After being let off at Summerland, the residents immediately looked surprised by the giant Dragonite before she returned to normal size and went back to Fall City, as well as Quincess's unique appearance, which I couldn't say I blamed them for. I then poked my head into the Ranger Base and saw Cameron right there and looking at me with a smile.

"Hey, there, Beth! I heard you defeated that insanely secret factory and rescued hostages at the same time! Well, now you can use the witch's submarine to go to the Panula Caves. I'm begging you, save Jirachi at any cost... um... personal reasons," he said, me smiling at how my ears heard his heart thumping faster, and I could hear him crying on the inside.

"I'll save Jirachi for you, Cameron. But what's the relation?" I asked.

"U-Um... mother," he said, me then being surprised, but not showing it. I simply gave a thumbs-up and went to the others in my group, leading us the whole way to the submarine at the end of the piers, which Humba-Wumba looked at in concern.

"That look like Grunty submarine. You sure it safe for us and Humba?" she asked, me nodding as the mechanic, who was nearby, confirmed for us.

"No weapons, it's been inspected up, down, and all around for any traps, and I added some features to it that will allow enough space on the inside for at least ten people... though, for your big uh... bug-girl friend, she'll be taking up at least three seats," he smirked.

"I can sense your fears... I am peaceful, I promise," Quincess smiled as she then entered first, me gawking at how, when she did, the interior was like hammerspace and she disappeared into the back of the sub's interior, followed by the rest of our group as I then used the machine to close the hatch and, after, I then had our group descend and see the map appear for us on the submarine's screen.

"Okay, we need to travel to the northwest until we find a cave underwater. That cave will lead us to the Panula Caves, huh? I really hope we don't get a breach from those super-powered animals," Leah said.

"Rule number one of Pokemon, unless you are attacked by a human, never attack them or their vehicles. Every Pokemon observes that golden rule," Emolga smirked proudly, which made me smile as I translated for her.

"Whoa, really? That makes you better than what my world had... I have to worry about the soulstone, though... and all the people that are trapped inside..." Leah sighed.

"Hush can handle it, I promise. She's got time travel and hindsight, the latter even more than me, because she's played the entire series, up to the most recent installment, Diablo 4," I smiled.

"Wait... didn't you say I came from the third game?... Then who would be in the Black Soulstone if it isn't Diablo?" Leah asked.

"I can only assume it's another of the Lords of Hell. In the fourth game, the villains of the Lords of Hell consisted of Mephisto, Diablo, Andariel, and Duriel. So the ones that may be in this world consist of Azmodan, Belial, Baal, and, the worst of the possible candidates, Malthael himself," I said, which made Leah confused.

"Who's Malthael?" she asked.

"After you were absorbed by Diablo and he was defeated by the Nephalim, Malthael, the Angel of Death, stole the Black Soulstone to use it for a more nefarious purpose. To eradicate anything that had demonic essence in it. And as humans in your world are part angel and part demon, it included all of humanity in the list," I said, Leah gasping at that. "By the end, he managed to kill and absorb almost 90 percent of the world's population into the Black Soulstone with his tamperings before he was defeated... but during his fight with the Nephalim, he absorbed the Soulstone into his body, but only after he shattered it. That alone was probably the reason that you were expelled from it as you used to be and why you and the soulstone were sent to this reality," I frowned.

"You know, that does sound plausible, as she just appeared without any of the Rocket machines whatsoever. And she's stronger than the rest of us by a country mile, as she was able to have us escape by using explosive magic," Quincess smiled.

"Yeah... I still hate my mother with a burning passion... only raising me just so she could make me Diablo's vessel..." she growled.

"And trust me, almost everyone who knows of her in my world hates her guts too. And if it makes you feel any better, she died a painful death because of the... okay, I need to ask, did you know the name of the Nephalim?" I asked, her nodding.

"Sonia, last of the female barbarians of Mount Arreat," she said, but now she was smiling, especially after we saw a gorgeous duo of a Milotic and a Primarina that were doing a mating dance in the waters on our way through the cave. "Aw... they look so gorgeous and beautiful... how can you tell when which is male?" she asked.

"Both are female, I sense no Y genes in either," Humba-Wumba said, me looking at her in surprise. "What? Humba know things that useless husband never know, wink," she smirked.

