Episode 15: Captured Owlet Traumatic Re-experience

One early morning in the Goetia estate, after the passionate night Stolas and Blitz have, they are actually sleeping in Stolas' bed as of now. The blanket is a little messy and the bed has a few feathers on it. As the two sleep, a familiar screaming ringtone is being heard.

Still sleeping, Stolas says, "Blitzy, I think someone is calling you."

"Yeah yeah. I heard it," Blitz says, tired and annoyed.

He then reaches towards the small furniture where his phone is and tries to grab it, but he's still tired, he ends up placing his hand on the drawer a few times until he grabs his phone. He presses the button to answer the call and places it on the top of his head.

Still tired he asks, "Who is it?"

Soon, Moxxie's voice is heard over the phone, "Sir, thank goodness you answered. We need you to go to Amara's apartment right away."

"What is it, Moxxie? I'm tired and need some sleep," Blitz says.

"But sir, we need you right now! It's an emergency!" Moxxie says in a panic.

"Moxxie, I'm sure whatever it is, it can wait until we get to the office. After I get some sleep," Blitz says and turns his head.

But Moxxie says, "But Blitz, Amara is missing!"

That makes Blitz open his eyes wide in shock and quickly sit up, "SHE'S WHAT?!"

Not long at the apartment building, Blitz parks the car in front and rushes into Amara's apartment. There he has found Moxxie and Millie sitting on the couch with Roy and he is hugging Amara's toy, Hooty and he is looking very upset and tears continue to fall from his face. Loona is playing a game on her phone, and looks at Roy and shows a sad expression on her face with Amara's hat on her head. She has never seen him this upset.

"I got here as fast as I could?! How the hell did this happen?!" Blitz quickly asks.

Roy wipes the tears from his face and answers, "I don't know! I… I woke up early this morning and she was gone!"

"How did you know she was gone? Are you sure she didn't leave you a note, message, or anything?" Blitz asks.

"No. She didn't. She would have woken me up or at least let me know if she was going anywhere. Plus, well… I don't know. I have a feeling Amara didn't leave on her own," Roy says.

"What made you say that?" Moxxie asks.

"Well, Amara would have let me know when she'll be leaving or be back. And well…" Roy says.

Then brings out Amara's pendant, "She would have brought her pendant with her. She never leaves without it."

"Oh shit, he's right," Loona says, looking at the pendant

"Yeah. Amara never goes anywhere without that necklace. It's too valuable to leave it alone. Well, except when she sleeps and gets in the water," Millie says.

"And she also never leaves without her hat either," Loona adds.

Blitz quickly says, waving his hands a bit, "Alright, alright, let's think for a minute. 1: We know that Amara and Roy went home after the little fiasco with those human governments and practically crashed for the night. 2: She suddenly disappears without letting Roy or anyone else know and not even taking her necklace or her hat."

"And it didn't look like she changed her clothes either," Roy adds.

"No she took her keys or any of her gears," Loona says, and walks toward Amara's room.

"Okay… stating the facts that we had the only explanation is that Amara might have been…" Blitz says.

Millie gasps, "Kidnapped! Amara must have gotten kidnapped!"

"But… but how?!" Moxxie asks, shocked.

"Let's not jump to any conclusions…" Blitz says.

But Loona says, "I think she's right."

With that, Blitz and the others hurry to the bedroom. They notice Loona is sniffing the ground and the bed as she scans the area.

"I'm able to pick Amara and Roy's scent but I'm picking up another," Loona says.

She then sniffs the ground and walks towards the window and a stronger scent comes into her nose.

"It seems the scent is stronger. I think someone abducted Amara. Whoever did it must have snuck into the window, grabbed Amara, and left without her or Roy waking up," Loona says.

"And since Amara was still exhausted from using so much of her powers and strength, it must have made it easy for whoever took her without being woken up," Blitz says.

"But who could have done it? Other than us, Stolas and Octavia, no one else should know where she lives. Well, except those who live in this apartment," Moxxie says.

Loona stands up and places her hand under her chin as she thinks, "Hmm, still… There's something familiar about this scent. Almost like I smelled it before."

Then turns to the others, "Besides, I can name two Imps who for some reason wanted to capture Amara. And they've tried it before."

