Authors Note- And here I am at long last with a long await update to Time After Time. Sorry it took me forever to get back into this fic, life y'know? But enough of that as you can gather by now I don't own Transformers that belongs to Hasbro. I am merely borrowing them for my own amusement. Now that we got that out of the way here is Chapter Two. I hope you enjoy!

Raf didn't know what was happening. One moment he was with Bumblebee fighting against the Decepticons. The Autobots and Decepticons had been fighting over some strange Cybertronian device, next thing he knew he, along with Bumblebee were getting sucked into this strange portal. What was going to happen to him? And where was Bumblebee? Tears welled in the boys eyes as he looked around, and saw nothing but darkness. Was he trapped here? Would he be able to find Bumblebee and get home? Would the Autobots be able to find them? Or would he be stuck here for ever?

Fear gripped Raf again as he continued to flail, getting dragged further and further down into this portal. Where would it lead? A new world, perhaps? Maybe a new dimension? Raf didn't know, and if he was being honest? Something told him he really didn't want to know.

Guys, Raf thought, as he was pulled further and further down into this portal. I'm sorry. He had always promised his friends that he would be careful, and he had broken that promise when he had got dragged into his mess. Something told him that he wouldn't see his friends or family again. After what seemed like forever Raf felt himself leaving the portal, and falling to the ground. Opening his eyes he looked down just as the ground raced to greet him, before he hit the ground. Darkness soon swallowed him up. However, thankfully death did not come for young Raf, as a few hours later he slowly roused. Pain radiating from his left arm.

His glasses sat beside him, somehow surviving the fall as he reached for them, and placed them on his face once more. Sitting up he slowly and somewhat painfully got to his feet. Crying out when he tried to move his left arm, only to have pain lance through it. Great, not only did he have no idea where he was but he had ended up getting hurt in the process. Looking down at his injured arm he saw blood staining the sleeve of his shirt. But the wound itself did not look too bad though it did hurt something awful. Pressing his hand to the wound Raf took a moment to look around, biting down on his bottom lip as he did so. This place, wherever it was seemed familiar, but at the same time it seemed different.

Looking around once more Raf took a couple of steps forward, warm brown eyes scanning the area. Looking for any sign to tell him where he was, before finding himself in a darkened alley, the place was eerily silent and dark. And it gave Raf the creeps. Wrapping his arms around himself he forced himself to continue on, jumping at every shadow and strange noise. Where was Bumblebee? This would be so much better if Bumblebee was here with him.

I hope Bumblebee is okay. Raf thought, though he knew that when things went south that Bumblebee ended being dragged into this portal along with him. At least, he had hoped that Bumblebee was around, Raf didn't know if he would be able to do this without him. I can do this. Raf told himself, biting down on his bottom lip as he continued to walk through the dark alley. One thing Raf did know was that he was in some city. That much was certain. After what seemed like forever Raf exited the alley, and gasped.

This... Raf scanned the ruins of the city before him. This was Jasper, or rather it had been. All around him were the burnt out remains of various buildings as well as cars lining the cracked road. The streets were silent as Raf stepped out onto the street, then again why wouldn't they be? Aside from Raf himself there was no one in sight. Well, Raf felt his blood run cold as he continued down the road, eyes wide when he saw the remains of several people. Bile rising in poor Raf's throat as his eyes remained glued on the bodies.

A man, maybe a few years older than Jack lay at his feet, dried blood staining the ground around him, eyes staring and lifeless, mouth agape. Whatever had happened to him it had not been pretty. And something told Raf that if he didn't keep moving the very same thing was going to happen to him! Biting down on his bottom lip once more the young boy looked over his shoulder, he could have swore that he was being watched. Shoving that thought aside he looked around once more. Where was Bumblebee? That entered Raf's head once more as he forced himself to continue on. Was he close by? Was he here in the ruins of his city? Or had the portal sent Bumblebee somewhere else entirely?

Maybe he could call him on his phone? Reaching into his pocket where his phone normally was. Only to find, much to his disappointment, that his phone was gone. His mouth turned downwards into a frown, his thoughts going back to earlier today. Remembering leaving his phone on his desk next to his laptop. So much for calling Bumblebee. Looking around once more Raf called out for the scout. Hoping that Bumblebee would hear him. However, as Raf continued on, lost in this strange, yet familiar world. But as he continued on looking for any sign of life in this ruined city little did he knew was that he was being watched.

Well, Bumblebee thought, optics scanning the area he had been dropped into. Confusion filling his mind. It's safe to say this isn't the Earth I'm familiar with. And to top it off Raf's nowhere in sight. Bumblebee looked around once more, optics scanning everywhere, and seeing no sign of his friend.

