Battles raged all over Tenrou Island. Gray is doing nothing with Wendy and the cats. Well, he is guarding them with Ben's clone, so that was doing something. But they just stay there, doing nothing.

After a while, however, two enemies finally appear. But one was unconscious and being carried by the other. It was Ultear and the unconscious Zeref.

Ben's clone didn't try to observe the situation first like the other clones. He immediately stood in front with Gray to protect Wendy and the cats. There's no way he can just observe the situation with Zeref there.

"You're Ultear. You and Jellal caused the previous Magic Council to disband. So your guild's aim is Zeref, huh?" Ben asked.

"That's right, but I'm not your enemy. I'm here to talk to Gray." Ultear said.

"Me?" Gray asked.

Ultear nodded and then started to discuss who she was with Gray. She's the daughter of Gray's teacher, Ur. He was surprised because he thought Ur's daughter died when she was a kid.

Ben's clone just watched as Ultear told them she was an ally and didn't harbor a grudge with Gray over what happened to Ur. Then she discussed her plan with Zeref to create a world for mages only.

Gray wasn't fond of that idea, but Ultear said that this was Ur's will. Then she said that in order to achieve that, they need to dispose of Hades because he will just use Zeref for his own gain. Ultear said that only Gray can defeat Hades because he is very strong.

Gray seemed to believe what Ultear was saying and agreed to use Iced Shell on Hades. But then laughter can be heard coming from Ben's clone, confusing everyone. They have no idea what's so funny.

"Ha ha ha, you want to defeat Hades with Iced Shell? That's stupid." Ben's clone laughed.

"What do you mean? Iced Shell is a very strong spell and it can definitely stop Hades." Ultear said.

"I never said it couldn't, I just said it was stupid to use that spell. There's no reason to use it anyway. My main body is currently fighting Hades and meh, he's so so. It's just a matter of time before he's defeated." Ben's clone stated.

This conversation occurred while Ben took Hades on in his Devil Force mode. So Hades hasn't been defeated yet and the dark mages think he is omnipotent. Besides, only his clones know about the outcome of Ben's battle with Hades, so the dark mages still think Hades is undefeated.

"You have a lot of confidence. Well, if you can defeat him, that's good. If not, the only option is Iced Shell." Ultear said.

"You're right." Gray added.

Ben's clone laughed again.

"Ha ha ha, come on Gray. Don't play around with this woman again. We don't have time for this. I don't know why you're following along with this drama, but you need to stop now. Zeref is too dangerous so we can't have him here any longer." He said.

Ultear was confused, but Gray just sighed.

"You don't need to say it, you know. I just want to know what she is after, so I'm playing along with her demands. But you're right, we can't play around for too long." He said.

"What do you mean by that, Gray? You don't want to grant Ur's will?" Ultear asked with a surprised tone. She never expected Gray wouldn't fall into her trap.

"Don't get me wrong. I really respect Ur, but I also have my own life. I will do what I want to do with my life just like Ur asked me to do. Besides, I doubt Ur wants to create such a world." Gray replied.

Ultear smiled.

"It's seems you're a lot smarter." She said.

"Ben, please leave her to me. I know I'm being selfish, but I want to finish this myself. This is personal." Gray told the clone.

"Sure." Ben said as he teleported beside Zeref who was now leaning against a tree.

Ultear was surprised and wanted to attack Ben's clone, but she was stopped by a wall of ice. Ben's clone touched Zeref and teleported him to the opposite side of the island far away from everyone else. Then Ben's clone teleported back to Gray.

He grabbed Gray's shoulder and pulled him closer to Ultear. Before she can react, Ben's clone grabbed Ultear's shoulder and teleported the two over to the coast. He can't let Gray and Ultear fight here because Wendy and the cats were present.

Besides, a big battle would soon take place here, so he doesn't want Gray to become distracted and Ultear to get some help. The big battle he was referring to was against Grimoire Heart's lesser mages, who are on their way here.

Ben's clone detected them just now, which was the reason he got Zeref and Ultear out of the way. Gray said that he wanted to fight Ultear, so Ben's clone sent him away too. He knew Gray had personal business with Ultear, so he left her to him.

"Wendy, Bella, Carla, Happy, get ready. We have a lot of guests coming our way." Ben's clone instructed.

"Guests?" Happy asked.

"He means enemies." Carla explained.

Wendy got ready to fight while Bella and Carla take out their magic guns. The two always use the magic guns Ben created to fight and they are experts with the guns. Happy is the only one who doesn't have anything and he doesn't know what to do.

Ben's clone sighed and asked Bella to lend a pistol to Happy. Bella nodded and removed a magic pistol from her storage bag. It was just a prototype weapon Ben made in the past, but it still had decent power and it's better than nothing.

Bella tried to explain how it worked, but only said a few words leaving Happy confused. Carla then stepped it and explained it to Happy. He understood it and tried to use the pistol by aiming randomly.

*BANG*

"ARGH!"

Surprisingly, Happy's shot managed to hit someone. Everyone was surprised and Happy is smug. He tried to shoot randomly again, but it hit nothing.

Just when Happy becomes depressed, a lot of people come out of the forest. They were the lesser members of Grimoire Heart that Ben's clone mentioned before. There were a ton of them here and they surround the Fairy Tail mages.

"Wendy, you can fight however you want. I will just watch from behind and only help you if it's necessary. This is important for your growth, so use this chance well." Ben's clone said.

"Yes, I will do my best. Carla, Bella, Happy, let's do this." Wendy declared firmly.

The cats nod and then the battle started. Wendy attacked one side while the cats attack the other side. Ben's clone kept his guard up to prevent Wendy and the cats from getting into a dangerous situation.

But he had nothing to worry about because they were holding their own. It wasn't a easy battle but it wasn't hard either. Even the cat's gunshots can hurt and defeat the enemies. He also saw that Wendy had grown a lot stronger since joining Fairy Tail.

It wasn't just her strength, but her mind. Now she is more confident in battle even though she is shy and clumsy in daily life. Her battle sense had grown too and she was a more effective combatant.

"Sky Dragon Roar!" A whirlwind came out of Wendy's mouth.

The whirlwind hit the remaining dark mages that prepared to attack her. But she moved first and prevented them from using their magic. With this, Wendy and the cats finally defeat the dark mages that attacked them.

"Nice job." Ryu complimented their victory.
