With Erza taking out all the monsters in Pandemonium, the other contestants don't have any monsters to fight now. So the organizer came up with another game to decide the rank. They will decide the rank by measuring their attack's magic power.

The organizer placed a tool made of a big lacrima ball in the ground. It will measure their attack's magic power and it's named the Magic Power Finder or MPF. The mages will attack it and it will measure the magic power of their spells.

Millianna of Mermaid Heel went first and scored 365 points. It's a good score based on Lahar, a Magic Council officer who joined as a commentator. That score is as high as a squad captain of the Magic Council's Rune Knights.

Nobarly of Quatro Cerberus came up next and scored 125 points. Hibiki of Blue Pegasus came up next and scored a whooping 95 points. Next, Glock of Scarmiglione scored 58 points, which made Hibiki a little happy.

That happiness is short lived when Orga of Sabertooth 3825 points using his Lightning God Slayer Magic. It shocks the crowd and Lahar comments that he never saw a score that high. Getting a score higher than 1000 isn't exactly easy.

But the one who came up next is Jura who walked forward and said, "Such a high score. Then I think I need to be serious too. Well, I can only be serious considering who's after me."

He said that while peeking at Ben who is still playing with his Nikora.

Everyone sweat dropped at the sight and Jura just sighed because Ben wasn't taking this seriously at all. Jura then used the same magic he used on Ben during their battle before being defeated. His attack surprises everyone as he scored 9362 points.

It might be lower if his magic wasn't improved by Ben. But it might just be lowered by 1000 points at most. It would still defeat the other competitors. Still, Jura wasn't happy because the one after him was Ben.

Ben walked forward and put Dio, his yellow Nikora in front of him. "Hey, do you want to try attacking it, Little Guy?"

"Pyu?" Dio asked, confused.

"Come on, it will be fine. Raise your hands to the front." Ben said.

Dio was still confused, but he raises his hands in front of him toward the MPF. Everyone there became speechless when they see a small golden magic circle appear in front of Nikora. It rotates before forming a small golden ball the size of a golf ball.

Ben is the one who made it though, but Dio seems very excited and his eyes are glittering. Then he says "Pyu!" which no one understood what he meant. But maybe it meant "Fire!" because the golden ball suddenly flew towards the MPF device.

It flew slowly as though a kindergartner is the one who threw it. But when it hit the MPF, it doesn't look like a kindergartner attack. The small golden ball created a massive explosion that shocked everyone and even made Dio fly back, so Ben caught him.

Dio is in shock as he watches the explosion, just like the crowd. The MPF then showed a surprising score of 9363 points. It's just 1 point higher than Jura's attack which made everyone even quieter now.

For untrained eyes, it seems Ben got that number by luck, and his attack was as strong as Jura's. Experienced mages though knew that Ben purposefully made his attack get that number. Jura smiled bitterly at that feat because it felt like Ben is playing around.

Although he knows that to get such a precise number is extremely difficult. He needed to gauge Jura's attack power precisely using his senses, which shows how monstrous his magic sense is. Then he needed to make an attack that was just a bit stronger than Jura's attack which shows how monstrous his magic control is.

"This monster is just too much." Jura said while looking at Ben who was dancing around with the happy Dio.

The mages who know it are stunned and their jaws drop as no word can come out of their mouths. The crowd was also stunned when Yajima explained that to them. Everyone now realized that Ben's magic sense is just as accurate as the MPF, and he has precise magic control to make that attack.

The commentator then breaks the silence by announcing the current points based on the game's result.

Fairy Tail B: 48 points

Fairy Tail A: 37 points

Mermaid Heel: 24 points

Sabertooth: 22 points

Blue Pegasus: 18 points

Scarmiglione: 14 points

Lamia Scale: 13 points

Quatro Cerberus: 9 points

The overall ranking is still the same as yesterday though. But it will change in the battle round that will start later. The game's participants then return to their stands so they can rest before the battle round.

"Man, you really enjoyed that game, huh?" Cana asked.

"Isn't that the purpose of a game? It was made to be enjoyed." Ben said with a smile.

"Others might not think like you though." Freed said while looking at the angry Sabertooth mages.

"Well, that's true, but I still can't enjoy this game at all." Laxus replied, irritated.

"Then you should've just played when I asked you to." Ben pointed out.

"Tch, attacking an object isn't fun." Laxus muttered.

"Whatever. You might be called for the battle because you're the only one who hasn't competed." Ben sighed.

"They better." Laxus remarked.

The battle round soon starts and the first battle was between Millianna of Mermaid Heel and Semmes of Quatro Cerberus. Millianna is a Binding Magic user while Semmes is a Spinning Magic user. Both were interesting magic that seems weak but can be strong based on the users.

Soon, the battle starts and Semmes immediately spins his body. Millianna tried to attack him but her binding rope kept bouncing off his body. She can only run away when Semmes chased her. After many tries, her rope finally wrapped around Semmes and bound him, earning her the victory.

The next battle was between Blue Pegasus and Scarmiglione. Eve was chosen as Blue Pegasus's fighter while Glock who competed in Pandemonium and the MPF before was chosen as Scarmiglione's fighter.

They enter the arena and start the fight after small talk. Eve is a user of Snow Magic while Glock is a Guns Magic user. Ben was intrigued in Glock's Guns Magic because he also used it to make some magic guns and by applying it to his Sun Magic to create some spells.

The battle starts and Eve immediately generated a blizzard around Glock. He was underestimating a ranger's speed and agility though. Glock had run quite far from his initial position right when Eve produced the blizzard.

Then Glock attacked Eve with his two magic pistols. His pistols designs were strange though. They look like alien pistols, like they came from Men in Black. They even look more like toys rather than real pistols.

Well, it wasn't just their look that was similar, their firepower was also similar to a toy's. The pistols are weak and so is the user. If not, Glock would've gotten a higher score then Hibiki on the MPF. However, his pistols can shoot rapidly, they're faster than any pistol Ben had ever seen before.

"Speed to cover the lack of power, huh? Not a bad idea, but it's useless without enough power." Ben said while analyzing the pistols.

The rapid fire is so fast that it looks like there are no gaps between the bullets. It gave Eve a hard time because even if each bullet is weak, they keep coming at him. However, the problem is solved immediately when Eve created a igloo to protect himself from the bullets.

Then Eve made a blizzard that covered the entire arena. The blizzard caused the temperature to drop and those who don't have resistance to the cold are shivering. Ben even needed to create a heat sphere to protect his guild mates and family.

The cold made Glock shiver and stop moving. Eve then used this to his advantage and decided to end the battle by directing the blizzard towards Glock and knocking him out. Eve from Blue Pegasus won the battle and earned 10 points for his team.

It was an interesting match, but not interesting enough for the high-level mages. Fortunately, the next match should be interesting enough. The next battle is between Fairy Tail and Sabertooth. Laxus will face Orga. It's a battle of lightning.