Soon, Millie remembers, "You're right, that Imp Mirage who attacked the office. He was trying to capture Amara before. He even bite her neck."

"Don't forget Striker. He attacked her at the cabin we went to. Amara made it clear that he was planning to abduct her too," Blitz says.

Then turns to Loona, "Loony, can you figure out where they went?"

"No promises, I'll try," Loona says.

Loona sniffs the window and opens it. She then jumps out and lands on her feet on the ground. She follows the cent until she is off the sidewalk.

Loona turns her head to the window and calls out, "That's all the scent I got. I can also scent the smell of oil. I think someone put Amara in a vehicle and drove off. There's no telling where that bastard has taken her."

Hearing what Loona says, Blitz and the others see they hit a dead end.

"Fuck. We don't even have a trail to follow them either. Now what?" Blitz complains.

"Well we gotta do something. We can't leave Amara in the hands of whoever the fucker who has her. Who knows what they'll do?" Millie panics.

Roy lowers his head in sadness as he looks at the pendant, "Amara."

Meanwhile, Amara is still fast asleep and not knowing anything is a miss. She turns her head a little and begins to open both pairs of her eyes as she wakes up from her sleep. She groans in exhaustion and sits up. She stretches her arms and lets out yawn.

"Man, I was so tired. I felt like I could sleep for a week," Amara says.

When she wakes up, she becomes shocked, "What the fuck?!"

What she finds is not her room, but a small one person bed with magenta blankets covered on her. She looks around to see there is only one window that has bars on it and a door. There is also a single desk with a small lamp on. She also notices a small door that is open that leads to a restroom with a personal sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower.

"What is this place?! Where the hell am I?!" Amara exclaims in shock.

Amara then looks down to notice she isn't wearing her pajamas anymore. Instead, she is wearing what looks like a red dress that goes past her thighs and the sleeves reach her elbows, a black belt. Along with black tights, and her feather hair is down and is also wearing a silver tiara. She is also wearing a burgundy color cloak. She also notices that her artificial limbs are different from her own, but built the same way.

"What is this outfit? What the hell is going on here?" Amara asks.

She quickly shakes her head and says, "I gotta get out of here."

Amara quickly gets off of bed and tries to open the door, but it's locked and it won't budge.

"Shit!" Amara mutters to herself.

She then hurries to the window and tries to open it, but to no avail.

"What the fuck?!" Amara shouts in anger.

Amara then tries to punch the window and kick the door, but none of them will budge. She also tries to use her magic, but for some reason, she begins to notice something off. She isn't as strong and her magic doesn't seem to be working.

"What happened?" Amara questions.

She looks to notice a strange silver neck cuff with some kind of heart pendant on it.

"What is this thing?" Amara asks.

She tries to pull the thing off, but for some reason, it begins to glow, causing her to stop.

"Something's up? What is this place? Is this another one of Blitz's pranks? But then, where's Roy? Where am I?" Amara thinks in confusion.

Suddenly, she hears the sound of the door opening and quickly turns to see the door fully open. To her shock, Amara sees a familiar Imp, one she isn't expecting to see again. The male Imp who is dressed as a female, and still shows a lustful expression on her face.

He says in a seductive tone, "Hello Amara, it's a pleasure to see you again. So glad I've decided to bring you for a bite."

Amara gasps and exclaims, "Mirage?! What are you doing here?! Wh-what's going on?!"

"Oh, nothing much sweetie. How you like your temporary room, roomy isn't it?" Mirage says with a smirk.

Amara has chills sent up her spine. However, it doesn't take long for Amara to figure out.

She makes a shocked expression, "You…? Did you kidnap me?!"

"That's one way to look at it, but I really brought you here until the heat is off, knowing your boss, comrades, and your little brother they're going to start looking the moment you disappear. However, it might not last cause they don't know where we are," Mirage says with an evil grin.

Amara is not amused, "Alright, you're starting to become really creepy and twisted, you Impish cross-dresser!"

"Now now there's no need to yell. You'll ruin that sweet face of yours," Mirage says.

That makes Amara even more uncomfortable. Mirage walks into the room and observes Amara's new clothes.

He then lifts the burgundy cloak, "Now this is fitting for a princess. You sure look lovely. Fitting to meet my master, or in your case, your new master."

"Your… Master? Wait… my new master?!" Amara asks, now sounding concerned.

