This poor fool has certainly fallen on hard times. From losing his luster, his empire being swept away by his former second in command Roman Sionis, otherwise known as Black Mask, and the mob shutting down his family's zoo after word of illegal smuggling was brought to light. Since then, Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot had found a means to get back on his feet when he "acquired" the deed of an old rundown nightclub and eventually remodeled it into the Iceberg Lounge. This however has been a front for his own activity to rebuild his stolen fortune. In truth, I feel he is just trying to hold onto the life he had before his downfall. In his youth, Oswald was a master thief who enjoyed the thrill of committing his crimes. As the years passed, Oswald had to retire from thievery and has his men do the thievery for him. Sad as it is, I feel that Oswald is trying too hard to relive his glory days and is wasting his life to crime. Truthfully he could be a decent mayor and could provide great things for Gotham. Though he claims to be sane. I feel that I could be able to help him live out his true potential. If he was willing, and I'm sure he would be, the dream can be a reality, and maybe we can help each other redeem our family names.
