Hey folks! Welcome back to "Through the Rough"! We've kicked off the Joint Training Arc with Class A getting the first win over Class B, along with some interesting reveals. Now that the stage has been set, it's time to see just how things'll go for the other teams!

Let's jump right back into it!

THROUGH THE ROUGH

"Explain what you learned or would do differently," Shota advised of his students after they returned from the match.

"Well, if I'm not brawling with my enemies," Eijiro started to reply, "then my Quirk ends up kinda useless…" he admitted, "If that had been real, Shiozaki would've murdered me on the spot…" he mentioned grimly.

"I should've relied on my Reverse more to give our team second chances, especially at the start of the match," Rebecca explained in confession, "And I need to do better at gauging just how strong my opponents are, and whether or not I have to use something like my Overdrive to fight them," she added thoroughly, looking down in thought.

"And I pretty much killed it out there!" Denki proclaimed with two thumbs up, "Pretty sure I made some new fans!" he mentioned.

"You also almost ended up getting us in a lot of trouble…" the Cat Leaper Quirk user muttered as she let a drop of sweat roll down her head.

"We lost Kirishima pretty quickly and got caught way off guard by Class B's first attack," Tsuyu pointed out, "It was a bad blow to our team's morale," she mentioned, "I wish we could've won without losing anybody…" she admitted, "but we were sloppy out there, even at the end…" she confessed on.

"The binding cloth…" Hitoshi chimed in, "I couldn't even use a tenth of what I had learned from you, Mister Aizawa…" he noted to the teacher, "It's so frustrating…" he admitted.

"Well, there's a reason that they call it training," the Erasure Quirk user pointed out, "The scarf is hard to use and it took me six years to master," he added, "Move on, but don't forget this feeling," he advised of the Brainwashing Quirk user.

"Also…" he started to say, only to glance aside, "No, never mind…" he corrected, "I'll be sure to take note of what you said, sir," he affirmed to Shota, while Rebecca looked at him worriedly.

"Listen up," their teacher said, "Kirishima, you should focus on forcing your opponent into a head-on fight," he instructed of him.

"Right!" he responded with his fists clenched.

"Bluegarden, you've got the right mentality," Shota noted to Rebecca, who took on a serious expression, "But you also need to focus on protecting your teammates and determine whether or not you need to take another shot at the outcome," he advised on thoroughly.

"Yes, sir," she replied as she nodded her head.

"Kaminari, you weren't serious at the start," Shota mentioned over to the Electrification Quirk user, who grimaced a little, "Are you only strong if your team's in trouble?" he inquired rhetorically.

"No…" he responded sadly.

"Asui, focus on how to recover from a mistake instead of the mistake itself," Shota advised of the Frog Quirk user.

"Ribbit," she replied with a nod of her own.

"Use what you learned today to improve your future," the teacher instructed of the group, "Alright, you're dismissed," he confirmed, trotting off.

"Huh…" Rebecca exhaled.

"Nice going out there, Rebecca!" Mina complimented as she approached alongside Kyoka and Toru.

"Yeah, you really showed your stuff with those blasters!" the Invisibility Quirk user pointed out.

"I was trying not to rely too much on my Quirk, since I'm not exactly one to use it for too long," Rebecca noted, "Though in hindsight after the match, I think I should try to focus more on gauging the situation," she concluded as she looked down at her legs, "There were probably a few times I could've reversed and changed an outcome," she admitted.

"No need to be so down on yourself," Kyoka chimed in, "You did better than the electro-dork…" she remarked, gesturing to a passing Denki.

"I heard that…" he grumbled out, earning giggles from the girls.

"Great job out there," Izuku chimed in, getting his girlfriend's attention as she looked to see that he had approached. She smiled.

"Thanks, Izu!" she exclaimed gratefully. Meanwhile, Sekijiro's blood was practically boiling as he stood in front of the losing team. All of them seemed dismayed, except for Laguna, who looked away.

"Do you know why you lost? Or should I explain it to you?" he inquired of the group, "Shishida was the focal point of your group… or was it Shiozaki? Or Husert?" he questioned, "If you came together as a team, you could've taken them all on!" he affirmed of them angrily.

"Tch," Laguna scoffed, getting his attention.

"Something you wanna say, Husert?" he inquired of him, "I know Shinso ended up brainwashing you, which I would've thought you'd avoid since you knew him from General Studies," he pointed out with his hands at his hips.

"Yeah, how'd you get caught?" Hiryu asked. Laguna looked over at the Brainwashing Quirk user, seeing him check his binding cloth around his neck.

