Over the years, I have dealt with many mad minds within my asylum. The Joker, Riddler, Doctor Death, Poison Ivy, and many more. But then we have also received patients whom are underwhelming to out it mildly. Abner Krill or rather the Polka-dot Man is one of those patients. Abner once a delivery man whom seemed to suffer from delusions, hallucinations, and Antisocial personality disorder. He had fashioned a leotard which in his mind was an advanced piece of alien technology. Technology which you are able to take the dots off the suit and it would transform into many different round shaped items like bubbles, buzz saws, or even fists. I still don't know how that works. However in reality, it is just a normal leotard with painted or stitched on dots and the dots he has are just paper spheres he made himself. He is even known to use a baseball bat in his crimes, I suppose to make people see spots or something of that nature. Amazingly, it was not the bat who brought him into Arkham, but Detective Harvey Bullock after he had taken the bat and beat Abner with it. Crude, but I suppose it knocked some sense into Abner, for a time. The poor fool is still convinced that he is not just a supervillain, but the greatest supervillain that makes even Falcone himself terrified. Now that, is just completely absurd. This poor man is in dire need of help, before he gets himself hurt, or worse.
