It became obvious fairly quickly that they had arrived at their destination.

No birds flew through the air.

The oceans below were full of rotting fish and whale corpses, stinking to high heaven.

An oppressive feeling of dread and pure, unmitigated malice and hatred descended on them.

Several of the Youkaliens looked ill and clutched the charms of protection against evil Sakuya and her apprentice had whipped up tightly, murmuring prayers to the gods.

Also, there was a massive black cloud shaped like a skull swirling ominously over the island, parts of its interior lighting up as lightning crackled through the stormhead, briefly illuminating a massive dark structure floating in its heart.

Probably should've led with that one.

"Cocky bastard… He's not even bothering to pretend he's not here," Onimusha snarled, a concerned Jani wiping his brow as he struggled against the malaise filling the air, even despite his enchanted armor and all the protective fields Sakuya had generated around the fortress.

"Actually, that cloud's always been there," Ninjaman told him. "Side effect of that being where we hid the Seal Door. Also serves as a pretty good warning for people to stay the hell away."

"Oh."

"It would seem the hour of our greatest battle yet draws near," Kyukogo said, coughing and looking paler than usual.

Akira looked increasingly uncomfortable. "Hegemon, you… You don't really need to do this, putting yourself and your people at risk. There are loads of us here, we can handle this-"

"No." Kyukogo managed to draw herself up, Akira suddenly feeling a strange urge to kneel before her. "We… We have caused so much hurt… We will not… I will not…"

Abruptly, she started coughing again, and would've collapsed if Akira hadn't moved without thinking, catching her in her arms before she hit the ground. "She needs help!" She shouted frantically at the horrified Youkaliens.

A slave quickly hurried over and placed a mask over Kyukogo's nose and mouth. The sovereign inhaled deeply, and relaxed, some of her color returning.

"What's in that?" A concerned Kenji asked.

"Air from the sacred forest where she grew up," Sakuya said gravely. "It will stabilize her… For now. My Hegemon, I must insist-"

"I said no," Sakuya said fiercely, glaring at her old friend as she patted Akira's shoulder appreciatively, managing to stand on her own feet. "In our foolishness, we have caused too much harm to this planet and countless others. If it is being threatened while we are here, I don't give a damn about the toll it takes on my body, I will do whatever I can to protect it."

"And what do you think you're trying to prove, martyring yourself like this?" Nyajou asked angrily. "Putting yourself in danger, risking your life like this… You could die, Kyukogo, and what kind of message is that supposed to send to our children?"

"That she who wears the crown has the heaviest burden to carry, and she must be willing to do whatever it takes for the sake of her people," Kyukogo said firmly, refusing to yield. "Even if it means her own life. That is what duty is. That is what it means to rule."

She smiled and glanced at Akira. "Not that I have any intention of dying, of course. You will certainly not let me perish before I can make up for everything I've done, will you?"

"… No. I won't," Akira agreed after a moment's hesitation.

Kyukogo smiled at her, and Akira wished it didn't make her heart flutter.

"I see movement in the clouds," Tengun reported.

"As do I. And there's only one thing it could possibly be…" Sora said ominously.

The clouds roiled, and the dark mass within ponderously floated out of the storm.

Tetsu tightened his grip on his shako, immediately recognizing the floating landmass. "Skull Mountain."

"He's done a lot of remodeling since the last time we saw the place, hasn't he?" Jiro murmured, observing all the massive bones and castle parts.

"Well, a proper villain needs a proper lair, I suppose," Sora remarked. "And it's certainly better than what the Druidon used."

Elsewhere, Wyzul felt deeply offended and embarrassed.

"Your Divinity, that fortress is on a direct course for us," Shinza reported. "Do we engage?"

"I don't think we really have a choice in the matter," Onimusha pointed out.

Kyukogo nodded in agreement. "I concur. Everyone to their battle stations. Shields to max. Bring all the serpents online, full power. If at all possible, I want to knock that eyesore out of the air."

"Do you want us to help?" Akira asked.

Kyukogo shook her head. "I appreciate the offer, but no. I'm fairly certain you're needed elsewhere right now."

"She's right," Ninjaman confirmed. "The Deathbringer and his minions are probably trying to break open the Seal Door as we speak. We cannot allow that to happen."

"Then I guess we all head down, and the Youkaliens catch up later?" Kenji guessed.

"Don't worry, we'll follow you as soon as we can," Asteroibotchi promised.

"Save a few for us, won't you?" Tengun asked, twirling her guns.

"We'll do our best," Sora said.

"And Mozu…" Yukinojo started.

"Please come back to us," Setpen pleaded.

Mozu smiled at her lovers. "I will. Don't worry."

The three of them kissed. Kyukogo looked at them wistfully, then glanced at Akira, who blushed and glanced away.

"Sensei, may I go with them?" Tsukimiko pleaded.

Sakuya nodded. "Very well. With you on the ground, it will make it easier for us to reach you, and your purification magic will no doubt help against the darkness you are about to face." She hesitated. "Just… Be careful. This is an evil unlike any you've ever faced, one even I have had difficulty fighting. Underestimate the Deathbringer at your peril."

"I won't let you down," the rabbit promised fervently.

"Tetsu. This is going to be the first time any of us have encountered Kurohonema since… Well, when we first fought him, unless we count that mess with the dream realm," Jiro said. "Will you be okay?"

Tetsu smiled reassuringly at her. "Don't worry. This time, I'm ready for him."

"Good," Akira said. "I just hope the same can be said for all of us… Send the word to everyone else. It's time to bring the fight to the Deathbringer."

As the Orochimecha engaged with Skull Mountain, the bony edifice sprouting appendages and monstrous skulls on winding spinal cords to grapple with the serpent heads as Uchuhage and Honetamas did battle, Youkalien Warriors battling Wicked Youkai with a roaring Onimusha leading from the front, the Sentai disembarked from the Star Fortress or their own mecha to land on the shores of the island below.

