Clara and Tegan immediately turned around to face the doors of the TARDIS, and Clara poked her face through the windows. What she saw outside was even scarier than what she had seen in the classroom, and Art room she and The Doctor had explored. It was a printer, displaying the exact same face as the Ipad, laptops and everything else she had seen. It had its top part open, so you could see the scanning area, and that is where the face was.

"A printer," Clara said, "And it doesn't look happy! Doctor?!"

"I'm not finished yet!" The Doctor replied, "I need more time!"

"It's trying to get in!" Clara said, "What do we do?!"

"I don't know, stall it! Do something teacher-y! Bore it to death!" The Doctor replied, "I'm busy!"

Clara took a deep breath, and moved towards the doors.

"Stall it, okay" she said.

"What are you doing?!" Tegan asked her.

"It's okay, I'll be fine," Clara replied, "Trust me, I've done worse"

She put her hand to the doors, and slowly opened them as she started walking out.

"Oh, this I have to see!" Jono said excitedly, running after Clara.

"Jono, no!" Tegan yelled, trying to grab him.

But she wasn't fast enough, Jono had already made it outside, and the doors shut before she could grab him back. Tegan poked her head through the windows to make sure he was okay. She noticed Clara was yelling at him, trying to get him to come back inside. But of course he wasn't going to listen to a woman he barely knew. She watched as Jono was amazed at Clara trying to talk the printer down, which seemed to be working for a little bit, until it gave a little wiggle and it's face seemed even scarier than it already was. There was a big flash of laser-like light from it's scanning area and the next thing Clara and Jono had disappeared and the printer was making munching-like motions with it's scanner hood. Tegan gave a shocked gasp as she noticed it was also printing something out. The piece of paper came sliding out of the printer and was thin enough to slide under the TARDIS doors and land at Tegan's feet. She bent down down and picked up the paper to look a tit to see...Clara and Jono on it, frightened faces. Looking back at the printer through the windows, it seemed to be laughing.

"Doctor!" Tegan shouted.

"I said I'm busy!" The Doctor retaliated.

"You get that Time Lord butt of yours here right this instant!" Tegan yelled at him.

Remembering that tone of voice from a long time ago, The Doctor stopped what he was doing and rushed over to Tegan, and instantly noticed one thing.

"Where's Clara?" He asked.

Tegan gave him a raised eyebrow at his question, with a slight glare.

"And the boy" The Doctor added for good measure.

"I think it...ate them" Tegan replied.

"It what?!" The Doctor asked, getting a little fired up.

Tegan simply showed The Doctor the piece of paper with Clara and Jono on it to him, and she noticed The Doctor's face as he peered through the window. Joining him, she noticed the printer was still laughing to itself, the face on it's scanner area even more grimacing looking, before it hopped and spun around, bouncing out the door.

Clara and Jono were suddenly transported into a weird looking blue space filled with writing and code surrounding them as they screamed. Then, noticing they weren't dead, they looked around the vast area.

"What happened?" Jono asked, "Where are we? Where's your friend's spaceship?"

Clara gave a few deep breaths to calm herself down, still looking around the vast space before answering.

"I'm...not quite sure," she replied, "Do you remember what happened?"

"Yeah," Jono said, "you were awesomely talking calm to that big scary printer, and then that seemed to make it more angry and it opened it's scanning area and-"

"Flashed us with light and now we're here" Clara filled it in.

She started walking along the emptiness as Jono followed her closely, unsure what she was doing.

"Can we get back?" he asked Clara.

"I'm not sure..." Clara answered.

Then all of a sudden, Jono recognised something amongst the images and writing surrounding them.

"Hey! That's mine!" He said.

"Yours?" Clara queried, as she looked at him.

He walked up to one of the images and pointed at what seemed to be a poorly drawn drawing of a giant red rocky mountain.

"Yeah, it's my Art class assignment," Jono replied, "We had to draw a significant landmark that related to our culture"

With his answer, Clara began looking around at everything the way The Doctor would, analysing them all as they kept walking.

"What's it doing here?" He asked, "Don't need to be reminded that I had to scan it and give it out to everyone in class for a memory of the year"

"Wait, say that again" Clara backtracked, holding a finger up.

"What's it doing here?" Jono repeated himself.

"No, the other thing" Clara told him.

"I don't want to be reminded I had to scan it and give-"

But Clara interrupted the rest before he could finish, with a realisation of her own.

"That," she said, "Look at this"

She pointed to another thing surrounding them, a bunch of writing this time.

"This is some kind of pop quiz," she stated, reading it, "Who was the first Indigenous Australian to be granted land and in what year?"

"Awe c'mon, don't teacher me!" Jono groaned.

"No, it's one of the questions," Clara replied, still reading, "Bungaree, in 1815, by the way"

"What did I just say?!" Jono groaned some more.

"It's interesting stuff," said Clara, "Might have to get The Doctor to take me there some time"

"What do you mean, take you there?" Jono asked as he looked at the writing himself.

"The TARDIS isn't just a spaceship, it can travel in time aswell" Clara explained.

"Whoa! That's so cool!" Jono excalimed, then recognising one of the questions on the pop quiz, "Wait! This is Miss Jovanka's quiz from last week!"

"Seriously?"

"Yeah! I got a C-" Jono frowned.

Clara took her eyes off the quiz and looked around again, with Doctor eyes and a realisation came to her.

"Jono, I think I know where we are" she told the boy.

"Really?!" He asked, "Where?!"

"I think we're inside...the printer" she stated.

"What" Jono said blankly.

"It chomped it's scanning area as it advanced and flashed light at us, right?" Clara replied, explaining the situation, "And now we're here, surrounded by pictures and words, art and pop quizzes. I think the printer...ate us"

"Ate us?" Jono asked, "Then how are we alive?"

"Good question...," Clara replied, thinking about it, "It's digesting us? No, that doesn't make sense because we can walk about freely"

"Are we dead?" Jono queried.

"No, definitely not," Clara answered, "At least I hope not"

"Then what?" Jono asked.

"Assuming we're still alive, it could've killed us but it chose to send us here instead," she continued on, "Why? There has to be a reason"

"You're saying it's trapped us inside it?" Jono asked, a little scared.

"Yes, but why" Clara kept going.

"Because of Miss Jovanka and The Doctor?" Jono tried helping her.

"That's it!" Clara exclaimed, "Because of them, because-"

"It wants to eat them too-" Jono began realising.

"Before it digests us all completely-" Clara added.

"And kills us," finished Jono, "How would it digest us?"

"I don't want to find out, do you?" Clara asked.

Jono simply shook his head as he took a step closer to Clara, looking at everything surrounding them with more fear than awe now.
