Azure Team. Deal with the opposition but if you see their commander put them down hard!"

"Roger that!" The Azure team acknowledged.

The sorcerer spotted Chrom and was annoyed that he wasn't wounded.

"Hmph! Two assassins and the little princeling was not even wounded?! ...Wait. Some of these actors do not belong on this stage..." He noticed two people he didn't expect. Robin being the first. "Ho ho! Can it be?! After years of searching... Tonight, fate truly piles gifts at my feet!"

Aasimar being the second and her presence put the sorcerer on edge. "Ah, so that's Aasimar, the leader of the mercenary group that defied us? Tonight, she and her lackeys shall face retribution."

Aasimar shivers and is glaring at where the one talking about her is. "Whoever you are I have a bullet with your bloody name on it."

"Aasimar? You alright?" Chrom asked with concern.

Aasimar shrugged him off, "I'm fine. Just ready for battle."

Marth was focusing on Aasimar before her Falchion begins to glow. 'Falchion is gleaming...'

"What's wrong?" Chrom asked.

"It's not your concern." Marth replied.

"Seems like nothing ever is with you."

"My apologies."

"Just stay at Emmeryn's door. We'll handle the killers."

Gadget trained his shotgun on a figure approaching from behind the curtains. The intruder turned out to be a female beast warrior, a Taguel, making her way toward Marth and Emmeryn. Before he could pull the trigger, Marth intervened.

"Hold! Panne is not your enemy." Marth asserted.

"Do you know them?" Gadget asked, cautious.

"I know... of her. And I knew she would come here tonight." Marth explained, but Gadget remained skeptical.

"And how do you know she won't attack the exalt?"

"Because I am here to protect the exalt, to repay a debt to you, Warren. Nothing more, nothing less," Panne cautiously spoke up.

Gadget slowly lowered his weapon and sighed. "Fine, she's your responsibility, Marth. If she tries anything, you deal with her before I do."

"Yes, and I swear to you, Panne is an ally," Marth assured.

Gadget nodded and walked away. "Fine." He then spoke over the comm, "Aasimar. We have an ally joining us to defend the exalt. Marth claims to know them and swears she's an ally."

"Are you serious?! And you believe her?" Aasimar asked.

"As far as I can throw them, but I'm keeping an eye on them." Gadget replied.

"You do that!"

Meanwhile, Panne observed Gadget deploying a surveillance drone, utilizing its adaptive camouflage to survey the opposition. She was surprised at the unique device and its capabilities, viewing it with caution due to her unfamiliarity with such technology.

Noticing her puzzled expression, Marth explained, "Panne, it's a device the Phantoms use for reconnaissance purposes. It helps monitor and gather information from a distance without being easily seen. It's a tool they use for strategic planning and to keep us informed about the battlefield."

"Ah, the Phantoms," Panne remarked in realization. "I thought they were a fear tactic to spook Ylisse's enemies, but they are real. Interesting."

Gadget displayed a bird's eye view of the battlefield on the cross-com to the other members of Azure Team. "Take a look, team. This is the layout of the battlefield and our opposition," he announced.

The display revealed an overhead layout of the palace, marking allies and enemies with blue and red dots respectively, while the Phantoms were represented by green dots. The comprehensive overview allowed the Azure team to assess the positions of all forces involved in the conflict.

Aasimar observed three pathways leading toward the opposition's target, the Exalt. The center path appeared the narrowest, presenting a clear chokepoint advantageous for defense. The east path seemed wider but covered more ground to traverse, and the west path appeared to be a middle ground between the other two.

Aasimar strategizes and divides the team accordingly: Deadeye is assigned to the center path, guarding the chokepoint with Kellam, while Virion positions himself by the windows with Miriel and Ricken, ready to attack any visible enemies. Carnage heads to the east path to assist Frederick, Stahl, Vaike, and Sully in handling adversaries on that side. Gadget remains on support duty with Lissa and Maribelle, using the drone for reconnaissance and offering assistance as needed. Lastly, Aasimar herself takes charge of the west path, coordinating with Robin, Chrom, and Lon'qu to confront any foes approaching from that direction.

Aasimar arrived at the west path and positioned herself against the wall, signaling the others to halt while she scouted ahead. Peering cautiously, she spotted two dark mages, a brigand, and a familiar thief approaching. With swift action, she retrieved a flashbang, tossing it toward the enemies before taking cover.

The brigand and dark mages noticed the rolling cylindrical object, but the thief recognized it and shielded his eyes just before the flashbang detonated, disorienting the group. In the ensuing chaos, Lon'qu swiftly dispatched the brigand while Robin and Aasimar efficiently neutralized the dark mages.