"Yes. Starting today, you'll be under a new employment, our master, Orpheus," Mirage says.

"What?! Have you lost your fuckin mind?! I didn't not sign up for this! I can't stay here! I have a life! I also have to go to work! My brother must be worried and scared to find out I'm gone! I am so going to kick your sorry ass for this!" Amara angrily says.

Then runs over to attach. For some reason, Amara isn't as fast as she used to. When she tries to punch Mirage, he is able to use his tail to tie Amara's wrist. Then ties her arms until they're pinned to the side.

"Well, glad to see the collar is doing its thing," Mirage says with an evil smirk.

"Collar?" Amara says, confused.

Mirage pulls Amara to him and tingles with the charm on the cuff on Amara's neck.

"Yes. It's specially designed to prevent demons like you from using their powers and physical strength. Made from angelic weapons, so it works ten fold," Mirage says.

"Hmph. Well, looks like you creeps are more than just talk," Amara says.

She struggles from the tail like restraint, "Put me down you creep."

Mirage then places Amara on the bed and the owl girl is still displeased about it. Before she can do anything, Mirage uses his tail to grab Amara's wrist and puts it over her head. She then places herself with hands first above Amara with a seductive smirk and shows his teeth.

"Wha-what are you doing?! Let me go!" Amara panics and struggles.

Mirage then leans to Amara and has his lips close to her neck. Soon, the crossdressing Imp snuggles her neck a bit, making Amara blush.

She turns away and mutters, "N-no… s-stop…"

"Don't worry, my little birdie, I won't bite… well, not as much," Mirage says with a grin and shows his sharp fangs.

Amara gulps nervously and soon shuts her eyes in pain as Mirage bites down on her neck and draws some blood into his mouth.

"P-please… s-stop…" Amara whispers, feeling the pain of Mirage's fangs.

Soon, Mirage pulls his fangs and mouth away from Amara and ends up licking her neck, healing the wound from the fangs punctured her skin.

"Mmmm, your blood still tastes wonderful," Mirage says, and wipes the blood from his fangs.

Amara feels a bit stunned, shocked, and sick to have her blood sucked by the likes of him. She isn't sure if she can move like this, especially in the state of shock. Mirage then uncoils his tail from Amara's wrists and waist and walks to the door.

"I must be going. We'll only stay here for a few days and our boss will be coming over to pick us up. Make yourself comfortable sweetie," Mirage says as he leaves the room and closes the door.

Amara opens her eyes and lifts her body back to a sitting position. She feels her neck to feel the neck cuff is still there and feels a little in pain from Mirage's bite. She feels like crying, but keeps it held in because it's not going to help her.

Amara says, "I need to get out of here. If I don't I'll be stuck here forever, and I'll never be able to get back to Roy, Blitz, and the others. I just hope the others are on their way right now."

She takes a deep breath, "But still, I gotta find a way out of this hole myself and see if I can reach the others."

Amara is able to get up from the bed and begins to search around for anything she can use to escape. She sees the lamp on the desk as well as some paper and pencil. Then she walks in the restroom to notice a few towels, even a hair dryer with a long cord. She also searches around to find other stuff. She makes a smirk and has just come up with a way to escape.

Back in Imp City of the I.M.P office, Blitz and the others, even Roy, are trying to figure out a plan on how to find Amara and save her.

"Alright everyone, we know that Amara has somehow been abducted in the middle of the night and so far the culprit hasn't left a trace of evidence to figure out the identity," Blitz says.

"That's kind of all we know and we did have two suspects in mind, they tried to go after Amara before," Moxxie says.

"So how are we going to figure out where Amara is if we don't have any idea where to look?" Loona asks.

"Or who did it," Millie adds.

"Still, we're going to need some help. There's no way in hell we can find Amara by ourselves," Loona says.

He groans in frustration, "I know someone who can."

"You mean your bird brain boyfriend, right?" Loona asks, texting her phone.

"Who else will I be talking about, especially since I practically ran out this morning without telling him why. So he's probably wondering what happened," Blitz says.

"Still, we have to find Amara and the only way to do that is to figure out who did it. So far, we have two main suspects, Mirage or Striker."

Then Loona says, "You know, there's still something familiar about that scent I picked up, like it's very familiar… like… those Imps that attacked us in the office."