*Raf!* He called out, hoping he would get an answer. And yet, nothing.

That worried him. He had no idea where they were, and now Raf was missing too. Giving his head a shake Bumblebee looked around once more. Well, wherever that portal had dropped them off it was obvious this was still Earth, that much was certain as he saw the ruins of buildings surrounding him. But where on Earth? He had never seen this place before, a place that for whatever reason was in ruins. What had happened here? Bumblebee gave his head another shake. He could ask those questions later, right now all that mattered was finding Raf.

He hoped the boy was still alive. Raf, Bumblebee thought. I hope you're okay. And with that thought he began to search for his friend.

Hours seemed to pass and Raf was nowhere closer to finding either Bumblebee or anyone to help him. And to make things worst, that feeling of being watched persisted, but like always every time he looked around for the source he found nothing. My mind must be playing tricks on me. He thought, a shudder running through his aching body as he rounded the corner.

"Bumblebee!" Raf shouted once more.

And once more he got no response. This was getting tiresome. He thought, biting down on his bottom lip again. There had to be someone around here, right?

"Helloooo!" he called out once more.

This time he was greeted by a sound from behind him. "Well, look what we got here." A voice spoke, making Raf jump.

Slowly and with dread forming in the pit of his gut he turned around to face the source of the voice. His blood running cold as he found himself staring into the crimson optics of the one and only Starscream. The Decepticon Second-in-Command loomed over him, a slimy smile on his faceplate as he looked down at Raf.

"It would seem in my search I discovered one of the Autobots little pets." The seeker growled, as Raf took a couple steps back. The human swallowed thickly as Starscream drew closer and closer. "Tell me, boy," Starscream continued, as Raf pressed his back against the brick wall behind him. "Where's the scout?"

This was not how Raf had thought things would turn out as he continued to stare up at the Decepticon. But that being said just because Raf was alone didn't mean he was going to let Starscream get his greasy claws on him, even as the seeker reached down at him. Without so much as a word Raf pushed himself off the wall, and ran.

Starscream letting out a startled cry as the boy darted between his legs, and down an alley. Letting out a low growl Starscream straightened. This is just perfect. Starscream thought, as he stalked after Raf, a scowl etched on his faceplate. First that blasted contraption the Decepticons had discovered had gone haywire dragging him into some portal, and now here he was in some strange place in some strange time chasing after Bumblebee's human pet. Could things get any worst? Starscream growled again. Watching as Raf darted around the corner, and watching as the boy came to a dead end.

Fear shining in the boys eyes as he turned to face Starscream once more. A cruel grin etched on Starscream's faceplate as he drew closer to the trembling human.

"Well," Starscream said, crouching down in front of Raf. "Now that our little game of cat and mouse is over. I think it's time you tell me where your little friend is." He said, his fingers closed in on Raf.

And that was all it took for Raf to break as he screamed for Bumblebee, as Starscream tossed him up into the air as he transformed. The terrified Raf landing in Starscream's cockpit as the seeker took off. With his human captive strapped tightly in his seat he took to the skies as Raf struggled to break free. Starscream had no idea where he was, but perhaps he would be able to track down the scout and get some answers. However, as Starscream soared through the darkened sky a shot rang out. The blast going wide as Starscream let out a startled scream. Circling around Starscream let out a chuckle when he caught sight of a familiar yellow Autobot. Finally things were beginning to look up! Starscream thought as he closed in on Bumblebee, a thrill running through Starscream's chassis.

Transforming Starscream looked to Bumblebee, his human pet hanging between Starscream's thumb and forefinger, fear shining in his eyes, glasses askew.

*Let him go!* Bumblebee demanded, blaster trained on Starscream.

Starscream let out a laugh as he held Raf out in front of him. "Oh, I'll let him go, Autobot. As soon as you answer some questions for me."

Bumblebee was silent as his optics flickered from the smug look on Starscream's faceplate, to the terrified look on Raf's face. Bumblebee knew if Starscream didn't like what Bumblebee told him he would end poor Raf's life without a second thought. And that was one thing Bumblebee could never allow. After a few moments of tense silence he transformed his hands back. Allowing them to fall to his sides, optics narrowed.

*Fine.* Bumblebee sighed. *What do you want to know?*

Starscream smirked as he took a couple of steps towards Bumblebee. "Tell me all you know about this place, and how we got here." Starscream said.

Bumblebee was silent as he glanced at Raf once more. Heaving a sigh Bumblebee complied. And as the two of them stood there in deep conversation they were being watched...