Chrom came across the thief and was about to finish him off, but the thief attempted to placate the prince. "Easy there, blue blood. I'm not here to hurt anyone."

"...Yet you run with a band of assassins?" Chrom asked suspiciously.

"Believe it or not, just trying to make a living. I'm a thief, see? Bust open doors, crack into chests... that kind of thing. This lot said they wanted to break into some kind of vault. Nobody said anything about murder. I'd just as soon sit this one out." Gaius explained, and to everyone's surprise, Gaius recognized Aasimar. "Aasimar? You're with this nobleman?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

Aasimar too was just as surprised to see Gaius. "Gaius?! You're with these assassins?!"

"You know him Aasimar?" Robin asked.

Aasimar sighed before clarifying. "Yes, Gaius was our contact when we were freelancers, before joining forces with you and the Shepherds."

Chrom turned to Aasimar, seeking assurance. "Do you trust him?"

Aasimar's response was straightforward. "As far as I can throw him." She deadpanned, prompting an exaggerated reaction from Gaius. Then, she added, "But he's a better option than the rest of that lot."

"Ouch, real vote of confidence there." Gaius retorted sarcastically.

"Be grateful I didn't put a one right between your eyes." Aasimar fired back.

"Enough! We need all the help we can get to save the exalt's life. You appear capable, and we could use any information you have about our foes." Chrom stated.

"Oh, right—those good intentions. Fine then, I'll prove my sincerity... if you sweeten the deal." Gaius said.

Aasimar nonchalantly reached for a bag and tossed it to Gaius, who instinctively caught it. Peering inside, he discovered a trove of tantalizing candies that immediately caught his interest. His eyes sparkled with anticipation, and he couldn't help but drool a little.

"Will that do the trick?" Aasimar casually asks.

"IT'S A DEAL!" Gaius answers.

Chrom looked incredulous asking, "...You'll risk your life if I give you... a bag of candy?"

"I said "sweeten the deal", didn't I?" Gaius replied, "Don't get me wrong, I'll take the gold, too. Later. Unless you've got more of these. ...Have you got more of these?!"

"Um... I'll ask Lissa."

Lon'qu expressed his disbelief with a facepalm. "Sugar was all it took to earn his loyalty?"

"Welcome to the club, Lon'qu." Aasimar quipped in response.

"Everyone has their motivations, but let's not lose sight of the battle at hand," Robin reminded the group, redirecting their focus.

Kellam stands at the central path, a stoic and towering figure amidst the chaos. His presence goes unnoticed by the advancing enemy forces. Alongside him, Deadeye and Virion take up strategic positions by the windows, their bows poised and ready.

With a swift, almost imperceptible movement, Deadeye and Virion draw their bows, sending arrows flying with exceptional accuracy. Meanwhile, Miriel and Ricken conjure spells from their tomes, adding magical chaos to the barrage. The combined precision of their attacks momentarily holds back the oncoming enemies.

As the five armored knights approach, their steel-clad forms promising a challenging confrontation.

"We've got knights incoming." Virion warned, his voice tinged with urgency.

Deadeye swiftly redirected her attention to the new threat. "I'll handle them." she declared. With calm expertise, she switches to her Barret .50 rifle, switching the improv ammo for the proper .50 caliber ammo, the sheer power and precision of the weapon instantly apparent when the rifle fires and puts a sudden stop to a pair of knights' advance permanently.

"Tangoes down." Deadeye announced.

The sheer power of the immense weapon strikes fear into the hearts of the enemy, causing a momentary hesitation in their advance which Miriel and Ricken capitalize on and use their magic to eliminate the other three knights.

On the eastern path, the air is split by the thunderous roar of Carnage's heavy machine gun.

"Say hello to my little friend, pandejos!" Carnage bellowed manically as he unleashed a barrage of heavy fire down the corridor, creating a storm of lead that rains down on the enemy forces with unrelenting intensity. The HMG's suppressing fire leaves chaos in its wake, mowing down a good number of the adversaries while forcing the others to seek cover, their advance halted by the relentless barrage.

As the enemies cower under the relentless onslaught, the ground trembles with the charge of Stahl, Vaike, Sully, and Frederick, who dash forward fearlessly. With weapons at the ready, they move swiftly, capitalizing on the momentary pause in enemy fire caused by Carnage's barrage. They expertly pick off any adversaries who manage to endure the initial onslaught, swiftly closing the distance and launching a precise and swift counter-attack.