For the ninja, it was fairly simple, they all had gliders they could use to gently drift to the ground. The dinosaur-themed Sentai, on the other hand…

"Did they have to drop us in the ocean?" Amy complained, dragging herself onto shore.

"Would you rather they dropped us on dry land?" A rather bedraggled Dan grumbled, flopping down on the beach beside her.

"I kind of figured we'd teleport or just jump or something," Melt admitted. "Not… That."

"I don't see what you're complaining about, I thought that was quite refreshing," Canalo said cheerfully.

"Big brother, not everyone had the luxury of growing up underwater," Oto pointed out.

"For which they have my everlasting pity," the Prince said condescendingly.

Everyone glared at him.

"I'm also themed after a prehistoric marine animal," Yayoi griped. "You would think that would make me a better swimmer."

"Was this even necessary?" Burai wondered. "He knows we're coming. Is there any point to trying to sneak in?"

"Plus, the ninjas are kind of better at being stealthy than the rest of us," Ranru pointed out.

"OKAY EVERYONE! LET'S GO FIGHT SOME BAD GUYS! I'M GETTING FIRED UP!" Takaharu enthusiastically shouted at the top of his lungs, much to the exasperation of everyone, especially his own team.

"Okay, most of them are better at being stealthy," Ranru amended her statement.

Tsukimiko shivered and clutched her staff, her clothes wriggling as the symbiote within them reacted to her discomfort. "I… Don't like this place. It feels… Wrong."

"I think we all feel that way," Mozu said sympathetically.

"This place reeks," Akira snarled, tensing up.

"Yeah, there were a lot of dead fish in the ocean," Nanami agreed, only to frown in dismay. "But wait… Was the water poisoned? We just swam in it, oh God, are we going to die-"

"Jaaku na akuma to akui no aru rei wa, kie te shimai masu."

Holy light radiated from Tetsu and Tsukimiko, pulses of light washing over the dinosaur Sentai, evaporating the water on their clothes and briefly alleviating the crushing weight of dread and the stench of dead and dying things.

"There," Tsukimiko said.

"If any of you were poisoned, you're fine now," Tetsu assured him.

"Thank you," Goushi said gratefully.

"I wasn't talking about the fish," Akira remarked, glaring to see the island's interior, where she instinctively sensed Kurohonema's presence. "There is a great evil here. One that must be expunged."

Ninjaman nodded in agreement. "Yes, but we'll need to hook up with the rest of my team. Follow me, the rendezvous is this way."

The seven teams of heroes quickly recollected themselves and followed Ninjaman as he led them deeper into the island, the sensation of darkness and malice growing with every step they took towards the accursed realm's heart.

"Has this place always been so desolate?" Kouta asked, unnerved by just how dead everything seemed. "It feels even worse than the island where we defeated Chuuzubo."

"Life has always struggled to thrive here on account of the Seal Door," Ninjaman explained. "But… You're right, it's never quite felt this bad."

"It's like the land itself is rejecting us… I can't even hear the Planetary Melody," a concerned Daigo murmured.

The Diningers exchanged glances. "Hey… Isn't this like…?" Kenji started.

"The Valley of the Shadow of Death," Akira agreed. "Not nearly as bad, but… It's getting there."

"The Deathbringer has blighted this place, like he blighted my home," Tetsu signed angrily. "It's possible we can purify this place if we hurry, but… This island has been touched by evil for so long already. Perhaps it would be best to simply sink it beneath the waves."

"That might actually be a good idea," Ninjaman admitted. "It would certainly make it harder for anyone else to try opening the Seal Door. I'll bring it up with the others once this is over."

"And speaking of, isn't that them up there?" Sora observed, spotting five colorful ninja warriors some distance ahead of them.

"And… They aren't alone," Jiro said in alarm, seeing they were fighting a second group of colorful ninja warriors. "Isn't that-"

"The Flowery Kunoichi Team?!" Mozu gasped, shocked.

"I thought they were dead," Yousuke commented.

Mikoto snorted. "Like anyone stays dead in this line of work?"

"They were revived by Basco on the Shining Isles a while back," Sora explained.

"But then I gave them hearts, and the freedom to choose their own path," Mozu said, dismayed. "I thought they'd become good, though."

"The downside of free will is that you don't always make the right choice," Banba said gravely. "It looks like they've squandered the second chance you gave them."

"Right! So let's kill them!" Takaharu shouted very loudly, drawing his sword and rushing at the ninja battle. Daigo and Koh, drawn in by his fervor, did the same thing.

"Wait, stop aaaaaaaand they're gone," an exasperated Amy said.

"I think they have the right idea, I have to go help my comrades!" Ninjaman exclaimed, rushing after the overzealous reds.

"I guess we're doing this," an irritated Akira grumbled. "Come on, Mozu."

Crestfallen, the kunoichi followed her mistress, murmuring, "I really thought they'd choose differently…"

Not too far away, the Kakurangers were panting, struggling to stay on their feet. Their old rivals, the Flowery Kunoichi Team, seemed to have barely broken a sweat. "I don't remember you five… Being this strong," Sasuke grunted.

"We've been training pretty hard since we were resurrected," Ayame bragged. "How long has it been since the five of you have fought a truly strong opponent?"

"Perhaps a bit longer than we would like to admit," Tsuruhime admitted.

"I guess we have slacked off a little," Seikai growled.

"Your loss," Sakura sneered. "Now, it's time to finish you, once and for all-"

"I'M GETTING FIRED UP!"

"IT'S GONNA GET WILD! JUST TRY AND STOP US!"

"WITNESS OUR CHIVALRY!"

"Uh… Crap, don't have a catchphrase… I'M COMING, GUYS!"

The two ninja teams turned in surprise to see a veritable army of ninja and dinosaur Sentai rushing towards them, three reds and Ninjaman in front. Seikai groaned. "Oh great, Takaharu's here."

"And a lot of others," Jiraiya pointed out.

"Yeah, but still. Takaharu."

