Later that night Trudy and Adrian were lying in bed. Adrian was holding her closely.

"You know," he said, "Three years ago I found out you were still alive. It was the best day of my life. Now we have a huge and wonderful family."

"I know," Trudy said, "I can't believe my mom is willing to go through pregnancy again. She's always there for us."

"What do you think we're having," Adrian asked.

"A baby," Trudy replied confused.

"If the past is any indication, I guess that it's another girl."

"Will you be disappointed if it is," Trudy asked.

"Are you kidding," Adrian laughed, "I've got the best family in the world. I love my girls."

"If this baby is a girl," Trudy said, "I want to name her Michelle Julie."

Adrian nodded. He loved the name Michelle. It made him think of the Doctor who saved Trudy.

"What if it's a boy," he asked.

"I'm thinking Mitch," Trudy said, "After the Doctor that saved my life."

"I love that idea," he said, "Jonathon for a middle name?"

"What about Andrew?"

"I love the name Andrew," Adrian smiled.

Trudy yawned.

"Sorry," she said, "I'm a little tired."

He kissed her goodnight. The next day was the pregnancy transfer. When Trudy and Marsha woke up Mitch was smiling.

"There were two eggs that were released," he said, "Both of them were fertilized."

"We're having twins?" Trudy exclaimed.

Marsha grinned and hugged her daughter.

"Oh," Mitch said, "And I have good news about Hope. She's going to be released today. Everything looks wonderful."

"Thank you! That is such a relief," Adrian said as Trudy hugged him.

"Don't tell her the news yet," Mitch said, "Wait until after her birthday."

Adrian smiled.

"That's how we did it with the triplets," he said.

"Have you come up with any names," Mitch asked.

"We know the first one will be Michelle Julie if it's a girl. For a boy, we've chosen Mitch Andrew," Adrian replied, "In honor of you."

"I'm so touched," Mitch said.

"You saved Trudy's life," Adrian said, "For that alone and for many more reasons we love you."

"What do you think of Natalie Meghan for the second baby if it's a girl and Oliver James for a boy," Trudy asked.

"That's beautiful," Mitch and Adrian said in unison.