Their synchronized movements are a dance of combat prowess, delivering a swift and efficient execution of the remaining foes who attempt to rally after the suppressing fire. Stahl's swift strikes, Vaike's raw strength, Sully's agility, and Frederick's commanding presence combine seamlessly to eliminate any adversaries that dare to withstand the initial onslaught, securing the eastern path with a decisive sweep.

On the western path, Aasimar and Robin maintain a steadfast stance, their weapons at the ready. Aasimar's rifle unleashes a barrage of bullets, while Robin unleashed his Light tome with precise aim. Their combined onslaught creates a whirlwind of ranged attacks that keep the enemy forces pinned down.

In the midst of the chaos, Lon'qu becomes a ghostly blur, darting between adversaries with swift, calculated movements. His sword strikes like lightning, swiftly incapacitating any foes that attempt to advance. Meanwhile, Chrom, determined and undaunted, charges forth alongside Lon'qu. Their coordinated assault is a symphony of precision and determination, swiftly eliminating any adversaries left standing.

With the ranged barrage holding the foes at bay, Aasimar and Robin transition seamlessly into close-quarters combat. Drawing their swords, they join Chrom and Lon'qu, engaging in swift and lethal melee combat. Their swords cleave through the adversaries, ensuring that none can stand against their coordinated assault. Working together as a cohesive unit, they secure the western path with a combination of ranged precision and close combat finesse.

The leader of the intruders was astonished as his forces, were swiftly overwhelmed by the combined might of the Shepherds and Azure team. His eyes widened in disbelief as the coordinated efforts of both groups disrupted his army's formations, decimating their ranks with efficiency and strategic prowess.

Amidst the chaos and the crumbling defense, his expression twisted into a mix of fury and frustration. His calculating mind quickly processed the situation, recognizing that his subordinates were failing to contain the resilient opposition.

With a cold determination, the leader's lips curled into a malevolent sneer. He realized that it was time for a more personal intervention. Gripping his dark tome tightly, he made a resolute decision to step into the fray himself, confident that his formidable powers would turn the tide in his favor.

His first target being Robin.

"Ma'am! Looks like the leader's stepping up to the plate and is coming your way." Deadeye alerted her leader. Aasimar noticed the dark mage's focus on Robin, quickly moving behind the tactician and activating her adaptive camo, much to his and Chrom's surprise.

"The enemy leader is on the move." Aasimar warned, signaling ahead to draw their attention.

The leader of the intruders came upon Robin with a devious grin that sent shivers down Robin's spine. "Well, well... Ha ha ha! Oh, I know you... Submit to me, and perhaps I might honor you with the truth!"

"Sorry but I'll never submit to the likes of you. The truth is something I'll discover on my own terms, not by bowing to your whims." Robin replied defiantly with his Light tome at the ready.

"Ha! Like you have any choice!"

"He does. Pity you won't be around long enough to do anything about it."

BANG!

"AAARRGGHH!" The dark mage collapsed, a gaping hole in his chest. He writhed in agony, startled by the unexpected attack. Struggling to lift his head, he barely glimpsed the assailant—Aasimar materializing, standing over him with her ACR slung behind her and a Desert Eagle in hand.

"No... This is all... wrong... How could... you know the plan…"

"I could tell you, but it won't change a thing."

"D-Damn you…you'll... regret this…"

BANG! BANG! BANG!

"Save your words for someone who cares."

The dark mage fell silent, his body motionless. Aasimar remained coldly impassive, staring down at the lifeless form.

Robin is surprised by the swift and efficient handling of the enemy leader by Aasimar, especially her cold and calculated approach. Though he's concerned for Aasimar's state of mind.

Chrom's face is a mixture of concern and appreciation for Aasimar's quick thinking and execution, although he's also worried about the toll this would take on her.

As a warrior trained to handle high-stakes situations, Lon'qu admired Aasimar's ruthlessness and precision, even acknowledging her actions with a nod of approval but he also keeps an observant eye on her, understanding the potential emotional toll of such encounters.

"Status report, team. How's everyone holding up?" Aasimar inquired.

"We're all clear here, ma'am. No casualties or injuries to report." Gadget assured.

"Everyone's fine on my side." Deadeye confirmed.

"No issues on our end, but the same can't be said for the pandejos we mowed down." Carnage added, somewhat smugly. Sully and Vaike could also be heard laughing too.

"Good to hear. Let's regroup, everyone." Aasimar instructed firmly.

Robin approached Aasimar, his expression a mix of concern and curiosity. "Aasimar, are you alright?" he asked, his eyes searching hers for any signs of distress.