"It looks like it's over for you," Saizou gloated to the kunoichi smugly. "You seem to have gotten a lot stronger, but there's no way you can possibly defeat all of us."

"And what makes you think that's our plan?" Ran said.

Saizou blinked. "What?"

Suiren chuckled. "This is what we've been waiting for all along."

"Come, sisters," Ayame said. "Let's greet them properly, shall we?"

The five of them laughed sinisterly, then shot forwards, moving so quickly they were nothing more than colored blurs. As the Kakurangers watched in horror, the kunoichi raced at the three reds and Ninjaman…

And completely ignored them, zipping past them, and, indeed, most of the heroes, before abruptly coming to a stop before the startled Akira and Mozu and kneeling before them. "Mistress Akira! Lady Mozu! At last, you're here!"

Everyone stared.

Nobuharu and Mikoto started laughing hysterically.

Kenji sighed in exasperation. "Really, Akira?"

"I didn't even do anything this time!" She protested. "I've never met them!" She paused, looking the five sisters up and down in appraisal. "Much to my regret."

Kenji facepalmed.

"I… What… Lady…buh?" Mozu stammered, flushing.

The kunoichi nodded enthusiastically. "Yes! You are our lady! We will serve you loyally, now and forever!" Ayame insisted.

"You granted us true life. Hearts. And, most importantly… A choice, something we were never given before," Sakura said feverishly.

"And so, after great deliberation, we vowed to swear ourselves to you, the first master we have ever met deserving of the name," Suiren said seriously.

"Which, by extension, means we also serve your own mistress, though you will always be first," Yuri promised.

"We will do anything you ask of us… And we mean anything," Ran said lustfully, causing Mozu to make gay raptor noises.

Akira blinked. "… Huh. It's usually me beautiful women are kneeling to and offering their undying loyalty and love to."

"Akira! I'm not, this isn't, I'm not, I'm not trying to outdo you or become you or, or-" a terrified Mozu stammered.

"Hey, no, relax! I'm happy you're branching off and getting more girlfriends besides the Kisei sisters and the rest of my concubines," Akira assured her. "It's good to see you growing into your own and getting your own side harem, you know? Something that doesn't derive from me? I'm proud of you."

Mozu made a noise only certain animals were capable of hearing and looked as if she were about to pass out.

"TAKAHARU IGASAKI!" Takaharu shouted, lunging at the kneeling kunoichi, only to be tackled by his teammates and pinned to the ground.

"Takaharu, cut it out! They're not bad guys!" Nagi shouted.

"But they were fighting the Kakurangers!" Takaharu protested.

Everyone stopped to consider this.

"He… Actually makes a good point," Sora said slowly, causing everyone to gasp in horror. He turned very green. "Oh, it felt physically painful for me to say that. I think I'm about to throw up. Excuse me."

He quickly ran off before he could vomit on anyone.

Akira nudged Mozu, who started, then realized what she wanted her to do. "Yes, why were you fighting the Kakurangers?" she asked.

"Because they're the enemy!" Sasuke insisted as the ninjas in question made it over, Ninjaman fussing over them. "They're working for the Deathbringer to help revive their former master! They caught us spying and tried to kill us!"

"Is this true?" A confused Mozu asked the kunoichi.

They bowed their heads, ashamed. "Yes, we are working for him…" Ayame started.

Everyone gasped.

"Undercover."

Everyone gasped, but it was more of a questioning inhalation this time.

"When we discovered the Deathbringer was attempting to revive Daimaou, we debated long and hard whether or not to help him, help you, or strike out on our own," Ayame reported.

"Because you gave us the ability to choose, that meant we could choose to be bad again, or even to do nothing at all," Sakura confessed.

"But… Ultimately, we decided that we owed you too much to betray you or turn our backs on you, and so we agreed to aid you," Suiren explained.

"We approached the Deathbringer, telling him we wished to help him free our former masters, and, believing our connection to Gashadokuro on the other side of the Door might come in handy, his sorceress convinced him to take us on," Yuri continued.

"Sorceress?" Tsukimiko asked sharply. "The one who has been performing those ritualistic killings all over Japan?"

The kunoichi nodded. "Yes, she is a very powerful and sadistic Wicked Youkai named Majutsushippo skilled in the ways of necromancy and Youkai Sorcery. She has raised a great army of the dead, monsters all of you have faced in the past, and more besides, using the negative energy gathered by her previous machinations," Ayame explained.

"So, standard crossover army then," Ian commented.

"Basically, yes."

"We've seen her. The sorceress," Sasuke said. "She is… Terrifying."

"And Kurohonema's true plan, even more so," Ran said grimly. "He isn't just going to free Daimaou… He's going to kill him."

Everyone gasped again.

"Oh, sounds like everything is going to resolve itself. Let's go then," Takaharu said.

"Let's go?! Were you not listening when I said before why Daimaou can't die?!" Sora shouted angrily.

"No," Takaharu said with a stupid smile.

Sora facepalmed.

"Daimaou is an embodiment of evil. If he's destroyed, the entire world will be plunged into never-ending darkness," Ninjaman explained.

"That's why in the past, he was sealed away instead of outright beaten, it was the only way to deal with him without dooming the planet," Tsuruhime said.

"Except dooming the planet is exactly what the Deathbringer has always wanted," Tetsu pointed out. "Not only that, but the sheer amount of evil unleashed will make him strong enough to not only destroy the world, but possibly others as well."

"Which means… The Hegemony might be at risk as well," a dismayed Tsukimiko realized. "Ohhh, and I thought the threat of the Others was bad enough…"

"We would've warned you sooner, but we've been watched pretty closely," Ayame said apologetically. "The Deathbringer didn't entirely trust us, and with good reason."

"His order to eliminate the Kakurangers was the opening we needed. We knew that they had no doubt warned all of you to come here right away, and would undoubtedly encounter us first, allowing us to explain what was going on," Yuri said.

"And so you fought us as hard as you could to buy time and make it look good?" Seikai guessed.

"Yes, and also because we don't like you," Suiren said unapologetically.