"It was just… a logical ruse," he finally answered, "I'm sorry," he apologized to his teammates, making them blink in surprise, "I shouldn't have run off alone to find Hitoshi and leave you guys in the lurch," he pointed out in admittance, "Even with the voice changer he had, I knew there were ways he could get someone to talk," he mentioned.

"Seems as if he's a provocative character," Jurota noted.

"Yeah…" Laguna agreed, looking back at the Brainwashing Quirk user, "He really is," he said. Sekijiro narrowed his eyes, wondering what else had happened during the match.

"Well, that match certainly was enlightening!" Neito exclaimed as he approached, "Shinso really is good!" he pointed out, "And that'll be perfect for our team!" he mentioned confidently, "You'll be ready yourself, right Husert?" he inquired of the Tears Lover Quirk user.

"Yeah, I wasn't hurt," he confirmed in reply.

"Oh Shinso, let's come up with a plan to make Class A cry like little toddlers!" he insisted of his new teammate as he approached him.

"He's… pretty high-strung…" Koji nervously noted as he stood beside Izuku, "Do you think we'll be okay against them, Midoriya?" he inquired of his teammate.

"After seeing how the last match with Shinso went, we'll at least have an idea as to what we can expect," he pointed out, "Maybe we could do something in terms of hand signals…" he suggested quietly.

"Ooh, good idea!" Ochaco whispered out.

"Let's come up with some super combo moves!" Mina insisted excitedly, "Like a Floating Acid Bomb!" she suggested.

"Uh…" the Zero Gravity Quirk user uttered.

"We should start coming up with a plan ourselves," Toru insisted of her teammates, who nodded in agreement. Homura glanced over to see Shoto discussing plans with his team. She smiled at him, heading off to join her own group.

"Bakugo, we oughta' get on the same page when we're up," Kyoka advised of the Explosion Quirk user as she, Shiki and Hanta approached him.

"The page is… I can do this all myself! I don't need any of you losers!" he proclaimed vehemently.

"Of course…" the Earphone Jack Quirk user muttered in response.

"No worries!" Shiki assured as he bravely wrapped his right arm around Katsuki, "We'll do our best out there!" he declared.

"Get offa me, you idiot!" the Explosion Quirk user shouted. From afar, Momo sighed.

"I hope Bakugo doesn't cause Shiki much trouble…" she said worriedly.

"Ah, he'll be fine," Weisz assured as he approached, wrapping his own right arm around the Creation Quirk user, "And don't you worry, I'll make sure to keep you nice and safe out there…" he mentioned flirtatiously toward her, flashing a grin.

"Hmph," she huffed as she walked away to his surprise.

"Ugh…" he groaned as he slouched his shoulders, "What's Shiki got that I don't…?" he grumbled in question as both Yuga and Fumikage came over.

"Perhaps his genuine charisma?" the latter of his two teammates assumed.

"Or maybe his strong will?" the former guessed.

"Regardless, you shouldn't go worrying about that," Fumikage advised, "It's almost time for our battle to begin," he pointed out.

"Huh…" Weisz sighed, standing upright, "Alright, let's do this," he said. Sure enough, the teams for the second round were called onto the training ground. As they headed out side by side, the Machina Maker Quirk user took note of his future foes.

'Kinoko Komori, Shihai Kuroiro, Manga Fukidashi, and Itsuka Kendo…' he listed off inwardly, 'Never really got to see the Quirks of the first three from the Sports Festival,' he mentioned to himself, putting a hand onto his chin in thought, 'There's no telling what they could do…' he added through his thoughts.

"Hey, Yaoyorozu," Itsuka chimed in, getting the Creation Quirk user's attention.

"What is it, Kendo?" she asked.

"I was wondering… why didn't you enter the pageant?" the Big Fist Quirk user inquired, "I figured you'd be there with me and Kleene," she admitted, "Probably would've stood a good chance, too," she added on.

"For some reason, Mister Aizawa never brought it up to me," Momo responded.

"Probably because you were caught up in prep for the concert," Weisz pointed out with his arms folded behind his head.

"Wi," Yuga agreed.

"I also suppose he must've decided a pageant really wasn't all that necessary for my hero progress," Momo mentioned over to the Class B representative.

"Hmmm…" she hummed out, "You know, since we both wound up working with the IUA, we've been getting a lot of fans, especially from the festival," she pointed out to the Class A deputy's surprise, "And they've been pushing us into a box," she mentioned further.