Aasimar, holstering her desert eagle, met his gaze with an unreadable expression. "I'm fine, Robin. Just doing what needed to be done."

"That was... quick. You didn't hesitate at all." Robin commented.

"Hesitation can cost lives. We can't afford that luxury." Aasimar replied sharply.

Robin continues, "I understand that, but…"

Aasimar interrupts, "I appreciate your concern Robin but we're in war and we can't afford to hesitate in combat. I've seen enough to know what it can cost."

Robin nodded, acknowledging her perspective but still worried. "I understand the necessity of your actions, but I don't want you to lose sight of yourself in the process. If you ever need to talk, I'm here."

Aasimar's stern demeanor softened slightly, and she placed a reassuring hand on Robin's shoulder. "Thanks, Robin. I know where to find you if I need to. Let's focus on the situation at hand."

Everyone regroups with the conclusion of the battle. Chrom and Frederick are talking with Emmeryn and Philia while Aasimar talks with her team.

"How the bloody hell did those assassins even get into the palace?" Aasimar asked leaning against the wall in frustration, "There has to be an explanation."

Gadget scanned through the surveillance footage, his brow furrowing in confusion. "I've reviewed the recordings from every angle. There's no definitive entry point, no sign of tampering with the palace defenses."

Deadeye chimed in, her tone grim. "I made sure the perimeter was secure. No one could slip by unnoticed."

Carnage, looking equally perplexed, shrugged. "I scoured the area myself. Didn't find a single trace of how they got in."

Aasimar's annoyance grew more evident. "So what you're telling me is that they just magically appeared inside the palace walls?"

Robin, attempting to ease the tension, offered a suggestion. "It's possible they used some kind of teleportation magic or an unknown entry method."

Aasimar let out a frustrated sigh, clearly discontented. "I'm not a fan of uncertainties, especially when it comes to our security. But we'll table that for now. It's time to scrounge up some materials for our makeshift ammo."

Gadget responded with a sigh of his own, "Seriously, ma'am. There has to be a better solution for our ammo shortage."

Aasimar's expression remained unchanged as she deadpanned, "If you've got an alternative in mind, Gadget, I'm all ears. Until then, using the teeth of our foes will have to suffice."

"Consider it a challenge, ma'am," Gadget replied determinedly.

Still Aasimar couldn't shake off the concern about Marth's presence and the potential implications of their knowledge of the future for her and the Azure team in this world. Additionally, she senses that the Phantoms represent an anomaly in the situation altogether.

Exiting the castle, Marth felt a wave of relief washing over her. The crisis had been averted, but the lingering concern about the Phantoms remained, an unsettling factor in the midst of the situation. With a furrowed brow, she couldn't shake off the unease caused by the unfamiliar element introduced by the presence of the Phantoms.

She took a moment to ponder their place in the larger scheme of events. Their sudden appearance seemed to introduce more questions than answers, adding complexity to an already intricate situation. Her thoughts swirled with uncertainty about their motives and their role in the recent events, leaving her with a sense of foreboding as she considered their impact on the future.

"I'll need to closely monitor these Phantoms. Their mere presence here has already set a new course for the future," Marth contemplated with vigilance.

She wasn't the only one bothered by that as another mysterious individual is also bothered by the presence of the Phantoms in Ylisse and their actions so far.

They'd observed from the shadows as Azure Team emerged onto the battlefield. A sense of unease washed over them, their eyes narrowing with suspicion and confusion. This enigmatic group, seemingly appearing out of nowhere, posed a puzzle that required investigation. So far they found themselves unable to pinpoint a concrete reason, only a nagging feeling that Phantoms could upset the delicate balance it had established. Especially the leader Aasimar who put the mysterious individual on edge.

"Until I discern their true purpose, I shall regard them as a potential threat." The individual growled, its voice filled with determination.

With an air of caution and vigilance, they'll continue to observe and analyze Aasimar and the Azure Team, searching for any clues that would shed light on their origins and intentions. The puzzle of their presence remained unsolved, fueling their determination to uncover the truth.

CHAPTER 6 End.

Marth warns Chrom that Exalt Emmeryn will be assassinated. The Shepherds and Phantoms thwart the plot with Aasimar eliminating the leader, but Marth is revealed to be a woman - and one with knowledge of the future. Aasimar finds herself concerned about this knowledge of the future just as Marth and another unknown individual are concerned about the Phantoms' presence in Ylisse and how they'll affect future events.

Leave a review and have a nice day.