The Kakurangers frowned at them.

"How much time do we have left?" Yoshitaka asked.

"Just enough, if we hurry," Suiren emphasized.

"Lady Mozu, give us the order, and we will take you there," Yuri said, glancing up at her mistress.

"M-me? But-" Mozu stammered.

Akira smiled and put her hand on her shoulder. "Well? You heard the pretty girl. Give the order."

Flustered but also feeling emboldened, Mozu nodded. "Very well. Flowery Kunoichi Team! Take us to where we are needed most!"

"Yes, most kind and beautiful mistress!" They chorused.

Mozu made gay raptor noises.

It didn't take too long for the reformed ninjas to lead the heroes to where the Deathbringer and his minions were waiting.

It superficially resembled every other quarry all of them had ever fought in, with a massive horde of assorted monsters and minions from every evil group they'd ever fought plus a healthy number of Honetama, but unlike every quarry they'd ever fought in there was a massive gateway with a seal in the middle resembling a demon face. Standing before the door was Kurohonema himself, with a feminine figure standing behind him in the middle of a spell circle, chanting spells under her breath, wailing, almost skeletal dark spirits swirling around her.

"That's Majutsushippo?!" The horrified Tsukimiko cried. "But she is…"

"A kitsune," an alarmed Luna murmured.

And indeed, that's with the Wicked Youkai was. The sorceress had light blue fur and seven tails, wearing clothes resembling that of an onmyoji but twisted. Her white robe was made from stitched together human flesh, evil magical sigils carved into faces twisted in eternal torment. Sanskrit characters for evil, darkness, and death were emblazoned on the front, along with an inverted yin-yang symbol. These characters were repeated on a pair of vertical plates rising from her shoulders made of bone. Her robe was low-cut, with skeletal hands groping her breasts. Bloodstained black and white triangles marked the ends of her sleeves, rolled back to reveal clawed hands overlaid with skeletal hands. She wore baggy black pants, a tall black hat, and very tall sandals with bloodstained spikes on the bottom. Seven blue furred tails swished behind her, hitodama floating around them, skulls wrapped around the ends of each tail. A Fox skull mask covered her face, black markings visible on her cheeks and mouth, her eyes black with crimson irises.

"You probably could've led with the fact that she's a kitsune," a frustrated Jiro told the kunoichi.

"Sorry," Yuri muttered, looking embarrassed.

"Oh no… How can we possibly defeat her? We would need Lady Sakuya here to even stand a chance!" An anxious Tsukimiko started panicking.

"Relax, Earth kitsune aren't, for the most part, as strong as Kamitsune," Sora assured her. "And aside from that, two of the teams here have already fought and killed kitsune in the past, so with all of us we should still be able to manage."

"Since she's the one whose magic will allow the Deathbringer to open the Seal Door, she should be our top priority," Tsuruhime reasoned.

Geki nodded in agreement. "And so far they don't know we are here. We should still have just enough time to come up with a strategy, so if we're careful, we might be able to-"

"HEY! EVIL PEOPLE! WE'RE HERE TO KILL YOU!" Takaharu shouted at the top of his lungs, jumping up and waving his arms, immediately drawing the attention of everyone in the quarry below.

"GOD FUCKING DAMMIT TAKAHARU!" Practically everyone shouted at him.

Kurohonema chuckled and slowly turned to face them. "Oh, don't blame the idiot too much, we knew you were here from the minute you set foot on this island." He pointed upwards, where Orochimecha and Skull Mountain were still clashing. "Plus, there's that."

They glanced up at the warring fortresses. "Oh, right," Kenji said.

"Hello again, Diningers. I see you have Tetsu with you, as well as his replacement," the Deathbringer said in mild amusement.

"I am more than just his replacement," Jiro snapped.

"Keep telling yourself that. And Tetsu! Long time no see. How are you doing? Is it nice being back on the team that kicked you off? Have a nice little vacation finding inner peace and giving in to everyone telling you to stop being angry at me?" Kurohonema teased.

"I did, as a matter fact," Tetsu signed.

The Wicked Youkai tutted. "Oh. You've become boring now. How utterly disappointing. Still, at least all of you are here now… And you brought friends! Not confident you could handle little old me all by yourself?"

"Considering what happened the last time we faced you? Yeah, I think we are more than justified bringing some help," Akira said flatly.

He laughed. "Fair enough! And I guess you know what I'm up to now, thanks to the treacherous Flowery Kunoichi Sisters?"

The sisters started at this. "Wait… You… You knew-" Ayame stammered.

"That you were only pretending to be on my side the whole time? Of course I did," the Deathbringer scoffed "I'm not an idiot."

"But… Then why… Why didn't you do anything?" The horrified Suiren demanded.

"My dear, there's a difference between not knowing and not caring. If I honestly believed that anything you did could've threatened my plans, I would've killed you immediately," Kurohonema said dismissively. "And hey, I got some free labor out of it and more of the components my dear Majutsushippo needed to pull all this off. I'm not going to lie and say we couldn't have done it without you, but… You did make it a lot easier, so thanks for that."

The sisters cringed at this.

"Don't listen to him," Mozu instructed them. "He would've found a way to do this even without your help. At least now we have you on our side. That might make all the difference."

"Thank you, Mistress," Sakura murmured, blushing.

"She's right, Deathbringer," Daigo pointed out. "There's a ton of us here!"

Ryoga nodded. "Yeah, eight – sorry, nine – whole teams, which is a lot even by crossover standards!"

"Not to mention the Army on their way to back us up as soon as they finish taking out your fortress," Yousuke pointed out, gesturing at the Orochimecha.

"Ah, I see. You believe that because there are so many of you, I'm at a disadvantage?" Kurohonema asked, not seeing particularly concerned. "Allow me to make a counterpoint. Majutsushippo?"

The Youkai sorceress grinned and started making a series of hand seals. "Did any of you so-called heroes notice that the homeless population's been dropping lately?"

Everyone looked uncomfortable.