"I'm just wondering how it would work," I admitted.

"Pokemon rules for mating are different than humans. So long as they want the baby, the egg will be made, you just have to be in the same egg group. Then, after incubating, the egg will be born as either of the parent's species, depending on which they agreed will be the offspring. The only ones that can't do it as easily are the ones that have no parts, and thus are non-gender. Those ones need a Ditto or their own kind," Emolga explained.

"Dang, didn't know it was so complicated for Pokemon to have children," I admitted as we then finally reached the surface and, when we did, we then exited and proceeded down towards the bridge ahead, only to see a guy that was dressed like Ryu from Street Fighter. And he looked at us with seriousness.

"You, follow me," he said, us then doing so and going through the tons of wooden planks to the bottom of the rungs until we then reached the caves. "Elita and Wintown ahead. Be careful of Steelix. I am Chris," he said, us nodding at him.

"What's a Steelix?" Leah asked.

"A giant snake completely made of rock, steel, and diamonds. Very painful to be around, and has a tendency of making earthquakes when it tunnels underground," I explained as we continued forward, finding that the Steelix in question was sleeping ahead... good thing Chris got a Poliwrath and he then had us keep moving from where the Steelix retreated, me capturing a Jynx, a Pikachu, and even a Golbat on the way. And after this, we then reached a large clearing where we saw a girl with lavender hair and her having a white hoodie on.

"Elita, they're here," Chris said, her then turning around and looking at us, her looking surprised by Quincess's look before recomposing herself.

"Ah, I heard one looked unique, but I didn't know that meant tall and with a bug torso... no offense," she said.

"None taken... Spitz has been getting better lately, same with me," Quincess smiled.

"Unfortunately, we can't get forward as of now, as a group of Piloswine are blocking the way through to Wintown. They lost a Swinub, and they won't budge until it comes back to them," Elita said with a frown, me then hearing something.

"H-Help me, please!" I heard a small, baby-like sound coming from up on a cliff ledge, me then activating my jet feet and going up to see the Swinub in question, who looked at me in surprise.

"Hey, wanna go back home to your family?" I asked, him then looking at me in confusion before getting the gist.

"Yes... I'm scared of heights... d-don't drop me, please..." he said, me nodding as I then held him in my grasp and hovered him and me down to the Piloswine herd and let Swinub down on the ground, him then bounding to his family.

"Son! You're back! Thank you, miss!" the mother Piloswine smiled.

"You guys better get out of this place. There's a dangerous gang of hooligans trying to capture Regice and Jirachi," I said, them nodding.

"You'll find both in that room up there," Piloswine said, pointing to the door at a very high vantage point. "But beware, we have seen a very green lady trying to get there. Be careful," she said, me nodding as I then had myself go up to the door in question alongside Emolga and Humba-Wumba. And when we did, we were in time to see Gruntilda go inside of the door!

"GACK! We need to rush in, now!" I shouted, us then going inside the door and we saw that... we were too late. Gruntilda managed to capture the Regice and had found the slumbering Jirachi cocoon.

"Eeeheeheeheeheehahaaa! I have captured a legendary, finally!
Now to send him to destroy those stupid Rangers!
By the end of this venue, they will all see
that Gruntilda's middle name is danger!" she smirked widely, not even paying attention to me.

"No, it isn't," I said, which made her gasp. "And no, that's one thing the games never told us," I frowned.

"HOW?! You will not interfere with me!
Regice! Make them chilled and icy!" Gruntilda shouted, me then going into a battle between Regice and Gruntilda, as she proceeded to use her broomstick Styler like it were an electric guitar, it playing the Go Rock Quad theme at the same time, but an Electric Guitar version of it! I proceeded to use the strength of a Golem I'd caught prior to hit the Regice with a rocky blast, which made it stunned for long enough for me to rush in and circle it a grand total of 20 times before capturing it! But by the time I'd finished with this, Gruntilda managed to force Jirachi awake with her own magic, which the Jirachi looked around in confusion.

"Huh?... It's not time for the comet to appear... why am I awake?" Jirachi asked.

"Jirachi! Hear this wish and grant it to me!
Give me my magic, that is my plea!" Gruntilda smirked, which Jirachi looked at her in concern as I saw Humba was inching closer and closer, her being invisible and her footprints appearing in the snow.

