Chapter One: Eyes That Hold The Heavens
Sasuke and he make a huge mistake when cancelling Infinite Tsukuyomi. Genjutsu is cancelled right; But due to using too much chakra, Naruto's body was drained of all energy. He wouldn't have died either - but his body was much weaker from the excessive bleeding. He had numerous bruises and severe injuries all over his body from fighting all day long. Also, Kurama was too weak during the battle.
"I won't live long. Kurama, if you're inside me you'll die too. I will open the seal for you now, you merge with your half. Forgive me... you have been imprisoned inside me for so long. But I am happy to have you as my friend at last. Goodbye, my lifelong companion." Naruto said before disappearing into the realm of darkness.
"No… no… Kit… Naruto…!"
When Kakashi and Sakura arrived at the Valley of the End they found the bodies of Sasuke and Naruto. Sakura caught up and walked over to them— she gasped when she saw that Sasuke was still breathing but his eyes were watering and he was staring into space.
"I… I acknowledged him…" Sasuke said weakly. "He defeated me. We cancelled the Infinite Tsukuyomi… but… we used too much Chakra… it cost…his…life…"
"No…" Sakura whispered as she tried her best to heal him. But those eyes were staring blankly at the sky. His sky-blue eyes were hollow.
The next thing that happened was orange Chakra bubbles covering his body and soon Kurama was out. He looked at the others. He looked sadly at his former vessel.
"Dad, Sensei, Obito, Rin, Kushina…" Kakashi looked at the sky, tears building in his eyes. "I failed y…"
"Kakashi," Sasuke called him.
He looked at the boy.
"Naruto's last words were— 'Tell Kakashi-sensei to move on. Don't let him spend the rest of his life grieving. Live long, live well.'"
"Kakashi," Kurama said. The man looked at him. "Make sure that the Uchiha scum doesn't get punished. That idiot told me to tell you that."
"Of course he said that." Kakashi laughed sadly.
The biggest funeral in the history of Shinobi was held for a seventeen year old boy. Civilians, Shinobis, Merchant, Nobles and a few Daimyos attended the funeral. Naruto was the only Shinobi in whose funeral the Tailed-Beasts were present. He was buried next to his mother.
Everyone who knew him cried.
Konohamaru cried the most. He swore he would become the Hokage even if he had to die for it. He became the seventh Hokage.
Tsunade didn't move at all, she stood still. Her face was blank. But everybody knew she was completely broken. She officially retired. Twenty years later, she passed away and was buried next to Naruto.
Sakura cried like a baby. She felt terrible for everything she ever said to Naruto. She began wearing orange clothes for him, despite looking hideous in it.
Hinata was silently sobbing next to her sister and father. She never married. She became the next Hyuuga clan head. Her final words before she died was— 'Naruto-kun'.
Kakashi tried his best not to be sad. He became the next Hokage and married Anko, with whom he had a boy— Naruto Hatake.
Sasuke and Sakura married five years later and had a Daughter— Naruko Uchiha. The girl idolised Naruto, whose face was carved into the Hokage monument, despite not being one.
Iruka never married, he spent most of his time in 'Naruto's Ramen', which was formerly known as 'Ichiraku Ramem'. He passed away ten years later in his sleep.
In most dimensions, Otsutsukis invaded the earth— Ishiki, Momoshiki, Urashiki and so on. But in this one, they never came.
Naruto became more than just a name. People named their kids after him. His name was pronounced with utmost respect. History books made him a legendary figure. His accomplishments were still remembered. Kids in the academies were encouraged by saying that, 'You can always become a ninja even if you are the dead-last.' He was known as 'The Immortal Hero'.
How true it was— because nobody ever forgot him.

In a far dimension, a newborn opened his eyes. The baby couldn't understand why its vision was blurry.
"He is beautiful." Someone, a female said.
"Truly." Another joined, a male perhaps. "He has the clan's trademark hair."
"And he has blue eyes too."