"Should we have?" Kenji asked, only to grimace. "Okay, I just realized how awful that sounds."

"I thought a lot of them got snatched up by the Youkaliens?" Mozu asked uncertainly.

"Yes, we were more than happy to give them shelter," Tsukimiko agreed.

"A good percentage, yes, but not all," Sora said. His eyes widened. "Oh no."

The sorceress cackled. "Oh yes. You allegedly do-gooders and the broken society you're struggling to prop up may have failed them, but I have granted them true purpose…as SACRIFICES!"

She started chanting, paper amulets flying out of her sleeves and swirling around her as the circle beneath her glowed brighter. Several tremendous pillars of darkness erupted around the quarry, and suddenly several gigantic, and very familiar figures manifested.

Towa groaned. "Oh, not again."

Dora Talos, Ultimate Dai-Satan, Evil Will as Ultimate Tau Zant, Invasionary Garden Ultimate Form Dezmogvalace, Deboss of the Divine Horn, and Gengetsu Kibaoni once more stood before them in their giant forms… And they were not alone. This time they were joined by Onyudo, Ashurazal, Chubuzou, Zero Spear Bat Zhe Rumba, Third Spear Oiranda in her giant spider form, Dimensional Drifter Galvidi, Evil Ninja Iga, Trinoid #24 Abarangekko, Heavy Industrial Machine PalletView, Trinoid #0 Saunaginnan, Ferocious Knight D, Dark Lord Psycho, Space War God Voldos, Creator Debius, Juza Yumihari, Rider Robo, Super Duper Darkliner Robo, Mangetsu Kibaoni, Ariake no Kata, Giant Gillmarda, Primogenitor Minusaur, Ganima Noshiagalda, Director Minusaur, Giant Dragon-Shaped Spaceship Stringross, Barbaric Machine Clan Horonderthal, Generalissimo of Badan, Machine Beast Mothership Fog Mother, and Confrontation Beast Rhinoceros-Fist Sai.

In his mecha, Kai cackled. "We're back! Again!"

Ultimate Dai-Satan shrieked.

"And this time, we will prevail!" The Evil Will declared.

Oiranda gasped in elation. "My love! You've returned!"

"What? Oh, I'm not your boyfriend, I'm his boss possessing his corpse," the Evil Will informed her.

"Oh." The spider considered this. "I can work with that."

The Evil Will gulped.

"Master! You're alive!" Abarangekko and Saunaginnan cheered happily.

"Yes, yes, I don't care about you. Fog Mother! It's you!" The delighted Dezmogvalace cheered, utterly ignoring his upset minions. "Deboss told me you've always had a thing for me, is that true?"

Astonishingly, the giant monster blushed and glanced away. "Yes, it's true, though I never had the courage to admit it."

Deboss laughed and elbowed the shocked Dezmogvalace. "I told you! And master, at long last, we are reunited!"

"Deboss? Why do you look like that? I don't remember making you a beetle," Debius said in puzzlement. "Did you join the Warstar at some point?"

"What? Of course not!" Deboss protested.

"But you look like a bug, and have the same naming scheme they did," Debius pointed out.

"That's-" Deboss paused, bewildered. "Wait, that's right. Am I a Universal Insect Monster now?"

"This time, we will not fail!" Gengetsu said loudly to be heard over Dezmogavalace and Fog Mother making out. "Dinosaurs, ninjas, we will crush you all!"

"That's right," Mangetsu said, clapping a hand on his father's shoulder. "And we'll do it… As a family!"

"… Yeah, sure," Gengetsu said reluctantly as an overjoyed Ariake started crying.

"My Lord!" An overwrought Juza cried, getting to his knees before the Youkai warlord. "I'm sorry for failing you so many times! I swear, I shall not lose again!"

"Who are you again?" Gengetsu asked, causing him to facefault.

"Finally, I'm going to step on all you dummies, like I got stepped on before!" Onyudo giggled.

"Yeah, that was humiliating," an irritated D agreed.

"Wanna live!" The Primogenitor Minusaur yelled.

"Yes, all of us do," Iga agreed.

"Hi Akira! I still love you!" Sai shouted, waving at her.

"And I still hate you!" She shouted back.

A confused Dark Doctor Mavro raised the hand of his giant mecha. "Um, hi? Excuse me? I'm a little confused. I'm glad to be back from the dead, don't call me ungrateful, but… Why exactly are some of us here? If there's a theme I'm not sure I get it, not all of us were exactly members of evil organizations that opposed dinosaur or ninja Sentai. Some of us never even met any!"

"Yeah, why am I even here?" Stringross agreed.

"I brought you back because all of you were either the ultimate adversaries of dinosaur or ninja Sentai, were major opponents for dinosaur or ninja Sentai-" the Deathbringer started.

"Movie villains!" Jinx shouted, popping up next to him.

"Yes, that," Kurohonema agreed without missing a beat. "Or you contributed to the destruction of the dinosaurs."

"Ohhhh," all the giant villains said, except for those who couldn't speak, who roared, and Primogenitor Minusaur, who said, "Wanna live!"

Also Dezmogavalace and Fog Mother were still making out so hadn't heard a thing.

"Wait, then what about me? I've done none of those things," the Generalissimo pointed out.

"You are the adversary of Kamen Rider ZX, the only primary ninja Kamen Rider," Majutsushippo explained.

"I never actually fought him, though?" The Generalissimo pointed out. "Even when I made my big comeback in 2014 I never confronted him. I fought some train Sentai instead. And Den-O."

"I was there! And you look like a dinosaur! Does that count?" Daigo asked.

Worried, the Generalissimo glanced at the Deathbringer and his sorceress. "Does it?"

Kurohonema and Majutsushippo conferred for a moment.

"Yes, I believe it does," the Deathbringer said finally.

The Generalissimo sighed in relief.

"Wait, hang on, that doesn't describe Sai at all!" Akira protested.

Sora nodded. "Yes, she isn't remotely a major antagonist of ours."

"Hey!"

