A few days passed since Ben returned from his investigation job. He had started to train his magic and did less physical training. He still trained his physique, but it was just normal daily training to keep his body in good condition.

Now he had more time to explore and learn about his magic. He will work more on increasing his mastery and less on new spells. Ben needed to strengthen his magic foundation instead of adding more spells.

Currently Ben wanted to raise his elemental mastery. The elements are the best of his magic. His magic will become stronger if he has mastery over all his elements.

"Fire, Light, Heat and Gravity from the sun. To strengthen the sun, I need to strengthen those elements. But I also need to balance them or the sun won't form perfectly." Ben pondered.

Currently, his strongest element was Heat. Fire and Light are good enough and he often used them to fight. Gravity was the last because he trained it late and it was hard to train.

Ben didn't have many references about Gravity Magic. That's why his Gravity Magic grew slower than the others. But he can train it with his limited knowledge and make it quite strong.

For now, he could manipulate gravity up to 15 times the normal gravity. He can increase or decrease it up to 15 times, based on the spell he used. He can also make the center of gravity anywhere within a 20 meter radius.

15 times the gravity was not a small number. With 15 times the gravity, Ben can make his targets 15 times heavier. A 100 kg rock would become 1500 kg or 1.5 tons if Ben increased the gravity level 10 times.

But this is a magic world and his enemies weren't rocks. His enemies are mages and magical creatures. They can use their magic to cancel the effect of Ben's Gravity Magic if they were strong enough.

The physical strength of strong mages is usually high. Their body contains a lot of magic power have been strengthened by it and surpassed normal people. Strong mages might be able to walk normally on 15 times the gravity that Ben made.

Ben's target for his magic is very high. He still needs to stop the dragonization that will transform him into a dragon. Being a dragon seems to be good if his goal was only to gain strength. But he didn't know the effect of that transformation.

He likes to be a human too and do what he wants to do as a human. That's why he needed to stop the Dragon Seed from turning him into a dragon through dragonization.

To do that, there was only one way to pull it off. He needed to seal Acnologia in his body because only Acnologia had the required power to cancel out the Dragon Seed inside his body.

But it wasn't that easy to defeat Acnologia and seal him inside Ben's body. He had found a lot of information on Acnologia but didn't have detailed information about his power.

However, Ben knew that someone who killed as many dragons as Acnologia did, he must have immense levels of power. Unless he can surpass a dragon's power, Ben won't be able to defeat Acnologia.

"But what kind of dragon is he? What element does he possess? I don't know anything about him. Even Smog doesn't know how powerful he is. Just what kind of power allowed him to defeat so many dragons?" Ben pondered.

Ben tried to think about Acnologia's power level and how to defeat him. A.I Chip wasn't able to predict how powerful Acnologia was with Ben's limited information. All he can do is train and prepare for any situation that came his way.

Ben stopped thinking about it. There will be no end to it if he kept thinking and guessing. He just needs to become as strong as possible so he can fight Acnologia evenly.

Ben then started his training and began to train his magic. He trained all his spells and tried to improve them. A.I Chip made some possible improvements based on the data when Ben used it, so it became easier.

Ben also tried to raise his magic power capacity. His spells, especially the strong ones need a lot of magic power. Besides, more magic power means he can fight longer and use more spells to fight.

He doesn't want to run out of magic power when he fights. Sure, he had prepared some things to use if he ran out of magic power like his guns. But it wasn't something to rely on all the time. He needed to use it as backup.

Ben continued training and he trained the girls too when he has time. They've grown stronger over the last 2 years. Ben had used A.I Chip to help the girls improve their magic too. With everything in the database, it was a easy matter for A.I Chip to handle.

The following month, Ben received another S-Class job. He was tasked to explore an unknown island on the northern part of Fiore. The island had just been discovered by some fishermen that strayed too far off their route.

It wasn't an easy job because unknown areas pose unknown dangers that might be deadly. That's also why this job was a S-Class job, as the risk was very high. It could also be nothing as the island could be safe, but no one will know unless someone explored it.

"Exploration? You're not giving me a job to subdue monsters?" Ben asked, curiously.

"I thought jobs just involving subduing monsters would be boring. That's why I decided to give you this job. Besides, you told me that you wanted to explore the world in the future. So why don't you try it now by exploring an island?" Roubaul said with a smile.

"Gramps, you haven't become senile yet." Ben said with a surprised expression.

TAK* Roubaul suddenly hit Ben on the head with a big wooden stick. Ben's words pissed him off.

"OUCH!" Ben shouted while crouching and holding his head.

"Still disrespectful as usual. I will make you senile before I become senile, you damn brat." Roubaul said in a pissed off tone.

Ben can only crouch while rubbing his head. His body is very strong now, but Roubaul's attacks still hurt. He doesn't know how the old man did it even now.

"So, do you accept the job?" Roubaul asked.

"Alright, alright, I'll accept it." Ben said while rubbing his head.

Ben finally accepted the job. Roubaul's right, hunting monsters every time is boring. He wanted to do something else, and this exploration job seems interesting.

The unknown region, unknown danger, and other unknowns. Nothing was known about that island, but that's what makes it more interesting. Ben was excited to uncover the island's mysteries.

Ben prepared a lot of stuff, especially supplies because he didn't know if there was anything safe to eat. That's why he needed to bring supplies to fill his necessities on that unknown island.

Ben then headed to the port where he will use a ship to reach the island. He drove to the port with Bella like usual. It took them 6 hours to get to the port from the village because it's far away.

At the port, Ben looked for any ship that would take them there. He was looking for a large ship because he was bringing his car as well. His car wouldn't only make exploring easier, but Ben could also use it to camp out and store things.

He hit a snag, it was difficult to find a ship willing to take him there. The ship owners were afraid that the unknown island was too dangerous. They didn't want to risk their lives for some jewels.

Ben negotiated with people all day, but he didn't find a single person that wanted to take him there. He tried again the next day however no one was willing to take him there.

"Damn, I shouldn't take this job and stick to subduing monsters." Ben said, sitting on a bench.

"Go home?" Bella asked.

"No, we will continue the mission, Bella. But we can't get there without a ship." Ben said in defeat.

"Swimming?" Bella asked again.

"No Bella, we won't swim there. Well, it's okay if you want to fly us there." Ben said after sweat dropping at her question.

Bella immediately closed her eyes and acted like she was sleeping. Ben just laughs at her antics and continues to think of a way to the island.

"The kingdom should've prepared the transportation when they assigned this job." Ben grumbled.

This is a big job, so the kingdom needs to prepare what he'll need for it.

Then he suddenly came up with a idea.

"Wait! The kingdom? He he, now I know what to do."
