Team Ben was currently being pursued by some enemies. They were driving 2 magic four wheel vehicles, a.k.a, magic cars. From the car's appearance, they were still using the old model that required a mage's magic power as fuel.
"Hah, a couple newbies want to challenge me with cars? They have no idea what they're getting themselves into." He said mockingly.
"W-what are you going to do?" Arthur asked him.
"He he, just watch!" Ben exclaimed.
He pressed a button underneath the steering wheel and suddenly the dashboard opened up. It reveals a series of buttons inside. These buttons are for activating the car's mechanisms.
"Activate Crush Gear weapons!" Ben shouted.
He pressed a few buttons to activate all the Crush Gear weapons. A long, sharp spear appeared in the front, spikes came out of the wheel and some spears appeared at the rear.
"W-WHA-WHAT'S THIS?!" Arthur exclaimed in a panic.
"Nothing yet. Activating shield." He pushed another button.
A magic shield covered the car. Roubaul was the one who created the shield, so it should be extremely durable.
"Crush Gear Mode activated!" Ben hollered.
The girls were excited because they had seen the mode, but never witnessed it in action. Arthur was stunned and so were their pursuers as they had no idea what was going on.
"Let's crush them!" He shouted.
"Yeah!" The girls yelled in agreement.
Ben turned the car around with a drift. Then he immediately attacked the car on the left. The driver realized what he intended to do and changed directions. The enemies in that car now started to attack his car.
Ben swerved his car to dodge the oncoming attacks. A few attacks hit them, but the shield protected the car. His car was faster than theirs, so he got closer faster and soon reached the enemies. Ben tried to thrust the spear to the enemy's car, but they moved to the right.
"Bad idea." Ben smirked.
They moved to the right and forgot that the wheels are weaponized too. The enemies attempted to dodge, but they were too late. Their car was crushed by the weapons and destroyed. The mages barely managed to jump out in time to avoid being crushed.
"One down, one to go." Ben stated.
He turned his car around to attack the last remaining one, but his car wasn't able to move. Ben pressed down on the gas pedal and it still didn't move. There's no way his car will break down now, so he checked the outside. It turned out that the wheels were covered in mud and kept the car in place.
"Damn, I didn't calculate this." He cursed.
Ben didn't have a mechanism to counter something like this. Now the only way to fight the enemies was to take them head on and defeat them. He ordered the others to stay inside and not do anything while he confronted them. Then Ben activated all the defensive spells in the car before he got out.
He stepped out of the car and locked it to prevent anyone from getting in or out during his battle. There were enemies and Ben had A.I Chip scan their power. A.I Chip was able to scan someone's power, although it's just an estimation that it read from their magic wavelength.
"Give that rich kid to us and we'll spare your life. If you try to protect him though, you'll understand what regret really means." Mage 1 told him.
"Stop talking and just attack me! I need to get my car out of this damn mud soon." Ben assumed a fighting stance.
"Humph, don't regret it later, brat! You're nothing without your car and you must've spent a lot of magic power to drive your car that fast." Mage 2 scoffed.
"Try it!" Ben challenged.
"A.I Chip, scan all magic that's used in this battle." He ordered.

Mage 2 moved to attack Ben and his friend's don't move. They trust that he can easily defeat this kid. A big red magic circle formed in front of him.
"Fire Bird!" The mage yelled.
A large flaming bird flew towards Ben. He remained still, letting the fire bird hit him. It engulfed Ben and continued burning.
"HA HA HA HA, HE CAN'T EVEN MOVE!" Mage number 3 hollered.
"He must be too scared." Mage number 4 smirked.
The enemy mages laughed at Ben and Arthur started to get worried.
"Why didn't he defend? Is he low on magic power?" Arthur questioned the other three.
"It's not that. He has no reason to defend against that attack." Wendy informed him.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Arthur was confused.
"Just watch!" Carla shouted at him.