"And wait, when did you die?" A confused Jiro asked. "I don't remember us doing it."

Tetsu nodded. "Yes, the last time we saw you, you were banished from the Shining Isles."

"Oh, I washed up on this island and the Deathbringer was going to kill me but then he heard I hated you guys and decided to give me a job," the giant rhinoceros explained.

"… Her? Really?!" an incredulous Mozu demanded.

Kurohonema shrugged. "Hey, I brought back Gengetsu."

"Hey!"

"… Did that actually just happen?" A very confused Tsuruhime asked.

"Around us? All the time," Kenji said ruefully.

"So, uh, that's a lot of bad guys," an uncomfortable Asuka pointed out.

Sora shook his head. "If only we'd anticipated that something like this might happen and prepared accordingly… Oh wait… We did. Tetsu?"

The monk nodded and clasped his hands together. "Sensei! NOW!"

His body began glowing with a brilliant silver light…

And an even greater light shone on the horizon, accompanied by a piercing Clarion cry.

The dark clouds dissipated, a shining silver sky replacing them.

The polluted seas vanished, replaced by tranquil clear water teeming with life.

The Deathbringer flinched, black smoke rising from his armor. "What…?"

An elegant silvery neck arose from the water in an S-curve, an island protected by a shimmering silver dome of light emerging behind it. "I have arrived," Plesiojonin proclaimed, silver eyes shining brilliantly as she swam alongside the island. "And I did not come alone!"

The dome vanished, and an army of Guardian Beasts, Giant Beast Generals, Beast General Fighters, Super Stealth Beast Gods, Dynasaurs, Voltasaurs, Ninja Allies, Dinoknights, and Shinobiryu charged onto the island, led by Shinobiryusei, with Eras, a familiar Goram and a Great World accompanying them.

"FOR FIGGY PUDDING!" Jinx shouted from atop Yoshi, dressed like Santa Claus.

"Jinx, why are we wearing Christmas outfits?" Tamariko, dressed like a very sexy elf, asked in confusion. "It's not anywhere close to that time of year."

"Yes, but this chapter was released in December, and it's as close to a Christmas episode as we're likely to get so far," Jinx explained.

"Oh, all right then."

"Merry Kwanzaa!" Karashi, wearing a dashiki, shouted.

"YOSHI!" Yoshi bellowed.

The dozens of Sentai looked on in awe at the massive horde of mechanical and biomechanical and maybe one or two biological giants disembarking from Plesiojonin. "… I am so insanely jealous," Yayoi said after a moment. "Why can't our plesiosaur mecha be that cool?"

"Ours can turn into a spaceship," Ian reminded her.

"Yeah, but it's not a living island/demigod with her own pocket dimension and a portal to a higher plane in her head!" Yayoi complained.

Kurohonema's eyes widened slightly in surprise as his army of evil giants very quickly found themselves locked in combat. "…Heh. Well played, heroes. Akabuto! Go help them out, why don't you?"

His steed whinnied demonically, quickly growing to titanic proportions and launching himself at Tyramigo, tackling him to the ground and trying to rip his throat out.

"Help! HELP! Anyone but Salt help me!" He shouted.

Melt sighed.

"Tyramigo!" A panicking Koh cried.

"He'll be fine, he has plenty of friends to help him," Geki said before his fellow red could rush off. "They have their battle, and we have ours!"

"You know, it's probably a good thing the Hegemon accidentally carved that huge new channel right through the middle of Japan, or else Plesiojonin might not have made it in time with everyone," Jiro observed.

"Sensei! Thank you for coming to help us!" Tetsu signed.

"All you must do is call upon me, my student, and I will hurry to your side as best as I can," Plesiojonin said happily. "Unfortunately, swimming here as fast as I could and dragging this island into my domain took a lot of energy from me, and I need time to replenish it. Once I'm at full strength, I will be able to annihilate every last trace of evil on this forsaken land, perhaps even the Deathbringer himself! You will have to hold out until I've completely recovered."

"You can count on us, Plesiojonin!" Kenji promised.

Majutsushippo chuckled. "Can you now? My master alone can probably kill most of you by himself. And even if he doesn't, we'll have the Seal Door open long before she's anywhere near recharged, and then we will unleash an evil so great not even her silver light can banish it from the world."

"Countless before you have underestimated us, and all have failed," Geki pointed out.

"No matter the evil arrayed before us, we will always overcome," Sasuke agreed.

"We shall redeem ourselves by vanquishing you and preventing our master from ever being reborn!" Ayame cried.

"Each of us embodies a legacy of justice going back untold generations," Yousuke declared.

"Rampaging forward from the dawn of time!" Ryoga bellowed.

"Humans, dinosaurs, even ninja, bound together across history!" Daigo shouted.

"We won't hide from this fight!" Takaharu proclaimed.

"You will witness our chivalry!" Koh vowed, brandishing his sword.

"And we will crush any who threaten the world we are sworn to defend!" Akira announced. "Now… Let's show you just what that means!"

"HENSHIN!" Everyone shouted, the air filled with overlapping transformation jingles.

"Should we…?" Majutsushippo asked her master, realizing what was coming.

"No, I want to see where they're going with this," he replied.

"Aren't they?" Sharcarguerite asked, nodding at the Flowery Kunoichi Sisters.

"Oh, okay."

"Listen and be amazed!" Shouted Daigo and Dai-kun, who had brought his team from the future to help.

"Zyuden Sentai! Kyoryuger!"

"It's about to get wild!"

"Try and stop us!"

"Shuriken Sentai Ninninger!"

"Forget staying hidden, we're running wild!"

"Should…should they have that many reds?" asked a baffled Tsukimiko.

"Regrettably, yes," Akira grumbled.

"Weird, why does it feel like one of them doesn't quite belong?" Mozu wondered.

"Are you referring to how one of them is a kid, one of them is supposed to be an evil clone of Takaharu, or one of them is Takaharu?" Sora asked.

"I'm honestly not sure."