Then growls in anger, "Especially that cross-dressing Imp bitch who attacked us. I still want to choke his neck for the stunt he pulled."

"That's Mirage. You think he took Amara?" Millie asks, shocked.

Roy finally speaks up, "It does make sense, I mean, he seems to know about Amara even though she never met him until that encounter. Plus, he seems to know what led to our parents' death."

"Yeah. And he tried to take her by force before. He practically destroyed the office trying to capture Amara," Blitz says.

"If Mirage did take Amara, where did they go?" Roy asks, still very sad.

"That is something we need to find out. And Stolas will be glad to help us out," Blitz says and begins to dial his number.

Soon, the phone answers, "Hey Stolas…"

"Oh Blitzy, how nice of you to call. I was a little worried when you stormed out earlier," Stolas says, over the phone.

"Yeah. Yeah. Listen, we have a big problem and we need your help with it," Blitz says.

With that, Blitz explains to Stolas about what has happened early and how Amara has possibly been taken by Mirage and doesn't have a clue, but an assumption on the culprit so they could really use some help.

After the explanation, Stolas nods his head and says in a calm tone, "Right. I'll be at your office right away."

Then hangs up the phone. Stolas is shocked to say the least. He then puts the phone down and clutches his clawed hands in sadness and anger. However, he knows that Amara is in danger and needs to be found.

Back in the room, Amara is forced to stay in, she already has her plan of escape set in motion. Amara is hiding next to the door as she hears footsteps walking to the room. Just then the doors open to reveal a suited demon around Amara's height walks into the room with a plate of food.

The guard says, "Hey kid, I brought you something to eat. Courtesy of Mirage."

He then looks around to notice someone isn't here.

He calls out, "Kid?"

Amara remains quiet until the man is fully inside the room and out of the door's way. She then slams the door closed and wraps one of the towels over his mouth. Then with the lamp, he then smacks the demon Imp on the head, so the guard collapses and is now unconscious.

"Now then, time for the switch," Amara mutters to herself.

Outside of the door, the door opens and surprisingly, Amara walks out wearing the Imp's clothes. She closes the door and locks it. She then leaves the door without anyone suspecting. Of course, the Imp unconscious is tied up on the bed and is now in the clothes Amara wore.

Amara quickly runs down the hall in hopes of finding a way to escape this place. What's more, she needs to find a way to get the neck cuff off of her neck. She continues to run down the hall until she hears someone coming. Amara quickly runs inside the closest room she can find, runs inside, and closes the door before she gets caught.

Amara sighs, "That was close."

She then looks to find out she is surrounded by many weapons like guns, rifles, daggers, swords, and other kinds of arsenals.

Amara smirks and says, "Well well, looks like I have found just the place I need."

Amara quickly grabs a pair of revolvers, a rifle, and a few daggers, swords, as well as a few small boxes, each of them carrying twenty bullets. She even found a few ropes, even a backpack to put the items in.

"Now then, it's time to have a little fun," Amara says with a smirk on her face.

Amara then sneaks out of the room and owns the hall. She then notices a few guards having their backs facing her, allowing her to sneak past them slowly. Then runs down the hall as fast as she can. However, her luck ends up running out when a few of the guards standing in front of the hall, notices her and bring out their weapons.

Well then," Amara says, and brings out the guns, "Bring it on, boys!"

The guards begin to fire at her with their guns, but Amara quickly dodges the attack, and fires at them with her new found guns. She manages to strike them at their heads, and they collapse to the ground. Then Amara makes a run for it with as much speed as she can. Since she has the neck cuff, her abilities are limited.

And unfortunately for her, the guard who is watching the monitor has seen everything and hits the alarm. Amara continues to run down the hall, until more guards of different Imps and demons show up. Amara knows that she needs to fight back against the guards. So she uses the weapons she has obtained to fire and stab them. She fires head shots at the demons and uses the daggers to stab them on the chest, arms, or legs. She even uses whatever physical strength she has to punch and kick them. Then she runs down the hall. Soon, more guards show up and begin to attack her. Amara uses anything she can to attack her attackers who have weapons and some have unusual powers. Of course, Amara is not the type to give up and is able to kill the creeps without any problems Then continues to run down the halls to find a way to escape.

