"I'm sorry about that," Leah smiled apologetically, "She can be insensitive at times, and she doesn't even realize that she's being insensitive!"
"That's fine," I said.
Yeah... That should be fine, I guess! What was the point in making a fuss about it!
"You will find a lot of crazy people in our family," she chuckled.
Oh, you don't say!
"My Mom is just like her," she said, "They think I'm depressed, but I'm not! I just told them that I'm fed up with men and they're taking it as 'depression'! I just want to have fun for some time!"
"Yes, you should," I smiled, "Don't listen to anyone. You should do whatever you feel is the right thing for you."
"Yeah, exactly! But these people wouldn't understand! I wouldn't call myself a feminist, but everyone in my family is so different towards men and women. They just make me crazy!" she said.
She seemed really frustrated with everyone, and well, I couldn't blame her because everyone did seem insane!
"I mean, everyone knows that Edward is going to marry Angela at some point, and they don't give a damn that he's having fun with you until they both figure out their shit! And look at you! You're also having fun, and it's just great! But my mother and Aunt Esme would kill me if I did something similar!"
Excuse me?
Edward... what?
He was planning to marry Angela?
I felt like my head was spinning.
What the fuck did that mean?
I needed to talk to him!
I mean, he was free to do whatever he wanted, but still...
"Oh, we were just talking about you," she said to Edward who was walking towards us.
"Oh I hope you were not gossiping about me," he chuckled and put his arm around my waist.
He seemed totally unbothered, and well, that bothered me!
Yeah, I fucking needed to talk to him!
