Neb: I do not own Beyblade, Beyblade Burst, or any other titles of Beyblade. This chapter about my OC Domori Venger before he reunites with Sin and faces off against her and many other strong bladers in the up coming tournament. I hope you all enjoy the story.
Flashback, When Domori visited Spain
"That was a complete waist of time," Domori sighed as he sat back near some old ruins in the woods. "The two kids you asked me to train ditched to moment they learned they weren't learning from you Free."
Free De La Hoya was near his favorite arena watching Fafnir spin. "Sorry about that I guess," he responded in his usual soft tone. "At least they aren't bugging me anymore."
"Is that really why you called me here to Spain," Domori grunted as he turned to Free. "You said they had potential, but Komoto and Crystal were way stronger when they started learning from me, and they weren't even bladers at the time."
"I didn't just call you here to get a couple fans off my back," Free explained. "How are your hands feeling?"
Domori paused for a moment and stared down at his hands. "They are almost back at full strength. I've been doing physical therapy for some time now and it's really been working. I won't ever do anything reckless with them again. From now on my hands are my most precious treasure."
"Well said," Free admitted. "I can't wait to face you for the first time. You've never stopped trying to get stronger, even when your hands were hurt. Through that, you've designed your new bey."
Domori nodded as he pulled out his blueprints for Mighty Draconids. "It's going to be amazing, the strongest design I've ever come up with." He thought for a moment and then grinned. "I might even be able to finish my match with Lui. He's a monster, his aura is unreal, and he never stopped growing stronger. I might be far behind, but... at least I can finally get closure."
Free seemed to lose interest. "That kind of talk... it's the opposite of how you normally act Domori. You've never given bladers who refused to get stronger a second thought. You've developed a skill in seeing the potential of others, and yet... yet you can't see the potential in yourself."
"I know I'm strong," Domori waved Free's concern away. "I'll always get stronger, but right now Lui and I aren't on the same level. I've been out of the game too long. Still if I go up against him, I'll be able to see where the world of Beyblade had gone while I was away."
"That's good and all, but..."
"But what?"
Free sighed as he picked up Fafnir. "Don't you want to win?"
End of Flashback
Domori stood by the arena he would soon be facing the top bladers in. Free had declined the offer to join the tournament, and so had Hyde's brother Phi. He wasn't going to get stronger by facing off against his old team. He knew they were stuck in their ways and because of this they've reached a plateau when trying to get stronger. Wasuke was a cheater afterall, and the others looked up to Wasuke in spite his obvious flaw. Norman could be a strong opponent, but Domori didn't see Norman Tarver as the blader he had been waiting for. "Valt, Aiger, and Lui," Domori spoke up. "Those are the ones that'll push my Mighty Draconids to new heights." Still there was one opponent that Domori wasn't sure if he was ready to face after all this time. "Sin," Domori sighed. "I'm glad your back in the game but, will you still stick with it if you lose."
"Look who finally decided to show up," a familiar voice laughed.
Domori turned around to see a boy with sharp teeth and blue fire hair. "Lui Shirosagi," Domori grunted. He saw another boy wearing a red jacket with brown spiky hair tied back into a ponytail was heading down to the arena as well. "And you must be Aiger Akabane, the current champion."
"That's right," Aiger grinned. "I am the greatest there ever was, and no one can beat me!" Aiger laughed so hard he was actually leaning back while he had a cocky look on his face. "Valt told me about you, he said you beat him. I want to see if you have what it takes to face off against me!"
"If anyone is going to be fighting him it'll be me," Lui grinned. "We never got to finish our match from way back. If anyone deserves a chance to crush his spirit it should be me!"
"As confident as ever," Domori smiled as he turned to Lui. He then looked at Aiger who's face turned from overconfident to serious. "Technically Wakiya wants us to wait till the tournament to face each other, however... I can't seem to repress the urge to face either of you. I can see your aura's so clearly engulfing this whole stadium as if you were giants." Domori reached for his launcher and smiled. "How about I face you both? A free for all I'm sure would entertain all of us."
Aiger and Lui grinned back at him as they grabbed their launchers.
"Hold it," Wakiya yelled. "There are rules in place, you can't just battle whenever you want!"
Valt and Wakiya headed in causing Lui to scoff.
"How annoying?", Lui growled.
"Aiger," Valt grinned. "Long time no see!"
"Hey Valt," Aiger smiled back. "Good to see you."
"This is why I've avoided the competitive scene," Domori yawned. "Every battle has to have commissioners, cameras, refs, and sponsors involved for some reason."
"Beyblade is the most important sport in the world," Wakiya explained. "We have all of those things to show the world who the top bladers are and what they can do!"
"Are you even going to be in the tournament?", Domori wondered.
"W-what? No, I'm the commissioner! I'm the one who sets up events for bladers."
"Well then maybe you want to have a battle also?", Domori wondered. "How about you and Valt join in on the fun?"
"That sounds like a good idea!", Valt grinned.
"The more the merrier," Aiger smirked.
"Don't waist my time Domori," Lui yawned. "I just wanted to finish our last battle, I have no interest battling any of them."
"Ah come on Lui," Valt responded. "It'll be fun."
"Plus you were eager to fight when I was in the mix," Aiger pointed out.
"Tch," Lui responded.
"I didn't agree to any of this!", Wakiya yelled again. He scratched the back of his head and then grabbed his launcher. "But I can't say no to a challenge."
"That's the spirit," Valt smiled.
The group headed around the arena.