"The Knight of Valor, Ryusoul Red!"

"The Knight of Wisdom, Ryusoul Blue!"

"The noble Shinobi! Yellow mantis!"

"Garnet Passion. RyuKabuto!" said a man wearing a black bodysuit, the arms and legs having circuitry/data lines in crimson. His crimson chest plate had a dragon head as the main part, with the middle of the collar bone having a kabuto beetle, his back armored and resembling the back of a kabuto beetle. His shoulder pads were made of kabuto wings. His gloves were black with crimson data lines around the edges, crimson trimmed black forearm and forehand armor. His boots were crimson with black circuitry lines around the edges, with crimson, black trimmed shin and boot armor. His belt was gold in color with a crimson kabuto beetle clasp, as well as darker gold dragons on either side of it. His helmet was crimson, with a dragonic look to it and kabuto beetle details, notably the horn on his forehead. His visor was formed from a dragon maw and shape-wise appeared to be made of two oval-triangular shapes fused in the middle. The helmet also had a black line around the bottom with crimson circuit patterns along it.

"Spinel Spirit. RyuKuuga!" said a man wearing a black bodysuit, the arms and legs having circuitry/data lines in navy. His navy chest plate had a dragon head as the main part, with the middle of the collar bone having a stag beetle, his back armored and resembling the back of a stag beetle. His shoulder pads were made of stag wings. His gloves were black with navy data lines around the edges, navy trimmed black forearm and forehand armor. His boots were navy with black circuitry lines around the edges, with navy, black trimmed shin and boot armor. His belt was gold in color with a navy stag beetle clasp, as well as darker gold dragons on either side of it. His helmet was navy, with a dragonic look to it and stag beetle details, notably the horns on his forehead. His visor was formed from a dragon maw and shape-wise appeared to be made of two oval-triangular shapes fused in the middle, more so than the other one. The helmet also had a black line around the bottom with navy circuit patterns along it.

"Wait, hold on, what are you guys doing here?" A confused Kenji asked.

"Well, we're also ninja Sentai!" Hammy pointed out, indicating everyone except for Zyuran.

"And I'm a dinosaur!" The Kikainoid reminded everyone.

"That's… Okay, that's a good point, but… Who are the other three? I've never seen them before," a perplexed Jiro said.

"I think the Gokaigers turned into one of them?" Mozu vaguely recalled.

"Are those other two ripping us off?" an offended Isshuu demanded.

"Our identities and purpose are classified," RyuKabuto said curtly.

"And I…don't think I'm from around here," the bewildered Yellow Mantis said. "How did I get here?"

"Gratuitous cameo!" Jinx shouted through a megahorn.

"Well, uh, you're welcome to join us, I suppose," Akira muttered, secretly annoyed that the dramatic moment had been so thoroughly derailed. "Where was I… Oh, right: We are heroes with the power of Dinosaurs… Heroes with the power of ninjas… And heroes with the power of both!"

"We!" Geki shouted.

"Are!" Sasuke yelled.

"SUPER SENTAI!"

A series of spectacular multicolored explosions burst behind them, accompanied by an illusion of a ninja shaking hands with a Tyrannosaurus rex.

Majutsushippo, who had been nodding off, snorted and blinked as she regained full consciousness and prodded Kurohonema with one of her tails. "I wasn't asleep," he said quickly. "Are we finally done? Good, then-"

"Super Sentai are not the only allies of justice with the power of ninjas and dinosaurs!"

The Deathbringer groaned.

Everyone turned to look at a nearby ridge, where another group of familiar warriors had gathered, though smaller in number.

Akira gasped. "That's-"

"Kamen Rider ZX!"

"Kamen Rider W FangJoker!"

"Kamen Rider OOO PuToTyra combo!"

"Kamen Rider Drive Speed Shadow!"

"Kamen Rider Fuma!"

"Kamen Rider Build NinjyaComic form!"

"Kamen Rider Shinobi!"

"Kamen Rider Hattari!"

"Kamen Rider Kunoichi!"

"Kamen Rider Izanami!"

"Kamen Rider Kenzan!"

"Kamen Rider Desast!"

"Kamen Rider Revi!"

"Kamen Rider Vice!"

"Kamen Rider Tycoon!"

"Kamen Rider Super Gotchard Cross Rex-X!"

"Kamen Rider Rexohi!" The unfamiliar female Rider was wearing a royal blue bodysuit with maroon piping. Red and blue feathers went along the piping, gauntlets, and helmet, 2 forming an antenna shape on the helmet and 1 the forehead gem. The helmet was red with blue stripes, with dark blue dino eye visors. The mouth design was shaped like an actual T-Rex's mouth, silver in color. She had red torso armor, angular at the top and bottom, almost looking like a dino tooth, blue scratch marks across it. Her back armor was similar, but with scratch marks in the opposite direction, plus bumps like a spine. An overhead view of a tyrannosaurus in black and gold was above the chest in the center. She had red gauntlets with blue markings, scratch marks on her forehand and fingers, plus red claws. Her red boots had reptilian blue patterns, with spots.

Her belt was shaped like a stylized front facing view of a T-Rex's head with its mouth open, royal blue with red and maroon markings making up the details of the T-Rex face, mouth showing a screen with a T-Rex logo and the names of finishers/attacks, surrounded by stylized teeth. A key was inserted into the right-hand side in a way that resembled a lever.

"Kamen Rider Kyurama 1!" Another unfamiliar female Rider, this one was wearing a black bodysuit with orange claw patterns along it. She had a black helmet with fox ears, a face plate, curve marks on the faceplate, and visors. Orange trimming was on the fox ears, faceplate, curve marks, and visors, ear inners, a circular mark on her forehead, and fox nose. She had on a black sleeveless kimono, with thin black armor under it on the chest and abs, back plate, and armor along her six fox tails. Orange flame patterns were on the kimono, along the armor, and flame-like trimming on the tails. Thin black armor was along the arms with orange flame patterns along the edges and orange fox claws. Thin black armor was along the legs with orange flame patterns along the edges and orange fox claws. She also had on an orange necklace with jewelry designed after flames and alien characters.