Meanwhile, Mirage is on the phone and is talking to someone. Wanting to listen, Amara remains quiet and hears the conversation, "Yes master, the girl is doing fine. Yes, we'll make sure to have her here and destroy those annoying Imps from I.M.P."

"Just remember, those Imps are assassins, so they're also cunning and ruthless. Also, the girl has strong skill and potential," The sound of a man answers.

"Don't worry, as long as she has that neck cuff around her neck, she won't be able to use any of her powers and physical strength," Mirage says.

"Just remember to keep a close eye on her. I doubt that's going to stop her from trying something," The voice says.

Mirage nods his head, "Understood." and hangs up the phone.

Suddenly, the door opens to reveal a feline demon who exclaims, "Mirage, the Owl girl has escaped."

"Hmm, guess the boss was right about her trying something," Mirage says to himself.

Then evilly smirks, "Guess I'll have to use it to stop her in her tracks.

She goes to her drawer and brings out a lack gun that has a glowing white design on it.

"It's been six years since I've used this beauty. Now then, it's hunting season," Mirage says and evilly chuckles.

Still running down the halls trying to escape, Amara looks around trying to find a way out of wherever she is. However, Amara refuses to give up and continues to run down the hall. Finally, she is able to find a back room that looks like a storage room and has a large back hatch open with a few delivery trucks in front. Amara smiles to see her chance to escape.

"Well, it looks like I'll be able to get out of this place in no time," Amara says.

"I'm afraid this is where I stop you from leaving," Mirage's voice says.

Amara becomes shocked to hear a familiar voice. Just then, she feels a sharp and burning pain on her arm. Amara screams in pain and agony as she falls to the ground. Amara looks to see that she's been shot in her right arm and the pain is unbearable. She turns around and becomes stunned to see Mirage holding the black color gun that has glowing white patterns. It doesn't take long for her to realize what the weapon is and it has her petrified.

"Sorry about your arm my dear, but I'm afraid I can't permit you to leave," Mirage says.

Amara is starting to shake in fear of the injury and the weapon Mirage is holding.

"Don't worry my little Owlet, I'm not going to kill you, but I can't allow you to run away either. Now then, if you don't want me to shoot your legs, I suggest you corporate," Mirage says, and begins to walk towards Amara.

Amara becomes terrified to see the gun in Mirage's hand and the injury she has received. What's shocking, she has received this injury before. Suddenly, flashbacks of the incident begin to appear in her mind. Three Imps who she doesn't remember the appearance burst open the door of their home. Then Amara has been shot on the stomach by an Imp holding the angelic weapon. Then her mother puts Amara and baby Roy in the secret room and closes it. Lastly, she remembers seeing the corpse of her dead parents with gunshots. Finally, Amara lets out a scream of fear and fight, possible enough to have a breakdown.

Just then, Amara's aura begins to glow red as she feels herself being overwhelmed with fear and pain, and begs to be protected. Just then, Amara's powers burst out of her body as she let out a scream. The power creates a powerful tornado with feathers around Amara. Mirage is stunned and is trying to shield herself from the powerful wind. Then quickly evacuate from the room. Amara continues to scream as tears fall from her face and some strange aura surrounds the neck cuff, causing it to shatter to pieces.

Soon enough, the tornado and wind comes to a stop. When Mirage enters the room he is shocked to see the wreckage the room has become and Amara has disappeared. However, Mirage knows that Amara needs to be found.

Time has gone by, and the young owl girl is slowly walking down the street as she holds her bleeding right arm, and her legs feel so much pressure that it's hard for her to bear. Soon, falls to the ground to feel her legs and injured arm in pain and feels that she can't run another step. However, she continues to keep going, she knows that she needs to run, she needs to get away, she needs to leave the place as soon as possible.

Just then, something catches her eyes. She turns to see a tall, elaborate building with multiple windows and turrets, and it appears to have seven floors. Amara's vision is so blurry that she can't read the large pink sign. The entrance has a trail at front that leads to a tent. At first, Amara is a little unsure about staying in a place she's not familiar with, but she needs a place to stay for the night, and judging by part of the name, it appears to be some kind of hotel. Amara opens the door and walks inside the lobby of this hotel. Amara is so weak and tired that she isn't able to keep her support any longer. She then finds the closet couch she can find, lays on it, and loses consciousness right there and there.