"I... apologize... I can only grant wishes for tangible items... magic is intangible," he said, me then seeing Gruntilda's face turn from excited to pure anger in a snap. But just before she could do anything to hurt Jirachi, I gawked at how Humba-Wumba used a powerful spell to make Gruntilda stay completely still!

"What's... going... on...?" she gulped as Humba then got Jirachi out of her grasp and then tipped Gruntilda onto the ground.

"It'll wear off in 10 minutes. By then, Grunty magic be all gone. Don't mess with Shaman or his wife," she frowned before then poking Gruntilda's eye with her finger, Gruntilda wincing from the pain and for me to lead her and myself out of the place and for me to then take her broomstick and snap it into at least ten pieces before then looking at Jirachi with a smile.

"Hey, Jirachi? Can I wish for you to teleport these broomstick pieces all over the world?" I asked, him smiling.

"That's easy," he smirked as his tendrils then glowed a bright blue and all ten of the pieces were warped all over the place, me smiling at how one of them was warped to be ten feet deep in the icy ceiling. "Can I sleep now? I need to wake up in ten years," he smiled.

"Yes, but I recommend going to an even more secret location," I said, Jirachi nodding as he then teleported himself away and I gawked at how, the area he warped to was... the deepest recesses of the jungle in Summerland, around the place with the Gyarados boss. And by the time we had finished with Jirachi, we saw that Gruntilda had somehow managed to break free from the magic spell that Humba cast on her... and she then rushed forward as fast as possible, me gawking at her speed as she ran full-steam ahead through the door before then going out of the caves from an alternate entrance!

"H-How did she move so fast?!" I gawked.

"Stupid witch! She absorb magic spell instead of take it like woman! But that last stunt was last of magic reserve. Only way for more Grunty magic is her steal ours," Humba said with a frown as we then went back down to the others, which we then explained the situation, which Chris frowned at with a grunt while Elita sighed.

"That Gruntilda... she's sure to be a tricky one to catch. But because of the situation of her being able to use Humba-Wumba's magic against us, I'll request the Dragonite Bus to escort them to other parts of the world, just temporarily," Elita spoke.

"Hmm... I think I know how to do that, then," I said. "Of the lot, Humba should stay in Ringtown, as Gruntilda has nothing to gain from going there. Leah, you're going to be sent to Almia, so you can give some assistance to my sister, Hush, in case the Black Soulstone is used for evil," I said, her nodding at me. "And finally, I'll send Quincess to the island regions of Oblivia. I'll explain why when we get out of here," I said, her smiling at that.

"Islands? That sounds very relaxing..." Quincess smiled. "But what of my appearance?... Wouldn't it scare the locals?"

"And that's why we'll have you watched over by our resident ranger in the region, Rand. He's one of the nicest rangers out there and he's the only one in Oblivia, mainly because it's so peaceful," Elita smiled as we then reached the deepest parts of the cave and, when we did, we felt the ground begin to quake all around us.

"Whoa! Earthquake!" Emolga gawked as she jumped on my shoulders, the giant Steelix emerging from its burrow and roaring loudly, me seeing it looked to be in a lot of pain, with parts of its body looking to be soaking wet.

"We need to catch it, let me handle it!" I said, me then entering into my catching stance and having one of my captured Pokemon in Crabominable (weird, but okay) come out and assist with a fighting type attack in Superpower, which managed to stun Steelix for long enough for me to loop around it 8 times, capturing the big boy and, afterwards, I then went to it and saw it looked tired afterwards.

"Rgh... the pain... it hurts..." he groaned, me seeing that the parts of his body with water on them were from the move Scald, meaning that he was not only weakened, but also burned. I then took out a Burn heal and sprayed him with it, followed by spraying him with a Max Potion, which, afterwards, the water melted off and Steelix grumbled after. "Thank you, hybrid... it's been awhile since I've met one of your kind," he said, me being surprised at that.

"There are others like me? Or are you talking about people that have a human and Pokemon parent?" I asked.

"The latter... but upon further inspection... you are not like the others. You seem fused with another Pokemon, an incomplete union," he said.