The fire that engulfed Ben suddenly began to shrink. They all hear something being sucked in and see the fire being sucked into the center. Ben was sucking the fire in like he was drinking water. He continued sucking until there wasn't any fire left.
"Thanks for the meal." Ben had a grin on his face.
"WHAT?!" They all yell in shock.
"Fire won't work on the sun, as fire is one of it's components. Your fire spell wasn't really that strong. If you want to see real fire magic, let me show you." He explained why the attack didn't affect him.
Ben took a deep breath and a magic circle appeared in front of his mouth.
"Sun Dragon Fire Roar!" A big stream of fire headed toward the enemy mages. The attack hit Mage number 2 and then hit Mage number 3 and 4 that were standing directly behind him. Mage number 2 was knocked out because he received the attack directly. The other 2 mages were injured, but still able to fight.
"DAMN, ATTACK HIM TOGETHER!" Mage number 1 shouted.
The remaining 5 mages went to attack Ben together. They surrounded him and prepared to unleash their magical attacks. Ben covered his body in light to increase his movement speed. Just when the enemies finished their spells and attacked him, Ben moved out of the way at high speed.
The attacks struck the location where he just was and created a big impact. Ben managed to avoid it thanks to the speed boost from his light magic. He moved right beside mage number 1, who was assumed to be the leader.
"What?!" Mage number 1 gasped in shock.
"You should cut my escape route off first before using a attack like that. Goodbye then. Sun Dragon Light Kick!" Ben yelled.
He kicked mage number 1 in the stomach with his right leg. The kick was so fast mage number 1 couldn't dodge it. There was a large impact which made mage number 1 bend like a bow. Mage number 1 was sent flying and crashed into the ground several times. Then he crashed into a boulder, but he still looked fine.
"Ugh, damn. ATTACK THE BRAT!" Mage number 1 commanded.
The other 4 mages began to attack Ben with their spells. He didn't wait and immediately went over to mage number 3. He kicked the mage's leg out from underneath him and made him fall. Then Ben punched him in the stomach with a light-covered fist.
"GAHK!" Mage number 3 cried out in pain.
The mage spit out some blood and was knocked out. Ben then went over to mage number 4 and grabbed his head with both hands. He then struck the mage in the face with his knee that was still covered in light magic and knocked him out. Mages number 3 and 4 had been injured, so it was easier to defeat them.
"3 to go." Ben stated.
"DAMN, CATCH HIM!" Mage number 1 ordered.
"Yes sir." Mage number 5 nodded.
He slammed his hand into the ground, and a brown magic circle appeared. The magic circle transformed the ground into mud and it moved towards Ben.
"So you're the one who caused my car to get stuck." He glared at the mage.
Ben went over to mage number 5 and got ready to attack him, but found that he couldn't move. Some thin strings were wrapped around his body and halted his movement.
"String? No, it's a web, isn't it?" He questioned his opponent.
"Fufufu, it's a spider web trap that I created to capture you." Mage number 6 informed him.
Since he couldn't move, the mage controlled his mud to capture Ben. Mage number 5 manipulated the mud to cover Ben's body and prevent him from moving. His head was the only thing not covered by the mud.
"Now you're no longer able to move, brat." Mage number 1 transformed into a werewolf.
"Take Over?" Ben questioned.
"Good, you know about this magic. Then you should know what I can do in this form, right?" Mage number 1 asked.
"You think I'm afraid of a werewolf? A dragon is never afraid of anything." Ben proclaimed.
"Fufufu, then try this on for size!" Mage number 1 stood in front of him.
A magic circle appeared in front of the mage's face and he took a deep breath. The other 2 mages take a step back and get some distance.
"FULL MOON HOWL! AAUUUU!" Mage number 1 yelled.
The werewolf howled right in front of Ben and the sound wave hit him head on. It was so strong that it destroyed the mud covering him and even cracked the ground.
"GUAHK!" Ben spit out some blood and fell to the ground.
"This is the end for you." Mage number 1 boasted.