"They aren't blue… see that? They are… hey… aren't his eyes shining?"
"They are." She said fondly.
"No, I mean, literally. His eyes are gleaming."
"They feel like…"
"Sky?"
"Yes! Sky it is."
"So… it's THE eyes?"
"It appears to be so."
"I thought he would have a normal life."
"We will give him a normal life."
"Yes."
"So, what should we name him?"
"He has eyes that look like the sky, so…"
"Tenodakume Gojo it is." The woman said with a smile. "What a befitting name… Tenodakume."
"Wa…!" The baby made an odd sound that they failed to understand.
"Doesn't look like he likes it." The man remarked.
"Hey!" She retorted. "It is a cool name!"
"Eyes that hold the heavens? That's too obvious. You think we can hide him away from those geezers with a name like that?"
"You've got a better name?"
"Akira?"
"Too common."
"Kenji?"
"Boring."
"Yuki?"
"Don't make me laugh."
"George Washington?"
"Are you kidding…" the couple burst into laughter.
Naruto was much more confused at this point; Because he remembers that he died. Now there are two huge humans standing in front of him. It is strange, very strange. When he tried to speak, a strange sound came out of his mouth instead. The sound sounded like the sound of a baby's voice, a newborn baby.
'I am reborn?!'
Tenodakume Gojo was born on a spring morning when birds were chirping and the sakura petals were falling gently by the wind.
He was born to Hanako Gojo and Koenji Gojo. They had the same hair and eye colours, which made anyone believe that they were related, which was true. They shared the same great grandfather. The Gojo family was renowned for their Cursed technique— Limitless and an ocular cursed ability— the Six Eyes, which appeared once in a few centuries.
Hanako's elder brother, Satoru Gojo was born with those eyes. He had eyes that could see everything in inhuman details and had the potential to become the strongest sorcerer of the modern era. Because of this his younger sister was neglected by the clan and even her own family. Being born with a non combat technique didn't help either. By the age of seventeen, her brother had become a Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerer and she was barely in Fourth Grade.
Koenji Gojo had it even worse. He was born with Heavenly Restriction. Meaning, that he would never be able to use any Cursed Technique as he had no Cursed Energy. He was seen as a black sheep of the clan. The elders treated him like a slave. He couldn't even pull a 'Toji Fushigoro' on them as he was not insanely strong like the man.
At the age of seventeen, they both fled from the clan and got married. No one even came to look for them— which was both fortunate and unfortunate. Not even Hanako's own brother ever came to say 'Hello'. They worked on a local farm. They were happy. Two years later, they had a child together. Their luck turned out to be the worst.
The boy, bending all the theories about the approximate appearance of the clan's ocular ability. He was born with the Six Eyes— just like his uncle. His eyes were always shining like the sky. They were so bright that if he shut his eyes, one could see his capillaries in his eyelids.
The bad thing was if anyone from the Gojo clan or even Jujutsu world came to know of this, they would go to any length. They might want to buy him, assassinate them to get him or even kidnap him. So they made a choice. They would tell everyone that he was blind. He could wear a blindfold like Satorou and no one would suspect him having another set of those eyes. It was painful for them, but effective.
Tenodakume was also an odd child. He seldom cried. But like every other child, he loved to play with his parents and cuddle with them.
At the age of three, he began to speak. His first word was- 'tou-chan'. It took Hanako three days to calm down.
Tenodakume didn't quite like his name as he never responded when being called with it. So his Father suggested a nickname for him… Naruto. Ironically, he picked this name up while eating ramen.
Naruto loved to eat ramen and could eat bowel upon bowels of it, much to the awe of his parents. He was a cheerful kid who loved everyone around him. He would pat street dogs, cats, even mice. He couldn't tolerate the weak being oppressed. It was proven when he punched a man in his family jewels when he had kicked an old woman out of his store for stealing.
Hanako and Koenji loved their child's righteousness. But they were no fools and warned him to not be a knucklehead. But the boy didn't seem to pay heed as he regularly picked up on people five times his size.