"A… box?" the Creation Quirk user repeated in confusion, wondering what she meant by that.

"You're basically seen as equals, right?" Weisz presumed.

"Yeah, exactly," Itsuka confirmed in reply, "When people think idols in the same group are all alike," she told her future foes, "And those people from the school festival shouting our names are lumping us together," she added on.

"Idolatry…" Fumikage muttered out, causing Shihai to shiver with surprise, "A troubling ritual indeed…" he noted.

"Do you have to make everything sound so dark…?" Weisz grumbled in question, though he couldn't help but notice the dark-skinned teen's grin. He knew that whatever Class B was up to, it would certainly revolve around how each of their team members would go about the battle.

OPENING

Insert "Kizuna no Kiseki" by MAN WITH A MISSION X Milet

Starts with Class 1-A walking out onto Ground Gamma, dressed in their winter costumes. They discuss amongst themselves what they're hoping to work on for the end of the year, with Izuku leading the way alongside Rebecca. However, they stop as they spot their opponents of Class B, as some of them wave to the group. Neito cackles madly at the sight of them, only to end up chopped in the neck by Itsuka.

What follows is a shot of Laguna, who thinks back to being a part of Oasis with Goodwin and his other friends. He also sees a blurry figure with long, dark hair, only to witness her fade away as he reaches out to her. He opens his eyes, widening them to find Hitoshi there with his new scarf and support item.

We get to see the Shining Star Heroes with brand new costumes, who are gathered with Shota, Sekijiro, Nemuri, and All Might, as they're about to watch the training matches commence. In round one, Rebecca is grouped up with Eijiro, Denki, Tsuyu, and Hitoshi, leading the charge against their opponents as she draws her Happy Blasters and fires. Laguna and Hitoshi come face-to-face, with the former looking rather anxious compared to normal.

The second round features Weisz equipping his Arsenal Mark II armor, using it to defend himself from the onomatopoeias shot towards him by Manga. Meanwhile, Momo finds herself struggling against the likes of Itsuka, whereas Fumikage and Yuga can't seem to overcome the combination of Kinoko and Shihai. As the match continues, Izuku furiously writes down notes on Class B, while Rebecca looks at him and smiles.

In the third round, Homura clashes her energy blades against Kris' wind. The two of them stare each other down determinedly, rushing forward and enveloping themselves in bursts of red and green light respectively before colliding. The fourth round features Kleene using her wind to pull in the likes of Tenya, Mezo, and Mashirao, as the latter of the trio starts getting sucked in. However, he's saved by Shoto as he fires a blast of flames toward the Wind Snatch Quirk user. She dodges, letting off a little grin.

For the fifth round, we see Shiki and Katsuki standing back-to-back as they're surrounded by the multiple pieces of Setsuna's body. The former of the two assumes his Overdrive form, stamping the ground to make the pieces fall instantaneously, followed by the latter firing off a multitude of explosions. From afar, we see Kyoka and Hanta hanging back, glad that they're letting the muscle of their group handle their foes.

Finally, the sixth match features a team of Izuku, Ochaco, Koji, and Mina. The One For All inheritor shoots his girlfriend a reassuring thumbs-up as he enters the stage, making her giggle. However, her expression shifts into one of fear as she witnesses the mass of black energy tendrils that suddenly start rampaging about.

Meanwhile, we go through various scenes of Endeavor, Hawks, Mirko, the I.U.A. Heroes, and many others, including the League of Villains as both Tomura and Shura are standing in the shadows of All For One and Nero respectively. The song winds down, closing out with a picture of Class A gathered together for their joint training session.

END OPENING

"Hey, isn't this arena perfect for Steiner to let loose?" Minoru inquired of his classmates back at the viewing section.

"Yeah, good point…" Rikido agreed in response, "He could alter the field or destroy parts of it in case something were to happen," he pointed out.

"But if we're treating this as if it's an actual battle and not just training, going wild would risk harming innocent civilians," Toru explained further.

"I assumed as such," Homura noted, "Still, I am confident in this group of ours," she affirmed.

"Steiner was involved in the raid on the Hassaikai, right?" Juzo inquired of Kleene, getting her attention as she nodded.

"From what I was told, he fought off three lieutenants, along with a member of Rogue Out all by himself," she recalled, "I'd say he's likely the most dangerous person for our classmates to be facing," she admitted with narrowed eyes.

"Any predictions for this match, Hermit?" Witch inquired of her fellow Shining Star Hero, who put her hand onto his chin.

