''So... is this your great idea?'' A man with the gray hair asked to Chris who was sitting in fron of him, they both were in an office with other executives who wore typical offices clothes, and Chef was also there.

''Yeah... trust it.'' Chris closed his eyes and even put his feet on the rectangular table. ''Think about it, twenty four teens, who know nothing about life, competing to the death for a little money that would change their miserable lives forever''.

''I'm worried for the... 'death' part''. Said the vice president of the company, a man with glasses and moustache.

''There is no death part, I think so...'' said Chef.

Chris sat back in his chair and put on a serious face. ''I'm just saying that our last shows had good ratings, but there was literally a BOOM when I came and put some drama on the thing, facts, no opinions''.

The executives looked each other, they didn't want to accept it, but it's true, maybe the best choice for the enterteinament company in its short life, now Chris is like the emerging showman of the year, for the first time, the canadian shows have some recognition not only in english or french speaking countries, the spanish market is a whole new world, and money talks baby.

''Ok, if we accept this, we need a place, something like a summer camp like in those american movies.'' Said the president.

''But I already send you all the documents, my family owns a little property in Muskoka, Ontario, and we had a lot of summer camps there.''

''Yeah, but we read all the security permissions, and signings and... didn't that place was closed down for the goverment before Canada was even a thing?''

''Maybe we have little details to solve, but look, my friend, the war veteran Chef Hatchet approves it.''

''I don't think we are friends, Chef isn't my name, And I hate the idea of being in the same place as spoiled brats for more than a month, but I'm fine with any job that pays more than the minimum.''

The president wasn't sure, it's fifty-fifty, a billonaire idea to become more foully rich that he already is, or become a poor poor that he never be. ''All in favor, raise the hand.'' Literally half of the people there, incluiding the vice president raised the hand, but that didn't matter, the final decision was always on him.

''Come on my friend, you know you want it''. Chris extended his hand for the ultimate deal.

''Only one question.''

''Yup?''

''Can we delet one zero of salary you want?''

Chris made an obvious fake smile. ''I'm gonna be the best host of public and private television ever, so you'll understand that I have should charge as such.''

The boss grimaced, but opted to shake hands. ''You're lucky that my my pocket is never full enough.''

''We speak in the same language, sir.''

''Now go away and find some fools to complete this thing, we will send some interns to that Camp to.. you know, try the challenges first and avoid demands.''

They discussed some other things, but nothing more important, Chris and his new co-worker left the office, with the first check in their hands.

''We did it Chef! this will be amazing, Chris McLean is the new king of Canada, take that Charles! if you ever become the king of course.''

''Yeah, yeah, just send me the apps of the guys when you have them, if I have to be in this, I want to know that I'm fighting.'' Chef said with a dark and seroius face.

''Allright, but do you want to go for tacos to celebrate this?'' Chris stopped the own monologue of Chef.

''Mmmm... yes, I don't want to cook today.''

I want to do something special this time, not so different, I saw it in other fics, so... i'm not innovating nothing.

Here it is, this story will be hybrid, half the characters will be ocs, and half canon.

You have to vote for six characters, and the most voted will be in the story, six males and six females, twelve characters, a blind poll of course, its more interesting, there are characters that I already have plans for them, but there are others that I need some help for the people to choose, this is a democracy, everybody (even if didn't want to participate in the story) can vote.

I'll publish the list of canon characters before the ocs one, just for fun, and even then, you can send a character, it's not an ultimatum or something.

Rules:

1. Realistic characters, you know, no wizards, mutants, and the well-known Mary Sues and Gary Stues.

2. No edgy or super dark, your character may have a hard childhood.

3. It's the first season, so all the characters must be canadian, or at least, live there in this moment.

4. There is no limit about the OCs you can send, but probably I will accept only one.

5. Every OC must have a different name from any canon character.

6. You have to send the characters in PM, not reviews. The subject must say:

Total Drama K.O. Island - (OC's name and surname)

You have to repeat this process with every OC you want to send

7. Take your time, I have other stories to pay attention, but trust me, I will read every character that you send me. Advise: I don't save spots.

8. Have a good time, ladies and gentlemen.

And that's everything, I'm back, I was having problems in my life, with the college and that, but now I want to... you know, start and finish something, and writing is like my passion, so is a personal challenge to complete this story, trust me, I will finish this story.