"Just note none of this counts towards your rank points," Wakiya stated. "No one will be champion even if they beat Aiger in this battle!"
"I don't even care about that," Domori shrugged.
"Understood," Valt and Aiger both nodded.
"Whatever," Lui grumbled.

"Let it rip!", they all yelled.
Mighty Draconids hits the stadium after Domori bends down with his knee almost touching the ground before launching the beyblade.
Aiger's Turbo Achilles and Valt's Turbo Valkyrie both release their wings as they enter the stadium making it harder for their blades to be burst.
Wakiya's Tornado Wyvern went straight for the center the moment it touched the stadium.
Lui's Bloody Longinus went offense right away and started going after Mighty Draconids.
"You really want to settle this Lui," Domori smirked. "Well so do I! Draconids!" Mighty Draconids begun glowing as it clashed with Longinus.
Valt and Aiger's blades were clashing against each other as well as they spun around the stadium.
"From the looks of things Wakiya might take this," Domori figured. "His blade remains untouched in the center, while it isn't a stamina type blade it could more then likely out spin the rest of us while we fight each other." Domori managed to break free from Lui's grip as his blade now collided with Aiger's and Valt's. "It's fine, I get to see how much stronger Lui had gotten since I last fought him and I get to see if Valt's improved in the short amount of time since we last battled as well. This is a dream come true." Domori remembered Free's words from when he first got to Spain.
"Don't you want to win?", Free's voice echoed inside Domori's mind.
Domori shook his head as he went back to reality. It wasn't a competitive scene, it was just a friendly free for all, and yet... "I want to win! Mighty! Draconids!" Mighty Draconids bounced against the wall of the stadium pressing one of it's spring loaded spikes inwards and then shot itself towards the center of the stadium.
"Don't think I'll go down easily," Wakiya yelled. "Turbo Tempest Attack!" A tornado begun to form around Wyvern as it's defense held up against Draconids.
Suddenly Longinus moved in and clashed against the two blades next. "As if I was going to let you get away Domori!", Lui laughed as his blue fire hair begun to wave like it was actual fire.
Valt and Aiger's blades moved in next and begun clashing against the rest of the group as well.
"Let's go Valkyrie," Valt grinned.
"Do it now Achilles!", Aiger roared as his ponytail broke off revealing a red mane of hair.
Draconids was forced into the middle of all of their blades which worked out for Domori. He could now unveil the true power behind his four spikes as four different blades pressed up against them. "Mighty Repulse!" The spikes after being pressed inward for so long pushed back outward sending the other four blades flying.
The other bladers were shocked by what happened.
"Your full of surprises," Valt grinned. "But it isn't over yet!" Valkerie caught itself on the edge of the arena before going into overdrive.
"Achilles isn't done yet," Aiger yelled as his blade continued to fly through the air.
Wakiya's blade landed out of the arena and so did Lui's.
Lui growled under his breath as he glared back at Domori. "Well played.
As Valkerie clashed against Mighty Draconids again, Achilles attacked them both from above bursting all three beys together.
"W-what?", Domori responded.
"No winner," Wakiya figured. "We didn't have any cameras set up either to replay it."
The group looked disappointed by the outcome, but they each understood. It was an unofficial match, so there was no reason to argue over the results anyway.
"I suppose that entertained me a little," Lui decided. "Just know I will be crushing all of you in the tournament." Lui headed out of the arena laughing.
"Same old Lui," Valt pointed out. "But we won't be taking it easy either."
"That's right," Aiger grinned.
"Man, I'm actually disappointed I can't enter," Wakiya admitted. "But still being the commissioner has its perks. I'll be cheering you all on."
The three of them turned to Domori who was staring down at Mighty Draconids with a wide grin across his face. If that was the power Draconids could release against four opponents hitting him at once, just imagine how much stronger it could get when it awakens. The dark resonance loomed over Domori as he stared down at his bey. "I can't wait! No one will ever stand in my way!" Domori stood up and headed towards the exit. "Valt, Aiger, get stronger before the tournament. The power you both displayed was amazing, but I don't want to see it end there. I expect you both to be on a whole another level when we face again. But if you aren't..." Domori turned back to them with a dark look under his eyes. "I won't face either of you again." Domori left the stadium.
"He got intense all of a sudden," Aiger admitted.
"Is this one of Domori's sides you were talking about," Wakiya responded annoyed.
"I think that one was Shadow Domori," Valt figured.
The two of them turned to Valt confused.
"Domori stated he had been facing a shadow version of Draconids and a shadow version of himself in his dreams," Valt explained. "It looks like that side of himself is starting to win out."
"I almost thought he was like me," Aiger added. "But having multiple sides is a completely different level of crazy."
"What's important is I get to face his true self," Valt smiled. "I faced the real Domori before and he beat me. But then he started acting different when his sister challenged him. Something is off about their family. I want to learn what that is."
Aiger thought for a moment until something else occurred to him. "Oh wait a minute," Aiger realized. "My dad wanted me to hand you this package Valt."
"Oh, he sent it," Valt smiled.
"What is it?" Wakiya wondered.
"It's a new beyblade," Valt smiled. "I sent him the blueprints over a text, I think it'll really shake up the stadium."
"That sounds awesome," Aiger grinned.
"But now's not the time for that yet," Valt decided. "For now, I think I should go talk to Domori and Sin's folks to get to the bottom of their sibling rivalry."
"I'll go to," Aiger nodded. "I'm curious about what turned Domori against his little sister. After all as the elder brother he should be looking out for her."
The three of them exited the arena.