"The advantage seems to be in Class A's favor in terms of Quirks…" she noted, "but it's going to be their team synergy that decides this match," she confirmed.

"Their synergy?" Rebecca repeated in confusion.

"You must've noticed how Sir Weisz and Lady Momo didn't seem to be getting along earlier…" Witch commented.

"Uh… yeah…" the Cat Leaper Quirk user replied as a drop of sweat rolled down her head.

"Also, Dark Shadow gets weakened by bright light," Hermit pointed out, "Between Yuga's Navel Laser and the weapons that Weisz creates, Fumikage could be in trouble," she mentioned further.

"Oh yeah…" Rebecca agreed, a little surprised. The team, while seeming powerful with their Quirks, could also be detrimental to each other.

"It's almost time for Class A to get themselves another win!" Sister's voice suddenly exclaimed over the loudspeakers as she was holding a microphone in her hand, "Watch as they make Class B throw in the towel!" she yelled on.

"Hey, no biased commentary!" Sekijiro shouted.

"You're one to talk, you blood-boiling loudmouth!" the Heal Atomizer Quirk user retorted, exchanging glares and growls with him.

"Can't you two just be unbiased for a change…?" Hermit muttered out, sighing afterward, "I guess I'll be the impartial party…" she decided as she trudged over.

"At least we've got commentary on our side now…" Rebecca noted sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head, "So…" she began, looking over at Witch, "how've things been lately after the whole… you know?" she inquired of her former caretaker, making her blink in surprise. She looked down in thought for a moment.

"Much has changed," she admitted in reply, "Details haven't been made public anywhere else but UA and with heroes we can trust," she pointed out, "but it's still quite a revelation for everyone…" she noted, "Especially with Pino," she added. The Cat Leaper Quirk user gave off a worried look. "Now that she knows I was originally her mother when I died, she's been a little hesitant to come to classes," she told her.

"It must be a lot for her…" Rebecca said.

"Still, I'm glad," Witch confessed to her surprise, "She's alive and well, wanting to help others like the rest of us," she noted, "That's more than I would ever want from her," she confirmed with a smile. Hearing that, the Cat Leaper Quirk user smiled herself.

"Team Kendo, tear 'em to pieces!" Vlad King's voice suddenly bellowed into the microphone, "It's time to start the second match!" he declared.

"Team Yaomomo, make 'em cry like babies!" Sister yelled through the loudspeakers.

"Stop the biased commentary already!" Mina shouted as she held up a picket sign in protect.

"On both sides, please and thank you!" Pony chimed in with her own sign in hand. The match began, with both teams moving out from their base camps.

"We'll start reconnaissance immediately!" Momo confirmed to her teammates, "If you'd please!" she called out to Fumikage.

"Roger," he responded, "Now, Dark Shadow!" he beckoned.

"Got it!" the shadowy entity within him responded as he protruded, zipping forward. He weaved around the pipework in search of his foes, while his user and his teammates kept running ahead.

"You think Itsuka's expecting us to have Dark Shadow go on recon?" Weisz inquired of Momo, getting her attention.

"If she is, then I'm sure she has a plan to counter that move," she responded.

"But what could she and her teammates even do?" Yuga wondered aloud.

"We're about to find out," Fumikage answered, getting his attention, "Dark Shadow's located them," he confirmed to his teammates. Weisz grabbed his rifle off from his back.

"Where are they?" he asked.

"Near the chimneys," the Dark Shadow Quirk user answered.

"Let's hurry!" Momo advised, turning the corner alongside her team.

"You're able to extend Dark Shadow quite far now, aren't you?" Yuga presumed of Fumikage, "Seems you leveled up quite a bit at your work study…" he commented.

"I suppose so…" he responded, "But the farther Dark Shadow is away from me, the less time he lasts," he told his teammates.

"Speaking of which…" Weisz chimed in, spotting the shadowy entity coming back towards the group. However, something didn't appear right. Dark Shadow looked as if he was struggling to control himself, and Fumikage saw that.

"Get back!" he immediately yelled before winding up struck.

"Tokoyami!" Momo cried out.

"What the hell's going on, man?!" Weisz yelled in question, "I thought you said Dark Shadow only went berserk during the night!" he pointed out emphatically.

"So did I…" his teammate responded, "Which means…" he continued with narrowed onto the shadowy entity.

"Oh, I get it…" Weisz uttered in realization, making his markings glow upon his hand as he remodeled his rifle, "Atlas Flame!" he yelled, unleashing a stream of fire from the barrel that flew by Dark Shadow, causing him to flinch from the brightness, "Sorry!" the Machina Maker Quirk user apologized, "But I figure this is the only way to get him to come out…" he noted aloud.

