It was nothing if not a somber view that Makima was looking out on. It had been unchanged for, well for as long as she had been trapped there. In this realm, in this prison there was no perception of time. All she could do was guess and her guess would likely be very off. She turned her head around, facing the man that had been the first face she had seen here in a long time.

"So tell me Mr. Saki, if I'm correct you did not arrive here alone did you?"

Oroku Saki stood up, his helmet in one hand as he marched towards Makima and stood next to her "just some brat I fought before I was pulled into this place."

"And what was his name?" Makima asked, calmly yet forcefully.

"I don't know something like Jaune Arc or something" Saki said annoyed.

That peaked the interests of the Control Devil "I've heard that name before…" she said with a smile on her face as she kept her eyes staring out of the window "but last I remembered, he was dead…"

"You and me are very well familiar with the infinite possibilities of the multiverse Makima," Saki groaned angrily "apparently our boss had pulled some strings and took a boy from a different world to be a replacement for the one his precious daughter lost. They even had a child."

"A child you say?" Makima said raising her eyes up to meet Saki's "well that makes very interesting. That boy being here changes everything and might lead us to a way out of this place."

Saki looked on with disbelief, he may have towered over the woman besides him but her entire aura spoke volumes about her power and capabilities.

"Oh really? And you think he's key to getting us out of this place" Saki noted with a condescending tone.

"Not just our way out Mr. Saki. But our way towards getting back at the people who put us in here. Both that organization with those lousy detectives as well as the Collective."

Saki raised his eyebrows "you actually think you can take on the Collective? Thanos has more power then we can imagine, he's next to unbeatable. I should know I considered every possible option" he said.

Makima simply giggled and turned around, walking off towards the nearby control panel in the middle of the room.

"Mr. Saki you don't see the big picture as I do. But no worries, as long as you do what I say I can guarantee both of our escapes from this wretched hellhole" Makima said as she stood behind the panel.

"And you honestly believe I will just do as you….." but before Saki could finish his sentence a metal chain burst forth from Makima's fingers and encircled him, forcing him to his knees in seconds. The powerful warrior was powerless against the chains of his cohort.

"Yes I do. Now be a good dog and bring him here…alive" Makima warned with a neutral expression on her face. She lifted her finger and the chains instantly dissipated.

Saki stood up with an angry scowl, wanting nothing more then to rush forward and impale her on his bladed knuckles. But there was no point in it, she had clearly demonstrated to be far more powerful then him. She brought him to his knees by sampling raising her finger. It was no wonder the Collective where weary of her entering their ranks.

He walked past her and out of the exit way he heard her say.

"Oh and remember Mr. Saki, you better bring him back alive. Better keep in mind, I'm not locked in with you…you are locked in with me..."

Without bothering to knock or announce her presence, Weiss entered the tent housing Adam and Pyrrha with Blake following right behind her.

"Apologies for barging in like that but I have something urgent we need to discuss" Weiss said before she got a clear look to see the pair locked in a passionate kiss, the scarred side of Adam's face covered up by Pyrrha's hand. The pair disengaged the moment they saw Weiss and Blake's expression.

The pair blushed as Weiss shook her head and simply said "look we have an issue a very big one. As in we could all very much be in danger."

Adam's ears peaked up and he stepped forward, pointing to a nearby table with on it what seemed like a giant map of the region. All four of them circled around it and Weiss explained to them.

"Look before you all found us we saw a portal open and someone pass through it. Someone very dangerous…"

"You know them?" Pyrrha asked.

"Well sort off, we only met when she attacked me but…" Weiss sighed. Everything about the multiverse was confusing to her and she found it hard to explain to them what exactly she knew about Yoru which was surface level stuff like her being completely psychotic and hating specifically her, or rather the tyrannical adoptive daughter of a genocidal maniac version of her.

"Look I don't know much but I do know this, she is powerful and she is dangerous. Her name is Yoru and she is part of the Collective. In fact she is well…she is the sister of this world's Weiss…"

Pyrrha's eyes looked up in disbelief, while Adam's stoic expression didn't hint at any level of surprise.

"Look I don't know what much more I can tell you. But apparently they have a massive sibling rivalry and she took her feelings out on me and….well I don't know what else you want me to say" Weiss exclaimed dramatically.

Adam simply held up his hand in a motion for her to stop "you said enough Mrs. Schnee, the point is clear. The question now is, what is she doing here?"

Blake spoke up "maybe she's looking for us? Think about it Weiss, someone made that portal that landed us here, maybe it was Thanos? And now she is send here to collect us?"

Weiss nodded in agreement "possibly but even so she has no guarantee to find us, we could be any where as far as she knows."

"Do you know which direction you went when you saw her?" Pyrrha asked.

"Yeah she went north before you guys abducted…I mean found us" Weiss corrected herself.

Adam and Pyrrha looked at each other, a small hint of panic evident on their faces.

"What is it?" Weiss asked.

"That way…that way leads to Atlas…" Adam said.

Weiss raised her eyebrows "Atlas. What could she want with Atlas? Wasn't that supposed to be under the control of," realization struck Weiss as she remembered conversations and snippets she had picked up months ago "me…"

Pyrrha nodded in confirmation "yes. But for the last few months there has been no sight of the Ice Queen of Atlas, she simply vanished and in that time, we have been trying to push back against Atlas's forces."

"And while we have made some progress. The fact that this supposed sister of the Ice Queen has shown up which can only mean…"

"That she's planning to take over Atlas's forces…" Blake finished.

An eerie silence fell over the group as she realization set in of what is to come.