"Yes... it's very awkward..." Magearna said with my mouth. I then released Steelix and he quickly made a burrow into the ground underneath us, making sure to cover the hole he burrowed into before then stopping his movement. He was going to sleep, that much was assured.

"He was most likely abused by the Squad so that it'd distract us from rescuing Regice and Jirachi," I said, us then going to the east and, when we went through the next cave system, we gawked at how there were a couple Squad members that were trying to catch a duo of Raichu, me then disabling the one with a single tackle while Emolga then zapped the other one before he could attempt to capture Emolga. And once the Stylers fell on the ground, one of the Raichu then zapped both of them to ashes!

"COME ON! We JUST got them! And now we can't get anymore!" the one member groaned.

"Shut it! Don't tell them nothing!" the other said, us then escorting the duo the whole way to the Wintown Ranger Base, me then taking the duo to the inside and speaking to them.

"Okay, now here's how it's going to go," I smiled as my ears then perked to search for anything to get into their minds. The one guy on the right felt embarrassed that I'd cuffed the duo together and then to my arm... and the other had his heart racing and I saw his face getting blushy when he was looking at his partner... so that made me smile. "Unless you tell us anything worthwhile about Gruntilda's plans, I'm going to reveal your true thoughts about each other," I smirked, that making the embarrassed one confused while the one who had his heart racing then sung like a kettle.

"YOU BETTER NOT TELL HIM!" he shouted, which he then covered his mouth with his free hand. "O-Okay... Gruntilda's almost finished making the Ultimate Styler. She plans to use it to capture any Pokemon in the region," he said, me then smiling and nodding.

"U-Um... and she said that, if you brought your magical friends along, she'd kidnap them again and hold them hostage as leverage... and there's one more of them that she's searching for, but you haven't found yet," the embarrassed one frowned, which made Humba gasp.

"N-No! You can't be serious! You say she's going to kidnap HER?!" Humba asked.

"Um... who is this her?" I asked.

"She's almost impossible to catch, as she's not only filled to the brim with unpredictable magic, but she's also... a spirit, apparently?" the blushy one spoke.

"Her human name was Harriet. But her ghost name, that she always demands you call her, is Pico," Leah explained, me being confused... before I recalled a specific character from a certain farming video game.

"Hold on... is she a little girl, wearing very purple clothes, floppy cat-ear witch hat?" I asked, that making Leah nod.

"Yeah, her. Ever since arrival to this world, where spirits and ghost Pokemon are able to stick around no matter what if they so choose, she's got nothing to hold her back. The only thing she hates is being without her dolly." I sighed at Leah's words, because I could only imagine how lonely both Pico AND Dolce were, considering the two were impossible to separate in thier original world since, if Pico went to far away from Dolce (AKA Dolly), it would make Pico move onto the afterlife.

"Then we need to find her no matter what it takes and warn her about Grunty's plans. So now we have three jobs. One, find and retrieve the Super Styler prototype from the Squad's base in the Sekra Range. Two, find Pico and convince her to go into hiding from Gruntilda. And three, defeat Gruntilda's Ultimate Styler plans before she can destroy Fiore," I said, me gawking at how I said the whole thing in English PERFECTLY! And why? Because, mid-sentence, Elita promoted me to Rank 9!

"I feel like my diction may be improving too... maybe, once max rank, we can talk all the worlds perfetly... dang it, so close," Magearna pouted.

"You're improving, though," I smirked. "Oh, and Quincess..." I then went to her ear and whispered. "Oblivia is the location of the Four Lordsouls. Your job is to find out the locations of the armor they've been sealed within," I said to her ear in a whisper, her nodding at me.

"Okay, now time for Operation: Sekra Sneakers," Elita smiled as she called up another Dragonite for us to have two different buses to take Leah and Quincess to the other regions. "You're going to try and find the Go-Rock Squad's base in the Sekra Range. From what we've learned from Gordor, the entrance is hidden on a tall cliff to the west of the Mystic Falls. Your job is to be our internal distraction while our other rangers serve as the outdoors distraction. Spencer will be in charge of finding the prototype while you bring the house down," Elita smirked at me.

"Got it, let's get ready to go," I smirked as I then helped Emolga onto my shoulder.

"To battle! CHARGE!" Emolga shouted happily.