"Back to me, Dark Shadow!" Fumikage yelled in command. The shadowy entity began retreating to his user. As he did, Shihai burst out from him.

"It's Kuroiro!" Yuga exclaimed.

"Figured as much…" Weisz muttered, "He was the guy who talked about darkness and crap with Fumikage before this whole shebang…" he pointed out in remembrance. The Dark Quirk user tucked and rolled as he landed, attempting to get away.

"I don't think so!" Momo yelled, flinging nets that she created from her hands. One ensnared him, pressing him up against a water tower. However, he sunk into its shadow.

"He vanished…" Yuga said.

"He escaped into the shadows!" Momo pointed out.

"In that case, I'll make sure there aren't any for him to run into!" Weisz declared, launching another stream of fire from his flamethrower to do away with the shadows where Shihai had sunk. However, he had escaped long before the attack, giggling as he protruded upside down from a pipe behind Fumikage.

"Fumikage Tokoyami…" he began, getting the Dark Shadow Quirk user's attention, "I swear, I will vanquish you," he vowed, chuckling again, "You and I share a hallowed destiny of darkness…" he pointed out.

"I see…" Fumikage realized, grabbing his cloak, "Then I suppose that makes us fated rivals," he concluded, pulling the cloak off, "Very well," he said, "I'll use your challenge to reveal a move I mastered while working with Hawks!" he declared, causing the Dark Quirk user to shudder a little.

"A new move…?" he repeated in surprise.

"Oh!" Shiki exclaimed from the viewing section, his eyes sparkling excitedly, "He's gonna use that move!" he noted aloud.

"What? What is it?" Kyoka asked, arching an eyebrow.

"The Dark Fallen Angel!" the Satan Gravity Quirk user answered, "It's the new move he learned while at our work study with Hawks!" he pointed out to everyone's surprise.

X

Fumikage wasn't the biggest fan of Hawks when they had first met as part of the internship program around the end of spring. He was far too fast, even for his normal sidekicks. He'd take care of problems, then move on to the next while letting his sidekicks deal with the rest.

The Dark Shadow Quirk user was recruited for a couple of reasons. One was to provide the Wing Hero with intel in regards to what U.A. had been dealing with in terms of the League of Villains. Another was because they were 'birds of a feather', as Hawks had said. But there was one more reason made apparent during the work study portion at the start of autumn.

When Fumikage returned to his mentor's agency alongside Shiki, he was ready to prove that he could work alongside him, doing his best to catch up. That prompted the Wing Hero to provide with some support and advice, taking him on a flight over the city to inspire. Those who could fly should. And that motto was going to carry the Dark Shadow Quirk user forward.

"Dark Fallen Angel…?" Shihai repeated in confusion from back upon the battlefield, grinning excitedly before receding back into the shadows, "Sounds dramatic…" he commented from the shadows, his voice echoing through the pipework.

"Damn, he's toying with us!" Weisz grumbled out.

"It's still just only one of them, though…" Yuga noted aloud, "What about the others?" he inquired.

"Stay alert!" Momo advised immediately, "They may be planning to catch us off our guard!" she pointed out. And that was the case. Shihai's challenge to Fumikage earlier was nothing more than a ruse. By doing that, he made his foes presume that he was after the Dark Shadow Quirk user, when really…

"Huh?" Yuga uttered as he felt something grab his cape, yanking him away in a terrified scream.

"Aoyama!" Momo cried out.

"Son of a bitch!" Weisz yelled, placing his right hand onto the pipework, "Let him go, or I'll blast this place!" he threatened.

"Don't!" the Creation Quirk user shouted insistently to his surprise, "You could hurt Aoyama in the process!" she pointed out, causing him to grimace in frustration. Shihai had the inherit advantage in the shadows of the pipework, dragging Yuga along with him towards his team's base. There was no way anyone could catch up to him.

"Did you think I was slow?" the voice of Fumikage inquired, getting his attention as he gasped. He looked back and widened his eyes, seeing the Dark Shadow Quirk user flying at him. The shadowy entity was wrapped under his cloak as he held onto his user as his large hands were opened like wings, increasing their mobility.

"Wait, he can fly?!" some Class B students exclaimed in shock.

"See, there it is!" Shiki pointed out excitedly, "Fumikage's new move, Dark Fallen Angel!" he yelled as his eyes sparkled.

"But how's it work?" Ochaco inquired.