Naruto had many adorable habits. Among them, his verbal tic was the cutest one— at least that's what his mother told him.
Naruto looked almost the same way he looked in his past life. Except for his whisker marks, blond hair. His eyes were not quite blue. They had an amethyst touch. Whenever he looked at the mirror, he felt like watching the galaxy through a 'telescope'. His parents told him never to show them to anyone except for the ones that loved him and the ones he loved.
He could see relatively well, despite wearing a blindfold all the time. At first, he didn't understand why his parents made him wear that, was it because they were too beautiful? Was it because they were special? He could understand that these were some kind of dojutsu as it allowed him to see everything in impossible details. He could understand everything everyone explained to him. But his parents never explained why he had these eyes. He doubted they would ever tell him.
Tenodakume Gojo, or previously known as Naruto Uzumaki was sent to school at the age of four. He was a genius— plane and simple, no one argued about it. Despite his stubborn nature, he was a prodigy. It was almost like he was an immature adult in a child's body.
The teachers loved to cuddle him because of his adorable nature. But the other kids, who were older than him, bullied him because of his orange blindfold, but he didn't mind. Eventually, they got bored and tried to bully him physically. Much to the awe of everyone, they were found unconscious, beaten like a pulp in the school playground.
No teacher or the guardians suspected Naruto. He was blind after all.
After that, no kid ever came close to him. They feared him. They were beginning to see him as a 'demon'— again. Naruto understood that he had made a mistake— but it was too late. He couldn't make friends, not at least in this town anymore.
At the age of five, something happened that changed his life forever.
Classes were over long ago. His mom or dad should've been here long ago to pick him up. He waited in the school playground.
He waited.
He waited.
He waited.
…
Finally, not being able to take it anymore, he decided to go home all by himself. He arrived at their small house. It was a plain, orthodox Japanese house. He missed his old home, Konoha and his friends— but he knew they were happy; so he was never sad.
"Tadima!" He opened the door and went inside.
No one greeted him like always. There was pin drop silence. 'Perhaps they are working extra hours?' He thought. 'We are having a financial crisis. Maybe I should cut down on eating ramen a bit.'
Ring… Ring… Ring…
He almost jumped as he was perplexed by the sudden sound. The telephone placed on the cabinet next to the door was ringing violently. He was still not used to the advanced technology of this world, but received the call anyway.
"Hello," He said. "Gojo Teno… dak… uke… use… ume. Ugh… Gojo residence. Who am I speaking with, dattebayo?"
"Naruto-kun?" A feminine voice was heard.
"Oba-chan?" He recognised the woman, she was his parents' colleague. He met her quite a few times.
"I went to your school, but I could not find you. I… I have a bad news for you, Naruto-kun." She said sadly.
Something in Naruto's mind told him to cut the line, destroy the telephone.
"What is it?"... But curiosity got the best of him.
"Your mom and dad," she sobbed. "They met with an accident while working on the farm. They were crushed by a wall…"
"..."
"Naruto-kun?"
"..."
"Naruto-kun…!" The woman shouted. "God damn it… I am coming, hang in there…"
But Naruto was not listening. He was standing still by the phone and subconsciously releasing a sky-blue energy that saturated the air. The energy was practically invisible to non-sorcerers but everybody felt it nonetheless. The next day, Jujutsu sorcerers would wonder where all the cursed spirits from that town disappeared overnight.
"Alright Itadori-kun," Satorou said as he held Yuji. "Watch how I fight."
"Domain Expansion…" Jugo stopped when he felt something powerful far away. He looked at Gojo, who had a stern expression on his face. So he asked, "Was that something connected to you?"
"Who knows!" Gojo smiled brightly. "Now, where were we?"
"Right… Domain Expansion: Coffin Of The Iron Mountain!"
"Domain Expansion: Infinite Void." Gojo shattered his opponent's domain with his own as he lifted his blindfold a bit. Then he looked at the direction the surge of that power came from. "Hanako…"
