She had dozed off. They were in the car-perfectly decently-but she'd fallen asleep on Charlie's shoulder.
"Oh no, what time is it?"
"Who knows? It's dark," he yawned.
"Not completely," she replied, looking out the window. "It's going to be sunrise soon."
"So it is…" he hummed.
"We should figure out how to get back," she said nervously.
"We wait for it to get light, and we walk?" he laughed. "It's not too cold out."
"Good point," she said, scooting away from him.
"Hey! That's not what I meant!" he pouted.
"Oh, fine," she conceded, snuggling back into his arms.
