After 15 minutes, they were both in the car, pulling it out of the driveway.

"So, are you gonna give a hint at least?" Monica asked. He shook his head "nope not until we're there ."Monica smiled as placed her hand on his face " please ?"

He caved " fine, I'll give you ONE clue " he said raising his index finger to emphasize his point " We're gonna go to 2 places tonight which clue do you want?"

she thought for a moment " first place! " she replied excited

"okay, it's your second nature. " he said smirking

" what the hell is that supposed to mean? " she responded with a confused expression

" nah uh I said one clue you'll have to wait and see , besides like 6 minutes and we're there."

" fine." she let out a frustrated sigh

After 10 minutes they arrived at a bar & kitchen

" okay first place. " Chandler says ushering to the restaurant

" ohh why was expecting something else ,also you said 6 minutes not 10." Monica said getting out of the car

"how the hel- did.. did you really count the minutes?" Chandler responded a little shocked " how we were talking the whole time?"

" YOU were talking and I was counting also I checked my watch." Monica replied

Chandler gasped dramatically placing a hand on his chest to highlight his pain " my own wife! " he said playfully

Monica rolled her eyes as they entered the building

"A bar really Chandler? Isn't bit early for that?" Monica questioned

" Don't worry we're not gonna drink that much ,and they have drink limit before 8:00 so no one gonna be drunk."

They sat down at a table in the back near a window then a waitress who looked to be in his early twenties with brown hair eyes and a flower tattoo wrapped around his arm wearing a simple white tee and black jeans walked up to them handing them the menus

" hello ,good evening I'm Josh and I will be your server today can I get you something to start off with?"

" hi josh we'll just have two waters for now thank you ."Chandler said looking at Monica for confirmation

" alright I'll be back with your waters shortly. " Josh said as he walked away

Monica opened the menu and scanned the options " I wonder what the twins are right now?" she asked still looking at the menu

"Probably making Ross and Rachel glad they stopped at Emma." he chuckled at the thought " What are you getting I can't decide. " Chandler said flipping through the book

"uh I'm getting the chicken quesadilla feeling adventurous tonight ." Monica replied with a joking tone

he smiled back at her "okay I'll get that." he reached over for her hand

After awhile Josh came back and took their order

"uh and that's it thanks."

" okay your food will be put shortly. " Josh replied as he walked away towards the kitchen

Chandler looked over to Monica who was watching a group of people eating outside

" you look great." Chandler told her as she looked back at him

she smiled " really?"

"of course. " Chandler smiled as he squeezed her hand ; then her smile quickly turned into a frown

" I miss them. "

"The twins?" Chandler asked confused this wasn't their first leaving them at someone's for a weekend and it's only been a day since they last saw them

"No, the gang." She said, tilting her head towards the group of people she had been looking at earlier.

"oh. " Chandler realized

"I miss seeing everyone every single day I miss getting coffee with them all the time .Don't get wrong I love the life we have here with the twins. " Monica explained

" oh honey I understand I miss it too. " Chandler grabbed her other hand " can I tell you what I tell myself when I feel this way?"

She nodded

" I tell myself yes it's very sad that things are different ,but while chapters end new exciting ones begin . Moving out here with you and raising the twins the way we wanted ,and after that there will be more you and me together through it ."

Monica laughed " It's incredible how always know what to say to make me feel better. " she leaned in and gave him a peck

" So where to now?"

" Nope its surprise Mon." Chandler replied as they drove out of the restaurant parking lot as the sun set onto the highway

" I'm getting tired of your surprises bing." she stared

" I promise this is the last one for tonight ."

"Chandler is this-" Monica said beaming as they pulled in a drive-in cinema

" Surprise!" Chandler smiled as he parked the car and turned the engine off " I know much you've wanted to come to one of these . I was gonna save it as an anniversary date ,but I figured since you wanted something special today why not ."before he could say anything else Monica cupped his face and kissed him softly she was grateful for him