Her belt was an orange hexagonal shaped Driver with images of foxes engraved onto the sides with flame marks that also represented nine tails and a screen in the middle. There was a slot on the right-hand side with a black scroll with orange trimming, little statue of foxes making up either end of it inserted, the screen showing a silhouetted image representing her form, with an empty slot on the left hand side.

"Kamen Rider Kyurama 2!" This one was very similar to the other one, with a black bodysuit with orange flame patterns along it, a black helmet with fox ears, face plate, curve marks on the faceplate, and visors. Orange trimming was on fox ears, faceplate, curve marks, and visors, ear inners, a circular mark on her forehead, and fox nose. A black vest was incorporated into the suit modelled after a kimono with orange flame trimming and highlights along it and armor under it with similar colors and patterns. Thin black armor plating was along her legs and under the sleeves of her vest with orange flaming trimming accenting her legs. She had similar boot and glove armor with orange claws. Six black fox tails with flexible armor and orange flame patterns grew from her rear. She also had an orange-black flowing scarf covered in alien characters. Her Driver was identical to the other one.

"We are! KAMEN RIDERS!"

Explosions went off behind them, followed by an illusion of ZX shaking hands with TyrannoRanger and Ninja Red.

Tsukimiko gasped. "Kyurama?! She's here?! And… There's two of her?!"

"You know who that is?" Sora asked sharply.

"I… Do, yes, it's a long story, but I don't understand what she's doing here of all places, and how she got a clone," the priestess said, confused.

"Akira, no!" Kenji snapped at his leader.

"I'm just looking!" She protested.

"Yes, and we all know where that leads," he said bluntly.

"Look, even if I don't make the first move, they're eventually going to come onto me, that's hardly my fault," she retorted.

"Isn't it though?"

"Should some of those really count as ninjas or dinosaurs?" Jiro wondered. "I mean, Tomari is just using his base form with a vaguely ninja-themed Tire Change, and W and Build are each only half dinosaur or ninja apiece."

"And I've never even heard of those last three…" Tetsu murmured.

The Deathbringer blinked. "Okay, the Kamen Riders are… Unexpected, but this is still manageable-"

"Super Sentai and Kamen Riders are not the only allies of justice with the power of ninjas and dinosaurs!"

"Oh for-"

Everyone turned to look at yet another ridge, where another group of somewhat familiar heroes, most of them rather obscure, were standing.

"World Ninja Jiraiya-"

"No! Stop! That's enough! Shame on you!" An exasperated Kurohonema snapped at Jiraiya, Ninja Captor, the Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, Demon Hunter Mitsurugi, Henshin Ninja Arashi, Kamen no Ninja Akakage, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dinosaur Expedition Born Free, Dinosaur Great War Izenborg, Dinosaur Corps Koseidon, Dinosaur Prince, and the Juukou Tokusou Dinnovators. "You can stay if you want, I don't really care how many of you there are, just so long as you stop with the roll call! That's enough already!"

"Awwww," the Metal Heroes and miscellaneous Toku heroes whined.

"Spoooooon!" bellowed Spoon Ninja, a man wearing metal ninja armor made of spoons.

Majutsushippo stared at him in disbelief. "My god, they really will let anyone be a hero these days."

"He interrupted the roll call? He really is evil," a disgusted Jinx snarled.

"And you giants of light can get out of here! Nobody wants you! Go back to M78!" Kurohonema yelled at the Ultra-Ninja Squad, who hung their heads in shame and flew back into space.

"Can I stay?" Ultrman Fuma asked hopefully.

"Fine," Kurohonema said in exasperation. "But just you!"

"Yippee!"

"Wait, there are Ultra ninjas? Why did I not know about this?" A surprised Sora asked.

"If nobody knows about them, does that mean they're actually better ninjas than we are?" A concerned Tetsu wondered.

They considered this for a moment, then shook their heads. "Nah."

"Now, does anyone else want to join the fray? Anyone at all?" Kurohonema asked pointedly, glaring around the quarry.

A minute passed, and nothing happened.

"I think the Youkaliens are joining us later, but I guess not this second," Mozu said.

"Fine. I look forward to killing them just as much as all of you, especially given how long that all took," the Deathbringer said in disgust.

"On the bright side, that lengthy delay gave me even more time to gather the power needed to open the Seal Door!" Majutsushippo said brightly.

Everyone cringed at this.

"Okay, yeah, that's our bad," Akira admitted.

"Why did we do that again?" Kenji wondered.

"Tradition," all their senpai said.

"Oh, right."

"Enough! Kurohonema, it's time to end this!" A frustrated Akira shouted, drawing her sword. "For everything you've done to my sister, to Tetsu, his village, my mother, and so many other people… Only one of us is walking away from this, and it's not you!"

"Funny. I've heard that so many times…" The unimpressed Deathbringer mused. "Your sister said it too. Would you care to experience what I did to her? Especially with your dear mother watching?"

"Akira! Don't listen to him!" Tyrajonin shouted. "You've become so much stronger! Crush him, for Kiba's sake!"

"I will, mom." She raised her sword. "Sentai. Kamen Riders. The other ones."

"Hey!"

"Today, let us band together to end a great evil once and for all-"

"I'M GETTING FIRED UP!" Takaharu shouted, breaking ranks and charging down the ridge at the monsters gathered below.

Everyone facepalmed. "Ancestors fucking dammit, Takaharu."

"Don't worry, we can have tons of sex later to make up for being near him for so long," Mozu promised as they all started running after Takaharu.

"Can we invite those new girls?" Akira asked hopefully.

"Of course."

Akira smiled. "Love you."

"Love you too."

"Boss?" An awestruck Video Camera Marrsk whispered, making sure to catch everything on his lens.

"Yeah, kid?" Bae replied.

"This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen."

The fly burst into laughter. "Rookie, you ain't seen nothing yet."