"It's simple!" Izuku responded, "Dark Shadow's always floating, so he can hold onto Tokoyami and carry him through the air!" he explained, "And by covering himself with Tokoyami's cloak, even bright conditions won't matter to him, achieving a continuously high output for Dark Shadow!" he mentioned further.

"Huh," Shiki uttered with crossed arms, "So that's how it works," he realized.

"It's such a brilliant move!" Izuku exclaimed, while his girlfriend approached and smiled, glad to see that he was enjoying the match. On the battlefield, Fumikage snatched Yuga back from Shihai with ease.

"What an unexpected rendezvous!" the Navel Laser Quirk user pointed out, evidently relieved.

"Nice goin', Tsukuyomi!" Weisz called out from below.

"Aoyama, use your Navel Buffet!" Momo instructed quickly, "We can't let Kuroiro get away!" she affirmed on.

"Right!" the Navel Laser Quirk user responded with a nod.

"Dark Shadow, get under the cloak!" Fumikage advised of the shadowy entity, enticing him to cover himself.

"Navel Buffet!" Yuga exclaimed, unleashing volley of bright laser blasts into the pipework, making the shadows come apart. Eventually, Shihai was forced to escape from them.

"There he is!" Momo pointed out.

"Yeah, I got him!" Weisz affirmed, readying his rifle as he modified it again with a flash of yellow light, "Let's go!" he yelled. The pair closed in on their foe, ready to attack. He stepped back nervously.

"Bold of you to launch a surprise attack on your own…" the Creation Quirk user noted, "But luckily, we're prepared for any more surprises you and your team might have," she proclaimed.

"Yeah, so stand down," her blonde-haired teammate advised, "Otherwise, you'll have to deal with Arsenal's wrath," he affirmed.

"Oh, I don't know about that…" Shihai commented to their surprise, jumping back.

"Hey, I thought I said not to—!" Weisz's shout was interjected as he noticed a mushroom sprout upon the tip of his nose. "Wh-What the hell?!" he stammered. Momo had mushrooms appearing on her own body as well. "What's going on?!" the Machina Maker Quirk user yelled in question.

"So I thought…" Shihai said, "Kendo is better than you…" he pointed out.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Weisz inquired angrily, "And who's doing this?!" he asked on. From afar, a giggling Kinoko pranced about as mushrooms were sprouting all around her.

"It's just like our class rep said!" she noted, "If there's too much light, then Plan A failed!" she pointed out, "So we start Plan B…" she continued, "and have cute little mushrooms for everybody!" she declared, having one such fungi appear at the tip of her right middle finger.

Opens with Izuku receiving a notification on his phone. He picks it up and looks at it while seated on his bed, while Rebecca sits up beside him and yawns. He smiles, showing her what he just read. She beams after a moment, nodding to him.

The two of them head downstairs together, seeing groups of their classmates heading out together for the day. They smile at each other, holding hands as they leave the dorm. We see Shiki walking on a sidewalk with Momo, calling for her to hurry after him as he hurries off towards a set of stores. Meanwhile, Tsuyu and Ochaco meet up with Kleene and Kris at a supermarket, talking happily with them. Fumikage's checking apples with Dark Shadow, only to see Laguna doing the same.

Elsewhere in the store, we see Katsuki checking some bottles of hot sauce, while Weisz and Minoru are browsing some adult magazines. Homura's eyes sparkle at the sight the Valkyrie-brand energy drinks, which she buys a lot of to the shock of Kyoka, Mina, and Toru. Izuku and Rebecca arrive, having a shopping list on hand. They nod to each other, splitting up with their classmates to gather what they need.

Izuku grabs packets of noodles and rice, while Rebecca gets pork, bok choy, panko bread crumbs, and other ingredients. She's joined by Rikido, who advises her on what specifically she should look for. Meanwhile, Izuku goes to gather up birthday candles with Koji and Shoto, who both grab jars of frosting and sprinkles.

The couple checks out of the store with everything they need, returning to U.A. later that night. With help, they put the ingredients together to make a great feast, along with a birthday cake intended for Tenya. He's touched, tearing up at how kind his classmates are. He blows out the candles, celebrating amongst his friends as they laugh. The song winds down, with the class happily enjoying themselves through the night, hoping for many more great ones to come…

And another episode done! I know these chapters seem short, but I'm adapting one episode at a time here for them, so I don't want to overextend myself. Plus, there'll be an original match coming up next, so you can get excited for that!

But for now, we've still got this second match to get through and conclude next week! Hope you enjoyed, everyone!
