"Are you sure about this?" Reborn asks from the doorway.

Tsuna looks at her tutor. It's been a month since they fought Checkerface and broken Arcobaleno Curse. Reborn wasn't a baby anymore; he was a grown man now, back to the way he was before the Curse. Other than that, he was still the same sadistic hitman tutor Reborn that came into her life a year ago, bringing chaos, Flames, and mafia into her dull life.

Tsunami smiles, recognizing a subtle hint of concern in ex-Sun Arcobaleno's voice. "I'm sure, Reborn. I'll become Vongola Boss once we finish school and then won't have time for vacations. And as much I love my Guardians and understand their worry about me, I need some time to myself, away from them."

Reborn nods in understanding. Sometimes Sky needed to rest from its Elements. "I know. Still, remember what we discussed? Be-"

"Be on your guard 24/7, listen to Hyper Intuition," the future Vongola Donna finishes for the man, having discussed it with him multiple times."I remember. I'll be careful. And in case of emergency, I'll call you or my Guardians."

"Good," Reborn nods, satisfied. He glances at the clock."Now, go or you will miss your bus, Dame-Tsuna."

"Yeah," Tsuna agrees. She zips her bag and slings it over her shoulder. "See you in a month, Reborn. Take care of Mom and others while I'm gone."

"Will do."

Tsuna leaves the room. Reborn watches her go with a smirk. She wasn't No-Good Tsuna she was a year ago anymore. Now, she was a confident Donna in the making, strong enough to take care of herself and those she considered her own. It was one of the reasons he allowed her to make this trip alone, without himself or Guardians to accompany her this time.

"You grew up, Tsuna," he says to himself, smirking again.

And he feels proud, knowing he had a hand in this.

"Oh, you packed up already?" Nana asks when her daughter comes downstairs.

"Yeah."

"Tsuna-nee, do you really have to go?" Lambo asks with a pout from where he was playing with I-Pin and Fuuta on the floor. Like the rest of her Guardians, Lambo didn't like what Tsuna was leaving to visit someone without them and was the most to complain due to his age.

"I haven't seen my cousin in a while, Lambo, and I want it to be just the two of us, " the brunette explains. "Don't worry, I won't be gone long."

"But I don't want you gone!" Lambo whines. Before he can start to cry, Nana intervenes:

"Don't be sad, Lambo-kun. Tsu-chan will be back before you'll know it!"

"Really?" Lambo asks doubtfully with a sniff.

"Really," Tsuna assures her youngest Guardian.

"Okay," Lamo believes her. "You better not break your promise, Tsuna-nee!"

"I won't," the girl read the time of the corner of her eye."Shoot! I need to go or else I'll miss the bus!"

"Go on then. Say hi to your aunt, uncle, and cousin for me ad have fun."

"I will!" Tsuna promises. She kisses her mother goodbye and hurries out of the door before she was late.

Thankfully she makes it just in time. She breathes a sigh of relief as she sits down in the back of the bus and it departs from Namimori.

She still can't believe she is finally visiting her cousin after not seeing each other for a year. Not to mention the fact that Reborn allowed her to do it alone without him tailing her every step. Hell, he even helped her to convince her Guardians not to tag along much to their displeasure and her shock.

Was this some kind of test? She can't help but wonder.

"No test whatsoever. He shows you this way that he trusts you to take care of yourself without supervision," a voice says.

Tsuna turns her head to the side to look at Primo and Ottavo that appeared from her Vongola Rings.

"You think so?" she asks her fellow female boss who said this. She had gotten close to Daniela and Giotto in the past month with them popping up often to chat, so she wasn't startled by their sudden appearance.

"I know so," Daniela says, a bit smug. Not surprising, given she knew Reborn before the Curse when she was in charge of Vongola. "So you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Where are we going by the way?"

"Ukiyoe town. Mom's side of the family lives here," future Decimo explains. She misses the way her grandfather's flash at the name.

"Ukiyoe, huh?" Giotto mutters to himself. Daniela, who had heard him, gives him a confused look, but doesn't ask when Primo doesn't elaborate further.

The rest of the ride is spent in comfortable silence.

Ukiyoe here they come.

Tsuna arrives in Ukiyoe not long before the sun starts reaching the horizon. The moment she leaves the bus, she is engulfed in a strong hug.

"Tsu-chan!" her cousin exclaims in happiness. "I'm so glad you finally come to visit. I missed you so much!"

Tsuna laughs, hugging back just as strongly.

"I missed you too, Kana-chan."

Kana is the first to break the hug. "Is just me or have you gotten taller? Oh, and I'm mad at you by the way. You haven't visited at all last year and didn't call as often."

Tsuna gives Kana an apologetic smile. "I'm so sorry, Kana-chan. Life has gotten… crazy lately. I was busy," she says, telling a half-truth. Busy not to die, that is, the brunette added to herself, thinking of Varia, Byakuran, Daemon, Shimon, Vindice, and Checkerface. Oh, and don't forget Reborn's shenanigans and general chaos her family brings whenever they go.

But Kana didn't need to know that.

Her cousin sighs. "It's okay, I understand. What matters now is that you're here. Let's go-"

"I get what you are excited at having Tsuna-chan here, Kana-chan, but do you mind if I get a hug from my childhood friend too?" An amused voice asks, interrupting Kana.

Tsunami feels her breath catch as she recognized the voice. He was here…

"Rikuo-kun…" she whispers.
